Youtube once again pulls video exposing hate speech by Muslims.

A few years ago, youtube blocked a video my group had translated and subtitled, which was of a Dutch Muslim-Moroccan ‘rap’ band that did a massively antisemetic quasi-musical video demanding renewed horror upon the Jewish people.

Youtube, as well as removing my translated and titled version, continued to allow the original video in rather poor Dutch to remain online at their site.

So in other words, it would at least appear, if not in fact, that youtube disallows the exposing of hate speech while allowing actual hate speech to remain.

Personally I do not believe this is youtube policy. Personally I think this is either because they have more people who speak English than anything else so that once it is in English they can deal with it, or, the people who make these decisions are far leftists or Muslims who use youtube’s policy guidelines as ways of selectively enforcing for their own goals.

It is also possible that they are sensitive about antisemitic material and knee jerk react to Jew Hatred without realizing the nuanced fact that my video, as well as the PALWATCH one below, were in fact exposing antisemitism and not promoting it.

Like blasphemy laws themselves, it is hard to adjudicate a case where the judge is not fully allowed to look at the material that caused the offense. If you understand the comparison.

Now Palestinian Media Watch is being threatened with losing their channel (as I in fact did although for more than just that one video) because of this video. The full story is worth reading over at their site. The video in question is below.

I am a disabled combat veteran. I served in Iraq and worked in Afghanistan. I took an IED because my country asked me too, and I was injured by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan. I have a Purple Heart and an ARCOM with Valor. I fully expect to be treated differently when I am visiting another country – when I am in America I expect equality and toleration; but what I experienced today is something that I never would have thought I’d have to go through in my own country. The country I fought for!

I am a skydiver with around 300 jumps under my belt. I’ve done jumps from 30,000 feet, helicopters, hot air balloons, wingsuit skydives and so forth. So with that being said I travel around doing this sport quite a bit. Today was my second time at a dropzone called “Florida Skydiving Center / Skydive Lake Wales”.

Coincidentally there are soldiers from the country of Qatar being trained there.

The picture is of the tattoo I have. Here is the definition of said tattoo: “Kafir (Arabic: ????? k?fir, plural ????? kuff?r) is an Arabic term used in an Islamic doctrinal sense, usually translated as “unbeliever,” “disbeliever,” or “infidel.” The term refers to a person who rejects God or who hides, denies, or covers the “truth.” The Muslim’s from Qatar saw that tattoo and complained to the dropzone. It is difficult to overstate just how deleterious the policy detailed in this mornings article about deliberately ignoring merit in order to find a reason not to hire white people as lifeguards. The fact that very possibly someone will die due to the inability of the lifeguard will not deter the leftists so well entrenched now at every level of government as they will claim more would have died as they would rather drown than trust a white person to save them.

Not this this is believable but it causes enough cognitive dissonance to not get as strident a reply as it deserves.

Many times growing up I heard the hurtful phrase, ‘Swims like a brick’, or, ‘Floats like a Brick’ (to indicate how terribly bricks swim and float) which are clearly racist memes intended to prevent bricks from achieving their rightful place as lifeguards at Arizona pools.

Yes I exaggerate for humor but I actually once saw a vegetarian silenced by accusations that she was racist because she felt that just because an organism had no central nervous system it was OK to eat them while animals are not OK to eat. Basically accusing her of being mamalio-centric so to speak. She actually had no answer to that as it was the kind of reasoning she considered to be axiomatic and self evident. She just wasn’t used to having it used against her.

And why stop there? Hiring a yam as a life guard does double duty as it looks natural in a pool, especially in inner city areas, and is a way of dispelling racism and hatred often directed with commonly heard slurs, towards the profoundly disabled.

Probably the greatest single aspect of civilization Vs. totalitarian states in the history of the world, is the principle of merit over nepotism and group-ism. The great irony being that leftist groups who have now created endless systemic racism under the banner of getting rid of it. Laws such as hate speech laws, affirmative action and so on are always selectively enforced either by design or by manipulation post hoc. While the jokes above are silly examples of the humour of logical extremes, the photos below are not.

Any nation that pretends to multiculturalism actually has to do this. Not only grant him an appeal, but they should force the rape victim to ‘marry’ him and then let him kill her. After all, that is the Afghan tradition and Islamic law. Multiculturalism is an oxymoron. It simply cannot be. There cannot be more than one set of legal principles operating in the same area. The government of Australia is now asking a rape victim to accept no justice because her rapist was from a culture where rape of women is the norm.

In more rational periods of human history this would have been grounds for serious actions against a democratic government. It would have been headline news for weeks or even months in say, the 1960s and would have been discussed in the bars and schools of the free world by all. After all, one can’t help but notice that for us regular civilized folk, “Ignorance of the law is no excuse” while for an Afghan, “an unclear concept of what constitutes consent” (ibid) is grounds for an appeal.

As it is, likely the vast majority of people will never even hear about this.

AN Afghan refugee who argued cultural differences led him to rape a drunken girl has won a bid to appeal against a 14-year jail term.

Esmatullah Sharifi, 31, was given a total 11-year non-parole term for two rapes committed within days of each other in December 2008.

He pleaded guilty at separate hearings to raping a teen on December 19 and a woman, 25, on Christmas Eve. He’s been granted leave to appeal against the sentence for raping the teen.

A date is yet to be set.

