Angry ‘youth’ trash French suburb:
Is this even news anymore? From the BBC
Paris suburb youths fight police
![]() It was the second night of clashes in the eastern Paris suburb |
Angry youths have clashed with riot police in the eastern Paris suburb of Bagnolet after a young motorcyclist died fleeing police on Sunday.
Police said the 18-year-old died after crashing into a metal barrier, but locals said he was hit by a police car.
Demonstrators hurled stones at police and torched several vehicles.
The violence came despite an appeal for calm by French Interior Minister Brice Hortefeux, who ordered an internal police investigation into the death.
The administrative centre of the region, just east of Paris, said the situation was under control despite the scattered arson attacks.
Arrests had been made, it said, without specifying how many.
On Sunday night, dozens of youths hurled petrol bombs at police and torched dozens of cars in outrage at the young pizza delivery man’s death.
Muslim Teen Who Converted to Christianity Says Family Threatened to Kill Her
FOX NEWS… An Ohio teenager says she ran away from home to Florida because her family threatened to kill her for converting from Islam to Christianity, local media reported.
Rifqa Bary, 17, testified Monday at a custody hearing in Orlando that she’d recently changed religions and is worried her relatives will do something drastic, according to WFTV in Orlando and Central Florida News 13.
“They have to kill me because I’m a Christian. It’s an honor (issue),” the girl told WFTV.
Such threats are common, even in the United States, her attorney, Rosa Gonzalez, told News 13.
“She says her life is in danger and she could be killed in an honor killing,” Gonzalez said after the hearing — which was held because the teenager’s parents are trying to regain custody of her.
Rifqa, a non-citizen whose parents are from Sri Lanka, has for several weeks been staying with an Orlando couple who are pastors of a new Christian church there. She met them on a Facebook prayer group.
Her father denied his daughter’s allegations to NBC 4 in Orlando, saying he never threatened to kill his daughter because she rejected Islam.
He was in Florida for a court hearing, but was reportedly traveling back to Ohio Tuesday.
The Florida Department of Children and Families currently has custody of her, but ultimately, Ohio authorities will decide where the teen should live.
Racist attack on white man in UK
“A gang of ethnic minorities, either Pakistani muslims or Afro-caribbeans attack a white kid at a demo held by The English defence league against Muslim extremism. As you can see this small white guy was brutally attacked by dozens of them and left laying on the ground while muslims gathered around him gloating in joy with their camphones.
This is the Britain that Labour has created.
This demo had nothing to do with the BNP yet the UAF thugs were there to stir up tensions and cause trouble by shouting BNP and stoking the flames of the crowds.
May I repeat, this was not a BNP demonstration despite the best efforts of the UAF fascists to purport that is was a BNP demo.”

If You Convert You Die

Very few people in the West know what is going on inside the Muslim world and what it portends for them. The fact is that through the dominant media, such as CNN, Americans are subjected to much of the same misinformation with regard to Islam that I grew up with inside the Muslim world. The result is that Americans are in the dark attempting to formulate their strategy of how to defend themselves against the threat of terror, domestic jihad and Sharia. While Americans get ridiculed for being “Islamophobes,” the Muslim world itself is undergoing a huge and painful awakening.
For instance, a prominent Egyptian lawyer and women’s rights activist, Nagla Al Imam, recently announced her conversion to Christianity in Cairo, Egypt. The announcement brought shock waves in and beyond Egypt. This is perhaps the first case ever of its kind, where a Muslim woman, who is also a Sharia expert, has openly challenged Islamic apostasy laws from within the Muslim world.
Ms. Al Imam’s incredible courage was on display in an internet chat room, where she announced that she is not afraid, will stand up for the human rights of apostates and refuses to leave her homeland, Egypt. This was immediately followed by attacks and calls (‘fatwas’) for death of the 36 year-old graduate of Al Azhar Islamic University.
