Breaking: Broad Investigation of CAIR Soon to be Announced Today

The Tundra Tabloids apologizes for not being able to say anything more about the situation, but reliable sources tell the TT that there will soon be a major announcement concerning a wide ranging investigation of the Muslim Brotherhood front group, CAIR, The Council on American-Islamic Relations. As soon as the story breaks, the Tundra Tabloids will update this post. KGS

NOTE: CAIR is the pseudo Islamic “human rights” group in the US, that has been at the forefront of disseminating false information about Islam, (religion of peace) as well as defending jihadi perps caught in the act of planning terrorism etc. etc.. It is also defending the Islamic fundamentalist parents of Rifqa Bary, the 17 year old who took off for Florida because she feared for her life after converting to Christianity.

It’s going to be very interesting to see who gets picked up either on civil or criminal charges!

UPDATE!

WORLD NET DAILY Finally unleashes it’s scoop of a story the Tundra Tabloids posted on over four hrs ago, and it’s a big one!

Now we have proof’

jihadis infiltrating D.C.

In the wake of the sensational ACORN video sting operation by two young investigators, an even more daring, dangerous and devastating undercover investigation – this one infiltrating the nation’s most aggressive Muslim “civil rights” organization for six months – has resulted in stunning revelations about the supposedly “moderate” group, backed up by 12,000 pages of documents and 300 hours of covert video obtained during the secret op.

As revealed in a new book detailing the operation and its findings, the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, is not the beneficent Muslim civil-rights group it claims to be. Rather, as indisputable evidence now shows, CAIR and other “mainstream” Islamic groups are acting as fronts for a well-funded conspiracy of the Muslim Brotherhood – the parent of al-Qaida and Hamas – to infiltrate and destroy the American system.

Until now, CAIR has remained a powerful force in the nation’s capital and across the country, from demanding the Obama administration stop FBI counter-terrorism tactics to compelling a school district to apologize to Muslims.

That influence, many believe, may be coming to an end, as a result of the stunning undercover investigation – which included the son of a veteran counter-terrorism investigator, who grew a beard and converted to Islam, as well as two veiled female interns.

“Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America,” a WND Books publication by counter-terrorism investigator P. David Gaubatz and “Infiltration” author Paul Sperry, documents CAIR’s ultimate purpose to transform the United States into an Islamic nation under the authority of the Quran.

Get “Muslim Mafia,” autographed, from WND’s Superstore

The book already has prompted action on Capitol Hill.

With evidence from “Muslim Mafia” in hand, U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., co-founder of the Congressional Anti-Terror Caucus, and other members of Congress – including Reps. John Shadegg, R-Ariz., and Paul Broun, R-Ga. – plan to hold a press conference today in Washington calling for an investigation and an end to political lobbying by front groups such as CAIR.

“Now we have proof – from the secret documents that this investigative team has uncovered, coupled with the ones recently declassified by the FBI – that [radical Islamists] agents living among us have a plan in place, and they are successfully carrying out that subversive plan,” Myrick writes in the foreword to “Muslim Mafia.”

‘Hezbollah arms cache’ blows up

BBCNEWS… Reports from southern Lebanon say there have been a number of explosions at a weapons depot belonging to the  movement.

The reports say the depot was housed in an abandoned building near the village of Khirbet Silim in the Dabsheh area. There were no reports of casualties.

Hezbollah denied any link with the blasts and attributed them to the detonation of unexploded ordnance.

Lebanese troops cordoned off the area and restricted access to the site.

No-one was injured in the explosions but they caused panic among local residents who reportedly mistook them for an Israeli air raid.

Israel and the mainly Shia Muslim militant and political movement Hezbollah fought a fierce 34-day conflict in 2006 and the area is littered with cluster munitions dropped during the Israeli bombardment.

Fighting ended under the terms of a United Nations ceasefire which banned Hezbollah from conducting any military action between the border and the Litani River to the north.

‘Honour killing attempt’ on lover

Tulay Goren

Tulay Goren

BBCNEWS…The father of a girl of 15 allegedly murdered in a so-called honour killing also attempted to kill her boyfriend, a court has heard.

