Germany: “I killed him because he was an unbeliever”

A man was brutally beaten to death. The police investigated against the suspected offender, but lacked a motive. In court the man finally breaks his silence – and made a surprising confession.
Masked officers in protective gear and an offender bound by his hands and his feet. The Arnsberger state court took no chances during the process against the 27 year old. The man is accused of manslaughter, he is considered unpredictable and dangerous. Last September he brutally beat to death a 56 year old, then he attacked officers while in custody and injured them. But a motive remained absent.
But as the court proceedings against the defendant began, he dropped a surprise. While he had remained completely silent as to the accusations against him, he broke his silence even before they could be read to him as the court hearing opened: “I admit everything. Don’t need to talk more”, he said while the judge was still trying to verify his personal information. After the reading of the accusations against the defendant, the German-Moroccan man repeated his confession and added: “I killed him because hew as an unbeliever.”
Prosecutor Klaus Neulken was surprised. “I did not expect that”, he said. It is unclear at this point how the defendant’s confession should be assessed. Because there were so far no leads that would have shown an islamist background or contact in that scene during the investigation.
The defendant first attacked the victim with a knife and then he beat him to death with a blunt object, during which the face of the 56 year old victim was rammed multiple centimeters into the ground, the court imparted.
Expert witness has to decide criminal liability
Judge Klaus-Peter Teipel acknowledged the defendant’s confession, but did not inquire further. Because as the court proceedings began, the expert witness who was expected to decide the defendant’s criminal liability, remained absent. In order to avoid that the accused had to be dismissed after 6 months of investigative custody, the court wanted to proceed even without the expert, and had planned to present the charges against him.
Although planned otherwise, the defendant did not wear the spit-preventative hood. According to his attorney Marcus Ostmeyer his client didn’t need to wear the hood al the time. He did show to be cooperating with authorities during the transport to the court. But it wasn’t always like that. When he was arrested last fall and during custody he attacked and spat at officers multiple times.
On March 30, the court will continue under similar security proceedings. It is then the court wants to hear a statement from the defendant and hear witnesses.

There are many articles on this event however only one of them, Focus.De, bothers to mention that he is a Libyan national and therefore most likely a Muslim. Muslims of course believe that a woman showing her hair is a crime under the sharia and are raised to think anyone who does this is an evil temptress This applies to both Shiia and Sunni schools of sharia as we see the same laws on women’s hair covering in Saudi Arabia as we do in Iran.

The police had searched for the offender with pictures taken from surveillance video. In February of 2015 the man, who originally comes from Lybia, was arrested, but then he was released again. However since October, he has been in confinement. He is facing charges of multiple shop liftings – the 29 year old has confessed to three of these charges against him. The court is now imposing a concurrent sentence.

Asylum seekers throw themselves deliberately in front of cars

One driver was looking for a parking space at Domgasse, when suddenly a man walked right in front of his car, as witnesses report. And yet nonetheless, the driver of the car was cited for involuntary manslaughter.
Second Incident
Saturday as well in the St. Ruprecht area in Klagenfurt, a man made a police report for property damage. The driver reported that a man deliberately jumped on the hood of his car. The suspect could not yet be found.
It is speculated that both men were out to make a quick buck damages for pain and injury.
Austria: Taxi driver beats up homosexual couple

Up to 50 youths stabbed and fought at Vienna’s Handelskai.
Up to 50 afghan youths on Saturday evening sought out an outnumbered group of Chechen background and brutally attacked them with knifes and metal pipes. “Two attempted murders and five dangerous cases of bodily harm were filed”, said police spokesperson Paul Eidenberger on Sunday.
Acute mortal danger for two victims
Two of the victims were under acute mortal danger. One social worker who was witness to the brutal attack, said that the attacked group was greatly outnumbered. That’s how it happened that some of the victims at the Youth Club were attacked by five people all at the same time. The suspects inflicted stabbings in the stomach area, the chest area, backs and faces. The trigger for the attack, according to Vienna Police, were among other things a dispute that was carried out on Facebook between the two groups.
The investigations at this point are led against unknown suspects, because most of the offenders fled when the police arrived at the scene. The whole attack didn’t last more than two minutes. Besides knifes most of the young participators – according to Eidenberger their age is from 15 to 25 – also used wood slates (me: no doubt pulled out from their beds in the refugee homes) and metal pipes. Part of the fight took place in front of the building.
Six attackers arrested
Six members of the afghan group were caught and arrested in their attempted escape. So far three witnesses have been interrogated. In order to piece together the circumstances, video surveillance from the ÖBB (public transportation) and the Vienna Railway have been requested, since the crime scene is close to the Handelskai train station, said Eidenberger.

Knife attack on police officer in Hannover

Offender (15) is ISIS follower
The bloody knife attack on a police officer in Hannover was a terror attack of a young 15 year old ISIS follower. Because she couldn’t fight in Syria with ISIS, she wanted to kill a cop. It was a malevolent attack.
On friday two federal police officers wanted to control a student with a hijab at the main train station. A speaker for the police told BILD: “Her eyes followed the police with a glaring stare. You can see that on the surveillance video. That was why our colleagues decided to control her.”
When the student was spoken to, she first silently handed over her ID to the cops.
