Red-Green takes steps against revelations

(photo caption: The committee of inquiry holds session in the room of the CDU. Here, the Cologne police officer Peter Römers is in the witness stand).

Düsseldorf — The revelations that are unfolding about Cologne on the night of New Year’s Eve provoke unusual measures. Now the red-green government majority in parliament wants to drill down on media reports by searching for “moles” in parliament.

SPD [Social Democrats] and the Greens think there was an unlawful disclosure of documents. According to EXPRESS information, on Wednesday, the government parties [Social Democrats and Greens] have submitted a request to the committee of inquiry for consignment of a letter to Parliament President Carina Gödecke (57, SPD).

They want her to give permission for prosecution by the judiciary. SPD chairman Hans-Willi Körfges (61) wants to discuss these issues “in the non-public part of the next meeting”:

“Whoever publishes confidential documents is violating laws, and endangers clearance efforts. There is a strong impression that there is unfair play for political calculations by undue deliberate indiscretions. VS documents (VS = classified information, note of editor) must remain strictly confidential”. According to Körfges, they “partially contain personal data of victims that should not be made public.”

However, Red-Green take as examples reports of “EXPRESS” and the “Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger” of 6 and 30 April, that were not at all about “personal data of victims”.

The EXPRESS had exclusively reported, among other things, that Cologne CID officials have noted in January that there had been an attempt by the National Police Agency on New Year’s day to delete the term “rape” from an internal police report to the interior ministry — according to them on “the Ministry’s request.”

Interior Minister Ralf Jäger (55, Social Democrats) immediately “strongly” rejected this.

But this Monday, the CID officials testifying as witnesses before the committee corroborated the facts and confirmed the revelations. For Jäger, himself scheduled as a witness next Monday, these are unpleasant descriptions. SPD and the Greens apparently assume that the press reports were based on “VS only for internal use” documents, which “only members of parliament and a limited staff can view”.

“According to preliminary legal assessment, both are in any case a violation of professional secrecy according to § 353b of the Criminal Code,”, the complaint says.

Matthi Bolte (30), the chairman of the Greens in the committee of inquiry in parliament, said to the EXPRESS: “Freedom of the press is a valuable commodity. If, however, through targeted indiscretions the ability of the committee of inquiry to work is at risk, this must be clearly identified.” For a violation of official secrets, if convicted, a prison sentence of up to five years or a fine is impending.

Attacks in Cologne

02.05.16

Who is it who does not want “rape” to emerge?

Two police officers report in parliament that they were told to cross out the word “rape” in a first account on the sexual excesses on New Year’s Eve in Cologne. But they stood their ground.

Explosive news around the New Year’s Eve night in Cologne.

The WELT has obtained an email from the Cologne police that describes how an account of sexual attacks was to be downplayed. Source: Die Welt.

Detective chief superintendent Jürgen H. of the Cologne police remembers very well how a phone caller from the superior authority complained about the “IE account” (important event report) on sexual attacks including rape.  “Those are not rapes. Delete this word, and cancel the whole IE-report. Best, you write it over completely from the beginning,” is what the caller from the control center of the police of North Rhine-Westphalia allegedly said on January 1 2016.

His tone was “impolite” and “harsh”, and then came the explosive addendum: The deletion is a “request from the Ministry” — referring to the Interior Ministry. Superintendent H remembers that he refused to tolerate the disrespectful tone, and he pointed out to the caller that the case of the 19-year-old, who had fingers inserted into her bodily orifices, was without doubt a “rape”.

It is a key scene, about which the experienced Cologne police officer reports on Monday in front of  representatives in parliament. The investigative committee on New Year’s Eve in Cologne tries to elucidate why sexual attacks on a huge scale could take place at the turn of the year 2015/2016 in front of the main train station of the Dome [Cathedral] city, and why the police did not intervene.