Egyptian media not only reported the threat but also participated in the attacks. Ms. Al Imam was literally entrapped by a TV station ‘Al Mihwar’ with the pretext of inviting her for an interview. Upon arrival to the TV studio she was told the show she was to appear on was cancelled. She was then taken forcibly to a room where she was held against her will for hours inside the studio. She was assaulted, threatened and insulted by several people. She was able to escape, and went to her internet chat room telling the world what happened and said she will demand protection from the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Continue Reading →
Islamic Terrorist Confesses in German Court
More terror charges against converts to Islam. With the initiation test that Islam asks for it is no wonder they do most of their recruiting in prisons.
DUESSELDORF, Germany — The alleged ringleader of a radical Islamic terrorist cell whose plot to attack U.S. targets in Germany was foiled by authorities told a court Monday his group wanted to do as much damage to Americans as possible.
Fritz Gelowicz told the court he and co-defendant Adem Yilmaz had trained in a terrorist camp in Pakistan — initially planning to try and carry out attacks in the region, but then decided they could do more damage to U.S. targets in Europe at less risk to themselves.
“With less cost we could achieve much greater damage,” he said.
Gelowicz and Yilmaz, both 29, and co-defendants Daniel Martin Schneider, 22, and Attila Selek, 23 are suspected of operating as a German cell of the radical Islamic Jihad Union — a group the U.S. State Department says was responsible for coordinated bombings outside the U.S. and Israeli embassies in Uzbekistan in July 2004. Cargo-bike-imam. Creepy Dutch TV
The Dutch broadcast organization VARA (Association of Worker Radio Amateurs) was once a Socialist broadcaster and nowadays is a left-wing and “multicultural” outfit. A while back VARA invited a stand-up comedian named Najib Amhali — a Moroccan immigrant who is part of the self-appointed multicultural elite (and has been caught a few times plagiarizing) — to tape a TV show in eight episodes to be broadcast on Friday evenings. The scheduling of the program, in the evening after another popular program, attracted a reasonable number of viewers for the first episodes (1.3 million). Quite a lot of the responses were negative, even on his fan-site, and judged it worse than his shows on stage.
In every episode Amhali wakes up from a dream and has a problem, each week on a different theme. In the program he looks for a solution. Sometimes he finds it, other times he doesn’t.”
In every feature Najib Amhali plays the role of the Cargo-Bike Imam in his item on Islam. According to the introduction to the series, this imam is “a children’s friend who crosses the country with fresh courage and the wrong ideas in his aim to convert people who stand open to his message. On questions like ‘Why do you never shake hands?’ and ‘Is it true that you throw gays from high rise buildings?’, the Cargo Bike Imam will always have a clear answer.”

Revealed: Jihadis thrice attacked Pakistan nuclear sites

Pakistan's plutonium production reactor at Khushab.
WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s nuclear facilities have already been attacked at least thrice by its home-grown extremists and terrorists in little reported incidents over the last two years, even as the world remains divided over the safety of the nuclear weapons in the troubled country, according to western analysts.
The incidents, tracked by Shaun Gregory, a professor at Bradford University in UK, include an attack on the nuclear missile storage facility at Sargodha on November 1, 2007; an attack on a nuclear airbase at Kamra by a suicide bomber on December 10, 2007; and perhaps most significantly, the August 20, 2008 attack when Taliban suicide bombers blew up several entry points to one of the armament complexes at the Wah cantonment, considered one of Pakistan’s main nuclear weapons assembly.
These attacks have occurred even as Pakistan has taken steps to secure its nuclear arsenal against potential attacks, particularly by the US and India, says Gregory.
In fact, the attacks have received so little attention that Peter Bergen, the eminent terrorism expert who reviewed Gregory’s paper, first published in West Point’s Counter Terrorism Center Sentinel, said “he (Gregory) points out something that was news to me (and shouldn’t have been) which is that a series of attacks on Pakistan’s nuclear weapons facilities have already happened.”
