Egyptian TV preacher tips hand to Islam’s racist agenda

Here is a rather telling clip from MEMRI TV.

In this Egyptian TV anti-Semitic rant, it is important to note that the host tips his hand. It is not about religion at all, but race and the inherent superiority of the Arab over the Jewish person as a racial construct. This should not escape our attention. This puts to bed even the flimsy notion that Islam treats all Muslims equally and non Muslims as equal Kuffar. Clearly, Islam is a motivating force behind Arab supremacy, at least for this TV preacher, and converting to islam merely makes you the last to be killed.

IFPS and Lord Malcolm Pearson

Here is a chilling interview with the man who invited Geert Wilders to speak at the British House of Lords. ‘This is not a right wing nut’ nor a racist but in fact a liberal in every sense of the word and most importantly, in the true ‘Jeffersonian’ sense of it. Once men of this caliber begin to risk their public profile with opinions which are unfashionable, it is safe to say we have a very real crisis on our collective hands.

Synagogues in L.A. on alert after shooting that police are investigating as a hate crime [Updated]

Adet Yeshurun Valley SephardicL.A. TIMES…Two worshipers at a North Hollywood synagogue were shot this this morning in an attack LAPD detectives are investigating as a hate crime.

The shooting occurred at 6:20 a.m. at the Adat Yeshurun Valley Sephardic synagogue, at 12405 Sylvan St.

LAPD Deputy Chief Michel Moore said the shootings occurred in the underground garage of the temple. A man coming to the temple for worship parked his car in the lot and was approached by suspect who Moore said was wearing a black hoodie.

“Without any words,” Moore said, the suspect shot the man in the leg. Then the gunman fired on a second man who had arrived for prayers. That second victim was also wounded in the leg.

The gunman then fled from the garage. Witnesses called 911.

Moore described the victims as being in their 40s. He said both were in good condition.

Detectives are “working with [the victims] to understand more information,” Moore said.

Detectives don’t believe the motive was robbery, according to LAPD sources, who spoke to The Times on the condition that they not be named because the investigation is ongoing.

At about 7:40 a.m., Los Angeles police arrested a man near the synagogue but the sources say they don’t believe he was the gunman.

LAPD officials have alerted other synagogues around Los Angeles about the shooting, and police have stepped up patrols at Jewish religious institutions.

[Updated at 9:25 a.m.: The synagogue where the shooting occurred is in the heart of the San Fernando Valley’s Orthodox Jewish community and within walking distance of kosher markets and other synagogues. Many people have moved to the area so they can walk to temple.]

The sources said detectives are trying to determine the motive, and whether the gunman acted alone or as part of a larger group.

[Updated at 9:03 a.m.: LAPD detectives were reviewing security videotapes from the temple in hopes of better understanding the chain of events. They were also searching a nearby park to see if the suspect is hiding there.]

New York: Revolution Muslim spreads hate, calls for the murder of Jews

New York-Based Muslim’s Web Site Calls for God to ‘Kill the Jews’

Tuesday, October 13, 2009
By Joshua Rhett Miller

Yousef al-Khattab, formerly Joseph Cohen, is seen here in an undated photograph.

A New York bicycle cabbie who last year used his Web site to mock the beheading of journalist Daniel Pearl posted a prayer calling for the murder of Jews and exhorting Muslims to “throw liquid drain cleaner in their faces.” And there’s nothing authorities can do about it.

Yousef al-Khattab, who runs RevolutionMuslim.com and pedals a pedicab in New York City, insists the words he has posted on his Web site are a prayer, and not a threat — and that his hatred is protected by the First Amendment.

“If it was a threat, I’d be in jail,” the 41-year-old al-Khattab told Foxnews.com from his home in Queens. “I’m asking my God, that’s what it is. Every supporter of Israel is an enemy combatant and the immune system is not anti-Semitic for resisting disease.”

Al-Khattab removed the Oct. 7 post a “few days ago” and replaced it with a post about a mosque in Jerusalem.

An American-born Jew formerly known as Joseph Cohen who converted to Islam after attending an Orthodox rabbinical school — al-Khattab called on Allah to carry out “wrath on the Jewish occupiers of Palestine & their supporters.”

“Please throw liquid drain cleaner in their faces,” he wrote. ” … burn their flammable sukkos while they sleep … Ya Allah (Oh God) answer my duaa (prayer).” (“Sukkos” refers to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, during which Jews build and eat their meals in outdoor huts known as “sukkahs,” which represent the huts the Jews lived in during their exodus from Egypt.)

Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News’ senior legal analyst, said the posting is “absolutely protected” by the First Amendment. Continue Reading →

‘Hezbollah arms cache’ blows up

BBCNEWS… Reports from southern Lebanon say there have been a number of explosions at a weapons depot belonging to the  movement.

The reports say the depot was housed in an abandoned building near the village of Khirbet Silim in the Dabsheh area. There were no reports of casualties.

Hezbollah denied any link with the blasts and attributed them to the detonation of unexploded ordnance.

Lebanese troops cordoned off the area and restricted access to the site.

No-one was injured in the explosions but they caused panic among local residents who reportedly mistook them for an Israeli air raid.

Israel and the mainly Shia Muslim militant and political movement Hezbollah fought a fierce 34-day conflict in 2006 and the area is littered with cluster munitions dropped during the Israeli bombardment.

Fighting ended under the terms of a United Nations ceasefire which banned Hezbollah from conducting any military action between the border and the Litani River to the north.

Arab & Muslim nations push for war crimes prosecutions against Israel

Report on Gaza war set to ignite fierce debate

Steven Edwards, Canwest News Service Published: Tuesday, October 13, 2009

A Palestinian stands in front of Israeli soldiers during a protest in the West Bank village of Bilin near Ramallah against Israel's offensive in Gaza January 8, 2009. Eric Gaillard/Reuters files A Palestinian stands in front of Israeli soldiers during a protest in the West Bank village of Bilin near Ramallah against Israel’s offensive in Gaza January 8, 2009.

UNITED NATIONS — Up to 40 Arab, Muslim and other countries critical of Israel plan to turn a routine United Nations meeting on the Middle East on Wednesday into a war crimes debate focused on Israel’s assault on Gaza last winter.

The gathering at the UN Security Council in New York will serve as a curtain raiser to a parallel debate on Thursday and Friday in the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, where 18 of the 47 member states have successfully pushed for that body’s sixth “special session” on Israel in just three years.

Both meetings will see countries address results of a probe led by Judge Richard Goldstone of South Africa that says Israeli forces and Hamas gunmen in Gaza committed possible war crimes in the 22-day war that ended Jan. 18.

But Arab, Muslim and other countries that are heavily supportive of the Palestinian cause have made clear they are most keen on seeing implementation of recommendations in the report that could lead to war crimes prosecutions against members of the Israeli armed forces and political community. Worthwhile lecture on strategy for the anti jihad.

Here, at a conference in Malmo Sweden, a British fellow, ‘Alan Lake’ speaks some really important and interesting insights on how to deal with the issue of Islam in the west with our fellow citizens. He offers some things perhaps most of us know but quite a few we may not. Things ranging from not bothering to argue Koran or Islam with people. It is a loosing game and a waste of time.

On this I agree and for the reasons he states as well as for a few he does not. Once you begin to argue the rules of someones imaginary cosmology of which they are the wearer of the official funny hat, you have to lose even if you win. Robert Spencer is an excellent example of this. He knows Koran etc. Better than many imams. This will change no one’s mind who is Muslim, and precious few who are not, yet who imagine Islam to be another benign form of quaint or charming noble-savage sort of cultural practice.

To the Muslim, Spencer will remain a Jew, even though he is not, or at best a Kufar.

Once you agree to argue a cosmology based on magic and superstition with someone who is a purveyor of it, you lose. This applies to any non rational cosmology. So best left alone.

This is just one early point in this insightful and worthwhile lecture. Please do take the time to listen to it. I felt it was very helpful if for no other reason, he does warn against burning out, as well as many other important and interesting observations about this fight and its likely consequences.

Eeyore for Vlad.

The fabricated history of the “ancient” palestinian

In 1948, five Arab armies attacked the newborn legitimate and sovereign State of Israel. Transjordan annexed the area intended for an Arab state, and renamed itself the Kingdom of Jordan, calling the annexed area the “West Bank”. At the same time, Egypt took over Gaza.

No Arab suggested making the West Bank and/or Gaza into an Arab state until 1967, when Israel was again attacked by the Arabs and in defense, took those areas.

