Islamic antisemitism on campus.

Here is a trailer for what looks like an interesting movie and project. Frankly, I think it’s too little too late. Universities are broken. The fact that Muslims have all the children and the oil revenues mean that university campus’s are demographically tilted towards brainwashed Muslims aided by self blinded leftists have pretty much set the agenda, and all pretence to scientific objectivity, or adjusting views post hoc to sit with the facts are gone. It’s about Marxism or some disguised version of it, and hatred of Israel.

Even so, I applaud the efforts of these people even if it is putting out the stable fire after the horses are all dead.

What is interesting, is how fast this video got views on youtube not to mention comments after I put it up. There is nothing like something which questions the demonization of Israel to get fast comments nd lots of views. A truly politically-incorrect point of view.

Meanwhile in the Islamic world, 12 year old boys are taught to cut the heads off of people who they don’t agree with religiously. Yet the political left in the west seem church-mouse quiet on that issue. Do not watch if you are sensitive at all. Do not watch if there are children present. Perhaps I should just advise you to, ‘do not watch’ the video below. However it is a stark contrast. Universities and leftists and Muslims siccesfully demonize Israel as an entity altogether, yet Islam is not taken to account for what you see below. This video is of a 12 year old boy cutting the head off of some captive. I suspect its a larger violation of the Geneva convention than… well any other one since Genghis Khan.

Toronto school to offer course in Islamic finance

Centennial College will be the first in Canada to offer subject

Elizabeth Church

Thursday, February 11, 2010

Responding to demand from the banking industry, Toronto’s Centennial College is about to become the first school in Canada to offer a course in the growing field of Islamic finance.

The new course will be offered online and led by an Islamic scholar who also is a financial expert. It will be available in September to the general public, but the college has already filled a spring class with staff from a major bank.

John Harris, a chair in Centennial’s business school, said the new course is a clear case of the college answering a need for training in industry.

“One of the fastest growing markets is the Islamic business community in Toronto and Vancouver,” Mr. Harris said. Continue Reading →

Police warn EDL that ‘suicide’ bombers may explode at rallies

This from an article and website that is very clearly anti-EDL. I find it somewhat ironic that this publication cannot tell who the good guys or bad guys are, when even they say that it is the Muslims who are threatening to set of bombs and create violent death and mayhem wherever a group that stands for British Law and against sharia law in England march. Yet still, EDL are painted as the bad guys. Truly post modern horror.

Fears of violence as far-right group admits it can’t control followers

  • The Scottish Defence League march in Edinburgh will face a counter protest

Published on 14 Feb 2010

With only a week to go before the Scottish Defence League takes to the streets of Edinburgh for a second time, the leaders of the far-right organisation have admitted that they have lost control over the supporters that follow their protests.

A recent English Defence League demonstration in Stoke turned into a “pogrom” against Muslims, according to anti-fascists, that was so violent it shocked even the Defence League leadership, who were quick to deny responsibility. Now Defence League organisers say that this Saturday’s planned demonstration in the capital is at risk of descending into chaos because leaders are losing control of the mass movement.

More than 1,500 people turned up on the side of the English Defence League in Stoke – the sister organisation of the Scottish Defence League – dwarfing the tiny number of anti-fascists that gathered to stand against them.

The mob turned over police riot vans, smashed the windows of Muslim homes and tried to attack a mosque. Organisers believe some 500 Scottish Defence League supporters will turn up in the capital next weekend.

Defence League leaders claim that hundreds of BNP supporters and other thugs turned up in Stoke simply looking for a fight.

Mickey, who leads Casuals United and is part of the EDL leadership, said: “Stoke was horrendous. It went mental. Hundreds of BNP members turned up. You can’t go around rioting like that, because eventually they’ll ban the movement. The people that came don’t care about the EDL, they just turn up for the riots.”

He added: “We’re not conspiring to cause riots. Yes, we have a lot of criminals attaching themselves to us and people that come along to kick off, but we’re trying to deal with that.”