Halil Unal, 41, told the Old Bailey that Tulay Goren’s father struck him after luring him to a side street with a promise of speaking to the girl.

He told the court he was attacked days after his girlfriend went missing in January 1999.

Mehmet Goren, 49, from north London, denies murdering his daughter.

Mr Goren, of Navestock Crescent, Woodford Green, is charged along with Tulay’s uncles, Cuma Goren, 42, and Ali Goren, 55, both from Walthamstow, who also deny a charge of murder.

Tulay disappeared on 7 January 1999. Her body has never been found.

Giving evidence from behind a screen, Mr Unal told the jury that the attack took place after Tulay, a Kurdish Turk, was taken back home by her family after their failed attempt to get married at Hackney register office as she was underage.

Mr Unal said elder members of the community brokered a meeting between him and the Gorens at the Thatched House pub in Leytonstone, east London, on 20 January to discuss the future of his relationship.

Mr Goren agreed to get the pair married in March and asked Mr Unal to step outside to a side street where he could speak to Tulay on the phone, the court heard.

Mr Unal said: “Mehmet said to me ‘I know how much you love Tulay, Tulay is at my older brother’s shop, give her a call and speak to her’.”

As he dialled the number he saw a blade and was hit in the neck. Mehmet Goren was convicted of the attack, the jury heard.

Mr Unal said: “He wanted to kill me.”

He added: “In our honour customs, they are either going to finish off, kill the girl, or they are going to kill both of them. That is definite.”

‘Not tolerated’

Mr Unal added: “It is because I have a clean heart, and that is why I am alive now.

“I don’t care if the Goren family kill me now, it is not important to me. I have waited 10 years for this, and to be here.”

Tulay had run away from home in December 1998 and came to live with Mr Unal, who was 31 at the time, after her father went to the factory Mr Unal worked in and attacked him for “bothering” Tulay.

The pair had met and fell in love when Tulay got a summer job at the factory.

The prosecution says Tulay was killed “to restore the so-called honour” of the family, as a relationship between she and Mr Unal – who are from different sects of Islam – “would not have been tolerated”.

The trial continues.

Judge orders runaway convert to go home

Rifqa Bary

Rifqa Bary

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) – The teenager who ran away from Ohio to Florida because she feared physical harm for converting from Islam to Christianity has been ordered back to Ohio.

A Florida judge said Tuesday that 17-year-old Rifqa Bary, who has been staying in Orlando, should return to her family, who live outside Columbus.

Bary has been in foster care in Florida while her case was being reviewed. The judge says he will turn over the case to an Ohio court in the next few weeks, but no order has been signed yet.

Bary ran away from her parents’ home in July, saying she feared being killed for changing religions. But a Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation found no credible threats to Bary.

Up next for Bary is a status hearing which is scheduled for October 23, at which time her parents attorneys have to submit immigration documents. That could be the day that she is sent back to Ohio.

If the issue is not resolved by the end of October, a judicial review has been tentatively scheduled for November 10.

Blast at Islamic center raises questions

NIN…13 October 2009: Fire scene tape remained stretched across the entrance to the Ihsan Islamic School at 423 West Onondaga Street Syracuse, New York as I walked the perimeter of the property yesterday morning.. The criss-cross of the yellow barrier serves a lone public reminder of a mysterious explosion that occurred there last Thursday afternoon. According to authorities, the blast occurred in an “unused” portion of the basement, spewing a cloud of natural gas, debris and dust into the main area of the building and forcing the evacuation of about 75 students and school personnel. Investigators have yet to release a statement about the cause of the explosion, although at least one additional meeting between fire officials and  investigators took place Monday to discuss their findings.

It’s definitely odd,” stated one law enforcement official close to the investigation, speaking to this author on the strict condition of anonymity in Syracuse on Monday. “There are issues that are under investigation that are well outside of public purview,” added this source, saying that the blast was not directly related to the building’s heating or electrical system. “The blast occurred in a location that one would not expect if it was caused by a heating unit, at least not in the normal sense. It’s curious.”

