Rape in Sweden. From Human Rights Service
Stop the rapes now 
13.11.09: The extent of rape in Sweden is so monstrous that the situation may fairly be characterized as epidemic. In the European context, Sweden is in a category all its own, with 5,446 reported rapes in 2008 – a figure that places Sweden far ahead of every other country in Europe in the incidence of rape in proportion to the total population. Rapes are twice as common in Sweden as in Great Britain, which takes second place. Unless we at HRS have missed something, Social Democratic leader Mona Sahlin and company have not commented on this distinction – probably because men with non-Western backgrounds are heavily overrepresented among the perpetrators. On September 9, a group of individuals who have had enough of this silence on the part of Swedish media and politicians launched the website Stoppavåldtäkterna.nu (”stop the rapes”).

It’s almost incomprehensible that what’s happening in our neighboring country can be taking place without causing a public outcry. Fifteen girls or women are raped every day. Yes, you read that correctly – fifteen every day! And that’s just the ones that are reported. This figure is thought to represent about 90-95 percent of committed rapes. Many of the victims are children. And many of the rapes are gang rapes.
Swedish politicians and media have paid very little attention to this ghastly fact, and one has to wonder if this means that rape has become such an everyday occurrence that the Swedish psyche has come to accept it as a normal part of life. Violent rapes and gang rapes of children no longer count as ”news.”
Now an independent citizens’ group wants to put an end to this abdication of responsibility by Swedish officials. Four days ago they launched the website Stoppavåldtäkterna.nu. Their purpose, according to their press release, is to try to prevent rapes by means of an information campaign and self-defense courses.
The campaign’s primary aim is to inform as many Swedes as possible about this often taboo subject, since it is impossible to fix a problem that no one wants to acknowledge.
But the campaign is also intended to provide information to women and parents for purely preventative purposes. We intend to increase their awareness of risk and their capacity for self-defense, as well as to help them deal with the aftermath of rape, by supplying tips, advice, and useful information.
Finally, one objective of the campaign is to put pressure on decision-makers – not only politicians but also the mass media, which inevitably wield great responsibility for the safety of citizens in this country, because they control social debates and decide which questions are considered worthy of discussion.
The objective is to reduce the number of rapes by every possible means.
The number of rapes in our neighboring country has risen dramatically from year to year, from 350 reported rapes in 1950 to 800 in 1975, after which the numbers exploded beginning in the 1990s – a development which coincided with the leap in non-Western immigration. Until that time, gang rapes were a virtually unknown phenomenon in Sweden (and Norway). In 2006, however, a dizzying 18 percent of all reported rapes were gang rapes.
The total number of rapes (including violent rapes) reported to the police rose gradually from barely 350 in 1950 to 800 in 1975. After that, the rate climbed steeply to over 2,100 in 1993. Since then, the curve has become increasingly steep with every passing year. In 2003 the number of reported rapes exceeded 2,500 for the first time. After the new sex crimes law went into effect in April 2005, the figure jumped from about 3,800 to just over 4,700 in 2007. Since then, the increase has continued at an undiminished pace, and in 2008 the number of rapes reported was 5450.
The number of rapes of children under 15 years old climbed from just over 700 in 1975 to about 1,400 in 2008 – an increase of 200%.
The number of reported outdoor rapes rose by slightly over 300 percent between 1975 and 2007. The largest increase is in the number of reported indoor rapes, which has risen by almost 650 percent since 1975.
The number of gang rapes has risen dramatically during the last decades – jumping by at least 377% during the years 1995 to 2006.
Unlike Swedish authorities and many researchers, the founders of the new website will not sweep the perpetrators’ origins under the carpet. According to official Swedish figures, foreign-born people are accused of rape five times more often than men with Swedish-born parents. Finns, Americans, and all other rapists of Western origin are included in this figure. Sweden clearly prefers not to acknowledge publicly what is obviously the case: namely, that men with non-Western backgrounds are highly overrepresented in the rape statistics, and especially in the statistics on assault rapes and gang rapes. The purpose of releasing such information would not be to stigmatize but to prevent.
Certain ethnic groups commit a disproportionate number of sexual offenses. We do not intend to speculate why this is the case; we will leave theories about cultural or biological backgrounds to others. We don’t want, however, to conceal facts that may prevent rapes. Likewise, we do not intend to deny important information to potential rape victims concerning potential rapists. We are not governed by political considerations, as is the BRÅ [Brottsförebyggande rådet, i.e. Council for Crime Prevention], nor do we need to conceal or distort the facts and statistics so that they will fit into a politically correct template. On the other hand, we are acting in accordance with the law, and are thus striving not to look down on or in any other sense disparage various ethnic groups in a way that would violate the law on Persecution of Ethnic Groups. Ignoring the Dangers of Islamization