Apart from administrative failure, it is also about whether facts were trivialized, and errors downplayed, or even covered up, as the opposition in parliament, CDU and FDP, have come to suspect. The described “cancellation request” from the police control center, with reference to the Ministry, would therefore have to be viewed as a political interference. After all, the contested IE account was the account that first mentioned eleven sexual assaults, including one rape, and a North African group of offenders.

The NRW Interior Ministry has previously publicly denied that such a request for cancellation had occurred and stressed that the control center did not make a phone call to the Cologne police. The Ministry bases its denial on information from the national control center for police services (LZPD), and from the situation room of the State Office of Criminal Investigations (LKA).

But the inconsistency cannot be dispelled that easily, as, in addition to Jürgen H., another witness before the investigation committee reaffirms the attempted interference. Detective Chief Superintendent Joachim H. from the Cologne police reported that he partially overheard his colleague’s phone call on New Year’s morning during shift change, and he too was wondered why someone from the control center of the LZPD would call. This was “absolutely unusual”.

What annoyed him even more was the doubt that it was rape. After all, the victim had been surrounded by 40 to 50 men, and fingers were inserted into her bodily orifices. To fail to acknowledge that this is rape is “from a professional standpoint completely off,” said Joachim H.

He conceded, however, that the organized sexual excesses along with theft and robbery were a “new phenomenon”, a “first case”, unknown to the officers until then. The officer perceived the cancellation request as a “shady threat” from someone from a regional authority, who probably “inflated” himself. The two Cologne detective chief superintendents were not intimidated by the phone call that lasted for about one minute at about 1:30 PM on January 1st, and did not change the wording of the IE account.

But both superintendents don’t know who the caller from the control center LZPD was. The committee is expected to find out who was on duty at that time, and summon that person. The supervisor at that time was deputy CID Director Heidemarie W., and she learned of the explosive call on New Year’s Day. A few days later, she informed the department head for police affairs at the Interior Ministry of NRW, Wolfgang Düren, about the cancellation request, so that he was completely informed. Düren wanted to prepare for the special session in the Interior Committee of Parliament, in which he together with NRW Interior Minister Ralf Jäger (SPD) for the first time commented extensively on New Year’s Eve. But Düren did not mention the cancellation request  to the committee then.

However, he said something that  now brings additional complications upon himself. In January, Düren stressed that both days after New Year’s Day, January 2 and 3, there was intensive communication about New Year’s Eve, also with deputy CID Director Heidemarie W. of the Cologne police. But the officer now clarifies in front of the investigation committee: “I have to disagree with this.” It was January 4 when she, for the first time, talked to a member of the NRW Interior Ministry.

“With this tweet it all began”

A highly significant event happened in the short term aftermath of the attack of the 22nd in Brussels.

A Yoga teacher saw his students cheering the attack in Brussels. These are Muslims actually living in that city. He tweeted out that he saw this and three policemen came to his door and advised him to stop tweeting.

To his great credit, he not only did not stop tweeting, as this Yoga teacher may be one of the few people left that understands the value of freedom of speech and the dissemination of true information in a democracy, but he did a radio interview, in Dutch, for all to hear.

Diana West has this article on this story as well

Below is a translation of that interview thanks to H Numan:

With this tweet it all began: ‘How can you teach if Muslim children applaud?’ Ivar Mol, you tweeted this at what time?

About nine o’clock this morning. I teach at home. It hasn’t got anything to do with this school. I teach a.o. yoga. I was sitting behind my computer, saw the first messages after the attacks. A number of those messages came from teachers in Brussels. They said their pupils were cheering in the schoolyard. The school hadn’t opened yet, but they were cheering on the schoolyard already.

I read the same on several Belgian forums. That people in the quarters [immigrant neighborhoods, ghettos] saw the same thing in their areas: children cheering with joy.

That surprised you?

Yes, it did. Nobody reacted to it. Normally Twitter starts spewing on such a topic. Then another teacher tweeted that he opened his class and the children came in, celebrating. That’s when I wrote that tweet: how can you teach when children, Muslim children, sit cheering with joy in their classes? That is a question.

Which was picked up immediately and retweeted many times. And resulted in three police officers knocking on your door.

