Death threat to Geert Wilders in Rap. Think there will be any charges?

The Good Baron over at Gates of Vienna has a good piece on this. I am posting this with the single question…

Will these people be arrested and charges brought for hate crimes? For conspiracy to murder? for threatening to Murder? Of course we all know the answer, this only happens when someone makes even the most vaguely unpleasant gesture towards leftist icons.

Meanwhile, Back in Holland, the liberal tolerant paradise we all admire:

For a literate people, Jews may want to learn to read ‘wall writing.’

After subtitling this video I may have had the darkest insight I have ever had. Millions of Jewish and other people died in Nazi concentration camps partially because of a refusal, perhaps, to read that writing on the wall, writing now again all over Europe’s walls, in bold Arabic script.

From Hoek Van Holland: Translation by V.H. and project organized by the good Barron at Gates of Vienna.

This was a party sponsored by government. A dance and community event. The governments reaction to the violence and shooting of a person by police was to promise never to hold any event like this again.

Civilization takes another major hit.

For a good description of this event, Please visit Gates of Vienna. Much more information there. There has to be a word for what Holland is these days. In the video below, you can clearly see the plain clothes police shoot their way out of this awful situation.

More ‘no go zones’ in Europe and reckless use of force.

First, from The Gates of Vienna, a story of reckless violence followed by pathetic dhimmitude in Holland. I have been procrastinating on posting this literally all day as I saw it early, but it is so depressing.

Trouble at the Beach

by Baron Bodissey

Our expatriate Dutch correspondent H. Numan files a brief report on la crise du jour in the Netherlands:

We have a major political crisis in development:

Shooting at Hoek van HollandLast weekend a big free dance festival was organized in Hook of Holland (a beach area that is part of Rotterdam). Suddenly a few men drew guns and opened fire. One person got hit and died. Others were injured.

The stinker? It was the police who opened fire!

Plainclothes officers felt threatened by hooligans who recognized them. That was the kick-off.

The mayor of Rotterdam, Mr. Ahmed Aboutaleb (the nice guy with two passports) immediately forbade this kind of public event in his town. Forever.

As panem et circenses are rather important for a socialist party, that doesn’t fly very well, to say the least. Continue Reading →

The Belgians still don’t get it

First, a machine translation of the story (with a h/t to jdamn)

Disturbed man attacks beauty salons in Jette

The police Jette has a mentally disturbed 30-year-old man arrested who had attacked some beauty salons on the Charles Woeste. The man was different salons in and went as he recited verses from the Koran. In the last room, he suddenly grabbed a table and chair and hurled it to the manageress.

The police could pick him a little further. He appeared very confused and in his interrogation the man said he was sent by Allah to women who wear makeup and the Quran do not respect them or punish. After consultation with the Brussels public prosecutor, the man was transferred to the psychiatric ward of a nearby hospital. 20/08/09 11u42

So what is it the Belgians don’t get? this man is not mentally ill, he is Muslim and acting as Muslims are commanded to act towards women who show any inclination to act as other than property. Just as ‘Marc Lepine’ did in Montreal when he gunned down all those girls at ecole polytecnique for studying engineering.

(Thanks to a geographically litterate reader, I corrected this from Holland, where the original tip pointed to, back to Belgium where this actually happened.)

Muslims in Europe

Europe’s low white birth rate, coupled with faster multiplying migrants, will change fundamentally what we take to mean by European culture and society. Photo: AFP/GETTY

Britain and the rest of the European Union are ignoring a demographic time bomb: a recent rush into the EU by migrants, including millions of Muslims, will change the continent beyond recognition over the next two decades, and almost no policy-makers are talking about it.

The numbers are startling. Only 3.2 per cent of Spain’s population was foreign-born in 1998. In 2007 it was 13.4 per cent. Europe’s Muslim population has more than doubled in the past 30 years and will have doubled again by 2015. In Brussels, the top seven baby boys’ names recently were Mohamed, Adam, Rayan, Ayoub, Mehdi, Amine and Hamza.

Europe’s low white birth rate, coupled with faster multiplying migrants, will change fundamentally what we take to mean by European culture and society. The altered population mix has far-reaching implications for education, housing, welfare, labour, the arts and everything in between. It could have a critical impact on foreign policy: a study was submitted to the US Air Force on how America’s relationship with Europe might evolve. Yet EU officials admit that these issues are not receiving the attention they deserve.

Jerome Vignon, the director for employment and social affairs at the European Commission, said that the focus of those running the EU had been on asylum seekers and the control of migration rather than the integration of those already in the bloc. “It has certainly been underestimated – there is a general rhetoric that social integration of migrants should be given as much importance as monitoring the inflow of migrants.” But, he said, the rhetoric had rarely led to policy.

The countries of the EU have long histories of welcoming migrants, but in recent years two significant trends have emerged. Migrants have come increasingly from outside developed economies, and they have come in accelerating numbers.