This source also stated that “it is not likely, it has basically been ruled out that [the blast] was caused by any who shouldn’t have been there, or by an outsider with criminal intent such as arson.” Although such cryptically worded statements tend to fuel notions of conspiracy, it is clear that this source was purposely intending to offset previous publicly reported suggestions that the school might have been the target of some anti-Islamic individual or group. “The evidence simply does not point in that direction.” Continue Reading →

Arab & Muslim nations push for war crimes prosecutions against Israel

Report on Gaza war set to ignite fierce debate

Steven Edwards, Canwest News Service Published: Tuesday, October 13, 2009

Eric Gaillard/Reuters files A Palestinian stands in front of Israeli soldiers during a protest in the West Bank village of Bilin near Ramallah against Israel’s offensive in Gaza January 8, 2009.

UNITED NATIONS — Up to 40 Arab, Muslim and other countries critical of Israel plan to turn a routine United Nations meeting on the Middle East on Wednesday into a war crimes debate focused on Israel’s assault on Gaza last winter.

The gathering at the UN Security Council in New York will serve as a curtain raiser to a parallel debate on Thursday and Friday in the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, where 18 of the 47 member states have successfully pushed for that body’s sixth “special session” on Israel in just three years.

Both meetings will see countries address results of a probe led by Judge Richard Goldstone of South Africa that says Israeli forces and Hamas gunmen in Gaza committed possible war crimes in the 22-day war that ended Jan. 18.

But Arab, Muslim and other countries that are heavily supportive of the Palestinian cause have made clear they are most keen on seeing implementation of recommendations in the report that could lead to war crimes prosecutions against members of the Israeli armed forces and political community. Girl fined for Qur’an piss punch-up

From Islam in Europe; courtesy TROP.

At first glance, this story seems quite bland and really not worth the effort to post. But on closer inspection and in keeping with our tradition to suss out the details and angles, we decided to report on it.  What is concerning about this story is that the court had determined that the involving ” insult” aimed at the Qur’an wasn’t defamatory. But in issuing such a ruling, the judge did in fact agree that insults to the Qur’an are grounds for court adjudication and that this particular insult to the holy book may have been defamatory, just not in this particular case.

People should be able to insult, mock, deride and criticize whatever they like, including the Qur’an or any holy book for that matter. Others should be expected to respond with reason and without violence. This may appear to be a win, but in truth and in essence, is the application of de-facto sharia since the only factor that should have been considered by the court was the crime of assault. We can guarantee there will be a next time, another story, which begs the question; will the next judge rule differently?

Oslo: Girl fined for Koran fight

Oslo: Girl fined for Koran fight

I’m not sure why this even got to court. I doubt the judges really want to start dealing with every schoolyard fight in the country.

A court in the Follo suburb of Oslo (Norway) sentenced a Muslim girl to pay 10,000 kroner in fines and 1,500 in court costs for having hit a fellow student for something she said.

The two former students at Ås secondary school disagree on what was said and by whom on that April day in 2008.

The Muslim girl was eating with a friend in the classroom. The other girl supposedly turned and said “I will piss on the Koran”.

In court the other girl denied she’d said that, and that she had said that if it had been a graduation celebration prank-assignment to piss on the Koran, she would have done it.

The two disagree on what happened next as well. The non-Muslim girl says that the Muslim girl said “I will piss on the Bible”. Continue Reading →

Obama’s reduced American power policy working like a charm.

Russia reserves right to use nukes on a pre emptive basis for pretty much any reason at all. I don’t know if this is the result the Obama admin was hoping for in it’s new global outreach strategy and dis-empowerment for America, but it certainly is the result many many of us predicted.

Let’s see what Iran and North Korea do now.

From Stratfor:

Russia: Moscow To Reserve Right To Launch Preemptive Nuclear Strike
October 13, 2009
In a new review of its nuclear weapons policy, Russia will reserve the right to a preemptive strike if it feels its security is in jeopardy, Russian Security Council chief Nikolai Patrushev told the Izvestia newspaper, Reuters reported Oct. 13. Patrushev said Russia is reviewing its military doctrine and Russian President Dmitri Medvedev will receive the new doctrine by year’s end. Patrushev said, “Conditions for the use of nuclear weapons to repel an aggression with the use of conventional weapons not only in a large-scale but also in a regional and even local war have been revised.”

