Of course the Afghan is correct. It would have been career suicide for Laura to go into that particular angle, but it would have been the right one to go down. He is right. It is their culture. But only of infidels. If he had done that to a Muslim girl, it would have gone badly for him. It should not escape notice that he was an employee of the US in the longest war in Afghanistan.

Sexually enslaving young boys though, that seems to be OK.

Rape at indoor swimming pool: verdict nullified

The rape trial against a refugee from Iraq who allegedly has sexually molested and raped a ten year old boy at the Theresienbad in Vienna, has to be repeated.

The high court (OGH) on Thursday nullified the first judgment – six years prison – partly and ordered a new trial. It was decided there were flaws in the initial discovery, senate president Thomas Phillipp explained.

OGH says rape was not sufficiently proven

While the verdict in regards to severe sexual abuse of a minor were “air tight”, the guilty verdict was confirmed by the OGH in that point and is therefore legally valid, there was no necessarily required findings made that showed evidence of legally defined rape.

According to the OGH, the court should have determined if the offender thought that the victim had given his consent to the sexual activity. In other words, if the accused had shown intent to act against the will of the boy. This intent has not sufficiently enough been shown, and therefore the OGH nullified the guilty verdict for rape.

The actual rape therefore will be debated separately at county court. According to the law the punishment will be nullified, and therefore after the second court process which will probably not take place before 2017, the 20 year old will receive a new sentence. The offender will remain in detention until then.

Boy was pushed into the bathroom cabin

On December 2nd of last year the accused had allegedly raped the boy at the Theresienbad in Vienna-Melding. As the process began last April the offender admitted to grabbing the young student by the hand, pushing him into a bathroom cabin, locking the door from the inside, and then molesting the boy.

The accused had been arrested right away at the swimming pool. The boy ran to the pool supervisor who then immediately called the police. During the initial interview with the police, the 20 year old offender already made a confession and according to the recording, he said that he was “following his appetite”. That he “hadn’t had any sex for four months”. When he was asked by an officer if it wasn’t illegal even in Iraq to have sex with a ten year old boy, the refugee answered: “Such a thing is forbidden in every country of the world.”

The very youthful looking offender had been working as a taxi driver in Iraq. In September of 2013 he married his wife and they had a child shortly thereafter. In August of 2015 he decided to leave Iraq to build a new life for himself and his family.

Sentenced to 18 years by the criminal court in Gard (an administrative department in southern France)

(June 10th, 2016, Midi Libre, a French daily newspaper in Montpellier, southern France)

In July 2013, doctors at the hospital in Nîmes (capital of the administrative district of Gard in southern France) had discovered lesions in the anus of an 11-month old baby. Suspicion was cast on the father, Samir, who confessed during police custody (when the baby was brought to a 2nd hospital for surgery) before retracting his words later on.

In trial since last Thursday (June 9th) before the Criminal Court of Gard, the defendant (Samir), represented by Maitres Aoudia and Nougier, denied committing this despicable act. Traces of blood had been found on various objects in Samir’s home (ie, changing table, sink, flashlight).

This past Friday afternoon (June 10th) the verdict was in. Samir was sentenced to 18 years in prison in accordance with the prosecuting attorney’s case.

(TRANSLATOR’S NOTE: According to a more recent article in Midi Libre, both Samir’s brother Issam and wife Khadija defended Samir, the wife saying that what was thought to be the baby’s blood was probably Betadine, the red-colored antiseptic liquid/cream. The baby was first brought to emergency, by the parents, at one hospital in Nîmes. However, after alarming reports from the doctors concerning the extremely serious damage to the baby’s anus, ie, anal fissures evocative of sexual abuse, the baby had to be transferred to another hospital for immediate surgery. That is when the Nîmes police became involved. After retracting his confession to police, Samir attributed other causes to his baby daughter’s injuries: she might have been kicked by her 1 ½ year old brother, or she might be suffering from a disease such as constipation or cystic fibrosis. Also, there is no mention anywhere of Samir’s last name. Perhaps it was scrubbed…)

Dunja R. will never be able to get the phone call that she received from her son out of her head, because he was uncontrollably sobbing. But she felt it right away: Something terrible had happened to him.

It was only last week that police made it public: It was back on December 2nd, a child molester had been arrested at the Wiener Theresienbad, Vienna public pool. A refugee (20) from Iraq jerked the ten year old Goran R. (all names changed) in a toilet cabin and raped him there. The boy suffered such heavy injuries, that he had to be treated at the AKH (General Hospital).

During the interrogation the perpetrator admitted, he came to Austria via the Balkan route, and he hadn’t had any sex for four months. At the pool he “submitted to his lust”. In an interview with “Heute”, Goran’s Mother Dunja R. (43) tells of the suffering of the small victim.

Heute: How did you learn of the crime perpetrated on your small son Goran?
Dunja R.:* I am a single mother of five children. Money is always short. But Goran loves to go swimming. So I gave him three Euros pocket money on December 2nd for Theresienbad near where we live. After school he could go and use the pool. Three hours later he called me and he sobbed and cried so hard that I couldn’t understand a word. Then someone from the pool personnel took his cell phone and said: “Please come here, your child has been sexually attacked!