I posted on Monday about Jimmie Åkesson, the party leader of Sverigedemokraterna (the Sweden Democrats), and the op-ed he published in the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet. The paper’s editors wrote their own inflammatory headline for the op-ed, which did not reflect Mr. Åkesson’s words at all, and which predictably produced a massive uproar against the author’s “racist” opinions.
Kent Ekeroth, the international secretary for Sverigedemokraterna, has kindly translated the entire text of Jimmie Åkesson’s piece into English for Gates of Vienna. The correct title has also been restored to this version:
The establishment ignores the dangers of Islamization

One of multiculturalism’s many inherent paradoxes is that, despite its universal claims, it is a monocultural phenomenon which has only found fertile ground in the post-modern, oikophobic* Western world, and is therefore also based in Western phenomena and experience in assessing and analyzing the world. The Western experience is seen as a higher stage of development, one which the rest of the world has just not yet had time to achieve.
This is also why today’s multicultural Swedish power elite is so totally blind to the dangers of Islam and Islamization. They assume that Muslims want nothing more than to adapt to a Western lifestyle and Western standards, and that Islam is fundamentally the same as Christianity, with the only difference that Muslims have a different name for their god.
Thus we also assume that Islam can be tamed in the same way that secular forces centuries ago tamed European Christianity, and consigned it to the private sphere.
However, Islam differs from Christianity at several crucial points, for example, regarding the distinction between spiritual and secular power and the perception of the use of force. Islam has no equivalent of the New Testament, and no universal human message of love. These differences have resulted in the active rejection by Islam and the Muslim world of the Enlightenment and humanism.
This, together with almost 1,400 years of wars and conflicts between Islam and Christian Europe, is now believed by today’s rulers to be surmountable in a trice.
So far have we have to conclude that Islam has affected Swedish society far more so than Swedish society has influenced Islam. Mass immigration from Muslim countries, together with the relatively high birth rates in the Muslim community, suggest that this trend will continue unless a change in policy is instituted. Of course, a significant proportion of Europe’s Muslims are not literal believers; however, most studies performed in this field shows that fundamentalists are a large and growing minority. Aftonbladet Publishes Imam’s Response to Sweden Democrat’s Op-ed About Dangers of Islam

The blood libel Swedish tabloid, Aftonbladet, published in today’s edition of the paper, a response to yesterday’s op-ed by Sweden Democrat leader, Jimmie Åkesson. The title of the SD party leader’s op-ed had been altered by the Aftonbladet to read “Muslims are our greatest foreign threat”, though he mentioned only Islam. The Aftonbladet nonetheless followed up with publishing an op-ed with an opposing view that could have been written by a representative from either Al-Qaida or the Muslim Brotherhood, (perhaps the latter?)
Imam, Abd al Haqq Kielan, pens one of the more factually challenged (read= total propaganda bullcrap) op-eds on the history of Islam that the Tundra Tabloids has seen in a while, and that’s saying a lot. In alleging that Äkesson was using deceptive tactics in order to gain seats in the country’s house of parliament, Abd Kielan takes to using bogus arguments and out-right lies to bolster his case about Islam being maligned by the Sweden Democrat party leader.
According to Imam Kielan:

Already the name itself has to do with peace and security.

The Islamic communities in Africa, Asia and the Middle East has historically been peaceful compared with a Europe torn apart by war after war.