The growing Muslim population is of particular interest. This is not because Muslims are the only immigrants coming into the EU in large numbers; there are plenty of entrants from all points of the compass. But Muslims represent a particular set of issues beyond the fact that atrocities have been committed in the West in the name of Islam. Continue Reading →

Dutch university fires Islamic scholar Ramadan

In the spirit of Taqyyia. [Lying to non Muslims for the advancement of Islam.]

The Jerusalem Post… A Dutch university fired Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan on Tuesday for hosting a show on Iran’s state television, which the school said could be seen as endorsing the regime.

Ramadan – known as a reformist who condemns terrorism, seeks to modernize sharia law and urges Muslims living in Europe to integrate – has recently been criticized in the Dutch press for allegedly voicing more conservative views for Muslim audiences than he does in the West.

Both the City of Rotterdam and Erasmus University dismissed Ramadan from his positions as “integration adviser” and professor, saying his program “Islam & Life” airing on Iran’s Press TV is “irreconcilable” with his duties in Rotterdam.

Ramadan “continued to participate in this program even after the elections in Iran, when authorities there hard-handedly stifled the freedom of expression,” Rotterdam and the university said in a joint statement.

I Have Seen the Future — And it is Islamic

by Baron Bodissey

“We were not allowed to be greeted in the same way as Muslim teachers, not with the word salaam, peace, because non-Muslims cannot know what peace is.”

The MuezzinThis is a reminder that even though Islam means “peace”, there is no peace for infidels. By definition, the condition known as “peace” cannot exist except among Muslims.

The article below is further evidence that Islam is not the problem in Europe and the rest of the West. The problem is the pre-emptive surrender of our own elites to Islamic zealots.

Another example of this trend is the recent policy adopted by British municipal swimming pools which forces even non-Muslim women to wear the burkini during officially-designated Muslim swimming sessions.

There’s no need for Muslim conquest, colonization, intimidation, or infiltration when we simply walk out of our own culture and hand the keys over to Islam.

The woman in this story was forced by the terms of her employment to teach her pupils that Christianity would be abolished. Half of the school’s teachers are non-Muslims, so one presumes that they all follow the same line, otherwise they would be unable to keep their jobs.

If this is the kind of dhimmi behavior that Muslims can induce in their host countries when they are less than 10% of the population, imagine what conditions will be like when they comprise 20% — or 50%.

Are teaching jobs that hard to find in the Netherlands? Or do people really no longer care about such things?

Cargo-Bike imam. ‘Justice’

This may be the one where the hat is tipped. Remember, this is scripted not candid video of a real event. So we now can say it is a mocking and criticism of Islam. If you are still uncertain, watch it a few times till you know the script and the motions, then describe it to a friend who hasn’t seen it. You will have them rolling in the aisles, if they don’t take you to some kind of ‘Human Rights Commission.’
I’m still thinking Andy Kaufman meets Sasha baron Cohen as a Moroccan apostate Muslim.

Yeay! Another instalment of, Cargo-Bike Imam! Travel:

This one is a lot more subtle than last nights homocidal extravaganza. In this, he merely extols children to spit on certain nations in Europe while praising other ones. Can you guess the criteria for what makes a good country and what makes a bad one?

Cargo-bike imam. Music.

This is by far the creepiest one of the three I have subtitled so far. Is this Sasha Baron Cohen meets Andy Kaufman as a Moroccan Muslim? Or is this something much darker. Even if it is meant to lampoon Islam, those are real kids he is speaking to.

Cargo-bike-imam. Creepy Dutch TV

The Dutch broadcast organization  VARA (Association of Worker Radio Amateurs) was once a Socialist broadcaster and nowadays is a left-wing and “multicultural” outfit. A while back VARA invited a stand-up comedian named  Najib Amhali — a Moroccan immigrant who is part of the self-appointed multicultural elite (and has been caught a few times  plagiarizing) — to tape a TV show in eight episodes to be broadcast on Friday evenings. The scheduling of the program, in the evening after another popular program, attracted a reasonable number of viewers for the first episodes (1.3 million). Quite a lot of the responses were negative, even on his fan-site, and judged it worse than his shows on stage.
In every episode Amhali wakes up from a dream and has a problem, each week on a different theme. In the program he looks for a solution. Sometimes he finds it, other times he doesn’t.”
In every feature Najib Amhali plays the role of the Cargo-Bike Imam in his item on Islam. According to the introduction to the series, this imam is “a children’s friend who crosses the country with fresh courage and the wrong ideas in his aim to convert people who stand open to his message. On questions like ‘Why do you never shake hands?’ and ‘Is it true that you throw gays from high rise buildings?’, the Cargo Bike Imam will always have a clear answer.”

Wilders: Calculate cost of immigrants

Published: 23 July 2009 12:00 | Changed: 24 July 2009 14:51

The anti-immigration party of Dutch populist Geert Wilders wants each ministry to make a cost-benefit analysis of the presence of non-Western immigrants and their offspring in the Netherlands.