Yes, at a quarter past nine. I’d begin my own lessons here. I had two people for a yoga class. I had no idea what was going on on the Internet. About one in the afternoon the doorbell rang. Three uniformed police officers were at my door. They said: ‘We are here on the orders of the mayor of Breda personally. We want to ask you not to tweet this kind of topic. That’s very awkward for us, and we have better things to do.’

It wasn’t quite intimidating, but… well, actually, it was.

Three officers on your door, when did that happen before?

<laughing> Never.

So it was really intimidating?

Yes, it was somewhat intimidating. Those two yoga students were scared as well.

If it is a criminal offense to suggest alternates to government policies, how in the universe can you call yourself a democracy?

From indicative to conclusive. Western totalitarianism on the rise

When testing a substance using any kind of science, tests usually come in two categories, indicative and conclusive. Since this site began, we have been listing and discussing news events that were in the medium to high medium range of indicative that anything like democracy and freedom is on life support, if not dead in many Western nations, some of which, like England, are founders of the idea of democracy.

Before we can go forward you have to accept the premise which is that totalitarianism can work at either end or both ends of the user spectrum. You can more or less let people gather information as they want but they must outwardly process and present it in the official manner or face severe consequences. One example is how Soviet communism treated Darwinists. They felt that ‘Survival of the Fittest’ or ‘Natural Selection’ is too inherently, ‘free-market’ for their thinking and would punish anyone who did research in that field or agreed with it outwardly. You had to go with the official communist version of evolutionary biology, a form of Lysenkoism. The belief that life is created whenever and wherever the conditions for it, and communism, needed it to exist. This was the rational for wasting a ton of public resources and forced labour to plant wheat in Siberia. (Genuine science in the meantime produced men like Norman Borlaug who actually developed genetically modified strains of wheats and grains and corn that could in fact grow in hostile environments and now feeds one third of the Earth’s peoples)

The above of course is problematic because like Islam, communism operates on conclusion based reasoning. You must argue from a predetermined and politically motivated idea, which is set in law as axiomatic, and all deviation or alternatives, even if reason shows it to be cirrect, must be disallowed. And so we see in traditional, pre-information-age totalitarianism, people are punished for not reflecting the political axioms and abandoning reason except where it fits within the parameters of the political leaders.

But now we see a new approach. The addition of information controls where people may make decisions freely, or at least preserve the illusion of such, but the information they get is limited by the state so that all decisions are made within the state limited parameters. It feels like you are making your own decisions and forming your own opinions, but as the information you get must be of the official kind, your descisions and opinions are likely the state demanded ones, ormed by Using technology to limit what actual data may be obtained and then punishing those who break those limits with, for the moment, more socially oriented punishments. Loss of job, ostracism from your community. The destruction of your family due to loss of income or state benefits. England’s National Health Services, according to Mark Steyn’s excellent book ‘America Alone’, is the third largest employer in the world after the Chinese Army, and the Indian Rail company. So imagine if you add in security personnel, teachers and every other government employer how vulnerable the people of the United Kingdom and other semi-socialist European peoples are to the rapidly shifting winds of informational-totalitarianism.

The following links are moving well into conclusive testing of this thesis. I would like to thank in Advance, Nicolai S. George I. Tania G. M., and many others who I am not at all certain wish to be named even by initials as existential fear of exposing the truth of things begins to trickle up the spinal column.

Breitbart.UK: ‘And With This, Our Democracy Dies’: Politician Blasts Conviction For Speaking The Truth On Anti-Semitism In Europe

A veteran Danish politician has been censured for tweeting about the Europe migrant crisis, receiving a fine from the high court for pointing out Muslim anti-Semitism.

Veteran Danish People’s Party (Dansk Folkpartei, DF) politician and retired parliamentarian Mogens Camre made the tweets in 2014 following the comments of the Israeli ambassador to Berlin that year, who compared the persecution of Jews by Muslims in Europe to the situation in 1938.