From 1948-67 when all of the “West Bank” (including Jerusalem) ended up under Arab [Jordanian] control, no effort was ever made to create a palestinian state for the Arabs living there, nor were their attempts by the “poor palestinian people” to wrangle their “homeland” back from Jordan.

It is curious how Arafat and his PLO (formed in 1964, three years BEFORE Israel was attacked by Arabs and therefore makes Israel incapable of “occupying” any “palestinian” land) discovered their fabricated “ancient” identity and a need for “self-determination” and “human dignity” on this very same “West Bank” only AFTER Israel regained this territory (three years later in 1967) following Jordan’s attempt to destroy Israel.

Why was no request ever made upon King Hussein of Jordan who “occupied” the West Bank for all those years?

Is it logical that the PLO was formed in 1964 to regain the lands they would lose three years later in 1967?

This sort of logic makes sense only to those who who have not learned that the PLO was formed to DESTROY Israel.

The destruction of Israel was Arafat’s goal. He failed. Arafat, the Egyptian, failed to destroy Israel and now his diseased body is rotting in a cement tomb, along with his mildewing soul.

Arafat was born in Cairo, folks.

His father, Abd al Ra’uf Arafat Al-Qadwa, was the son of a well-known family from Gaza and nearby Khan-Yunis, who had married Zahava Abu-Sa’ud from Jerusalem. In 1927, the couple had emigrated from Jewish Palestine and settled in Egypt. Two years later their son Yasser was born. When Yasser was three, his mother died and his father sent him to spend some time with his mother’s family in Jerusalem. During the 1930s, Yasser lived alternately in Jerusalem and in Gaza, and after his father remarried, his family sent him back to Cairo, where he spent the rest of his youth.

Many arabs who volunteered to serve the pLO immediately after the Six-Day War noted that their barbaric leader, Arafat, spoke Arabic with an Egyptian accent.

Arabs from Middle Eastern countries can easily recognize the country of origin of any other arab they meet by his accent – and here the man who claimed to be a warrior representing and leading the “palestinian people” spoke with an Egyptian accent.

That’s right, folks. Everything you’ve read about the palestinians is fabricated, embellished, tricked up, falsified and exaggerated.

There is no “palestinian land.” It is only the constant repetition that makes people believe that the “West Bank” belongs to the “Palestinians.” Judea/Samaria (the “West Bank”) is part of the Jewish homeland. Any land that Israel might eventually yield to the Arabs to establish some kind of autonomy would be an act of generosity and accommodation unprecedented in world history.

Because unlike the political Arabian Nation, the Zionist movement to Palestine/the Land of Israel represents a return, not an invasion.

But let’s face it, folks, it’s all academic: Israel is not going anywhere, so get used to it:  Israel is here to stay.

‘Guardian’ omits Israeli nobel winners

So much for the Guardian being able to claim they are an impartial news agency.

LONDON – The Guardian was forced to amend an article on past Nobel Peace Prize winners on its Web site on Friday after it omitted the names of Israel’s prize winners.

Following the announcement of US President Barack Obama’s winning the 2009 prize, an article written by the newspaper’s news editor Simon Rogers listed the names of all Nobel Peace prize winners since the awards inception in 1909. However, all of Israel’s prize winners – Menachem Begin, Yizhak Rabin and Shimon Peres – were omitted.

In the 1978 entry, Menachem Begin’s name was missing, with only Egyptian president Anwar Sadat listed. The same error occurred in the 1994 entry with Yasser Arafat the only entry and Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres missing.

The omission led to a number of frenzied entries in the article’s comment section.

In a statement on Friday, the newspaper blamed the mistake on a “technical issue,” saying the names was accidently omitted.

“For the Nobel Peace Prize winners list, we used data from nobelprize.org. However, there was a technical issue during the data transfer from the site, which meant that many of the names of the joint winners of the Nobel Peace Prize were accidentally omitted, although the country of origin of the winners was not. This has now been corrected,” a Guardian spokesperson said.

The article’s author, Simon Rogers, also posted an entry online: “It’s my fault, I’m afraid. I decided where there was more than one winner to put the joint one in the second column. Unfortunately, this caused a few problems, which we’ve now rectified. Please let me know if you spot any other missing names.”