Pakistan insists that its nuclear weapons are fully secured and there is no chance of them falling into the hands of terrorists. But Gregory, while detailing the steps Islamabad has taken to protect them against Indian and US attacks, asks if the geographical location of Pakistan’s principal nuclear weapons infrastructure, which is mainly in areas dominated by al-Qaida and Taliban, makes it more vulnerable to internal attacks.
Gregory points out that when Pakistan was developing its nuclear weapons infrastructure in the 1970s and 1980s, its principal concern was the risk that India would overrun its nuclear weapons facilities in an armored offensive if the facilities were placed close to the Pakistan-India border. As a result, Pakistan, with a few exceptions, chose to locate much of its nuclear weapons infrastructure to the north and west of the country and to the region around Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Somali Islamists strike gold & silver
An unexpected find of the precious metals is being harvested in Somalia. The proceeds from this “gift of Allah” will most likely go to financing the jihad against the government of Somalia. Allah u Akbar says their leader.
MOGADISHU (Reuters) – Somali Islamist group al Shabaab is forcibly removing gold and silver teeth from residents in southern Somalia because it says they contravene strict religious law, locals from a coastal town said on Monday.
Residents in Marka say al Shabaab has been rounding up anyone seen with a silver or gold tooth and taking them to a masked man who then rips them out using basic tools.
“I never thought al Shabaab would see my denture as a sin. They took me to their station and removed my silver tooth,” resident Bashir told Reuters.
“I met several men and women whose dentures were being pulled out by a masked man they called a doctor. The doctor used a pincer or his gloved hand depending on the strength of the tooth,” Bashir said.
“As you smile your silver tooth accuses you. I was at a counter with my friend when three armed al Shabaab ordered me to follow them,” he added. “I am afraid they want to make money from taking all this precious metal.”
Al Shabaab officials declined to comment.
The Islamist group says the gold and silver teeth are used for fashion and beauty, which is against strict interpretations of Islam, residents told Reuters.
The crude dental work has fueled fears of health risks.
“Pulling or replacing teeth may lead to loss of blood and neurological damage. The tooth may break and the remaining piece may cause sepsis,” Mohamed Mohamud, dean of faculty of medicine at Mogadishu’s Benadir University, told Reuters.
“Worse, careless treatment may spread HIV,” he added.
Al Shabaab, which means “Youth” in Arabic, is an al Qaeda-inspired militant group that has taken control of large swathes of south and central Somalia.
The group’s hardline interpretation of Islamic law has shocked many Somalis, who are traditionally moderate Muslims. Some residents, however, give the insurgents credit for restoring order to the regions under their control.
In June, al Shabaab officials in one of the group’s Mogadishu strongholds ordered four teenagers to each have a hand and a foot cut off as punishments for robbery.
Stratfor: Iran, Russia, when is Obama Bush?
Very interesting analysis by Stratfor on Iran and Russia. I find the way they think facinating and agree or no, there is a lot to learn in this analysis. In foreign policy the ways Obama is identical to, and in some ways, more Bush than Bush is worth the read alone. Enjoy and please do comment.

Hypothesizing on the Iran-Russia-U.S. Triangle
August 10, 2009
By George Friedman
For the past several weeks, STRATFOR has focused on the relationship between Russia and Iran. As our readers will recall, a pro-Rafsanjani demonstration that saw chants of “Death to Russia,” uncommon in Iran since the 1979 revolution, triggered our discussion. It caused us to rethink Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s visit to Russia just four days after Iran’s disputed June 12 presidential election, with large-scale demonstrations occurring in Tehran. At the time, we ascribed Ahmadinejad’s trip as an attempt to signal his lack of concern at the postelection unrest. But why did a pro-Rafsanjani crowd chant “Death to Russia?” What had the Russians done to trigger the bitter reaction from the anti-Ahmadinejad faction? Was the Iranian president’s trip as innocent as it first looked?
