Police does not register Case against the powerful invaders

SARGODHA, PAKISTAN (ANS) — A group of Pakistani Muslims have been patrolling the streets of the Kalupura Christian slum in Gujarat in a bid to find and kill Christian residents who have since gone into hiding.

ANS has learned from various local sources, including the Rev. Dr. Suleman Nasri Khan that on Friday, October 8, 2010, Muslim militants, brandishing deadly firearms had partly besieged the Kalupura Christian slum.

Since Wednesday, September 8, 2010, he alleged that Christian have been attacked several times by around 40 Muslim militants armed with deadly weapons.

In a bid to bring attention to the attacks, Christians have since protested in front of the Islamabad National Press Club and Interior Minister Rehman Malik took notice of the complainants.

Concerned and drained Rev Dr. Suleman Nasri Khan recounted, while talking to ANS, that the following Christian men and their families, identified as Allah Rakha Masih, Boota Masih, Khalid Rehmat, Murad Masih Gill, Tariq Murad Gill and Rashid Masih, were on the hit list of the Muslim militants who have partially cordoned off Kalupura Christian slum, Gujarat and standing in every square of the slum to hunt the above named Christians and their family members. A hard-working cafe owner has been ordered to tear down an extractor fan – because the smell of her frying bacon ‘offends’ Muslims.

Planning bosses acted against Beverley Akciecek, 49, after being told her next-door neighbour’s Muslim friends had felt ‘physically sick’ due to the ‘foul odour’.

Councillors at Stockport Council in Greater Manchester say the smell from the fan is ‘unacceptable on the grounds of residential amenity’.

A Saudi prince who brutally murdered his gay manservant — and alleged lover — was sentenced to 20 years in jail on Wednesday.

Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud‘s royal status failed to protect him from the prison time.

“No one in this country is above the law,” Justice David Bean said, according to The Associated Press. “It would be wrong for me to sentence you either more severely or more leniently because of your membership of the Saudi royal family.”

In a champagne- and Sex-on-the-Beach-fueled rage, al Saud bit and strangled 32-year-old Bandar Abdulaziz to death, London’s Daily Mail reported. The manservant’s body was found in a blood-spattered room at a posh London hotel in February.

Australia: male journalists ordered out of courtroom while Muslim woman testifies without niqab.

I predicted this. I knew it would only be a matter of time before sharia standards would be granted formal legitimacy and folded into western court proceedings. This woman refused to remove her niqab at a previous hearing, so to satisfy her irrational sensibilities, the judge decided that sacrificing Australia’s own laws of gender equality to suit Islamic gender apartheid practices would be a fair cultural exchange.

A MUSLIM woman who sparked a national debate when she asked to give evidence in court wearing a niqab has uncovered her face to testify in a fraud trial.

Tasneem, whose last name has been suppressed by the Perth District Court, gave evidence for just 15 minutes today in the trial of Anwar Sayed.

Mr Sayed, 50, is accused of falsifying student numbers at the Muslim Ladies College of Australia in Kenwick, in Perth’s south, to fraudulently obtain part of $1.125 million the school received in state and federal government grants.

Tasneem, 36, has worn a niqab since the age of 17 and wanted to wear it while giving evidence in the trial.

But Judge Shauna Deane in August ruled she must remove the face-covering garment so that the jury could see her facial expressions.

Tasneem only removes the niqab when she visits the doctor and dentist, at customs in airports and when she has her driver’s licence photograph taken.

Judge Deane last week ruled that to make it easier for Tasneem to give evidence comfortably, men would be removed from the court.

The only men allowed in the courtroom while she gave her evidence today were male jurors, the judge’s usher, Mr Sayed and the lawyers.

While female journalists were allowed to stay in the court to report on Tasneem’s evidence, male journalists were ejected.

A lawyer representing Network Ten and the Seven and Nine networks made an application on Friday to alter the order so that male journalists could remain in court, but the application was rejected.

Giving evidence via video link today, Tasneem appeared comfortable, flanked by a security person and a support person, both of whom were female.

During her brief evidence she explained that she worked at the school as an Islamic studies teacher for two hours a day, five days a week.

