Britain and the rest of the European Union are ignoring a demographic time bomb: a recent rush into the EU by migrants, including millions of Muslims, will change the continent beyond recognition over the next two decades, and almost no policy-makers are talking about it.

The numbers are startling. Only 3.2 per cent of Spain’s population was foreign-born in 1998. In 2007 it was 13.4 per cent. Europe’s Muslim population has more than doubled in the past 30 years and will have doubled again by 2015. In Brussels, the top seven baby boys’ names recently were Mohamed, Adam, Rayan, Ayoub, Mehdi, Amine and Hamza.

Europe’s low white birth rate, coupled with faster multiplying migrants, will change fundamentally what we take to mean by European culture and society. The altered population mix has far-reaching implications for education, housing, welfare, labour, the arts and everything in between. It could have a critical impact on foreign policy: a study was submitted to the US Air Force on how America’s relationship with Europe might evolve. Yet EU officials admit that these issues are not receiving the attention they deserve.

Jerome Vignon, the director for employment and social affairs at the European Commission, said that the focus of those running the EU had been on asylum seekers and the control of migration rather than the integration of those already in the bloc. “It has certainly been underestimated – there is a general rhetoric that social integration of migrants should be given as much importance as monitoring the inflow of migrants.” But, he said, the rhetoric had rarely led to policy.

The countries of the EU have long histories of welcoming migrants, but in recent years two significant trends have emerged. Migrants have come increasingly from outside developed economies, and they have come in accelerating numbers.

The growing Muslim population is of particular interest. This is not because Muslims are the only immigrants coming into the EU in large numbers; there are plenty of entrants from all points of the compass. Al-Qaida plotting ‘spectacular attacks’ in UK: Report

Abdullah al-Faisal LONDON: Extremists linked to the al-Qaida have claimed that home-grown terrorists are plotting “spectacular attacks” in Britain, a news report said on Monday.

According to reports, the al-Qaida militants have labeled Britain and Europe as a bigger enemy than the United States in an internet magazine favoured by the extremists.

The website, promoted by supporters of extremist cleric Abdullah al-Faisal [another convert to the religion of death] who was deported from Britain after serving a jail sentence for inciting violence, warns of “spectacular attacks”, The Sun reported today.

The British tabloid said the strikes are being planned by terrorists living in Britain in coordination with others overseas.

Security experts in the UK have warned repeatedly that al-Qaida inspired home-grown terrorism is the number one challenge for Britain. Gordon Brown continues to ignore the warnings

A recent report has called for reform of the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC) to allow an expert on ‘home-grown’ terrorism to sit on the top security panel and to be consulted when assessing potential security risks.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown had earlier underlined that most of the terrorist plots that took place in Britain had their links Pakistan and Afghanistan, where the al-Qaida and Taliban militants have been fighting the US-led Nato forces.

“Three-quarters of the terrorist plots that hit Britain derive from Pakistan and Afghanistan and it is to make Britain safe and the rest of the world safe that we must make sure we honour our commitment to maintain a stable Afghanistan,” Brown said.

OK so when did it happen please that a Christian TV network became the purveyor of truth and reason? When I was a kid, Christian shows where hocus pocus and begging for money and CBC and BBC where amazing neutral news services. I looked forward to each every day. Somehow, a complete reversal has taken place where the Christian Broadcast News is often spot on in analysis saying things no one else dares report on. Could it be that they care where the money comes from? Or could it be that the Saudis have not yet throght to bribe them. Either way, this is a good bit of video.

Dutch university fires Islamic scholar Ramadan

The Jerusalem Post… A Dutch university fired Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan on Tuesday for hosting a show on Iran’s state television, which the school said could be seen as endorsing the regime.

Ramadan – known as a reformist who condemns terrorism, seeks to modernize sharia law and urges Muslims living in Europe to integrate – has recently been criticized in the Dutch press for allegedly voicing more conservative views for Muslim audiences than he does in the West.

Both the City of Rotterdam and Erasmus University dismissed Ramadan from his positions as “integration adviser” and professor, saying his program “Islam & Life” airing on Iran’s Press TV is “irreconcilable” with his duties in Rotterdam.

Ramadan “continued to participate in this program even after the elections in Iran, when authorities there hard-handedly stifled the freedom of expression,” Rotterdam and the university said in a joint statement.