A Net Assessment Re-examined
At STRATFOR, we proceed with what we call a “net assessment,” a broad model intended to explain the behavior of all players in a game. Our net assessment of Iran had the following three components:
Despite the rhetoric, the Iranian nuclear program was far from producing a deliverable weapon, although a test explosion within a few years was a distinct possibility.
Iran essentially was isolated in the international community, with major powers’ feelings toward Tehran ranging from hostile to indifferent. Again, rhetoric aside, this led Iran to a cautious foreign policy designed to avoid triggering hostility.
Russia was the most likely supporter of Iran, but Moscow would avoid becoming overly involved out of fears of the U.S. reaction, of uniting a fractious Europe with the United States and of being drawn into a literally explosive situation. The Russians, we felt, would fish in troubled waters, but would not change the regional calculus.
This view — in short, that Iran was contained — remained our view for about three years. It served us well in predicting, for example, that neither the United States nor Israel would strike Iran, and that the Russians would not transfer strategically significant weapons to Iran.
A net assessment is a hypothesis that must be continually tested against intelligence, however. The “Death to Russia” chant could not be ignored, nor could Ahmadinejad’s trip to Moscow.
As we probed deeper, we found that Iran was swirling with rumors concerning Moscow’s relationship with both Ahmadinejad and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Little could be drawn from the rumors. Iran today is a hothouse for growing rumors, and all our searches ended in dead ends. But then, if Ahmadinejad and Khamenei were engaging the Russians in this atmosphere, we would expect rumors and dead ends.
Interestingly, the rumors were consistent that Ahmadinejad and Khamenei wanted a closer relationship to Russia, but diverged on the Russian response. Some said the Russians already had assisted the Iranians by providing intelligence ranging from Israeli networks in Lebanon to details of U.S. and British plans to destabilize Iran through a “Green Revolution” like the color revolutions that had ripped through the former Soviet Union (FSU).
Equally interesting were our Russian sources’ responses. Normally, they are happy to talk, if only to try to mislead us. (Our Russian sources are nothing if not voluble.) But when approached about Moscow’s thinking on Iran, they went silent; this silence stood out. Normally, our sources would happily speculate — but on this subject, there was no speculation. And the disciplined silence was universal. This indicated that those who didn’t know didn’t want to touch the subject, and that those who did know were keeping secrets. None of this proved anything, but taken together, it caused us to put our net assessment for Iran on hold. We could no longer take any theory for granted. Continue Reading →
Speech on ‘immigration’ and jihad
Here is a little light reading on the Islamic view of immigration, and jihad. This document provided by KitmanTV is a transcript of a speech given in Iran on the true meanings of immigration and jihad in the Islamic view. While in some ways this is tedious as hell, there is insight as to how Muslims think, and why when they say one thing we hear another. Not to mention that this is also a deception which is intentional in many cases. This is a .PDF file. Thanks again KitmanTV and jdamn for this document.
Muslim Family Disowns 8 Year Old Girl For Being Raped

Gone insane for a son
Daughter survived father’s acid assault to tell world of a sick paternal craving
Eight-year-old Babli now goes to school. Her father poured acid into her mouth, ears and her feet for being a girl when she was only seven months old. The photo was taken at Acid Survivors’ Foundation in Banani. Photo: STARAlpha Arzu
Babli’s father wanted to be the “proud parent” of a son, and when a son was not born to him but a daughter, he chose to be a villain.
Bakhtiar Rana, a carpenter by profession in Betagi Thana in Rangunia, Chittagong, took an instant dislike to the fact that his wife “had given him a burden instead of an heir” and made his feelings clear.
The resentment over being stuck with a burden — as a girl child is still labelled in society — grew in such proportions in him that things took a turn for the worst when Babli was just seven months old in July 2000.
On the fateful day, Babli’s father chose to forget that he was a human being. He took his child in his arms and used a medicine dropper to force acid into her mouth, into her ears and on her feet. He also did not spare her anal passage. Continue Reading →
More protests planned in Birmingham by groups opposed to Islamic extremism
Groups opposed to Islamist extremism in the U.K. plan more protests with special emphasis paid to a sharia court operating at Harrow central mosque and in Luton, home to ‘some of the most unsavoury al-Qaida supporters in the U.K.”