Modern research shows this. There are plenty of books to read on the subject.
Compounding insult to injury, the Imam begins to rewrite Islamic history with such an ease, that one could be forgiven for believing that lying has become second nature to him (Deceit is war).
“The next lie: There has been a war between Islam and Christian Europe in 1 400 years he claims. It is badly-informed study. The first major conflict between Christians and Muslims were the Crusades a thousand years ago. The Crusades were a Western European invasion of the Middle East. Three centuries of bloodshed and terror certainly was not started by Muslims. Even Pope John Paul II has publicly asked forgiveness for the Crusades.”
Contrary to what the lying Islamic cleric states
, the Crusades were a response to Islamic aggression that had been tolerated for a quite a period of time, up until the desecration of the church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Apparently the pope at the time, Pope Urban, considered that outrage to be the last straw.“From the confines of Jerusalem and the city of Constantinople a horrible tale has gone forth and very frequently has been brought to our ears, namely, that a race from the kingdom of the Persians [i.e., Muslim Turks]…has invaded the lands of those Christians and has depopulated them by the sword, pillage and fire; it has led away a part of the captives into its own country, and a part it has destroyed by cruel tortures; it has either entirely destroyed the churches of God or appropriated them for the rites of its own religion (from the chronicles of Robert the Monk).”
Imam Keilan then tries to draw a comparison with how Jews were treated in Europe in the 30’s and 40’s, to that of Muslims today, a claim that is totally without merit. To be a Muslim in Europe today, as opposed to the life left behind, life couldn’t be better. With a plethora of groups and government agencies there to meet their every need, Muslims are streaming into Europe and to other places in the West at great numbers, something which contrasts greatly to the experience of Jews prior to the outbreak of WWII.
“The argument is upgrded for contemporary use, but the points are nonetheless ominous about the Nazi’s use of language. It is dangerous to play on the strings of hate, we have witnessed time and again in Europe. What begins as a small scale can end up with a great misery.”
The “hate language” Imam Kielan is refering to however, can be sumed up in the following way, “You (Muslims) are more than welcome to live in the West, and as equals within its societies, as well as participate as full members in every sector that that society has to offer. What will not be tolerated however, is the protection of your intolerant monoculture ideology from criticism and ridicule, which at the end of the day, if it’s allowed to attain that special protected status it seeks, will come at the expense of all of our civil liberties.”
That is what upsets this Imam, not any supposed “dangerous language”. He and is fellow Muslims are being demanded to behave like all other members of society, which is totally different to how Jews in Germany were being treated by the National Socialists. German Jews at the time, though fully intergrated into German society, were nonetheless deemed as not being equal members due to their racial heritage. The Imam is throwing up a number red herrings to obfuscate the real issues here.
People are upset that Muslims are over representented in the crime statistics, though no expense has been spared in trying to secure their well being into Western society. People who worked hard and paid their taxes with the notion that they will be taken care of in the old age, are starting to see that dream unraveling as the state spends hundreds of billions of taxpayers’ money upon a people unwilling to fully intergrate themselves into the society that welcomed them with open arms. Nothing is fair and not everything goes according to plan, but creating “Muslim only enclaves”, refusing to learn the host state’s language while whining for yet more rights and privleges for Islam and Muslims, seem to many as a bit too much.
And right now, there is an ever increasing number of Europeans who are demanding that all of its citizens and residents be treated the same under the law. For the overwhelming majority of society it means freedom for all, but for the Imam and his fellow travelers, it means an erosion of Islam’s ´political power base, which means less likely a chance to control the lives of its own members, as well as to spread its destructive influence throughout the rest of society. If that’s the case, I hope everyone will fall under Imam Kielan’s definition of. “racist”, including an increasing amount of Muslims who refuse to be dictated to by the likes of this lying whining Imam. NOTE: The Imam had to have been given a heads up by the Aftonbladet on the op-ed they planned to publish by the SD leader, Jimmie Åkesson. There was absolutely no way he could have produced a response the same day and have it sent in and published by the Aftonbladet’s staff the following day. No way.

The bodies of thousands of rabbits culled every year from the parks in Stockholm’s Kungsholmen neighbourhood are being used to fuel a heating plant in central Sweden. The decision to use Stockholm’s rabbit cadavers as bioenergy to warm Swedes living in Värmland doesn’t sit well with Stockholm-based animal rights activists.
“Those who support the culling of rabbits surely think it’s good to use the bodies for a good cause. But it feels like they’re trying to turn the animals into an industry rather than look at the main problem,” Anna Johannesson of Vilda kaniners värn (‘Society for the Protection of Wild Rabbits’) told the local Vårt Kungsholmen newspaper.

The newspaper Aftenposten writes that according to a new report, six percent of Swedish girls questioned said they had been raped during the previous year. The hostile Wikipedia entry on “Fjordman” previously claimed that my essays about the Swedish rape epidemic are false because the massive increase in rapes was caused by “a widening of the legal definition of rape.” I bet it was. In this situation, the number one preoccupation of Swedish media is demonizing Israel, and the number two preoccupation is demonizing native Swedish critics of mass immigration and barring them from access to the mass media.
Sweden tops European rape league Sweden has the highest incidence of reported rapes in Europe — twice as many as “runner up” the UK, a new study shows. Researchers behind the EU study, which will be presented on Tuesday, conclude that rape appears to be a more common occurrence in Sweden than in continental European countries. In Sweden, 46 incidents of rape are reported per 100,000 residents. This figure is double as many as in the UK which reports 23 cases, and four times that of the other Nordic countries, Germany and France. The figure is up to 20 times the figure for certain countries in southern and eastern Europe.
As I have explained in my book Defeating Eurabia, where I devote an entire chapter to explaining the appalling situation in Sweden, Ethnologist Maria Bäckman, in her study “Whiteness and gender,” has followed a group of Swedish girls in the suburb of Rinkeby outside Stockholm, where natives have been turned into a minority of the inhabitants due to immigration. The subjects “may encounter prejudices such as the idea that Swedish girls act and dress in a sexually provocative way or that blonde girls are easy.” Bäckman relates that several of the Swedish girls she interviewed stated that they had dyed their hair to avoid sexual harassment. They experienced that being blonde involves old men staring at you, cars honking their horns and boys calling you “whore.”

