Muslim quizzed on ‘kidnap’ claim

BBC NEWS … A Muslim community leader from Essex has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

_46280546_ramjanallycopy_newNoor Ramjanally, 36, from Loughton, claimed he had been abducted and bundled into a car on 24 August.

Mr Ramjanally said the alleged kidnappers warned him to stop running a weekly prayer meeting in the area.

A police spokeswoman said they had investigated an allegation of abduction and a 36-year-old man was being held at Harlow police station.

Last week Mr Ramjanally told the BBC kidnappers “knocked at my door and when I answered, they grabbed me by the wrists and marched me to their car”.

He added: “I was thrown into the boot and then they drove me to nearby Epping Forest and threatened me.

“I was very scared, they had a knife placed right against my back.”

He said he believed a leaflet campaign by the British National Party (BNP) in the area had prompted the alleged attack.

But Councillor Pat Richardson, leader of the BNP group on Epping Forest District Council, denied any knowledge of the incident and added: “It’s terrible, I don’t agree with these illegal actions.”

This is not the first time Ramjanally has made claims of racist attacks against him. He has also reported recieving hate mail and having his home firebombed. I wonder if his Sharia compliant insurance will be investigating?

Muslim area BrusselsIt is hot in Brussels. Ramadan has begun. The faithful in the predominantly Muslim borough of Molenbeek are not allowed to eat or drink from sunrise until sunset. Non-Muslim policemen, patrolling the streets of Molenbeek in their sweltering cars, are not allowed to eat or drink either. As every year during Ramadan, that they have been told by their superior, Philippe Moureaux, the Socialist mayor of Molenbeek, they have to respect Muslim sensitivities and not to “provoke” Muslims by violating Islamic Ramadan restrictions in public. In effect, Islamic or Sharia law is already applied – for everyone – in the Muslim areas of Brussels.

 Barely two miles from Molenbeek lies Brussels’ European district. One of its huge glass and concrete buildings is the European Parliament where the elected representatives from the 27 members states of the European Union (EU) convene. The 736 MEPs (Members of the European Parliament) have just returned from their summer break. They are mostly unaware of life in Molenbeek. Most of them never go to that part of the city. It is probably a sensible decision, because Molenbeek is known to be unsafe for non-Muslims. Nevertheless, it is a shame that Europe’s politicians are unaware of day-to-day life just around the corner. It means that most of the 736 MEPs, who make up the second largest democratically elected assembly in the world (after India), do not know what life really is like in an ever growing section of Europe’s urban areas. A walking tour of Molenbeek should be compulsory for every MEP.

 Some friends in Brussels organize one-hour trips through Molenbeek. They go in an inconspicuous car, driven by a local who knows the escape routes, and with a bodyguard. Otherwise the risk would be too great. These trips are called “safaris.” Similar “Eurabia Safaris” are organized in other European cities. One of the highlights – though absolutely not the most dangerous one – of the safari in Rosengaard, the Muslim section of the Swedish city of Malmö, is a short stop, to give the visitor the opportunity to take a quick snapshot, in front of Malmö’s “Jihadskörkortsteori” (Jihad Driving School).

 The Sharia areas of Europe are expanding rapidly across Western Europe. While currently still restricted to what the French officially call the ZUS (zones urbaines sensibles – sensitive urban areas) these areas are growing fast. Even today, eight million of the sixty million inhabitants of France already live in one of the country’s 751 ZUS.

 The month of Ramadan is traditionally the most dangerous time of the year in Europe’s sensitive areas. After sunset, the Ramadan ban on eating, drinking and engaging in sexual activities expires until the following sunrise. Ramadan is a period of nightly feasts for Muslims. Young Muslims are extremely touchy. These feasts easily spill over into nightly spasms of mayhem, vandalism, and violence. Europe’s Ramadan riots often go on for days or weeks, during which hundreds of cars, shops and public buildings are set on fire.

 In Muslim countries, such as Indonesia, the police step up patrols during Ramadan in order to crack down on illegal nightly activities. In Europe, however, the police have been given orders to adopt an extra-low profile not to “provoke” Muslim populations. In countries such as Britain, police officers have had to attend “Ramadan awareness” courses. They have even been ordered, “for reasons of religious sensitivity,” to avoid the execution of arrest warrants for Muslims during the month of Ramadan. During Ramadan, Europe is a tinder box. Bus attacked in Savile Town, U.K.

