BNP vindicated by BBC documentary on rape and forced prostitution of British children by Muslims

Say what you want about the BNP. I’ll even listen with a sympathetic ear. There may even be a smattering of truth to some of the worst allegations against them. But let’s be perfectly clear here. The BNP have NOT been making wild public statements about killing all the Jews or any group at all like for instance, oh I dunno the president of Iran for example. The BNP has NOT threatened to nuke a civilized nation because it contains a group he doesn’t like as has, well for instance the president of Iran.

Yet it was that same president of Iran who was asked to deliver the annual Christmas message to the people of England by the BBC instead of the Queen in 2008 and the BNP who are being charged with hate crimes, accused of racism and maligned without any hard proof and certainly no national televised speeches with the leader demanding nuclear annihilation of a friendly state.

So I think for the moment Ill pitch in with the BNP. Sooner or later one has to trust the evidence over allegations.

“You dirty Whites! Have you no shame?” insulted, derided, ogled and even photographed by mobile phone: about fifteen students of the Ecole de commerce André-Chavanne were caught by a group of people leaving the mosque of the Grand-Saconnex suburb of Geneva. Their crime that they were running in a gym outfit on the athletics track of their school ‘during the hour of prayer’.

The incident caused commotion among students, teachers, parents and even the higher ups of the national education ministry. It caused strong reactions on the part of the mosque. The imam vehemently condemned such acts in his sermon to the believers. Today the good neighborly relationship is back.

On Friday April 3rd, in the early afternoon, the students, about 15 years old, were exercising on the course. A dozen people leaving prayer, found themselves facing them. To return to where they parked they took a shortcut, a newly opened rod which leads to the sports field.

Instead of avoiding passing the track, the men, young and less young, walked right through. They disrupted the race, going through the plastic cones arranged for the exercise. they insulted the students, roughly put them down, took a picture, and blamed them for their shamelessness before leaving.

Shocked, the young gym teacher who trained them notified the school. On April 6th the principal, Roland Jeannet, alerted his superiors and sent a letter to the mosque administration asking them to speak in the next meeting of the mosque and to encourage their believers to more respect.

Roland Jeannet says that the imam responded very well and that the following Friday he dedicated a long part of his sermon to this issue. He’s since received letters from believers denouncing the attitude of these men and fearing for the image of Muslims.

A meeting between the principal, two mosque representative and a police agent took place at the end of April. this reassured the school, which did not lodge a complaint.

The Islamic Cultural Foundation took the incident very seriously. One of the leaders says that Muslims must be an example, particularly in this context, where they’re often blamed.

There has been no previous incident in the area between the mosque and the school, which are close by. However, one of the teachers says that they’re sometimes a little uncomfortable when parking in the area, where hundreds of men come to prayer. A female student at the school says that the girls who run get insistent looks at their chests.

It is possible that the shortcut between the mosque and parking will be closed again.

Hasibullah Sadiqi expressed a desire to “get rid of” his sister and her fiance weeks before he shot and killed the couple, one of his friends told a jury Thursday.

“He said, ‘I want to get rid of them,’ ” said Payman Fazli. “Then he said he was just joking.”

Sadiqi has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of his sister, Khatera Sadiqi, and her fiance, Feroz Mangal. The pair were shot and killed while sitting in their car in the Elmvale Mall parking lot just before 1 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2006.

Although Hasibullah Sadiqi doesn’t deny he is responsible for the deaths, his lawyers have said he rejects the Crown’s theory the shootings were an “honour killing” carried out by Sadiqi.

The Crown contends he murdered the pair because he felt his sister had dishonoured his family by becoming engaged to Mangal without her father’s permission, and by moving in with the man’s family, actions contrary to her family’s Afghan heritage. Sounded sad

Under cross-examination by defence attorney Lorne Goldstein, Fazli stood by his story he’d personally heard Sadiqi use the phrase “get rid of them” when speaking about what he wanted to do about the relationship between his sister and Mangal.

Fazli said it’s likely he’s the only person who heard Sadiqi say those words on two separate occasions weeks before the shootings.