Interview with firefighters in Sweden’s ‘no go zones’.
Here is an interview with some firemen in Sweden talking about how they cope with a hostile Muslim population that sets fires, then attacks them when they come to put them out and save anyone who may be in danger from them. This of course is now familiar as it is classic ‘Al Queda Handbook’ stuff on how to make a no go zone. However it is nice to see cracks in the political correctness that has prevented European agents of the state from reporting the facts, although this video does not name Islam specifically, one can easily infer it from the interviews and pictures of the ‘natives’ of the area in Question.

Play Allan (sometimes Play Allan) is a Swedish slang term that means playing tough and superior. Begreppet lär syfta på rollkaraktärer spelade av Alan Ladd [ källa behövs ] och finns med i Haldo Gibsons svenska slangordbok från 1969 . The concept of learning refer to the characters played by Alan Ladd [citation needed] and is included in Haldo Gibson’s Swedish slang dictionary from 1969.

This news story was held back in Norway until after the election, so it would not affect the voters. This Norwegian blogg documents the conspiracy between the major Norwegian editors in chiefs http://forvisomelskernorge.blogg.no/Note that the Norwegian election was Sep 14, this news cast was as late as Sep 20 even though the news presenter admits the “youth” riots had been going on for “the last month”. This is of course also a lie, since immigrants have been causing these kinds of problems for a much longer period of time than just the last month.
I think it should be noted that the Norwegian election thus was manipulated by the media, making it possible for the islam friendly government to be reelected, despite it’s many scandals, such as wanting to prohibit “religious” (read: islam) criticism, and wanting to put islamic head scarfes (hijab) on Norwegian police ladies. Both cases were dropped after public outrage.

Muslims and Nazis held a demonstration in Stockholm today. They numbered about 100 people. Before they arrived, there was an anti-Iran-regime demo, where pro-democratic Iranians held a Demonstration.
These iranians stayed there after their demo was finished, and ‘boo’d’ the Nazi/islamic coalition. The Iranians were in the thousands I heard.

Norway is following Swedens Antisemitic lead. The Norwegian governments pension fund just sold its stock in Israels Elbit defense contractor due to Elbits provision of electronic monitors for the separation fence.
This latest move seems to be part of a general trend towards anti-Semitism in Scandinavia in the aftermath of the publication of the anti-Semitic blood libel in Swedens Aftonblodet mass circulation tabloid last month. Latma studios host once again the Swedish Foreign Minister “Jorgen Jorgensen”.

Swedes reported arrested in Pakistan

The Swedish embassy in Pakistan is investigating media reports that three Swedes have been arrested by the Pakistani military.

“According to information from Pakistani media, three Swedish citizens were involved but that has not been confirmed by Pakistani authorities,” said Ellinor Lundmark, press officer at the Swedish foreign ministry.
“Our embassy in Islamabad is investigating the matter and we are waiting for information from the Pakistani authorities,” she told Expressen newspaper.
The Swedes, along with seven Turks and a Russian, were reportedly arrested a week ago in the country’s eastern province of Punjab, reports Expressen.
A head of police has said on the Pakistani television chanel Press TV that the men are suspected of being connected with the al Qaida terrorist network.
No information has thus far been confirmed to the Swedish foreign ministry.
“We have to wait and see what the embassy finds out,” Lundmark said.
Malmo Firemen made to buy face shields and bullet proof vests
As many of you may or may not know, The Al Queda handbook teaches the Muslim ‘diaspera’ to create ‘no go zones’ by setting fires and other anti-social acts that require a response from the state, and then attacking the various institutions who respond such as fire, ambulance, police etc. in order to create zones which are under Islamic control and sharia law. This strategy has been employed to tremendous success all over Europe as leftist ‘politically correct’ bureaucrats and government agencies who are either, on side with Muslims and more often, afraid to mention the truth in case they lose the illusion of stable good governance with the electorate, fail to properly inform the public about what is analogous to a cancer growing in the social body.
This is todays manifestation of the western response. Swedish firemen being made to dress for war, rather than fire.

One senior collegue has quit the force, as he did not feel he could guarantee the safety of his men. Several others have asked to be transferred to service elsewhere other than Malmo.