I Have Seen the Future — And it is Islamic

The Muezzin This is a reminder that even though Islam means “peace”, there is no peace for infidels. By definition, the condition known as “peace” cannot exist except among Muslims.

The article below is further evidence that Islam is not the problem in Europe and the rest of the West. The problem is the pre-emptive surrender of our own elites to Islamic zealots.

Another example of this trend is the recent policy adopted by British municipal swimming pools which forces even non-Muslim women to wear the burkini during officially-designated Muslim swimming sessions.

There’s no need for Muslim conquest, colonization, intimidation, or infiltration when we simply walk out of our own culture and hand the keys over to Islam.

The woman in this story was forced by the terms of her employment to teach her pupils that Christianity would be abolished. Half of the school’s teachers are non-Muslims, so one presumes that they all follow the same line, otherwise they would be unable to keep their jobs.

If this is the kind of dhimmi behavior that Muslims can induce in their host countries when they are less than 10% of the population, imagine what conditions will be like when they comprise 20% — or 50%.

Are teaching jobs that hard to find in the Netherlands? Or do people really no longer care about such things?

‘Asian Invasion’ hammers British teenager

In 2006, fifteen year old Henry Webster, a pupil at Ridgeway school in Wroughton was repeatedly punched, kicked and hit with a claw hammer in a racially motivated attack. Webster was left with a fractured skull and suffers brain damage. Now eighteen, he seeks compensation from the school claiming they were negligent in maintaining discipline in dealing with racial tensions. Of course the school denies any responsibility. The perpetrators of the crime were described as ” disaffected Asian pupils” and were convicted last year in a London court. Here’s my description:

Thirteen Muslim, racist, criminal fuckwits brutally attack Henry Webster with the intent to kill because he is a white, non-Muslim. Dhimmitude to blame.

The secondary school had created a “culture of racist bullying and harassment”, it was claimed.

Henry Webster, who is now 18, suffered a fractured skull after he was repeatedly punched, kicked and hit with the sharp end of a claw hammer by a gang of Asian pupils.

Thirteen teenagers, and a man who did not attend the 1,400-pupil Ridgeway School in Wroughton, near Swindon, Wilts, were convicted of the attack at Bristol Crown Court last year.

Mr Webster is seeking compensation from the school, claiming there was a negligent failure to maintain proper discipline and deal with racial tension.

His counsel Robert Glancy, QC, told the High Court in London that the “undue indulgence and leniency” towards disaffected Asian pupils created an “obvious risk of racial violence”. Continue Reading →

British non-Muslim swimmers are told to wear burkinis

British swimming pools are imposing Muslim dress codes in a move described as divisive by Labour MPs.

Under the rules, swimmers – including non-Muslims – are barred from entering the pool in normal swimming attire.

Instead they are told that they must comply with the “modest” code of dress required by Islamic custom, with women covered from the neck to the ankles and men, who swim separately, covered from the navel to the knees.

The phenomenon runs counter to developments in France, where last week a woman was evicted from a public pool for wearing a burkini – the headscarf, tunic and trouser outfit which allows Muslim women to preserve their modesty in the water.

The 35-year-old, named only as Carole, is threatening legal action after she was told by pool officials in Emerainville, east of Paris, that she could not wear the outfit on hygiene grounds.

But across the UK municipal pools are holding swimming sessions specifically aimed at Muslims, in some case imposing strict dress codes.

Croydon council in south London runs separate one-and-a half-hour swimming sessions for Muslim men and women every Saturday and Sunday at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre.

Swimmers were told last week on the centre’s website that “during special Muslim sessions male costumes must cover the body from the navel to the knee and females must be covered from the neck to the ankles and wrists”.

There are similar rules at Scunthorpe Leisure Centre, in North Lincolnshire, where “users must follow the required dress code for this session (T-shirts and shorts/leggings that cover below the knee)”.

In Glasgow, a men-only swimming session is organised by a local mosque group at North Woodside Leisure Centre, at which swimmers must be covered from navel to knee.

At a women-only class organised by a Muslim teacher at Blackbird Leys Swimming Pool, Oxford, to encourage Muslim women to learn to swim, most participants wear “modest” outfits although normal costumes are permitted.

