Deadly Stabbing in German School: Attacker Says Victim Had Looked At His Mother “Provocatively”

An original translation of a press release by Dortmund Police.

Dortmund (ots) – Joint Press Release of Dortmund Prosecution and Dortmund Police

As announced in press releases no. 0141, 0142 and 0144, Dortmund police formed a Kap commission to investigate after a homicide in a school at Dammwiese in Lünen.

According to the current state of investigations, the accused and his mother had an appointment with the school’s community worker. According to the community worker, the 15-year-old has got a police record for violence, and was deemed aggressive and unfit for school, and had, for these reasons, temporarily attended a different school. But this measure failed, which was why he now was to attend Käthe Kollwitz school again.

While they were waiting for their appointment, the later victim met upon the attacker. According to the suspect, the victim looked at his mother repeatedly in a provocative manner. This angered the 15-year-old so much that he stabbed a knife into his schoolmate’s neck.

Before the deed, there were already confrontations between the later victim and the suspect. Investigations will have to probe whether this was the ultimate motive.

The postmortem confirmed that the violence was cause of the death. The weapon was seized at the scene of the crime.

The police records on the accused are meagre and do not show earlier relations with the victim.

The victim’s family is being taken care of by Dortmund police’s office for the protection of victims.

The 15-year-old will appear before the committing magistrate tomorrow.

Translator’s note:
According to Dortmund police, the victim is a 14-year-old German boy from Lünen, the perpetrator is a 15-year-old boy, born in Germany, but with Kazhak and German nationality.

A German Father: “I Am A ‘Concerned Citizen’. Go Ahead, Ridicule Me.”

Preface: “Concerned Citizen”, besorgter Bürger, is a recent, sarcastic pejorative for people who criticize the government’s “refugee” policies, implying that only losers would be concerned. Example: “I wonder if Germany can handle that many migrants” – “Haha, look at this concerned citizen!”

An original translation from Achse des Guten.

I am one of them. A concerned citizen. Now go ahead, ridicule me.

Thilo Schneider
I have a 19-year-old daughter. She is, in my opinion, a pretty and ambitious girl, funny and sensitive. Back then, 36 months ago, I did not care if she went to town or to a club, on her own or with a friend. I thought it was cool when she and her girlfriends took the train to visit other major German towns, maybe party. She is young, full of life, it is her bloody right to explore the world.

These times are over. I am worried. I have lost faith in the state protecting her and her girlfriends when I’m not there. I lost trust that the people she will meet will respect her dignity and her integrity. I am worried for her. I don’t want to constrain her, but I lose sleep when she’s not home. We did not read for her at bedtime, and we did not do math homework with her, so that some asshole from some weird country gropes her because, in his eyes, she is an “unbeliever slut” and “worthless”. And I don’t trust that anyone will help her if she is in duress. After all, she is “only” a “German”.

I am aware that there are also filthy pigs among those “who have been living here for a bit longer” [Merkel’s recent expression to avoid the word “Germans”], who can’t keep their hands off others, but in my opinion, this is not an argument to invite people in, sort of as a “compensation”, who have a — let’s say “conservative” — view of women, and where our state isn’t even interested in who they are, how old they are, and what they are up to.

I am sorry that she can’t grow up in the same free country that I grew up in. I am sorry that she can’t go to a swimming pool without taking care, without constantly being on the lookout for whether trouble is imminent, and without keeping “an arm’s length distance”. As if anyone whose entrance ticket I subsidize with my tax money would care. Thank you to those who opened the flood gates without examining who is coming in. I imagine that neither I, nor my children deserved this.

Perfect target for “the new arrivals”
My son was beaten up by Russians. Just because. Because they could. He did not fight back, to prevent worse. He was right. There is no point in resisting. Our children were not raised in, and for, violence. This makes them, when the state fails, perfect targets for the “new arrivals”. The “integration industry”, which battens itself at the public trough, does not even watch in indifference. They watch as appeasers, insulting and downplaying, spitting on the victims of the collateral damage of their protégés who allegedly “seek refuge”.

We spend Christmas behind concrete barriers, the controls at concerts are stricter than at the airport. And, yes: some districts with predominantly newly arrived inhabitants are now filthy and dirty and not a good place to live. Because it is the people living there who lack any consideration and respect for other people’s property, because they have completely different challenges and desires.

They have no obligation to the greater common good outside their own family and clan. And those zones are under the rule of the relevant clans. And they behave accordingly. They hate me, and the country that reached out to them when they were in need. They still like to take our monthly welfare cheques.

And I am getting older and wondering where I can find affordable living, where I won’t have to dwell under threat for life and limb. Yes, I am concerned. I am a concerned citizen. Now go ahead and ridicule me.