”??Heute:* Your son confided to the pool supervisor??*Dunja R.:* Yes – and he immediately called the police. As I arrived at the pool I saw my crying child through a glass door, and a man in swimming trunks with his hands cuffed. My sister who came with me, immediately wanted to jump on the man. But the cops pulled him away and surrounded him.”

Heute:  How did the offender get into contact with your son? ?Dunja R.:* Goran was playing with a 15 year old in the pool, the Iraqi was the 15 year old’s companion. As my son went to take a shower, the man motioned him to come to him. Goran thought he needed something – but he was immediately pulled into the cabin. I raised my children to be helpful. Today I have to say: Unfortunately.

Heute:* Who is helping your son cope with this experience now?? Dunja R.:* The Children’s Protection Center “Die Möwe” is supporting us a lot, they’ve found us a lawyer and are providing therapy.

*Heute:* You are not just concerned about the physical injuries of your son?
*Dunja R.:* Absolutely. Because the scars left on his soul may never heal. The boy can only sleep when I give him Trittico-pills. He screams and cries every night. And when he sees my desperation, he turns away from me. It is as if he is erecting a wall around himself. At school Goran has talked of killing himself. His pain is literally pulling the floor out from underneath our entire family.

*Heute:* Have you heard how the offender is justifying his crime in his interrogation?
*Dunja R.:* yes, with “a state of sexual necessity”, and it makes my blood boil. I come from Serbia, I have lived for five years in a Caritas home and I have gotten along with many different people from many different nations. I am certainly not a racist. But this self-serving declaration of the Iraqi is egregious. Or is anyone going to have sympathy for me if tomorrow I rob a bank and then I’ll say, I just didn’t have enough money for my children?

Heute:* Do you wish that the man who raped your son gets deported?? Dunja R.:* Yes – but only after he has served his prison sentence here. Because I have heard what all can happen to child molesters in prison.

 

Iran passes a new law allowing a man to marry his adopted daughter from Age 13

Parliamentarians in Iran have passed a bill to protect the rights of children which includes a clause that allows a man to marry his adopted daughter and while she is as young as 13 years.

Activists have expressed alarm that the bill, approved by parliament on Sunday, opens the door for the caretaker of a family to marry his or her adopted child if a court rules it is in the interests of the individual child.

Iran’s Guardian Council, a body of clerics and jurists which vets all parliamentary bills before the constitution and the Islamic law, has yet to issue its verdict on the controversial legislation.

ADVISORY – This article includes information that may be undesirable, discomfort & upset some audiences.

The 8-years-old girl whose story you’ll read in coming lines did not make it to the 2nd night of her wedding nor did she make it to her 9th or 10th birthday.

Her name unknown, my source telephoned me last week at 9:30 pm to tell me her story. At the first I thought it’s just going to be a short conversation but later it was unveiled that the story is different.

The story came from a village in Khashrood district of Nimruz province in Afghanistan.

A medical doctor assigned in the main hospital in Zaranj city, the capital of the province, who wished to remain unnamed confirmed that he was “made aware” of the incident and that it was “too late to do anything for her” as well the “remote area didn’t allow them to do anything”.

The girl was one of the several daughters of a man in his late 30s. For an unknown reason he gave his daughter to the Mullah of their village for a big amount of money. It is also common in Afghanistan’s rural areas or 3rd level provinces/cities to marry young girls to old men, and trading their daughters for their debts or other items.

The mullah is in his late 50s and is the mosque guy of the village where this incident happened.

The mullah is already married and has many children too.
The two families hold a tribal meeting, agree on the price that the groom’s family pay to the bride’s family, and they set a date for wedding.

After several tries that led him to failure to penetrate her vagina, the Mullah was frustrated.

He failed because the 8-years-old girl who was about to die was physically thin and had a very tight vagina opening.

Sourced from the Mullah’s animal behavior, he took out the sharp knife that he always carried with himself in his pocket and tore apart the girl’s vagina from the clitoris side upwards as well as tore it downwards towards her anus in order to make the vagina larger enough so he can enter his penis into her vagina.

Naturally, she started to bleed in a very bad amount, but the mullah was too annoyed for not being able to have sex with her, to care for what he did or her bleeding or her wounds that he gave her.

The girl had her scarf stuffed in her mouth, crying and trying to not raise her voice because others were there in the room adjacent to or outside.

    A string of failings by social workers and police allowed the gang to brutally exploit vulnerable schoolgirls, selling them for sex for seven years.

    The girls, some as young as 11, were plied with alcohol and drugged with crack cocaine and heroin, then trafficked for sex across the country.

    Some of the teenagers reported their treatment at the hands of the men to police but their complaints were ignored. One was even threatened with arrest if she persisted with her claims.

    • Shuhel Mahboob Ali allegedly made contact via the internet with an undercover investigator from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in January.

    He is said to have told the agent of his plans.

    “As part of the relationship, the suspect allegedly wanted to impregnate the victim, whereupon he would be able to groom the children to be abused by the suspect from the time of birth,” a police statement said.
