German women launch long-overdue movement to direct feminist anger rationally

One begins to wonder if #me too and similar movements aren’t planned leftist tactics to deflect proper rational anger towards muslims for their treatment of Western women, and channel it to Western men. A sort of commie, emotional judo.

German Court Rules: Polygamy Not Against the Constitution

German Top Court Decides:
German Passport And Two Wives: Both Is Permittable
By Eberhard Wein
August 27, 2017

According to the Koran, a man can marry a second woman; but in Germany, too, this is not against the constitution. At least this is what the two highest administrative law judges say. Photo: ‘Arab with Three Wives and Two Servants’, Wikimedia Commons

A Syrian, who is married to two wives, can still become a German national. The city of Karlsruhe cannot revoke his naturalization, the administative court says.

Karlsruhe – if you contract a second marriage abroad, you can still be a good and loyal citizen. This is the gist of a verdict of the administrative court (VGH) in Mannheim. The highest administrative law judges of the country repealed a contrarian decision by the administrative court Karlsruhe. The city of Karlsruhe had revoked German citizenship from a native of Syria, after it surfaced that he had married a second wife in his old homeland.
The 36 year old Kurd came to Germany in 1999, studied and became a construction engineer in 2008. He married a German that same year, and applied for German citizenship shortly thereafter. At the naturalization test, he scored 33 out of 33 possible points. He received his naturalization certificate in October 2010.

Shortly after the wedding he married a second wife
In 2010, 2013 and 2015, three children were born. But then the man recognized fatherhood for another child born in Damascus in 2012. What surfaced now led to the city of Karlsruhe revoking the naturalization. The man allegedly had married another woman in Syria, already in June 2008, only seven weeks after his marriage in Germany. The charge is that he had given incomplete information in his application.
In the verdict, the administrative court leaves open the question if the plaintiff gained naturalization by willful deceit. It is true that the application form only asked for “previous marriages” and not “additional marriages”. Still, the judges of the previous instance were not wrong to say that a second marriage should have been stated “all the more”. But at the same time, the senate does not share the administrative court’s opinion that the principle of singular marriage was part of the constitution.

Marriage saved woman from ostracism
The city of Karlsruhe had argued that polygamy violated the dignity of man as guaranteed in article 1 [of the German constitution – translator] – in the judges’ opinion “an absolutely unique legal opinion”. They pointed to a decision by the administrative court Regensburg: Who violates the principle of single marriage, is not necessary an “enemy of the constitution”, it said “boldly and correctly”.
In the case at hand, the court also acknowledged the special circumstances. The plaintiff said that he had married the woman, his cousin, because their affair from the year 2006, was busted. Only this way he were able to save her from social ostracism in Syria. His Muslim belief allowed a multiple marriage. At the same time, he admitted, he could not imagine to be one of several husbands.

Case of fundamental importance
After detours over Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Sweden, the wife now lives in Karlsruhe, too, but in an apartment of her own. His first wife always knew of her, allegedly. There would be no marital contact. The city of Karlsruhe already lodged an appeal against the verdict. The administrative court allowed the revision at the Federal Administrative Court. „We deem the clarification of this legal matter of fundamental importance for generality and consistency”, a townsspeaker said.

The two faces of Obama. Obligation Vs. Passion

Watching Obama’s Easter thing this morning reminded me of an excellent and generally useful Front Page article by Daniel Greenfield, AKA Sultan Knish.

It dealt with how one tends to approach a thing one is passionate about differently than one might approach a thing that we may be obliged to do.

So I did a little video comparing a number of things Obama said about islam Vs. things he has said when speaking about Christianity. Now while I did try and preserve the context of each speech, I likely didn’t. But that is not the issue. It isn’t about the content or the context of each segment. It is about his general attitude towards the people, religion, and culture of each.

Egyptian police fire tear gas to quell crowds after Muslim girl quits town with Christian man

FOX News:

CAIRO –  An Egyptian security official and a priest say police fired tear gas and clashed with a stone-throwing mob of Muslims who had surrounded a Coptic Church in anger over an inter-faith romance.

The Muslim protesters accuse the church of helping to secret away 21-year-old Rana el-Shazli, believed to have converted to Christianity before fleeing her small town with a Coptic Christian man to Turkey.

The alleged romance ignited sectarian tension in Wasta, a rural town in Beni Suef province, about 95 kilometers (60 miles) south of Cairo. Clashes flared anew on Friday after weekly Muslim prayers.

For more than a month, Muslims have attacked churches over the incident and forced Christians to close their shops in the town.

Church Demolished in ‘Moderate’ Indonesia!

By  • on March 23, 2013

We are often fed the idea that Indonesia is a ‘moderate’ Islamic nation.  Events on the ground would suggest something very different.  The Australia News Network reports on the demolition of a Christian Church near Jakarta (1).  Click HERE for the Australia News Network Coverage which includes a video about the issue.