Germany: Another Day, Another Knife Attack At Cottbus Shopping Center

Another stabbing attack occurred today at a shopping center in Cottbus. Last Friday, Syrian teenagers attacked a German couple there (Syrian “Youths” Attack Couple, When Wife Refuses To “Show Respect”).

Cottbus. On Wednesday, another knife attack took place at Blechen-Carré in Cottbus. A Syrian youth wounded a 16-year-old from Cottbus. Police are still hunting for the perpetrator.
By Bodo Baumert

As police announce tonight, the incident took place just after 3 PM. The officers were alerted to a grievous battery at the street tram station Stadtpromenade. “According to first investigations, a brawl ensued after a verbal confrontation and an insult. From a group of Syrian and German youths between 16 and 18 years old, who superficially knew each other from school and leisure time, a 16-year-old boy from Cottbus was pressed against a standing tram by a Syrian youth”, says police spokesman Torsten Wendt. In doing so, a knife slash was inflicted upon the left side of the youth’s face. After the incident, the 16-year-old ran into Blechen-Carré, looking for help. “The victim was tended to by paramedics there and then taken to CTK hospital for further treatment”, says Wendt.

Police did not announce further details. Criminal Police took over investigations. A police search for the suspect, who is still on the loose, and his accomplices, is still ongoing. Several witnesses of the incident were already interviewed in the early evening hours.

Translator’s note:
In answer to Friday’s knife attack on the married German couple, one of the Syrian attackers, a 15-year-old, was expelled from the city of Cottbus and the whole parish, along with his father. The head of the municipal public order office stated that this was the first time ever the city has taken to this harsh measure, as the youth was already prior known for violent offenses: “We declare the integration of the youth a failure.”
Also, an attack by unknown perpetrators on a refugee accommodation was reported.
As a response to Friday’s stabbing, even before this new stabbing, police have already announced to increase their presence.

Germany: Syrian “Youths” Attack Couple, When Wife Refuses To “Show Respect”

Mayor Shocked After Knife Attack

January 14, 2018
Cottbus. Without any apparent reason, in front of a shopping centre, three youths attacked a married couple with a knife. Mayor Holger Kelch (CDU) is shocked.
By Rüdiger Hofmann

As police announce, Friday, just after 4 PM, a 51-year-old and his 43-year-old wife from Cottbus wanted to visit the Blechen-Carré on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, when they were attacked by three Syrian youths aged 14, 15 and 17. They demanded precedence, says police spokesman Ines Filohn. They also demanded that the woman should show respect to them. When the woman refused to do so, the youths attacked her husband.

Two of them physically attacked the man and tried to push him over. Another from the group produced a knife. In this moment, a brave passer-by intervened and helped the husband. “With his courageous help, the man prevented worse from happening” says Ines Filohn. The security staff who were called seized the three suspects and held them until police arrived.

Mayor Holger Kelch is shocked: “It is appalling, and not tolerable for us as a city, and a state under the rule of law, what happened in these first days of January in Cottbus. Violence is not a way to encourage or resolve conflicts. My sympathies are with the aggrieved parties, I hope they get well soon and will be able to get over these experiences.”

Kelch and the police hope that the courageous passer-by will get into contact to support the investigations as a witness. “As a witness, he can call the phone number 0355 4937 1227 at the Cottbus police office, or any other police inspection“, says police spokesman Ines Filohn. According to our enquiry, as of Sunday, he has not yet contacted police.

“The lawful state will have to bare teeth, even if some lawsuits can be arduous and tedious”, says Holger Kelch. “I have appointed a meeting of the responsible administrative sectors, to discuss the situation. If we are responsible for the custodianship, we will do everything in our power, to make it clear to the youths which values and rules prevail in Germany and in Cottbus, and that they have to adhere to them. We will also contact the parents, to make it clear to them that their children’s behaviour will not remain without consequence”, says Kelch. “We will not have our city’s progress ruined by such incidents.”

In the meantime, witnesses were found, and surveillance recordings and the knife secured. The 14-year-old is already known to the police as a violent offender. The youths were handed over to their legal guardians. Criminal police begun investigations for dangerous battery. As the three suspects are minors, they will be tried under youth criminal law.

In general, attacks by foreign fellow citizens seem to become more frequent lately. “At least, this is the felt sense”, says Ines Filohn. “For exact numbers, we will have to wait for the analysis of the criminal statistics, which we will have in spring”, says the police spokesman.