Fazli also testified about meeting Sadiqi the morning after the killings at Fazli’s apartment building on Riverside Dr. “He wanted to see me. He sounded sad and upset,” said Fazli. “He said Khatera was gone. I said, ‘What do you mean?’ and he said, ‘Khatera is gone.’ ”

Fazli said Sadiqi then admitted he’d shot the couple.

“He asked me if I wanted to go to mosque to say a prayer for her,” said Fazli. “He said, ‘She’ll become a martyr. She’s in paradise now.’ ”

Near the end of Fazli’s testimony, the 22-year-old became emotional when he talked about having to come to court and talk about the killings.

“So many families want justice for Khatera and Feroz,” said Fazli. “Two lives are gone. Everyone is hurt by this.”

Earlier in the day, court also heard from Sultan Mangal, Feroz’s father, about the last time he spoke with his son.

Mangal said he called his son around 11:20 p.m. on the night of the shootings.

“I told him, ‘Why are you late?’ ” Mangal testified through a Pashto interpreter, frequently dabbing at his eyes with a tissue. “With a smile and a laugh he said, ‘I am on the highway. I’ll be shortly home.’ That was the last (of his) voice I heard.”

A DOMESTIC violence charity is planning to use human rights legislation to sue Greater Manchester Police and the Crown Prosecution Service after a young mother was murdered by her violent husband.

Taxi driver Malik Mannan, 36, stabbed his wife Sabina Akhtar, 26, to death at their home in Longsight.

He was found guilty of murder by a jury who deliberated for 20 minutes – one of the quickest murder trial guilty verdicts in Greater Manchester’s legal history – and jailed for a minimum of 17 years.

It emerged that Sabina told police Mannan had attacked her 25 times previously – and even predicted he would kill her. But prosecutors decided not to press charges, leaving him free to murder.

Today the charity Refuge said it would argue that GMP and the CPS failed to protect Sabina.

Human rights lawyer Helena Kennedy QC said the legal action could become a landmark test case and Sabina’s family told the M.E.N. today that they would back the action ‘100 per cent’.

Sandra Horley, chief executive of Refuge, said: “Under human rights legislation, the authorities have a duty to protect persons and we believed in this case the police and CPS failed spectacularly and if they had handled it better she might still be alive today. I believe the only way to change policy and practice is to hit them where it hurts – in their wallets.”

Sabina’s family believe she would still be alive today if police and prosecutors had listened to her cries for help.

The headmaster rushed his students out of their classrooms in the northern town of Charikar after they smelt an unusual odour and started feeling nauseous and dizzy, a 17-year-old victim told Reuters from her hospital bed.

“I am pretty sure whoever has done this is against education for girls, but I strongly ask the parents not to be discouraged by such brutal action and send their children to school,” said Noor Jahan, a ninth grader at Ura Jalili Girls’ High School.

In another room a mother sat beside her unconscious daughter’s bed, crying and rubbing the girl’s forehead. Around her lay several dazed and pale schoolmates.

For the second time, a sharia defence is used in Canada for pre meditated murder

Not long ago, a Canadian defence lawyer used Islamic religious freedom as a defence in a terrorism trial arguing that a defendant was within his religious rights to council advise and commit terrorist acts. Now we have honor killing being used as an actual defence in a Canadian Murder trial in Ottawa. Both of these cases are of extreme importance as they may set precedents which allow Islamic values to be mitigating factors in serious crime and hence make sharia a de facto law of the land. This, as is the previous case, is serious.

The flashes were quick, far in the dark distance at the rainy shopping plaza parking lot where Khatera Sadiqi would soon be found barely breathing, slumped against her fiancé in a car.

There are four flashes on the video footage caught by a bank’s ATM camera, then a pause as a car’s headlights sweep a nearby area. Then another flash. All within 37 seconds.

The footage was played during the first day of the murder trial of Hasibullah Sadiqi, where assistant Crown attorney Mark Moors told a jury they are expected to hear that the now 23-year-old man killed his sister and her fiancé in an “honour killing” rooted in anger over their engagement.

Sadiqi’s defence lawyers have indicated they will not dispute that Sadiqi was responsible for the killings, but will argue that he is not guilty of murder because he was provoked.