Again, we don’t hear a peep from the supposed high priests of religious tolerance at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).  The OIC promoted UNHRC Resolution 16/18 that purports to confront threats to freedom of religion.  It seems very clear that the OIC does not in fact favour religious freedom and Indonesia is an OIC member state.  Perhaps to the OIC, religious freedom only means the freedom to expand the reach of sharia.

Russian prosecutors have brought child abuse charges against members of a reclusive Muslim sect accused of keeping some of their children in underground cells for more than 10 years.

Russia’s Vesti television reported that prosecutors in Kazan, the capital of the predominantly Muslim central province of Tatarstan, have also charged Faizrakhman Satarov, the sect’s 83-year-old founder, with negligence.

It said Satarov declared himself a prophet – a claim that contradicts the principles of Islam – and ordered some 70 of his followers to stop contact with the outside world and live in underground cells they dug under a house outside Kazan in the early 2000s.

Report: Six Pakistanis sentenced to death for dancing, singing at wedding

There is an old ‘plug-and-play’ joke about an orthodox Christian/Jew/Pentecostal etc. being asked

“Why do they make love lying down”

to which the answer is:

“because if we do it standing up, it might lead to dancing”

In Islam it is less of a joke.

Six people in a small village in northeastern Pakistan have been sentenced to death after a cell phone video of them singing and dancing together surfaced, Agence France-Presse reports.

The six revelers, two men and four women, were recorded together at a wedding, in severe violation of tribal customs that forbid the commingling of sexes at weddings. The wedding took place in the Gada village of the Kohistan district, some 100 miles north of Islamabad.

After the death sentences were handed down, “it was decided that the men will be killed first, but they ran away so the women are safe for the moment,” according to Kohistan district police officer Abdul Majeed Afridi.

Spate of attacks on unveiled women in Yemen

From Bikyamasr

| 29 April 2012 | 2 Comments

The niqab, or face veil, is often disputed in Islam.

SANA’A: Local residents in Aden told Bikyamasr.com that al-Qaeda militants in the region were now targeting unveiled women: harassing them, and at least one instance, physically abusing them as they are trying to enforce the full face veil.

Although the Qur’an only specifies that a woman should cover her hair, neck and ears, Ansar al-Sharia chose to understand this somewhat differently, arguing that since the wives of the prophet were covered, so should all Muslim women.

What the militants don’t mention, or don’t know, is that as with everything in Islam it is very much up to the individual to choose their path – as religion cannot be imposed by force.

Although Yemenis are considered traditional when it comes to Islam, and fiercely defensive of their faith and practice, the vast majority of southerners have said to be outraged by the recent spate of harassment.

“How can they dare attacks girls and women who do not wear the veil? It is a personal choice, which should not be imposed on anyone,” said Anessa Abdelaalem a school teacher in Aden.

According to reports from the local authorities several girls were sprayed with acid on their face by Ansar al-Sharia, for they refused to bow to their demands.

“I only wanted to scare her with it”

This is a recurring theme it seems when muslims stab. beat or shoot someone in the UK. “I only wanted to scare them-him-her with it” (the shotgun bomb or knife or blade in this case. Is there even any point in playing the turn-around game with this? Like what would have happened had the white indigenous British girl slashed the Somali with a blade like that?

Well after all, its worth it. Think of all the great restaurants. I mean who wouldn’t suffer a few stitches to get a chance to eat at one of London’s finer Somali restaurants.

UPDATE:

THanks to an observant reader I have been informed that I missed the date in this article which is  30 June 2006

I posted it because I thought it was recent, but also because the phrase was also used in a recent fatal shotgun shooting of a British man by a Muslim who also claimed ‘he only wanted to scare’.

Thanks for the heads up Robert.

From the Daily Mail:

  • Shanni Naylor

Shanni Naylor pictured after the attack

A 13-year-old girl who slashed a classmate across the face, leaving her needing 30 stitches, was today given a two-year supervision order by a judge.

Yesterday the girl, who cannot be named, was found guilty of unlawfully wounding Shanni Naylor at Myrtle Springs School in Sheffield last year when both girls were 12 but she was cleared of the more serious charge of wounding with intent.

Today at Sheffield Crown Court, the Recorder of Sheffield, Judge Alan Goldsack QC, said he did not have the power to give the girl a custodial sentence.

The three-day trial was told that, the day before the attack, the girl was subjected to a “vicious” assault by Shanni, who punched her repeatedly, banging her head against a wall, as more than 100 pupils looked on without helping.

The court heard the defendant describe how she did not plan to attack Shanni the next day but had found the blade and only wanted to scare her with it.

The jury was told how the girl had an extremely low IQ and had lived in Somalia for the first 10 years of her life without any formal education and having been orphaned when she was young. Continue Reading →