Granting leave to appeal, Court of Appeal Justice Robert Redlich said: “The sentencing judge rejected any suggestion (Sharifi) didn’t have a clear concept of consent in sexual relations. His Honour concluded that the protection of the community was the principal purpose for which the sentence was imposed.”

But he said the 18-year-old victim had found there were “aspects of his conduct that were strange” because Sharifi treated her like a “willing participant”.

He noted that Sharifi, who came to Australia on a temporary protection visa in 2001, also drove her home.

“It proves, in my view, an adequate basis for most grounds of appeal that (Sharifi) wishes to pursue,” the judge said.

In April last year, a psychologist told the County Court that Sharifi had “an unclear concept of what constitutes consent in sexual relationships” in Australia.

Small consolation I suppose but at least someone bothered to actually expose this horror.

The philosopher Henrik Gade Jensen is one of the finest debaters in Denmark. He served as a press advisor to the former Minister of Ecclesiastical Affairs in Denmark, serving one year during the Anders Fogh Rasmussen government before his career was ruined.

As is now the case with Lars Hedegaard, Gade was completely destroyed — in public — by false accusations and ‘guilt by association’ tricks designed by left-wing extremists. It has been ten years since it happened, and Gade still suffers from it. He was targeted because he was — and is — on the ‘wrong’ side of the fence: he criticized immigration policy and the EU. In 2003 he was brought down by a deliberate media smear campaign.

The video shows how this man of integrity is destroyed by false ‘Nazi’ allegations from a left wing extremist backed up by the mainstream media. After legal action, he forced the media outlets to apologize, acknowledge that they had no evidence for their slurs, and compensate him.

The video provides some kind of satisfaction for Gade Jensen. Dissidents outside Denmark in similar situations may find encouragement watching it.

It was only two weeks ago when the Supreme Court of Canada declared the criticism of homosexuality to be a hate crime. It seems that in Toronto Islam is also under the same high protection. Today, at a protest somebody was arrested for mocking Islam.

As I wrote earlier, a protest event was scheduled for March 20 at the offices of the Liberal Party of Ontario. It was caused by the fact that the Minister of Labour of our ruling party, Yasir Naqvi, endorsed an Islamic book, which (in accordance with the Koran) recommended wife beating as a tool for solving family problems. Despite thepublic outrage, the Liberals chose to ignore the issue and turn a blind eye on Muslim misogyny.

The protest attracted a tiny group of participants carrying signs like:

“Beat wife only for honour & discipline, Holy Koran 4:34”

“Those that deny Islam will be killed, Holy Koran 33:16”

“Expose jihad with free speech or die”

However, what they lacked in numbers, they made up for with their creativity. Eric Brazau, who was one of the organizers, was dressed like an imam and accompanied by a woman in a full Muslim niqab.

Using a microphone, he gave a mock Muslim sermon, assisted by the veiled woman. He was “praising” Canada as a place, where you can beat your wife with impunity. Reading from sheets of paper, he also counted all the benefits you would get here if you are a religious fanatic. It was a satirical performance, which still focused the attention on the flaws of Islam.

We enact measures that restrict our own freedoms and civil liberties for greater security due to a threat which is overwhelmingly from the Muslim community, and then we exempt the Muslims from having to endure those inconveniences. Khalid Mahmood said the cameras, called Project Champion, would have been an “effective tool” in helping security services track terror suspects.

The cameras, which were removed in late-2010 after never being switched on, sparked protests from residents.

An independent report was highly critical of the scheme and the police.

I agree that we should ignore the 99.995% of the public’s culture, history, feelings, sense of propriety and modus operandi in order to slightly and nearly imperceptibly make the 00.005% of the population who might want this, and then again might not, feel ever so slightly better. The February 5th assassination attempt on Lars Hedegaard, editor-in-chief of Dispatch International, was reported all over the world. There was a remarkable difference, however, between the way in which the Swedish media and international media handled the news. While international media systematically called Hedegaard “an Islam-critic”, or even “prominent Islam-critic”, Swedish media chose just as systematically to use the loaded term “enemy of Islam”.

Several Swedish newspapers also chose to publish various versions of the story from Swedish national news agency TT, which contained this wording:

”Lars Hedegaard, once convicted for racism, has been subject to an assassination attempt. An unknown man reportedly shot at Hedegaard outside his Copenhagen home.

”The author Hedegaard is one of the few Danes who is a certified racist, as he some years ago was fined by a High Court for having stated in a blog interview that Muslim fathers rape their children. He was later acquitted by the Supreme Court.”

The truth is that no conviction of Lars Hedegaard was upheld. The charges under to the Danish “racism clause” were rejected without dissent by the Supreme Court, which thus invalidated the High Court conviction.

A Malmö court has convicted a man who did a Nazi salute in a park for racial agitation and sentenced him to community service.

The 33-year-old man was watching the football game between Sweden and Ukraine during the summer on a big screen in a local park when the incident took place.

In court, he said the Hitler salute was an “internal joke” between him and his friends. He also stated that he was too drunk at the time to realize the gesture was inappropriate.

The court in its verdict said it had taken these claims into consideration, but found his action to be in breach of Sweden’s agitation law(hets mot folkgrupp).

The law is meant to protect against harassment of people based on, for example, their ethnicity, religion, sexuality and gender.

Sweden also has legislation on “hate crimes,” which means a sentence can be made more severe if a criminal act can be proven to have been motivated by prejudice or hatred.