The dress codes have provoked an angry reaction among critics who say they encourage division and resentment between Muslims and non-Muslims, putting strain on social cohesion. Continue Reading →

Nuclear riddle of missing ship as pirates demand a £1m ransom

Although there is no reported connection with Islam in this story, it has all the signs of being just that. So I will go out on a limb [a strong limb] and tag it with Islam.

MailOnline…Pirates last night demanded a ransom of almost £1million for the release of the cargo ship which sparked an international search after vanishing from the English Channel a fortnight ago.

Police in Finland confirmed the ransom demand was made to the Finnish owners of the 4,000-ton Arctic Sea and that the case was now being treated as ‘a hijacking with aggravated extortion’.

They said the armed gang had warned they would pose a ‘threat to the life and health’ to the 15 Russian crewmen on board unless their demands are met.

The ransom demand came as The Mail on Sunday established radiation tests were carried out at the port of Pietarsaari in western Finland, where the Maltese-flagged ship Arctic Sea started its voyage.

The Turkish-built vessel, which was carrying £900,000 worth of timber, is feared to have been stormed by pirates looking for a ‘secret cargo’.

The fact that nuclear tests were conducted will fuel speculation that the ship did have a hidden cargo.

Enquiries by this newspaper have established that no checks were carried out on what was being transported in the hold prior to its departure from Finland on July 23.

And the FSB, the Russian security service, as well as MI5 have been involved in the investigation into the hijacked vessel.

Last night Finnish Detective Chief Superintendent Jan Nyholm said: ‘Yes, it is true that there has been a demand for ransom in cash and that it was made to the company which owns the ship, Solchart Management in Finland.’

Another police spokesman, Markku Ranta-Aho, said the ransom demand was for less than $1.5million (£900,000) – that it was ‘significant, but not huge’.

Finnish police also suggested the armed gang demanding the ransom were the same bandits who boarded the vessel off Sweden on July 24 – although other sources claimed it was a different group.

The police released the information after a news blackout during which they had tried to trace the ship, but did not say when the ransom demand was made. They said the hijackers had not been in touch with them.

It is the first time in modern maritime history that a ship has disappeared without trace in European shipping waters.

Until now, ship hijackings have been confined to Somali pirates seizing vessels off the coasts of Africa and in the Indian Ocean.

Yesterday there were reports that the Arctic Sea’s automatic identification system – which helps locate its whereabouts – briefly emitted a signal from the Bay of Biscay,

These women love the ‘clay pot’ logical fallacy. “I never borrowed your clay pot and it was broken when I got it.” It is their defence for nearly every time they are caught working with the enemies of Western Civilization.

It is also critical to understand what she and other Muslims mean when they say “Defend Islam with my life.” It means enforce Islam’s laws customs rules and edicts on us as Islam commands. Islam has many examples of lingusistic slight of hand and these women use them all. ‘Defence’ means attack you if you stop us from ruling you. ‘Innocent’ means a Muslim and ‘Guilty’ means an infidel. ‘Peace’ means we agree not to attack you until we have a strategic advantage and so on. This documentary is made from the perspective of these two Muslim converts. So stop it now and again and think about what you hear and see from these women. It’s like the old joke:

‘How do you know XXX is lying? Her lips are moving.’

In this case, its a studied practiced and codified system of fooling the non Muslim in order to rule them dating back to the time of Mohamed. Even Thomas Jefferson was taken in by a fake ‘peace treaty’ one in English, and the other not and the two treaties said radically different things.

THREE men who groomed a vulnerable teenage girl for sex were jailed for a total of 18 years yesterday.Mohammed Zackriya, 21, of Springfield Road, Keighley, Mohammed Taj, 37 of Broughton Road, Skipton and Mohammed Shabir (Snr), a 36-year-old, father-of-five, of Hawk Street, Keighley, were convicted of 28 sexual offences on Thursday against the girl who cannot be named for legal reasons.Two other men, Abid Ali, 27, of Cark Road, Keighley and Raj Mohammed Shabir, 32, of Neville Street, Keighley, were cleared of all the sexual charges against them.

The jury were directed by Judge Peter Benson to return a not guilty verdict on another man, Shahid Iqbal, 25, of Nightingale Street, Keighley, half-way through proceedings.

Yesterday he jailed Zackriya for eight years, Taj for five years and Shabir for five years.

Shabir was also given an additional six month sentence for contempt of court after he ”behaved in a quite disgraceful way” following a foul-mouthed outburst when a witness gave evidence.