The Press… A MAN was left bleeding after a gang of Asian youths attacked a bus in Savile Town.

Yobs targeted the Thornhill-bound Arriva bus as it pulled away from a stop in Savile Road late on Saturday night.

It was the second successive night the Thornhill bus had been attacked.

The passenger who was injured, a man aged 56, told how stones smashed windows on both sides of the bus. The attack happened at 11pm opposite the BP garage.

The man, who is white and a local businessman, rushed off the bus to chase the youths, bleeding from a cut to his face.

“They told me not to come shouting in their area,” he said. “I told them it was my area as well. I was born and bred in Dewsbury.

“There were other Asians around and they said what happened was wrong and it would be sorted.

“I don’t want to scare people but they have to know what is going on.”

The man said there were about a dozen people on the bus including an elderly woman and a father with children.

“It was like a war zone,” said the injured man who was with his wife.

“When the stones hit the windows it was like explosions going off or machine gun fire. Everybody ducked but I wanted to see what was going on.”

Police attended and an ambulance was called before the bus was taken away.

The man said he had been told a bus had been attacked the previous night and police were supposed to have been shadowing the Saturday service. However the bus was running early.

Two weeks ago The Press reported how three white boys, one aged 12 and two aged 14, were set upon by a gang of Asian youths nearby.

The teenagers were confronted and asked why they were walking through Savile Town. One boy was struck on the side of the head, causing his ear to bleed.

A spokesman for Dewsbury police confirmed that two passengers were hurt and a bus damaged.

Sgt Sarah Baker, of the Dewsbury and Mirfield Neighbourhood Policing Team, said patrols would be stepped up in the area.

She added: “We take these sorts of incidents very seriously and we will thoroughly investigate and bring the people responsible to court.”

Terror group member Shane Kent jailed for five years

Every time one of these converts to Islam is arrested for planning to attack and kill people I am reminded of the stories one hears of gang initiations that call for the new recruit to commit a random act of violence so that the rest of the thugs will accept him.

  news.com.au… A HOME-GROWN terrorist who was committed to violent jihad was jailed this afternoon.

Justice Bernard Bongiorno sentenced Shane Kent to five years on two counts, with a minimum of three years, nine months, the Herald Sun reports.

He has already spent 1115 days in custody.

Justice Bongiorno told Kent, 32, in sentencing: “I am not prepared to accept on the material proferred, that he (Kent) has abandoned the cause of violent jihad.

“There is no admissable evidence of his having done so, or of his being genuinely contrite for what he did.”

Kent, of Campbellfield, was sentenced to four-and-a-half years to being a member of a terrorist organisation, and two-and-a-half years on a second charge of recklessly making a document connected with preparing a terrorist act, but the two will be served partially concurrently.Kent was a drug abusing depressive who was persuaded to seek spiritual guidance from an extremist cleric by his Muslim wife and mother-in-law.

His plea hearing in August was told he helped create an Islamic propaganda jihadist video featuring Osama bin Laden, tributes to “martyrs” and a graphic image of a dead young extremist.

Kent pleaded guilty in July to one count of being a member of a terrorist organisation, a Melbourne terror cell, between July 2004 and November 2005.

He also admitted a reduced count of recklessly making a document – the jihadist video – connected with preparing a terrorist act.

He changed his plea when he was about to go to trial on charges he belonged to a Melbourne terror cell.

The jihadist video was posted on a At-Tibyan website, which was supportive of al-Qa’ida.

Prosecutor Lesley Taylor told the plea hearing Kent was committed to the terror organisation and showed his commitment to violent jihad.

She told the court Kent had been found with a vast amount of jihadist material after he returned from Dubai in 2003, including “macabre” videos of beheadings, footage of car-bombs and al-Qa’ida training manuals.

Ms Taylor said Kent was disappointed he did not get credit for helping to create the jihadist video.

Justice Bongiorno was shown a photograph of the fair-skinned father of three and former house painter in mujahidin clothes and carrying a fake AK47 assault rifle in his Melbourne back yard.

Kent spent three years on remand but was on bail prior to his plea hearing.