During his opening statements, Moors told the court that Sadiqi shot his 20-year-old sister, Khatera, and her fiancé, Feroz Mangal, with a .44 Magnum revolver while they sat in a parked car at the Elmvale Acres shopping plaza, at St. Laurent Boulevard and Smyth Road, just before 1 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2006.

Sadiqi, a Canadian of Afghan descent, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. The court is expected to hear he was upset because his sister got engaged without the permission of their father and had moved in with Mangal’s family, Moors told the five-woman, seven-man jury. PESHAWAR: The banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has allegedly warned doctors of the public sector hospitals in Peshawar to stop wearing shirts and trousers or face suicide bombing.

A senior doctor at the oldest public sector hospital of the NWFP ñ the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) — told our sources on condition of anonymity that they had received a letter from the TTP, asking doctors and all other medical staff to immediately stop wearing shirts and trousers or suicide bombers would target them at their institutions.

He said the chief executive of the LRH, after receiving the TTP letter on April 28, circulated the communication to the medical superintendent, deputy medical superintendents and other senior staff members of the hospital and directed them to take precautionary measures.

The doctor said the chief executive had mentioned in his circular that the TTP threat should be taken seriously, urging doctors and other staff members to stop wearing shirts and trousers. The staff member said the alleged TTP threat had sent a wave of shock among the doctors’ community.

Two other senior doctors at the Hayatabad Medical Complex and the Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) also confirmed receiving similar threats from the TTP. They said chief executives of all the three teaching hospitals directed their staff members, particularly doctors, to stop wearing shirts and trousers so that they could be saved from suicide bombers.

When reached by telephone, NWFP Secretary for Health Dr Sohail Altaf confirmed the threatening letters that were received by the hospital executives from unknown people. He said he too had received a copy of the letter, which he had dispatched to the NWFP police chief, Malik Naveed Khan, for investigation. Sohail Altaf said he did not believe the Taliban would have sent the letter.

The secretary said it seemed that certain elements had started terrorising peaceful citizens in view of the situation the people were facing these days. A senior doctor at the LRH said the threatening letter had created extreme panic and many doctors had stopped wearing the dress after the warning from the Taliban.

“It shows there is no writ of the government and Pakistan has become a Taliban state. It is a serious issue as the Taliban have practically started interferering into the personal matters of citizens and affairs of the government departments,” said a senior doctor at the KTH.

This would bother me a lot more if this took place in a non Islamic nation.  Even so, it wasn’t all that long ago that England was a secular democratic non theological state so I suppose we should pay attention to this as it can and will happen here sooner or later. A Muslim dentist refused to treat patients unless they wore traditional Islamic dress, it was alleged today.

Omer Butt, 32, ordered women to put on head scarves or he would not register them or their families at his NHS-funded clinic, it was claimed.

At least two patients were left in pain after they declined to follow his self-imposed rules, the General Dental Council heard.

It is the second time that the dentist – who is the brother of a former spokesman of the radical Islamic group al-Muhajiroun – has appeared before the council’s disciplinary panel on similar allegations.

Two years ago he was reprimanded for telling an Asian mother-of-two he would not register her unless she wore the Muslim hijab.

The GDC heard how Butt believed it was his duty to stop Muslim patients committing what he believed was Al-Kaba’ir, a religious sin.

He even put a laminated sign on the wall of his waiting room telling patients they would have to adhere to his strict dress code or find another dentist.

John Snell, for the GDC, said: ‘He sought to impose a dress code on patients attending his practice.

‘He required that women cover their hair with a head scarf, or hijab, and that male patients remove any gold jewellery.

‘If he had simply expressed a preference, without imposing any compulsion to adhere to this dress code, there may be no cause for complaint.

‘However, he insisted – and those who did not comply were refused treatment.

‘He made compliance with Islamic dress code a condition of treatment, which is entirely inappropriate under the auspices of the National Health Service.

‘Patients should have access to NHS treatment regardless of their religious observance, or otherwise.’

One patient,  referred to only as Mrs F, told how she went with her husband and three children to register as patients at the Unsworth Smile Clinic, in Bury, Lancashire, in 2006.

While they were waiting to be seen, Butt called her husband into an office and told him he would have to tell his wife to wear a head scarf or the family would not be seen.
They promptly left and made a formal complaint to the NHS.