The police are now so concerned about the Defence Leagues that the have set up a special unit to try and combat them.

Fear of infiltration is at fever pitch amongst the far-right group, with leaders even claiming that Special Branch tried to sneak into their ranks by disguising an officer as a Hells Angel.

The biker allegedly visited every regional Defence League leader in the county, asking for membership details and taking photographs. When enquires were made, no motorcycle gang had heard of him.

Police have also warned the EDL that Islamic extremists are plotting to attack their demonstrations and told them that any future protests in Birmingham could be attacked by suicide bombers. Continue Reading →

Dutch TV interviews imam Fawaz Jneid.

Dutch TV interviews a Muslim cleric who was on Geert Wilders list of witnesses for the defence, but was denied by the court. I believe the line ‘practised at the art of deception’ best suits this imam. Thank you Mr. Jagger.

Erick Stakelbeck: Five Muslim Soldiers Arrested at Fort Jackson in South Carolina

CBN Exclusive: Five Muslim Soldiers Arrested at Fort Jackson in South Carolina

CBN News has learned exclusively that five Muslim soldiers at Fort Jackson in South Carolina were arrested just before Christmas. It is unclear whether the men are still in custody. The five were part of the Arabic Translation program at the base.

The men are suspected of trying to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson.

A source with intimate knowledge of the investigation, which is ongoing, told CBN News investigators suspect the “Fort Jackson Five” may have been in contact with the group of five Washington, DC area Muslims that traveled to Pakistan to wage jihad against U.S. troops in December. That group was arrested by Pakistani authorities, also just before Christmas.

Coming as it does on the heels of November’s Fort Hood jihadist massacre, this news has major implications.

Stay tuned to this blog for more details.

Army Investigates Alleged Attempt by Soldiers to Poison Food at Fort Jackson

Thursday, February 18, 2010

The U.S. Army is investigating allegations that soldiers were attempting to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson in South Carolina.

The ongoing probe began two months ago, Chris Grey, a spokesman for the Army’s Criminal Investigation Division, told Fox News.

The Army is taking the allegations “extremely seriously,” Grey said, but so far, “there is no credible information to support the allegations.”

Five suspects, detained in December, were part of an Arabic translation program called “09 Lima” and use Arabic as their first language, two sources told Fox News. Another military source said they were Muslim. It wasn’t clear whether they were still being held.

Grey would not confirm or deny the sources’ information.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge contributed to this report.

Video of Dutch victims of Islam

This video starts out with information readers of Vlad certainly know. But it goes into quite a list of victims of Muslim violence in the Netherlands. I say Muslim, because it would appear that the victims were largely people who did not observe mandatory Muslim behaviour codes. Women who dress in Western styles, Dutch for example, or men who objected to the increasingly intolerant and Islamic codes that are permeating Dutch society.

Conspiracies, Islamist propaganda headline Toronto conference

The Christmas Day underwear bomber was described as the tool of an Israeli plot; Barack Obama was referred to as “Mr. Black Man”; al-Qaeda was called “the figment of the imagination of the West”; and a video was shown that mocked 9/11 by putting the Muppet Show logo over slow-motion footage of the second plane’s impact, with screams of terror for audio.

Pim Fortuyn explains his frustrations with the left, and Islam in Holland

R.I.P Pim. At least now, thanks to V.H. and others the English speaking world has an idea who he was and why he was
killed.

You, Britain, are the breeding ground for Muslim terrorists

The Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka says the UK, not Nigeria, should be on the terrorism watch-list.

Read the comments in The Times and you see that almost all responders agree with her. Pretty hard not to actually.

Ever since I told the US website The Daily Beast that Britain was a cesspit and a breeding ground for fundamentalist Muslims, people have been asking me what I meant: “Why do you, a Nobel laureate, say such things? Where’s the evidence?”

So let me clarify: I was responding to a question about what I thought about Nigeria, my home country, being placed on a US watch-list of states deemed to be incubators of Islamist terrorism. The listing — which puts Nigeria into a club whose members include Afghanistan, Somalia and Yemen — followed the failed attack by the Nigerian student Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the young man who boarded a plane with a bomb in his underpants.