Police chief describes how “terrorism” infiltrates Brazil

  • In the past, extremists used the country as a stopover
  • Then they adopted children of prostitutes to stay in the country
  • After that, they seduced Brazilians with a “radical song”
  • Now they prepare actions from here against targets abroad

The revelations above were made by Police Chief Daniel Lorenz. Until the beginning of June he was the director of intelligence of Policia Federal [Brazilian FBI]. A week after leaving his office, he spoke to an audience at the Commission of Public Safety of the House of Representatives.

The session was convened by Raul Jungmann (PPS-PE), president of the commission, with the purpose of identifying the “actions of members of terrorist groups” in Brazil. The reporter received, last week, copy of the transcript from the audience. This Sunday (23), Jungmann published the full text on his blog.

Lorenz measured his words: “As the session is an open one, I will not enter into details in this matter.” Yet he delineated a crystal-clear scene. He said that PF only began to worry about terrorism in 1995.

Since that time the problem has been aggravated. Lorenz divided the crisis into four stages. In the beginning, Brazil was used by terrorists as a stopover. Today, said the Police Chief, the country is already a headquarters for the preparation of attacks on targets abroad.

Below is a summary of the four stages described by the Police Chief:

1. First stage: It was in this stage that PF determined that foreign “extremists” were using Brazil as an stopover. They passed mainly through the region of the tri-border area (Brazil-Argentina-Paraguay).

Lorenz confirmed something that was already in the news. In 1995 Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, who would be known as the third man in the hierarchy of Al Qaeda, “entered by Rio de Janeiro and left by São Paulo.” The terrorist stayed briefly in Foz do Iguaçu.

The Police Chief was sorry because he could not go into details. But made it clear that Shaikh Mohammed was not here on vacation. “He was there, evidently, not to drink a beer nor to be a part of Carnaval, much less for the end-of-year festivities.”

Arrested in Pakistan in 2003, Shaikh Mohammed was taken to the yankee prison of Guantanamo and accused of participating in the September 11 attacks.

2. Second stage: Extremists used the laxness of Brazilian laws to “legalize” their permanence in the country. “I will not enter into details, because I can’t talk about it,” was the excuse again for Lorenz. But he specified:

“They sought a permanent visa in the country by means of […] adoption of Brazilians. That is, the adoption of the children of other people. They got close to women of easy living [prostitutes], adopted their children, and gained the condition of permanent residence in Brazil. Burkha Wearing Bandits Hunted By Police

burka banditsSKYNEWS… Police are hunting burkha wearing bandits who have struck three times in the last two months.

Two police forces are investigating three robberies which have been carried out recently by men dressed in the Islamic garment.

Bedfordshire Police is investigating robberies in two separate travel agents.

A force spokesman said that in the first, a man dressed in a black burkha went into First Choice Travel in The Broadway, Dunstable, on Tuesday July 7, at around 10.15am.

He threatened two female members of staff with a knife, then took a “substantial amount of cash” and escaped through a back door, police said.

More than a month later, on Sunday August 16, a man dressed in a black burkha threatened two female members of staff at Thomson travel agent in George Street, Luton at about 10.55am.

He made off with a large amount of cash, and escaped through the front door before heading off on foot.

In a third incident on Monday in neighbouring Oxfordshire, armed robbers – one wearing a burkha – stole watches worth £150,000.

Three men went into Michael Jones Jewellers in Banbury High Street at about 2.20pm.

They threatened four members of staff, a man and three women, with what is described as a handgun and an axe.

The men then left the shop and got into a waiting black Audi Estate, which then drove off towards of Broad Street.

Police said the men were of Asian appearance and two were wearing dark clothing with their faces covered. The third was dressed in a burkha.

Detectives from both forces have called for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Detective Constable Steve Guerin, from Bedfordshire Police, said: “Officers are keeping an open mind as to whether these incidents are connected but the pattern the offenders have followed is strikingly similar.”

Britain is sinking fast, and in too many ways its government is its people’s worst enemy.

Jihadists struck London on July 7, 2005 and Glasgow on June 29, 2007, and many still operate in Britain — but how bad is it now? To begin finding out, I spent the last week in London, visiting mosques and discussing the situation with locals.

What I saw wasn’t shocking, but quite depressing.

I went to London to work on a documentary on the Islamization of Europe with operatives from the Christian Action Network, which last year produced the shocking documentary Homegrown Jihad: The Terrorist Camps Around the U.S. For that film, CAN’s Jason Campbell visited many of the Jamaat ul-Fuqra terror compounds which dot the rural American landscape, generally to the consternation of the locals and in the face of the indifference or impotence of law enforcement authorities.