Mrs F told the panel: ‘I was extremely annoyed. It’s my choice if I wear a Hijab or not. But he told my husband he wouldn’t treat any of us until I did.

‘He even offered to provide one for me to use, but I didn’t want to wear it. I shouldn’t have to wear it to get treatment.

‘I had great pain in my tooth at the time, but I wasn’t going to stand for that so we left.’

Another patient and her family had to leave the clinic in June 2007 because she would not wear the religious headdress after spending a year looking for a dentist in the area, the hearing was told.

The woman’s husband, known as Mr C, was also called into a private room at the surgery where Butt asked him to impose a dress code on his wife.

His wife said: ‘My husband came out and he looked quite angry and his face was red. He said ‘let’s go’.

‘He shouldn’t say to me that he can’t treat me unless I wear the hijab. He said he could provide one for us, but I didn’t want to wear one. I was in pain that day.’

Butt, of Prestwich, Manchester,  denies charges of misconduct for his treatment of two patients at the clinic.

If found guilty he faces being removed the dental register.

In September 2007 Butt was formally reprimanded by the GDC for similar behaviour and found guilty of serious professional misconduct.

The hearing, being held in London, continues.

A 15-year-old boy who stabbed a student in a “ferocious” attack, leaving him paralysed from the neck down, has been detained for 10 years.

Nazrul Islam, of Upton Park, east London, repeatedly stabbed Oliver Hemsley, 20, from Ely, Cambridgeshire, in central London, on 28 August 2008.

The Old Bailey judge lifted restrictions on naming Islam because he “took pride” in his violent self-image.

He had earlier admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Islam robbed a girl of 12 while on bail for the attack on Mr Hemsley in Shoreditch.

Sentencing, Judge Roger Chapple said: “This was an entirely motiveless, mindless attack. Its ferocity makes my blood run cold.

“He [Islam] speaks with a degree of pride about his reputation with the boys, with the local community.”

Mr Hemsley, now 21, who had just been accepted to St Martin’s School of Art, was attacked as he was walking with a friend.

The victim was kicked and punched by a group of youths.

During this time Islam stabbed him from behind through the heart and lungs, which left him paralysed from the neck down after the knife cut his spinal column.

The court heard that when Islam was arrested hours after the attack he had the victim’s blood on his clothes and his DNA was found on the discarded kitchen knife.

But the youth was released on bail as officers waited for forensic tests on the items.

Days later, on 14 September, Islam threatened a girl with “what appeared to be a knife” to rob her of £5.

Following the sentence, the victim’s brother Will Hemsley, 26, said: “No sentence could ever be enough.

“In the last eight months we have been through more pain and suffering than any person should have to and unfortunately for Oli and those supporting him it is set to continue for the foreseeable future.

“At the end of this custodial sentence this animal will be free to go on and live his life.

“Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Oli, who has been given a life sentence for no real reason.”

Police have been unable to charge anyone else with the attack due to lack of evidence.

This first one is a trailer for what appears to be a fantastic and scholarly film dealing with the hard cold albeit politically incorrect facts of global and especially European demographics. I plan to get this film as soon as I can.

This second one deals with Sweden and specifically Malmo. The events in it regular readers of Vlad will be familiar with. But this is a good compilation and analysis with new interviews.

A man with bikie-gang links has been charged after a raid on a Sydney unit uncovered military weapons, bulletproof vests and police uniforms, police say.

Detectives from NSW Police and the Australian Crime Commission (ACC) raided the unit in Belgrave Street at Kogarah at 7.30am (AEST) on Friday, acting on ACC intelligence about high levels of pseudoephedrine sales in Sydney.

Officers allegedly found a cache of weapons, including a Thompson submachine gun (commonly known as a Tommy gun), a fully automatic AK47 assault rifle, several handguns, Tasers and ammunition.

Ballistic vests, ballistic helmets, a ramming device, night vision goggles, police uniforms and a police badge were also allegedly discovered.

The bomb squad spent several hours at the southern Sydney unit late on Friday assessing a safe which contained ‘suspicious items’, police said.

Detectives from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad arrested a 20-year-old man at a cafe in Kent Street in the CBD following the raid. Continue Reading →