Coptic Christian forced to surrender daughter to Muslim husband

Coptic Family Forced to Surrender Woman Rescued in Egypt

With extortion and violence, authorities pressure father to return daughter to Muslim husband.

ISTANBUL, October 9 (CDN) — State Security Investigations (SSI) forces in Egypt arrested, abused and then extorted money from a Coptic Christian for rescuing his daughter from her Muslim husband, who was holding her against her will in Alexandria, according to sources in Egypt.

Security forces also arrested 10 people in Alexandria and tortured them in an attempt to find those involved in the rescue. Authorities are preparing to make a new wave of arrests, the sources said.

On Sept. 30, they said, the only daughter of Gamal Labib Hanna called home and asked her family to save her from her Muslim husband. How Hanna’s daughter, Myrna Gamal Hanna, came to marry Mohamad Osama Hefnawy is disputed, but sources said the now-20-year-old woman was 19 and under the age of marital consent when she and Hefnawy were wed 10 months ago.

According to Egyptian civil law, a woman under the age of 21 has to have approval of her father or another male member of her family if the father is deceased. In Myrna Gamal Hanna’s case, no such approval was given.
Moreover, sources said, the woman’s future father-in-law was inexplicably allowed to stand in place of her father in approving the marriage, in violation of Egyptian law.

Later, sources said, Hefnawy and his father converted the young woman to Islam.

The sources said that the elder Hanna went to Hefnawy’s apartment on Oct. 1 to get his daughter. En route he passed a café where he enlisted the help of Rafaat Girges Habib and at least four other men.

At the apartment, Hefnawy attacked the Copts with a metal pole but Hanna was able to retrieve his daughter, who was six months pregnant. He and his wife hid her at an undisclosed location.

After the rescue, Hefnawy and his neighbors filed a report with local police and the SSI, a powerful Interior Ministry agency accused of various human rights violations. Soon after, Hanna’s brothers, one brother-in-law and his mother-in-law were rounded up, charged with abduction and detained.

According to sources in Egypt, at least one of the family members was tortured until Hanna turned himself in. Authorities also ransacked his apartment.

The sources said security forces pressured Hanna until he agreed not only to hand his daughter back to Hefnawy but also to give him several thousand dollars.

“Cases like this are very common, they happen every day,” said Rasha Noor, an Egyptian human rights activist and journalist living outside of Egypt. “That’s usually what happens when families try to rescue daughters from their kidnappers in most of these kinds of cases.”

As part of terms forced upon Hanna, he is not allowed to see his daughter unless he meets her in a police station and is accompanied by SSI officer Essam Shawky. Additionally, phone calls to his daughter will be monitored.
“Once [a woman] becomes a Muslim, you can’t get her back,” Noor said.

Hanna and the members of his family were released on Oct. 2, but soon after authorities began seeking Habib. Police broke into Habib’s plumbing shop and demolished it.

On Saturday (Oct. 3) they rounded up at least 10 people, most members of Habib’s immediate family. Security forces tortured the men, but sources said Habib’s brother, Romany, bore the brunt of the brutality. When he was released the next day, they said, his clothes and those of the others were smeared with blood.

Habib and at least four other people remain in hiding in Egypt. Sources said authorities will make a third round of arrests in an attempt to flush him out.

UNHRC: Reopen the Goldstone Report Because it Isn’t Critical Enough of Israel

Goldstone:

Now take aim and…..

This is why the Arabs do what they do. Hamas launches rockets, mortars and missiles discriminately into Israeli civilian centers, while the UNSC or the UNHRC fails to issue any resolutions specifically condemning the unprovoked attacks, let alone condeming them as acts or war and aggression and war crimes.

Every Kassem missile launched towards Israel is a war crime, because the weapon has no other use than to sow fear into the general population, due to its capacity to kill any person standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. Designing, funding, manufacturing and the launching of them consititute a war crime, but as of yet, no one at the UN seems bothered to press the point.

That is why the Arabs insist on using them, they know that the UN will not hold them accountable, thus making the UN an accomplice to the crime. The Arabs fire off their missiles knowing full well that they will at some point, cause an Israeli reaction, and then when that happens, they’ll try to maximize the carnage on their side in order to drag Isael before the world and point an accusing finger. “Look what the Jews have done”.