Last week, Jason and I walked around inside some of the most notorious mosques in Britain. One by one, we visited them. The North London Central Mosque, aka the Finsbury Park Mosque, the old haunt of the one-eyed, hook-handed jihadi Abu Hamza, who now faces extradition to the U.S. for his role in terror plotting. The expansive and prosperous Islamic Cultural Centre on Baker Street. The likewise large (and rapidly expanding) East London Mosque and London Muslim Centre, and the Stockwell Green Muslim Centre, where teenagers are recruited for jihad. There Jason and I both felt a distinct level of menace as we passed through the place.

We also went by the Masjid-e-Ilyas near the site of the 2012 Olympics, where Muslims want to build the largest mosque in Europe, capable of holding 70,000 people. But there we were not allowed in.

Unrecognized inside the mosques we were able to enter, I was warmly received as a potential convert and laden with books and pamphlets explaining the wonders of Islam — including, courtesy the Finsbury Park Mosque, a copy of the Koran with illuminating commentary: “The purpose for which the Muslims are required to fight,” we’re told, “is not, as one might think, to compel the unbelievers into embracing Islam.”

Feel better? Don’t. “Rather, its purpose is to put an end to the suzerainty of the unbelievers so that the latter are unable to rule over people. The authority to rule should only be vested in those who follow the Truth Faith; unbelievers who do not follow this True Faith should live in a state of subordination.” So much for liberty and justice for all.

The current state of Britain came most clearly into focus, however, not when we visited the mosques, but when we tried to have dinner. I had an illuminating dinner with a group including the notable British author and freedom fighter Douglas Murray that turned out to offer a bracing introduction to British dhimmitude: the dinner had to be moved at the last minute since the proprietors of the George Restaurant in the aptly-named Isle of Dogs district of London didn’t like us discussing jihad and Islamization on the premises. This was despite the fact that the dinner had been planned to be on-camera and had been cleared with the George in advance.

In fact, when I returned to the George the next night with the producers of the film, we were not allowed entry because the previous night we had been discussing jihad and Islamic supremacism.

Were the proprietors of the George Restaurant hard-line Leftists who viewed jihadists as their allies in the struggle against American imperialism? Or were they frightened by the prospect of the local Muslims, who live in that area in considerable numbers, exacting revenge against the place for daring to host a meeting of the Resistance?

Most likely they were afraid of their own government, which frowns upon those who question the wisdom or viability of the multicultural paradise they are intent upon creating. For when we finally tried to assemble in another place a roundtable of concerned British citizens to discuss the problem of the Islamization of Britain, one by one the British participants dropped out. If they appeared on camera, we were told, the government could and probably would threaten their livelihood.

If the British government makes the stakes too high for its own people to speak publicly against the policies that have brought into Britain thousands of people intent upon destroying the British state and imposing Islamic law, then all is nearly lost.

It’s no wonder that British citizens are turning to noxious racist parties like the BNP: the elites have abandoned them. This is a time for the British people to summon untapped resources of courage, and for the British government to recover its vision. Otherwise all will be lost, and soon.

One Muslim family in Denmark wins ‘ethnic cleansing’ award

One family’s aggressive behaviour is forcing 23 other families out of an apartment block in Helsingør

A tiff between neighbours has turned into a horror movie for 23 families who face being moved out of an apartment building in Helsingør due to the aggressive behaviour of one other family.

Life has reportedly been hell for the 23 families since the family in question moved into Lejerbo housing association’s Unit 32 rental flats on Belvederevej last October.

The residents have allegedly faced harassment, violence and threats from the family on a daily basis.

The conflict peaked on Monday while the family accused of the rotten behaviour was entertaining relatives. Their children reportedly began throwing rocks and spitting at other families in the building’s playground area. When they were told to stop, their parents came down to the playground armed with knives and clubs.

A melee ensued and two residents were injured and taken to hospital, while one man was arrested.

Threats have since followed the incident, including the Lebanese family spray painting, ‘We’ve killed a man. Watch your step. Ha ha!’ on the sidewalk outside the building.

But instead of the aggressive family being forced to move out, Lejerbo housing association has instead volunteered to relocate the other families at no charge. The reason is that the one family cannot be evicted until the matter is settled through a court order.

