  1. It is very difficult to determine a real poverty -stricken individual from a phony one. This is a racket in large cities in the USA they are called panhandlers and in NYC can collect a sizable sum in a day of approaching sympathetic folks with a tale of woe. I usually refer them to the appropriate charity or social agency, and am usually pelted with a barrage of profanity. In most Us cities there are many places to seek assistance and it is common knowledge. Most of the phony beggars are lazy or just want cash for booze or drugs. Unfortunately many street people are mentally ill and have been tossed out into the street due to budget cuts at govenment institutions.

  2. This is common in LA California. EVERYONE has a cell phone but me.

I had the first ones when they were like $1.50 a minute. I learned to hate them early.

  3. “oook, and this video serves for…???”

It proves that he was acting when he goes out begging on the streets. Most beggars are at it, they can make a lot of money.