“The poor Palestinians” boo hoo hooo. It’s a scheme played over and over with a more than willing international community ready to stand “in moral judgement of the Jews”. It’s another reaon why the UN should be dismantled and a league of democratic states rise from its ashes, effectively rejecting every Arab Muslim regime in the world, while blocking any future Non-alligned movement from ever taking control of its branches. SCREW THE UN

The UN Human Rights Council will reopen the debate about alleged war crimes in Gaza later this week after Palestinians succeeded in gathering enough support to call a special meeting, officials said Tuesday.

The debate will start Thursday, a day after the UN Security Council in New York discusses the Goldstone report, which accuses Israel and Hamas of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity during their December 27-January 18 war.

Israel has rejected the report, claiming the investigators led by former South African judge Richard Goldstone were biased against the Jewish state and misled by Palestinian propaganda.

UN officials say 18 of the council’s 47 members signed a motion calling for the debate. The backers are: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Cuba, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Indonesia, Jordan, Mauritius, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Senegal.

Milan bomber, Islamist buddies had more explosives ready

Milan bomber said to have accomplices

Police say the 35-year-old Libyan man seriously wounded in attack on army barracks wanted Italy to pull out of Afghanistan

Sara Rossi

Milan Reuters Published on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009 8:08AM EDT

A Libyan man who tried to bomb a Milan army barracks had accomplices and belonged to a group that had more explosives ready, Italian police said today.

Newspapers said the 35-year-old failed suicide bomber, Mohammed Game, who was seriously wounded in the attack, was an unsuccessful businessman who turned to militant Islam and wanted Italy to pull out of Afghanistan.

Police said they had arrested two suspected accomplices, an Egyptian and a Libyan, and found 100 kg of “fertilisers and other materials,” used to make explosives, at one of their homes.

Mr. Game got inside the perimeter of the Santa Barbara barracks early on Monday and detonated his bomb while shouting in Arabic. But an army corporal managed to stop him getting close to the main building and a defect meant the bomb only detonated partly. The corporal was only slightly hurt while Mr. Game lost both eyes in the explosion and later had one arm amputated.

Interior Undersecretary Alfredo Mantovano said the incident “confirms there are people in Italy, alone or in cells, who see themselves as our enemy and want to hit symbolic or real targets using input received from mosque circles or the Internet.”

An immigrant with a residence permit who is married to an Italian woman, with four children, Mr. Game prayed regularly at Milan’s main Jenner Street mosque and had not appeared to be an extremist, said the mosque’s president, Abdel Hamid Shaari.

Newspaper reports said that after failing in the restaurant business, Mr. Game became increasingly militant and told friends that Italian troops “should not be in Afghanistan any more. Someone has got to make them understand that.”

Police found about 40 kg of ammonium nitrate in an apartment as well as some 60 kg of chemicals to make explosive devices similar to the one Mr. Game used, the magistrates investigating the case said in a statement.

The Santa Barbara barracks is home to signals, artillery and cavalry units currently making up part of Italy’s 3,100-strong contribution to NATO’s mission in Afghanistan. Italy pulled out of Iraq in 2006.

Security officials have called Monday’s attack an “isolated incident” but acknowledge that the barracks had been identified as a potential target for an attack by Islamic militants. Intelligence reports and arrests show that militant groups linked to al-Qaeda, especially in North Africa, are active in Italy, mostly in recruiting and financing for attacks planned elsewhere in Europe or to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Political violence in Italy itself in recent years has consisted mostly of small-scale incidents linked to remnants of the leftist Red Brigade guerrillas active in the 1970s and ‘80s.

“Love jihad”; Islamist swooners lure girls into conversion

From The Telegraph U.K.

Handsome Muslim men accused of waging ‘love jihad’ in India

Muslim fundamentalists in India have been accused of waging a “love jihad”, using charming young men to lure girls into converting to Islam with promises of marriage.

By Dean Nelson in New Delhi
Published: 2:21PM BST 13 Oct 2009

Christian and Hindu groups, which have themselves clashed over the sensitive issue of religious conversions, have joined forces to combat the alleged campaign.