When Geert Wilders first brought up what he called “the cost of multiculturalism” in the Dutch parliament last year, he got mostly laughs. Wilders claimed non-Western immigration had already cost the Netherlands 100 billion euros and speculated about how that money could have been put to better use. Every elderly person could have had his or her own room in a nursing home, Wilders suggested; we could all have retired at 50, “or we could have given everybody in the Netherlands a free sailboat.”
But now his Party for Freedom (PVV) is taking the matter up again in a more serious manner: PVV member of parliament Sietse Fritsma has requested a cost-benefit analysis of the presence of non-Western immigrants or ‘allochtonen‘ (see insert) in the Netherlands from all twelve Dutch ministries.
That may be a difficult question to answer. For instance, Fritsma wants the transport ministry to calculate how much of the department’s expenses are due to immigrants. This would mean calculating, among other things, how many drivers struck in traffic jams throughout the Netherlands are immigrants.

The PVV also wants to know how much taxes immigrants pay, how often they go the doctor’s and what percentage of police interventions is related to immigrants

Fritsma wants every ministry to come up with figures for the current year, the past five years, and prognoses for the coming year and the next five years. It remains to be seen if the ministries will respond to the PVV’s request.

Some research has already been done into the costs and benefits of labour migration. Last year, Wilders quoted from a 2003 study by the economic policy bureau CPB, but that study did not have the 100 million euro figure. It is unclear how Wilders reached that figure.

The CPB study did come to the conclusion that immigrants cost more over a lifetime (in health care, education, pensions and social security) than they contribute in taxes.

The CPB calculated that an immigrant who arrives in the Netherlands at age 25 will cost Dutch taxpayers 43,000 euros over the rest of his lifetime. (The study did not look into second or third generation immigrants.) It concluded that the Dutch economy as a whole does not benefit from large-scale immigration, and that immigrants are not the answer to the ageing of the Dutch population. However, the study did recommend limited immigration of skilled workers for specific jobs that are hard to fill otherwise.

Economist Pieter Lakeman made an attempt at a cost-benefit analysis of immigration in the Netherlands ten years ago. He said he was the first to ever do so. In his book Binnen zonder kloppen (Enter without knocking), he argued that immigrants were a considerable write-off, costing the government 13 billion guilders (5.9 billion euro) a year. Immigrants from Turkey and Morocco alone have cost the Netherlands more than 70 billion guilders (31.8 billion euro) in the twenty years until the year 1999.

“Without anybody noticing, Dutch immigration policy has become one of the most wasteful forms of government aid around,” Lakeman told NRC Handelsblad at the time.

When the Dutch government returns from summer recess in August, ministers will have to decide how to respond to the PVV’s request: individually or collectively. The latter is the more probable. One thing is for sure: the PVV intends to make the cost of immigration the hot potato of the next political season.

Socialists call for revolt against Wilders in Holland.

An Elite Revolt Against Geert Wilders: Gates of Vienna

by Baron Bodissey

The electoral success of Geert Wilders has spooked the traditional Dutch ruling class so badly that it seems to be willing to use extra-constitutional — or even extra-legal — means to get rid of him.

Our Flemish correspondent VH has composed a report on latest efforts to depose Mr. Wilders by the elites. He offers this introduction:

A Dutch (Socialist) Cabinet Minister last week openly called for a revolt against Geert Wilders and his electorate.

I always thought that openly calling for a revolt was considered a criminal act, but seemingly I am wrong: it is PC, as long as it is of “the elite” against “the right”. Socialist Minister: “I really believe that a revolt of the elite is desperately needed.”

The first translation is from Elsevier:

Wilders: The political elite demonizes and castigates

“Government in panic”

By Luc van Kemenade

Geert WildersPVV leader Geert Wilders accuses members of the Cabinet and the Lower House of demonizing him and creating a climate in which a madman might proceed to attack him [similar to what happened to Pim Fortuyn after being demonized].

Several Cabinet members recently opened fire on Wilders, who recently said in an interview with newspaper de Volkskrant not to be impressed: “It’s pure panic. Until June 4, they could say that these were only polls. Until that night came, right after the elections. Then it became reality.”

The PVV leader says he regularly has to wear a bulletproof vest, “but for the little water pistols of all those Ministers, I do not necessarily need to wear that.”

Attack

After the major victory of Wilders’ Party for Freedom (PVV) in the elections for the European Parliament, the government began its attack on him.

Wilders received fierce criticism from amongst many others Integration Minister Eberhard van der Laan (PvdA, Socialists), who challenged him to a debate (“Come on”). Minister of Defense, Eimert van Middelkoop (Christian Union) said the threat-outline that the PVV warns about is “hysterical”, and State Secretary of Economic Affairs, Frans Timmermans (PvdA, Socialist), finds the PVV party “indecent”.
