Ann Barnhardt HQ with Spanish Subtitles.
As some of you may be aware, from time to time a group of us get together and make what we call, a ‘Rosetta Stone’ project on videos we think are worthy, such as the one we did for Alan West’s speech some time ago which went wildly viral, at one point nearly 100,000 views a day, and then was forced off of youtube, at least on my channel.
Ann Barnhardt did a fantastic two part video in response to the absurd and anti-democratic remarks of a certain US Senator Lindsey Graham. We liked it so much we decided to give it the Rosetta treatment and Ann was kind enough to send me her original files so I could re edit it and try and get a better video quality as well as subtitle it in as many languages as we can find volunteers for.
This is the first one of that batch, this one in Spanish. Part II possibly tonight but for sure tomorrow.

S&P Ratings Lowers Long-Term Outlook for U.S.
Be afraid.
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service has lowered its long-term outlook for the United States’ sovereign debt to “Negative” from “Stable” due to risks from the country’s growing deficit.
But the agency also reaffirmed the investment-grade credit ratings on country’s long-term and short-term debt.
S&P says the U.S. has a high-income, diversified and flexible economy that has helped it to encourage growth while containing inflation. But the country’s ballooning deficit could offset those positives over the next two years.
The agency noted that the deficit grew to 11 percent of gross domestic income in 2009. That is much higher than the average of two percent to five percent in the previous six years.

Iraqi immigrant who ran over daughter in Arizona ‘honour killing’ gets 34 years in prison
YAHOONEWS… PHOENIX – An Iraqi immigrant was sentenced Friday to 34 1/2 years in an Arizona prison for running over and killing his 20-year-old daughter because she became too Westernized.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Roland Steinle told Faleh Hassan Almaleki that forgiveness is the core of all religion, but the judge said he was struck by Almaleki’s apparent lack of remorse for killing Noor Almaleki.
The case caused outrage nationwide after prosecutors deemed it an “honour killing” because Faleh Almaleki had said his daughter dishonoured his family.

Yaakov Roth, a lawyer with the firm Jones Day in Washington, has filed a case against the Federal Election Commission, arguing that denying non-permanent residents the right to spend money on political campaigns violates their freedom of speech.

Why Would I Care About The Ivory Coast?
What does the Ivory Coast have to do with the EDL: what does mass Muslim immigration and subversion of democracy have to do with a civil war?
Here’s another example of the mainstream media completely hiding the real reasons for a conflict from the masses. I could be kind and say they’re just stupid, or I could be correct and say they’re terrified of what will happen when people know the truth. If you knew that the Ivory Coast in 1957 had about a 20% Muslim population and that today it is over 50%. If you then knew that the supposedly democratically elected new leader is Muslim while the old one is Christian, do you think those facts might be important? Have you heard that on the BBC?
And if anyone can find any mention of the Islam vs Christianity element of this civil war on the BBC, do let us know.

The debate over Islamic terror turned into a shouting match as Nonie Darwish, director of Former Muslims United, spoke at the State Senate committee meeting in New York.
One senator gripped a Koran in his and accused the human rights activist of spreading ‘hate and poison’ at the hearing held to study how vulnerable New York City is to another act of terror ten years after September 11.
‘Check what’s going on, it’s not a secret’ said Ms Darwish, who was educated in Egypt and came to the U.S. in 1978.

More than 100 people have died in the fifth district of Kandahar, Afghanistan, where police are reportedly firing automatic weapons into a crowd of rioters trying to storm a U.N. building, witnesses said April 3, RIA Novosti reported. A source within the Afghan Interior Ministry confirmed the death toll. Police said Taliban militants have joined the protesters, who began rioting after a U.S. pastor publicly burned a Quran.

Third church attacked as Pakistani extremists declare war over Florida Koran burning

Yesterday afternoon, an armed group attacked the Catholic Church of St. Thomas in the military district of Wah, 45 km from Islamabad. The fundamentalists hurled stones and tried to burn the building. Bishop of the capital, we are Pakistani Christians, we have no ties with the United States. Young Christians: no hope for the future.
Islamabad (AsiaNews) – An armed group of seven people attacked the Catholic Church of St. Thomas in the military district of Wah, about 45 km from Islamabad. The attack took place at 6.30 pm yesterday, while the security guard was absent. The extremists hurled stones, damaged the building and tried to set fire to it, but they did not shoot. Yesterday’s was the third attack against a church in Pakistan less than a week. The escalation of violence is a result of the mad act – repeatedly condemned by Christians in Pakistan and India – of pastor Wayne Sapp, who last March 20, in Florida burned a copy of the Koran under the supervision of the evangelical preacher Terry Jones. $2.2 million fatwa on Terry Jones after Quran burning

Terry Jones, the Florida evangelical pastor who threatened to hold a Quran burning last Sept. 11 only to back down in the face of international outrage, finally went ahead and burned one.
And now there’s a 2.2-million-dollar price on his head.
Jones appointed himself “judge” and presided over a trial hearing evidence and testimony against Islam’s holy book. A “jury” found the book guilty of crimes against humanity; promoting terrorist acts; raping, torturing and killing people “whose only crime was not being of the Islamic faith.” Also, its treatment of women was found lacking.
Interestingly, lethal injection and electrocution, the two forms of capital punishment in Florida, were not offered to the convicted holy book. Instead, an online Facebook poll picked the sentence from these choices – burning, shredding, drowning or firing squad. Burning won.
Sentence was carried out by soaking the convicted in kerosene, placing it a metal tray and igniting it with a barbecue lighter. Thirty people witnessed the execution.
Jones’ kangaroo court stunt was obviously aimed at provoking a response, but the Council on American-Islamic Relations didn’t take the bait.
“Terry Jones had his 15 minutes of fame and we’re not going to help him get another few minutes,” said Spokesman Ibrahim Hooper.
Unfortunately, Pakistan did.
Pakistani Islamists respond to the Florida Quran burning with their own U.S. flag and pastor effigy barbecue.
President Asif Ali Zardari condemned the desecration of the Quran during his address to a joint sitting of parliament. The country’s Foreign Office in Islamabad called it a “despicable act.”
Pakistanis are already angry at the United States over the release last week of an American CIA employee who was arrested after he shot and killed two men who he says were trying to rob him.
Pakistan’s Jamaat-ud-Dawah, a banned Islamic organization and suspected terrorist group, announced a reward of 10 crore rupees (about $2.2 million) for anyone who kills the preacher.
Jones is probably pleased that at least the terrorists are taking him seriously.