‘Patriot’ league plots more clashes with anti-fascist activists
• Thirty-five arrests after city-centre confrontation
• Group claims it is opposed to Islamist extremism

Groups that say they are opposed to Islamist extremism are plotting fresh clashes with anti-fascist organisations this summer after violent battles between the two sides in Birmingham city centre led to 35 arrests over the weekend.
The English Defence League and Casuals United, two linked groups, are planning protests against what they see as militant Islam in Manchester, Luton, Harrow and other as yet secret locations, according to a website.
The move comes after their supporters fought battles with Asian men backed by Unite Against Fascism activists in front of shocked shoppers at the Bull Ring shopping centre.
In ugly scenes that began after the groups assembled at about 5pm on Saturday, wooden planks, bottles and placards were thrown, and groups kicked and stamped on victims on the ground while men engaged in fights.
“It was chaos,” said Hannah Taylor, 24, from London. “I had only come up to do a bit of shopping, and found myself in the middle of a full-blown riot. People with small children were running into shops for cover. The whole city centre just descended into some kind of war zone.”
Three people were injured and there were several reports of property damage, including to a car.
The conflicts began after backers of the English Defence League, which describes itself as “a mixed race group of English people, from businessmen and women, to football hooligans”, gathered outside Waterstone’s bookshop in a planned demonstration against militant Islam.
Unite Against Fascism mounted a counter demonstration, telling its supporters that “everyone in the area should come along and show these thugs that their brand of vicious racism is not wanted in Birmingham or the West Midlands”. Scores of police officers hemmed in the chanting protest group, which denies it is racist. There were violent skirmishes around the fringes of the demonstration.
The website of Casuals United yesterday used photographs of a man being kicked and stamped on the ground by Asian men as a recruiting aid for fresh protests. “Next time will be bigger now, thanks to the photos of the disgusting attacks on British people trying to speak up against extremists and their supporters,” it warned. “We will arrive unannounced and neither the police or the scum will know any details.”
Over the August bank holiday weekend, the group is planning a protest against a sharia court at Harrow central mosque and in Luton, which it claims is “home of some of the most unsavoury al-Qaida supporters in the UK”. Manchester city centre will be a target in early October, it says.
West Midlands police said that to prevent a repeat of Saturday’s disturbances, it would consider injunctions stopping potential troublemakers going to Birmingham and the surrounding area.
The threat of further trouble came as the government announced plans to reshape its policy towards the Muslim community in Britain, partly by pledging to tackle far-right extremism as well as Islamist extremism. Revised guidance is to be drawn up this summer on the operation of the £45m Prevent strategy, which is designed to challenge violent extremist ideology and disrupt those who promote it.
The fresh approach is expected to ensure that funding goes to a wider range of organisations, and a more explicit strategy to resist white racist extremism is also being developed.
“You speak to any Muslim on the street anywhere in this country and they will say they are as opposed as you and I are to extremism, to terrorism, but the frustration is that they are constantly linked with terrorism as a community as a whole,” said Shahid Malik, the Dewsbury MP and minister for cohesion. “We cannot dismiss or underestimate the threat from the far right. There are white areas which are severely neglected. What we want to do is engage in those white communities to make sure that they are listened to, they feel they are respected.”
Khalid Mahmood, the Labour MP for Perry Barr, Birmingham, said yesterday that tensions between the rival groups needed to be taken more seriously. “I think the groups ought to know better, and certainly if there was going to be rallies by both these groups at the same time it would always lead to this sort of confrontation. My issue is not just that it took place, but that it took place in the city centre, where families and children were just going about their normal lives. To put that at risk is terrible.”
Chief Inspector Mark Payne, of West Midlands police, described Birmingham’s city centre as one that remained “a safe place to live, shop and visit”.