Tasneem said that “from time to time” some students would go overseas on holiday or to visit family, mostly in Afghanistan, so it was possible they were enrolled at the school, but did not attend for long periods of time.

Mr Sayed is the director of Muslim Link Australia, which runs the Muslim Ladies College.

He allegedly knowingly signed a declaration that in the 2006/07 census year, more than 180 students were enrolled in the school when there were 80 to 100 fewer than that.

The school received about $164,000 from the state government and about $961,000 from the federal government.

The trial continues.

NEW YORK — There is no evidence Omar Khadr has ever independently sought to promote peace with the West and renounce Muslim jihad, the internationally acclaimed psychiatrist who pioneered efforts to quantify evil reveals ahead of testifying about his examination of the Canadian-born terror suspect.

In an exclusive interview, Dr. Michael Welner says Khadr is known to have expressed peace-loving intentions only to “those advancing his public image” from behind the razor wire at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Dr. Welner also discounts much-cited comments by some U.S. guards at Guantanamo that the Toronto native is a “good kid” and “salvageable” — calling them “shallow in their prognostic significance.”

“When one leaps to the conclusion about Omar Khadr’s future because he is friendly, one might recall that Osama bin Laden has always been described as gentle, likable and charming,” New York-based Dr. Welner told Postmedia News.

“There is no record of [Mr. Khadr’s] publicly repudiating al-Qaida, as civilized Muslims should, not even a letter composed for him by Dennis Edney,” he added in a reference to one of Mr. Khadr’s two Canadian lawyers. There is “no call . . . to radical Islamists to mature beyond their elemental intolerance.”

Dr. Welner, 46, spoke as the Canadian government faces the prospect of soon receiving a call for Mr. Khadr to be transferred to a Canadian jail in the event he is convicted of war crimes charges he faces in a Guantanamo military commission.

Fifteen when captured, but now 24, Mr. Khadr could plead guilty as early as Monday if he sticks with a deal sources say has been put together by the U.S. government. It would see him sentenced to eight years imprisonment, with Washington’s pledge he could serve seven of them in Canada after the first year in one of the Guantanamo camps.

Mr. Khadr is accused in the fatal wounding of a U.S. serviceman during a 2002 firefight in Afghanistan, and faces up to life imprisonment if convicted without any plea deal being effected.

Dr. Welner, whose bid to achieve a scientific-legal standardization of evil led him to develop a Depravity Scale (www.depravityscale.org), spent seven to eight hours over two days interviewing Mr. Khadr during videotaped sessions at Guantanamo, and has studied mounds of documented material. “We are engaged in what amounts to a guerrilla war with Al-Qaeda in the streets and neighbourhoods,” the deputy head of security in the Abyan province town of Mudia, Colonel Mohammed al-Khodr, told AFP.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Federal attorneys have jumped into a court battle over the construction of a Tennessee mosque by arguing that Islam is a recognized religion entitled to constitutional protection.

U.S. Attorney Jerry E. Martin of Nashville said on Monday that his office would not sit by while mosque opponents raise questions in court about whether Islam is a recognized religion. Martin said in a statement that to suggest otherwise “is quite simply ridiculous.”
Martin’s office filed a brief saying as much in a state lawsuit brought by mosque opponents against Rutherford County for granting permission for construction of the building.
Mosque opponents are challenging whether the county acted properly in granting the construction permit.

EU backs down over threat to discipline France for expelling 8,000 Roma gypsies

Remember the EU making nasty hissing sounds at France for daring to protect, even in the smallest way, its national sovereignty? Well of course the EU is nothing without France and Germany except massive debt. So this is not really a surprise as much as it is a nice bit of shadefroide.

The European Union will drop its threat of disciplinary action against France over the expulsion of Roma migrants after Paris agreed to amend its immigration laws.

France has expelled some 8,000 Roma gypsies to Romania and Bulgaria this year, against widespread criticism from human rights groups, the Roman Catholic Church and the UN.

EU law allows states to expel citizens of another member if they pose a risk to public safety or burden the welfare system, but such expulsions must be proportionate and avoid targeting any ethnic group.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said the measures were a necessary part of crackdown on crime, but opposition politicians had accused him of attempting to bolster his popularity at a time of budget austerity.