German High School: Christmas Celebration Suspended As Christmas Songs Not Compatible With Muslim Pupil’s Beliefs

An original translation from NDR (Norddeutscher Rundfunk, public broadcaster):

Christmas Party at Lüneburg Highschool voluntary
Dec. 20, 2017
The Johanneum in Lüneburg this year will forgo a Christmas celebration during class time. The reason: it appears that last year, a Muslim pupil complained that the Christmas songs that were sung were not compatible with her belief. Instead of the mandatory celebration during class time, there will now be a voluntary celebration in the afternoon. This is what the school administration decided upon. The chair of the school parents’ council said that this was a compromise she could live with.

School invokes school law
In their decision, the highschool invokes the Lower Saxon school law. It says that during class, religious beliefs must be respected, and the feelings of people with dissenting opinions were to be respected. In music class, no religious songs were sung either, says the leader of the high school.

Implementation is up to the school
Each school can decide on their own how the rule is to be implemented, said a spokesman of the school board. The paragraph in the school law was not a prohibition to sing Christian songs. Not all schools handle the situation like the Johanneum. In the catholic elementary school in Lüneburg, the Muslim pupils attend the Christmas celebration, says the school director. Some Muslim parents deliberately
registered their children at that school, so that their children could come to know other cultures and religions.

Underage Girls Sexually Harassed On Augsburg Public Transport

Exhibitionists harass pupils and student
Three pupils and a student were harassed by exhibitionists on Augsburg public transport. Police are looking for the perpetrators.
Dec. 15, 2017

There have been three incidents of exhibitionism in Augsburg public transport. Three pupils (10 and 11 years old) and a 26-year-old student were harassed by unknown men on the street tram and the bus. It is unclear whether the cases are related or whether it is a serial perpetrator, according to police.

The first incident happened on Thursday around 1:30 PM in the tram line one bound to Göggingen. An eleven-year-old pupil noticed at the station Maria-Stern a man who was visibly masturbating his member. When the girl moved away, the man, according to police, took her seat, and continued. He neither spoke to the eleven-year-old, nor did he look at her, according to police. The perpetrator had short, black hair, was between 35 and 40 years old, and about 1.80m tall. He wore a pair of blue jeans.

Only twenty minutes later, in tram line 1 bound Königplatz, at the same station, a similar incident occurred. This time, an unknown person was masturbating in front of two ten-year-old girls. When the girls departed the train at Frohsinnstraße, the man kept following them for a while. According to police, the dark-skinned man was about 20 years old, 1.60m tall, and had dark, shoulder-length hair. He wore a blue jacket and carried a grey backpack.

On Wednesday, around 9 PM, a 26-year-old student was harassed in bus line 26. A man exposed his member to the student, and then departed the bus with her at the stop Bärenwirt. He, too, was dark-skinned, about 1.70m tall and in his late 20s. He wore a pair of grey trainers, a hoodie, and had black, short hair.

In all three cases, police Augsburg are asking for relevant information under the phone number 0821/323-3810.

“Prague Is Like It Used To Be With US” – A Berliner’s Thoughts In Festive Prague

A friend who lives in Berlin sent this note from Prague:

Tonight, I strolled home from a bar, between 4 and 5 in the morning, for half an hour, alone, across the city. The city was quiet. No rubbish, no screaming. At important buildings, there was the occasional police officer, not paying attention to me. At the access road to the old city, there was another police officer, freezing and bored in the middle of the road, but he was there. Scattered party-goers came my way, with civilized behavior. An elderly man walked his dogs on a leash. I felt safe on the whole way, I had nothing* in my pockets, I dilly-dallied and enjoyed the christmas decorations at the castle hill. All of it was simply enchanting, peace in freedom. Precious christmas decorations were fixed even on the outside of the ground floor windows, little trees with balls, and mangers stood directly on the pedestrian walk, or on the doorsteps. Apparently, no one here is expecting theft, vandalism, riots.

Prague is like it used to be with us.

There had been only nice, civilized people in the bar, most of them czech, and a single black person among them who was eager to be the nicest person, too. Earlier this night a friend had told me about Mannheim, where, as a woman, you don’t go anywhere alone at night anymore. And WE are lecturing the Visegrad states? On what? Spare your words!

Germany: Deadline To Form New Government Near – Negotiations Cancelled Over “Refugees”

Party leaders Angela Merkel (CDU), Christian Lindner (FDP) and Wolfgang Kubicki (FDP) at coalition negotiations

Germany – The deadline is just hours away, but Merkel’s CDU/CSU, Greens and FDP have cancelled their negotiations at 4:30 in the morning local time.

The F.A.Z. is speaking of “massive” differences.

If a new government is not formed by Friday, new elections might be pending. The CDU/CSU saw the worst results in their history ever at the recent German Bundestag election. To obtain the necessary majority to form a government, but still be able to ostracize the AfD, Merkel chose the FDP and the Greens as partners.