I believe it was irrational to point the finger of suspicion at Nigeria because this young man — the so-called Christmas Day bomber — was not radicalised in Nigeria. Everything we know about Abdulmutallab suggests that it happened in London, where he went to university.

The same is true of the shoe bomber, Richard Reid. And of the extremists who bombed the London Underground and the buses in July 2005. (A Nigerian was killed in those bombings.) The terrorists who primed a car found outside a London nightclub in 2007 with petrol containers, gas canisters and nails were based in Britain. If Nigeria qualifies for a place on the US list of terrorist countries then, admit it, Britain is overqualified. Continue Reading →

Counter-terrorism officers target universities. U.K.

Special Branch officers are being stationed in universities at risk of being targeted by extremists, the Government has admitted.

A number of institutions have been identified by counter-terrorism officers amid fears students are in danger of being groomed by fanatics.

David Lammy, the Higher Education Minister, insisted the threat posed to universities had been exaggerated but admitted that it remained an “extremely serious issue”.

The move comes just weeks after a former student at University College London sparked a major terror investigation when he allegedly attempted to detonate explosives on a flight over the United States on Christmas Day.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was president of the university’s Islamic Society for three years before graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering in June 2009.

UCL – rated as one of the best in the world – has now launched an investigation into his time at the university.

In an interview, Mr Lammy admitted that security had been stepped up at a series of universities, with anti-terrorism officers actively patrolling campuses.

“We have identified universities for whom the risk is greater and they have to work closely with Special Branch, and so I think it is a partnership between leadership at universities and the police,” he said.

Mr Lammy said he did “not recognise a caricature of a significant risk across Britain”.

But he added: “We do recognise that threat levels have been raised and that this is an extremely serious issue and that there are particular institutions – and those institutions are aware of this because we have brought it to their attention – where the risk is greater and those institutions are working very closely with the police and are working closely with Special Branch and those institutions (police and Special Branch) are present on campus.”

The Government refused to be drawn on which universities had been identified or the number of institutions with tightened security.

In the past, Prof Anthony Glees, director of the Centre for Security and Intelligence Studies at Buckingham University, has suggested as many as 24 institutions may have been infiltrated by extremists. The Government has denied the claims.

Vice-chancellors announced last month they were establishing a panel to look at how universities can take action to prevent violent extremism while protecting freedom of speech.

Police warn of Jihad training for children

From Britain’s The Telegraph: (Video not in original Telegraph article)

Some young children in Britain are being indoctrinated to hate non-Muslims and champion a holy war, according to a new documentary.

”No child is ever too young to be started off on Jihad training,” states one document recovered by police from the North West’s Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) during raids.

CTU officers, interviewed by the BBC’s Inside Out team for a special programme, show the document and a film they recovered of two children aged about three and six playing with a pistol and Kalashnikov rifle.

The officers say the discoveries are evidence of attempts to radicalise youngsters. The footage, which police believe was filmed in Pakistan, was uncovered on the hard drive of a suspect’s computer – though investigators have not revealed when the material was seized.

The video shows a girl and young boy playing with guns, which police believe are real. ”What do you do with the weapon?” asks a man’s voice. He answers his own question: ”I want to kill the infidels.”

A senior CTU officer, who cannot be identified for security reasons, tells the programme makers: ”We believe this was filmed abroad. We have no idea who the children are. We were shocked to find it at the house. We have no reason to believe this is faked. The guns are real.”

The officer said of another raid: ”We found a series of flash cards and documents on how to raise Mujahid children. The cards were written in English – and instead of having M for Muhammad they had M for Mujahideen. They have the potential to indoctrinate. It just shows the mindset of some people and what we are up against.”

Police also found documents downloaded from an extremist website instructing parents to raise Mujahid children. The documents say: ”The key is to start instilling these values in them while they are babies. Don’t wait until they are seven. No child is ever too young to be started off on Jihad training.” Continue Reading →