The offending tweets read: “Regarding the Jews’ situation in Europe: The Muslims are continuing where Hitler left off. Only the same treatment Hitler received will change the situation… forces in the Islamic world who threaten non-Muslims should be fought like Saddam Hussein, Bin Laden and Gadaffi were”.

So in Denmark, one of the few lights of freedom still flickering in the growing wind of totalitarianism, a Danish politician was fined for rebroadcasting the words of an Israeli official of something he said that was demonstrably factual and highly quantifiable. The fact that the Danish state punished him is frankly, as surprising that the Israeli diplomat said it, as Israel was quite susceptible to this PC disease as well.

Had he retweeted it in order to mock, scorn, or otherwise disagree with it, Im pretty confident he would have been left alone or rewarded. So it isn’t just the words, although sometimes it is, it is whether or not you are opposing the official narrative of Islam in the West. If indeed this is part of an overarching plan to reform islam by not ‘encouraging moderate muslims into ‘radicalism’, then the cure is no different than the disease and we may as well convert.

German Media ‘Are Subject to Strict Censorship, Restrictions’

German journalist and former director of the ZDF-studio Wolfgang Herles has accused German media of obedience to the country’s authorities. He argued that many media sources follow “instructions from above” and are a subject to strict censorship.

In an interview with German radio Deutschlandfunk, Herles said that German journalists are not free to choose the stories and the way they want to cover them. The country’s authorities put restrictions on many subjects and have forced the media to follow certain instructions, reminding the journalist of the times of Germany’s division.

Comment Isn’t Free: Guardian to CLOSE Comments On Articles About ‘Race, Immigration and Islam

“A new strategy is aiming to counter an unacceptable level of toxic commentary on our website”, an opinion piece began in yesterday’s Observer – the Sunday edition of the Guardian newspaper.

The article, written by the Observer’s “reader’s editor” Stephen Pritchard, outlines how the paper – which recently announced a massive cost cutting exercise – is going to start censoring its readers on articles about race, immigration, and Islam.

“We are living in an age of rage,” the piece begins, going on to explain that because “People are angry with government, with media, with religion, with migration, with Europe, [and] with big business”, the paper will no longer tolerate its readers expressing these views “below the line” on its website; ironically named “Comment is Free”.

CONFIRMED: Daily Mail Article BLOCKED In Sweden Due To Migrant Murder Court Case

An article on website of the Daily Mail newspaper (Mail Online) is being blocked in Sweden after the news outlet cast doubts on the age of the alleged migrant attacker currently on trial in the country following the stabbing of a 22-year-old asylum centre worker.

Earlier this week the Mail Online reported that the family of the deceased 22-year-old Alexandra Mezher had revealed that she told them before her death that some of the ages of the so-called “child” migrants in the asylum centre were suspicious to her. She said she was dealing with “big powerful guys” aged up to 24 years old.

Quiet Evening Meeting about Refugee Center in Luttelgeest

An original translation by SIMONXML with much thanks.

[This is for the silencing of public dissent file and government cover up files -Ed]

From this Dutch language news site:

Thursday, 21:37 Jan. 28 2016

Photo: The area around Luttelgeest where the emergency ordinance applied

In the area around Luttelgeest in Flevoland, The Netherlands, an emergency ordinance was effected last night for an information meeting about the possible arrival of a second refugee center. The regulation applied to an area within a radius of five kilometers around the village and lasted until midnight. As far as is known, the evening passed quietly.

Because of the emergency ordinance, journalists from the local news agency (Omroep Flevoland) were removed from the area. They wanted to report on the meeting held at the Orchideeënhoeve but were turned away by police. Only people who have been invited to the meeting were allowed into the area.

Police advice

Mayor Van der Werff pointed out that information sessions in other municipalities had gotten out of hand, “especially because the residents who had been invited were approached by the press and were therefore unable to attend the information evening undisturbed and anonymously.” Van der Werff said that based on a police recommendation he had to assume there would be “serious disorders”.