A Hindu helpline in southern India claims it has received more than 1,500 calls from parents who fear their daughters are being lured by the group into converting to Islam.

The high court in Kerala directed India’s interior ministry and police to investigate the phenomenon.

So far, little is known about the group behind the “love jihad”, but it is alleged to be linked to a fundamentalist Muslim group called the Popular Front of India and its student wing Campus Front – which they deny.

It emerged after two young Muslim men were arrested for luring two post-graduate students into marriage by “feigning love” to convert them to Islam.

They were arrested after the women told a court they had been “trapped” by the men and forced to convert. One of the girls said she had eloped with the older student at a college in Pathanamthitta who had taken her and her friend to a “conversion centre” in Malappuram where they were given extremist literature. Confirmed. Geert now allowed into UK

From the Telegraph:

Ed West

Ed West is a journalist and social commentator who specialises in politics, religion and low culture.

Geert Wilders is free to enter Britain

It’s being reported that Dutch MP Geert Wilders has won his appeal against being banned from the UK. According to Radio Netherlands:

The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in London has ruled that the British government was wrong to deny populist Dutch politician Geert Wilders entry to the United Kingdom. Mr Wilders planned to show his film Fitna to the British parliament. The government refused to allow him to enter the UK on the grounds that he represented a threat to public order. It is not clear whether the tribunal’s decision means that Mr Wilders is now free to travel to the UK. The British government has not yet reacted to the ruling.

Whether or not one agrees with Wilders’ views on Islam, which make me look like “Koran” Armstrong in comparison, the ban was outrageous. Britain allows all sorts of shady and colourful foreigners to use our premises for their nefarious activities – in contrast here was an elected representative of a democratic European party who was invited by two British parliamentarians to privately broadcast a film about religious fundamentalism.

Wilders had every right to come here, and as far as I can see the only reason he was banned was cowardly British fear of French-style riots. Lord Ahmed, a self-proclaimed Muslim “leader” who, unlike Wilders, has never been elected by anyone, said that Wilders’s criticism of his religion was “an incitement of religious and racial hatred”. He denies saying he would bring down 10,000 protesters to the Lords, but there was a definite air of surrender in the air.

Meanwhile the Government’s great friends, the Muslim Council of Britain, called Wilders “an open and relentless preacher of hate”. (This is the same MCB that has been reluctant to attend Holocaust Memorial Day and objects to mention of the “alleged Armenian genocide” and the “so-called gay Holocaust”.)

Wilders for his part has never preached hatred against any people, only a religion, and has flatly said “I don’t hate Muslims, I hate Islam”. (Plenty of my friends absolutely hate Christianity and wish it driven off the face of the earth, but I don’t take it as a personal affront. That’s because I’m a grown-up). Wilders has also compared the Koran to Mein Kampf and its founder to a terrorist, and has talked about a growing Islamic population with dread. He said: “Take a walk down the street and see where this is going. You no longer feel like you are living in your own country. There is a battle going on and we have to defend ourselves. Before you know it there will be more mosques than churches.”

Whether or not one shares his views on Islam, and I disagree that there can’t be a “moderate Muslim” (I think there can, and are), there is rich irony in a situation where a man warning about Islam threatening western freedoms is banned from speaking in the very home of Parliamentary democracy. (Another irony, of course, that it’s the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal that has ruled in favour of a man who wants to keep terrorists out.)

Wilders has called it “fantastisch nieuws”, and I for one agree.

Breaking News: Geert Wilders now allowed into England!

In a stunning reversal, a Vladtepesblog inside source has told us that a British judge reversed the Government decision to keep Wilders out of England and paved the way for his entrance there, should he wish to visit.

More as it becomes available.

Another history of political correctness.

A few weeks ago, we posted a rather brilliant 12 minute video from Pajamas Media on the history of the term, ‘Political Correctness’ and attached to it, another documentary they recommended that offered better detail on The Frankfurt School.

Here is another documentary covering the same theme but giving more depth on some aspects of it. This is very important stuff. A great deal of the issues and problems of the modern world are a direct consequence of thoughts, actions, and policies set into motion by a few German communists.