Stratfor: recent leaks on Iranian nuke development

MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2009    STRATFOR.COM  Diary Archives

The Significance of Leaks About the Iranian Nuclear Issue
COMMENTS ON IRAN have run the gamut, from French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner’s statements that there is a small window of opportunity — with emphasis on “small” — to comments indicating indicated that diplomacy is alive and robust and to the International Atomic Energy Agency chief’s statement that there is a “shifting of gears” in the nuclear controversy. Our best guess is that no one really knows what will happen except perhaps the Iranians. They know how they will conduct themselves in these negotiations. But even they are not certain what the response will be.

The most important news came with two leaks over the weekend. One was in the New York Times, which reported that the IAEA had a secret report claiming that the Iranians had accumulated all of the data needed to build an atomic bomb. The report also stated that U.S. intelligence is now re-examining the National Intelligence Estimate that deemed Iran was not actively working on a nuclear weapon. Retired Gen. James Jones, the national security adviser to U.S. President Barack Obama, appeared on television Sunday saying that Washington would rely on its own estimate of the situation, implicitly demoting the importance of the IAEA report. Clearly, Jones does not want the Obama administration trapped in a rigid position, which acknowledging the report’s validity would do. But it also indicates that the leak to the New York Times did not come from the White House, which means that a battle is starting over the intelligence analysis of Iran’s nuclear capability. Whoever wins that battle defines the parameters of U.S. policy toward Iran. Continue Reading →

Thirty ‘high-risk’ terrorists to be released early

British court thinks punishing Muslim terrorists might make them more dangerous.

TIMESONLINE… UP to 30 “high-risk” terrorists — including some of the most dangerous men in Britain — are due to be released from jail in the next year.

More are being freed in the wake of a ruling by Britain’s most senior judges that long sentences for terrorist crimes could “inflame” rather than deter extremism.

An analysis of appeal court cases shows that of the 26 terrorism cases it has heard, 25 have led to men with terrorism convictions having their sentences reduced.

Others are being released because they serve only part of their term. In response, Chris Grayling, the shadow home secretary, said the Tories were considering longer sentences for terrorists.

The leniency of the British appeal court to some convicted terrorists contrasts with America where they can be locked up for their whole lives. One man designated “high risk” and due to be freed soon is Andrew Rowe, a Muslim convert who was found guilty of having notes on how to fire mortar bombs.

Rowe was sentenced to 15 years in 2005. He is due to be freed next April after his sentence was reduced to 10 years. Others who have had their sentences cut include some of those who helped the failed suicide bombers of July 21, 2005 and two of those convicted of soliciting murder during the Danish cartoons protest.

The sentences were reduced after a key ruling in July 2008 by Lord Phillips, then the lord chief justice, and two other senior judges, who reduced Abdul Rahman’s sentence from six to 5½ years following his guilty plea for disseminating a terrorist publication.

Rahman, a key Al-Qaeda player, recruited disaffected Muslims from northern England to fight British troops in Afghanistan.

The judges stated: “Care has to be taken to ensure that the sentence was not disproportionate to the facts of the particular offences. If sentences were imposed which were more severe than the circumstances of the particular case warranted, that would be likely to inflame rather than deter extremism.” This was the green light for further sentence reductions in subsequent terrorist appeals.

Harry Fletcher, of the probation service union Napo, said: “Due to the extraordinary number of successful appeals, scores more terrorists will be released. Every single one that comes out will have to be supervised until their full sentence expires.”

Two SITREPS on Iran:

From Stratfor:

Iran: Tehran Knows How To Build Atomic Bomb – IAEA Report
October 3, 2009
A confidential analysis of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) says Iran has acquired enough information to design and produce an atom bomb, The New York Times reported, citing excerpts from the report posted Oct. 2 on the website of the Institute for Science and International Security. IAEA experts stress that the “Possible Military Dimensions of Iran’s Nuclear Program” report’s conclusions are tentative and subject to further confirmation. The conclusions go beyond public statements by the United States and others. Iran has also researched and tested extensively how to make a weapon’s components, but the document does not say how far along the country is in that work.

Israel: Israelis Say Russian Scientists Helping Iran With Warhead – Russian Source
October 3, 2009
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu handed over in a secret meeting a list of Russian scientists he said are helping Iran develop a nuclear warhead, The Sunday Times reported Oct. 3 in its online edition, citing an unnamed source close to the Russian defense minister. Netanyahu and his national security adviser, Uzi Arad, traveled in September by private jet for a short, tense meeting, according to Israeli sources, kept secret to avoid embarrassing Moscow, but “to spur it into action,” the source said.