The municipality of Noordoostpolder, which includes Luttelgeest under, has plans for a temporary reception center that would have capacity of 450 refugees. There has been a refugee center in Luttelgeest since 1987 with a capacity for 1400 people. Luttelgeest itself has 2100 inhabitants.

Letter

Reporter Ingrid Kupers from Omroep Flevoland said yesterday that local residents had been informed by letter about the meeting. In it, there were asked not to say anything in public about the meeting. When she went to the meeting location with a cameraman, the police instructed her to leave.

The editor of Omroep Flevoland intends to press charges.

The Vrij Nederland MP, Louis Bontes, spoke of “severe restrictions” on the freedom of the press and demanded to know what the Dutch government was going to do to prevent this happening again.

On Wednesday, the Dutch Society of Chief Editors appealed against the decision of a number of municipalities to keep the press away from information sessions about asylum centers. The immediate reason was the recent events in Heesch in Brabant, where only one local journalist was allowed in.

IG-Metall demands the firing of employees who show hostility to foreigners

An original translation by Nash Montana, showing the new fascism and authoritarianism now sweeping Germany to crush dissent of a far left wing, deconstructionist agenda.

From Donaukurier

The IG Metall demands a non-compromising procedure against xenophobic employees. Firms should fire anyone who makes openly racist and xenophobic commentaries on the internet.

The IG Metall demands a non-compromising procedure against xenophobic employees. Firms should fire anyone who makes openly racist and xenophobic commentaries on the internet, so says the new IG-Metall boss Jörg Hofmann in an interview with Deutschlandfunk. The companies can expect approval of such actions from the Worker’s Union.

“Whoever hates? Fired”, “Everybody has to understand that.” It can’t be just accepted, when racist vulgarities split entire workforces, he says.

Hofmann also warns to not play domestic germans and refugees against each other. “The longtime unemployed person here has the same entitlements and chances for assistance as the refugees who come here.” In this non-discriminational approach is also included that refugees who are less qualified, still have a right to a minimum wage of 8,50 Euro. Dumping wages because they’re refugees are barred.

[Ed: Notice no definition of race is given, so that a person can lose their job, home and family based on a rational opinion about a pernicious ideology. Also that ‘refugees’ (sic) are given the same opportunity for work as legal tax paying Germans. Insane. And also likely not true, the system likely tilts towards muslims and if not now, soon]

Anonymous video on the Nevada cattle matter

Interesting video. They basically recap events as they understand them, and then do not issue any threats really, as per the usual quasi fuzzy-TV style super villain/dark knight super hero kind of thing. Just saying they will look into the role of the FBI etc. They better have Eddie Snowdon working for them if that is their planned target though.

The NSA, the IRS and a rapid slide into leftist totalitarianism in the USA

Funny how that works. Leftists want to use freedom of speech to get control, then of course, want to eliminate it for everyone else. Much like gun control for revolutionaries.

Where angels fear to tread. U.S. politics.

I really do try and avoid certain matters of US internal politics unless it crosses the threshold of irrational leftism or Islam and its incursion and infiltration of the west.

Well frankly, under that criteria, Obama can’t send his laundry out at this stage without being within my areas of interest, given the Ikhwan near total infiltration and effective influence ops on the executive branch.

Even so, I did want to avoid this issue, although it could be said to be within the prevue of irrational leftism. The bigger reason I want to avoid it, is I do not know enough about it to have any kind of opinion anyone should listen to, or even know enough about it to know what to post on the issue. I do think some kind of federal health care plan is good for business. I know for a fact that Canada, specifically Ontario, won contracts for major corporations like Toyota to build plants here as opposed to the US for the simple reason that Toyota could pay employees more in Ontario and it would still cost less as they would’t have to cover the health-care costs of those same employees. So it is a hell of an advantage when dealing with business at that scale. Beyond that, I would rather say nothing.

Even so, here are a couple of videos with SUN TV’s take on it.  Also, OxAO posted this link which also seems to shed some light on the facts behind this decision. The article is quite good. Please do give it a click.

I hope this information proves valuable.