All three were told they would have to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register indefinitely and made subject to orders restricting their association with children.

During a lengthy trial Bradford Crown Court was told that the teenager was targeted by the six men when she was aged 14 to15 because she “craved attention” before they carried out a series of cynical sexual offences. Continue Reading →

MP defends Muslim wedding walkout

BBC NEWS… A government minister has defended his decision to walk out of a Muslim wedding in east London because he was told he must sit apart from his wife.

Jim Fitzpatrick, food, farming and environment minister, left a ceremony at London Muslim Centre, Whitechapel.

The MP for Poplar and Canning Town told the BBC the segregation showed a degree of intolerance in the East End.

But a spokesman for the centre said the segregation was at the request of the couple getting married.

Mr Fitzpatrick, whose constituency is home to a large Muslim community, blamed the tough stance on the Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE) – an organisation that calls for Sharia law – which is based in the same building.

He told the BBC’s Today: “This is a very exceptional occasion, it’s a new occurrence.

“It perhaps demonstrates that there is a degree of intolerance – certainly exclusion rather than inclusion which we are trying to build in the East End.

“Certainly the vast number of my Muslim constituents who’ve contacted me have expressed sympathy that I was placed in this predicament.”

Mr Fitzpatrick is the local MP and a family friend of bride Mahbuba Kamali and groom Bodrul Islam.

The couple said they decided on a segregated wedding out of respect for some of their elderly relatives.

Mrs Kamali said: “It was a private party so if we want to make these requests we are not imposing it and saying we want it to go nationwide and for everyone to be segregated.

“If we wanted to we could have had a fancy dress party and ask all our guests to come this way, and I’m sure he would not refuse.”

‘Hijacked politically’

Mr Islam said he was “upset and embarrassed” by the incident.

“I don’t think anyone deserves to have their wedding hijacked for political purposes, or any other purposes,” he said.

Mohammad Shakir, a spokesman for the centre, said: “Segregated weddings have always been popular in the Muslim community – the London Muslim Centre has facilitated them for over five years.

“It is part of the attraction for Muslim families so they can celebrate their happy day in a religious atmosphere.

“We have always allowed non-Muslim guests to be seated together without segregation, but this is entirely at the discretion of the families who hire the halls.”

My week wearing a burka: Just a few yards of black fabric, but it felt like a prison

Liz Jones TimesOnline..Squatting next to me is my burka. It looks so innocuous: just a few yards of black fabric. But, my goodness, how oppressive it is, how suffocating, how transforming.

Moved by the plight of Lubna Hussein, a Sudanese woman who faces 40 lashes for wearing trousers in public, I decided to spend a week enveloped in what she should have been wearing.

Out shopping one day, I caught sight of myself in a Knightsbridge store window. Instead of me staring back, I saw a dark, depressed alien. A smudge.

A nothing.

On my first day, I was unaccountably afraid to put on my burka. When I did pluck up courage, I felt suffocated.

Driving to my local station, I felt blinkered, like a racehorse. Walking to the platform, I could hardly breathe: I kept getting my nose out from beneath its shroud for fresh air. I felt weak, and faint and itchy.

I walked to the kiosk to buy coffee, staring at my feet to avoid catching anyone’s eye.

‘Mumble mumble,’ I said to the young man serving.

To his credit – the station is in Somerset, so I’m pretty sure this was the first time he’d encountered the full burka – he didn’t bat an eyelid.

I automatically lifted the cup to my lips. Ah. How on earth do women eat or drink? Later that day, at a coffee shop in Fulham, I sat outside at a table, faced with an insurmountable sandwich.

An Arab man shouted abuse. I have no idea what he was saying – perhaps I shouldn’t have been out on my own, or perhaps eating is a sin – but the interesting point is that during my week in a burka, he was the only person who gave me any abuse whatsoever.

In fact, throughout my lonely journey, I was met with only helping hands and sympathy.

‘I have had so much abuse on the train,’ a British Muslim called Um Abdullah complained on Woman’s Hour. Well, she has obviously never travelled with First Great Western.

On one journey home, after a particularly hot day spent steaming like a suet pudding in Regent’s Park, trying to lick a 99, I wobbled to the buffet carriage and mumbled for a stiff gin and tonic. Continue Reading →