The Greens reportedly are making only the slightest concessions on topics like coal power stations, taxation of Diesel cars, etc., while demanding that to accommodate them for these concessions, the CSU should meet them in the “refugee” issue, particularly in “family reunification”.

“Family reunification” under its current regulation is estimated to bring between 1-2 million more Syrians into Germany in 2018.

Polls show that the majority of Germans, especially women, reject this prospect. But hundreds of thousands of “family reunification” visas have already been granted. CSU and FDP demand to suspend “family reunification”. But the Greens comment that the right to a family was a basic human right, “of course not just for German families”. So family reunification is “a core issue” for them.

Hamed Abdel-Samad to Glamour Magazine: “Congratulations! The Self-Empowerment Of Political Islam Advances, With The Support Of The Left And Its Feminists!”

In a Facebook post today, Hamed Abdel-Samad slammed “Glamour” magazine for naming Linda Sarsour “woman of the year”.
Original translation of his post:

A woman in America has just been named Woman of the Year by Glamour magazine for organizing a march against Donald Trump last year.

The woman is called Linda Sarsour, she wants to introduce parts of Sharia law in America, and claims that the system in Saudi Arabia is more humane for women than the Western system.

Not only that. She massively attacked the human rights activist Ayan Hirsi-Ali because she had criticized Islam’s treatment of women. About Ali, Sarsour said,”I wish I could take her vagina away. Women like that don’t deserve to be women.”

Incidentally, Sarsour, who calls herself a feminist, was the initiator of the campaign “Headscarf means empowerment of women”, which has now also gained a foothold in Europe.

Congratulations, the self-empowerment of political Islam advances, with the friendly support of the left and its feminists!

The question is now: Why should one have compassion for a culture that no longer knows where it stands and that voluntarily gives itself up?

German Court Rules: Polygamy Not Against the Constitution

An original translation from Stuttgarter Zeitung by Egri Nök.

German Top Court Decides:
German Passport And Two Wives: Both Is Permittable
By Eberhard Wein
August 27, 2017

According to the Koran, a man can marry a second woman; but in Germany, too, this is not against the constitution. At least this is what the two highest administrative law judges say. Photo: ‘Arab with Three Wives and Two Servants’, Wikimedia Commons

A Syrian, who is married to two wives, can still become a German national. The city of Karlsruhe cannot revoke his naturalization, the administative court says.

Karlsruhe – if you contract a second marriage abroad, you can still be a good and loyal citizen. This is the gist of a verdict of the administrative court (VGH) in Mannheim. The highest administrative law judges of the country repealed a contrarian decision by the administrative court Karlsruhe. The city of Karlsruhe had revoked German citizenship from a native of Syria, after it surfaced that he had married a second wife in his old homeland.
The 36 year old Kurd came to Germany in 1999, studied and became a construction engineer in 2008. He married a German that same year, and applied for German citizenship shortly thereafter. At the naturalization test, he scored 33 out of 33 possible points. He received his naturalization certificate in October 2010.

Shortly after the wedding he married a second wife
In 2010, 2013 and 2015, three children were born. But then the man recognized fatherhood for another child born in Damascus in 2012. What surfaced now led to the city of Karlsruhe revoking the naturalization. The man allegedly had married another woman in Syria, already in June 2008, only seven weeks after his marriage in Germany. The charge is that he had given incomplete information in his application.
In the verdict, the administrative court leaves open the question if the plaintiff gained naturalization by willful deceit. It is true that the application form only asked for “previous marriages” and not “additional marriages”. Still, the judges of the previous instance were not wrong to say that a second marriage should have been stated “all the more”. But at the same time, the senate does not share the administrative court’s opinion that the principle of singular marriage was part of the constitution.

Marriage saved woman from ostracism
The city of Karlsruhe had argued that polygamy violated the dignity of man as guaranteed in article 1 [of the German constitution – translator] – in the judges’ opinion “an absolutely unique legal opinion”. They pointed to a decision by the administrative court Regensburg: Who violates the principle of single marriage, is not necessary an “enemy of the constitution”, it said “boldly and correctly”.
In the case at hand, the court also acknowledged the special circumstances. The plaintiff said that he had married the woman, his cousin, because their affair from the year 2006, was busted. Only this way he were able to save her from social ostracism in Syria. His Muslim belief allowed a multiple marriage. At the same time, he admitted, he could not imagine to be one of several husbands.

Case of fundamental importance
After detours over Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Sweden, the wife now lives in Karlsruhe, too, but in an apartment of her own. His first wife always knew of her, allegedly. There would be no marital contact. The city of Karlsruhe already lodged an appeal against the verdict. The administrative court allowed the revision at the Federal Administrative Court. „We deem the clarification of this legal matter of fundamental importance for generality and consistency”, a townsspeaker said.