Birgitte Wittendorff, head of Helsingør’s social services department, said the city did not have the power to negotiate solutions in household or neighbour disputes. But the city would step in and evict the family as soon as it had the legal means to do so.

The 23 families previously filed their case with the Tenant Complaints Board and the family was ‘evicted’ by the board – a decision that must be upheld in the court before it can be actualised.

In the meantime, many of the building’s residents were reportedly living in fear, especially those who testifying in the eviction case.

Lejerbo’s attorney said he was trying to get the case heard in the courts as soon as possible, but that could take weeks or even months.

The association’s Steffen Boel Jørgensen said it was ‘ridiculous that the 23 families had to move, but tenants were calling up and they had been forced out of their apartment to seek refuge with family and friends.

No Headscarves in Antwerp’s Schools

Our Flemish correspondent VH has compiled a report from several sources on the controversy (and death threats) caused by the recent decision to prohibit headscarves in the last two remaining public schools in Antwerp that allowed them:

Ban on headscarves

The ban on headscarves at the Koninklijk [Royal] Atheneum in Antwerp and the Athenaeum in Antwerp-Hoboken led to massive protests by the Muslim community beginning during the summer holidays. These were the last two secondary schools in Antwerp that permitted the wearing of headscarves. In the new school year, which begins September 1, there will be none. Three hundred pupils threatened to leave the school in protest, although they will not find a single school in Antwerp which allows headscarves. Only one school for technical (TSO) and one for special needs-education (BSO) remain.

This decision caused a great deal of fuss. A hundred Muslims (two thirds of whom are not pupils of the school) protested in the court area of the Royal Atheneum in Antwerp. The Imam Nordin Taouil, called for a school strike and even threatened a school revolt of Muslims throughout Flanders.

“The aggressive manner in which the radical Muslims responded, convinced me that the headscarf ban was the right decision,” said Karin Heremans, director of the Royal Athenaeum of Antwerp, where all political and religious symbols — including the headscarf — are now banned.

How the Imam, with whom she just had a constructive conversation, could turn 180 degrees in a second like that she still does not understand. “But we stick to our position,” she declares. “We wanted to avoid all this fuss by communicating it only after the exams.” She sighs.

The director mentions (in the Flemish newspaper Gazet van Antwerpen) that there was an increasing radicalization noticeable within the school walls. Several girls were being put under pressure to wear a headscarf. “The presence of these radical Muslims during the protests confirmed my suspicion that this effect had been slumbering for a while and even enormously increasing. The politicians should most urgently consider how to deal with this group. These radical Muslims systematically, under the guise of religious freedom, reject all democratic principles. They reject any compromise. They have the right to profess their faith, but not to impose it on others,” Karin Heremans said, who herself in the meanwhile was threatened by certain Muslims: “Those men told me that I should be whipped and must be hanged”… Continue Reading →

Pan Am bomber release ‘political’, says Mullen

Admiral Michael Mullen, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, believes that the release of the Lockerbie bomber has been a ‘political’ decision.

Speaking on CNN’s ‘State of the Union’, Adm. Mullen said on Sunday that he was ‘appalled’ by the decision to release Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the Libyan convicted of killing 270 people in the 1988 Pan American airliner bombing.

“This is obviously a political decision,” said Mullen joining a group of high ranking US officials, who have denounced the decision.

The US President Barack Obama has described the release as ‘highly objectionable’, while the FBI Director Robert Mueller said the move ‘gives comfort to terrorists’ across the universe. Continue Reading →

A high school hall-of-fame and Christian wrestling coach in Dearborn, Mich., claims he was muscled out of his long-tenured coaching job by the school’s principal, a devout Muslim, because the administrator was furious over a student wrestler who had converted to Christianity from Islam.

Gerald Marsazalek has coached wrestling for 35 years at Dearborn Public Schools, amassing more than 450 wins and, in addition to being added to the Michigan High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame, was named “Sportsman of the Year” by the All-American Athletic Association.

Despite Marsazalek’s success, however, Principal Imad Fadlallah of Dearborn’s Fordson High School ordered the administration not to renew the coach’s contract, allegedly in retaliation over the student’s conversion and to continue a campaign of flushing Christianity out of the school.

“We are getting a glimpse of what happens when Muslims who refuse to accept American values and principles gain political power in an American community,” said Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, which is representing Marsazalek. “Failure to renew coach Marszalek’s contract had nothing to do with wrestling and everything to do with religion.” Continue Reading →
