Germany: Syrian “Youths” Trash Store, Attack Detective

Essen – As Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung reports, Sunday evening, seven Syrian “youths” vandalized a store in the mall of the Essen train station.

Two detectives of the Tchibo store noticed how outside the store, a group of “youths” were harassing a woman.

They told the youths to behave. Upon this, the youths bolted into the store, knocked down display stands, and tore out shelves, to attack with them the detectives.

Two plainclothes policemen who were patrolling the train station came to help and called reinforcement. In the end, two dozen police officers were needed to overpower the adolescents. One detective had to be taken to hospital.

The seven young Syrians who are between 13 and 18 years old were released from custody later the same day. One of them was carrying a knife on him. Federal Police are investigating for damage of property, battery, grievous battery, and breaching the peace of the land.

Germany: Deadline To Form New Government Near – Negotiations Cancelled Over “Refugees”

Germany – The deadline is just hours away, but Merkel’s CDU/CSU, Greens and FDP have cancelled their negotiations at 4:30 in the morning local time.

The F.A.Z. is speaking of “massive” differences.

If a new government is not formed by Friday, new elections might be pending. The CDU/CSU saw the worst results in their history ever at the recent German Bundestag election. To obtain the necessary majority to form a government, but still be able to ostracize the AfD, Merkel chose the FDP and the Greens as partners.

The Greens reportedly are making only the slightest concessions on topics like coal power stations, taxation of Diesel cars, etc., while demanding that to accommodate them for these concessions, the CSU should meet them in the “refugee” issue, particularly in “family reunification”.

A young man allegedly sexually assaulted a pony of the “Children’s Farm” in Görlitzer Park. An employee of the institution confirms this to Berliner Morgenpost. The incident occurred on Friday of last week around 3 PM. Amanda F. (name changed by our editorial staff) described the incident to Berliner Morgenpost. “My babysitter took a walk with our son through Görlitzer Park. They had to witness the man sexually assaulting the pony.” Her babysitter told her about the incident, and also spoke to the so-called “park runners”. She did not want to comment on the incident. The scene was too traumatic.

The employee of the children’s farm tells Berliner Morgenpost that the babysitter quick-witted took a photo of the man as he was committing the deed, and immediately contacted employees of the children’s farm. They consulted the “park-runners” who are there to ensure safety in the Görlitzer Park*. The employee called the police. The young man realized that his deed did not go unnoticed, backed off of the animal, and disappeared in the park for the moment.

The man received a house ban and a police complaint

The “park runners” searched and found the man by the photo, and held him until the police arrived. Police then recorded the man’s personal particulars. “We banned him from the premises”, says the employee. “Should he return, we will report this. We have never had an incident like that before.” They filed charges at the police. The police confirmed the charges for violating the animals’ welfare law, and “causing public nuisance by sexual acts” against a 23-year-old native of Syria.

The children’s zoo is particularly popular with young children. They have two ponies, two donkeys, half a dozen sheep and goats, and ten chickens, ducks and rabbits each. “All around the year, we have such positive things happening here”, says the employee. “It is a pity that now, we are being associated with such an incident”.

The punishment for “causing a public nuisance” in Germany is, according to paragraph 183 a of the criminal code, imprisonment of up to a year, or a fine. Violating the animals’ protection law is punished with a prison sentence of up to three years, or a fine, if the animal was caused significant pain.

Therefore, at the moment, charges are not laid against the Syrian for membership in a terrorist organization, but for preparing a grave subversive crime [translator: “eine schwere staatsgefährdende Straftat”, a grave subersive crime, is the technical term for a terror attack in German Officialese], Köhler said.

Special forces arrested the 19 year old Syrian in the early morning hours under the suspicion of preparing an islamistic-motivated bomb attack. Apartments are searched in Schwerin, and in Hamburg.

At the moment, no hints to membership in a terrorist organization

He allegedly begun in July to gather technical components and chemics that are needed for building an explosive devicde. It were still unclear if the accused already had a concrete destination for his explosive attack. As for the moment, the federal prosecutor’s office would not yet have hints of a membership of the accused in a terrorist organization.

There have been repeated arrests in Germany of suspects who were preparing attacks out of Islamistic motivation. The latest was the arrest of a 40 year old last Wednesday in Berlin, whom investigating authorities deem a member of Islamist circles. In July 2016, a 27 year old Syrian refugee self-detonated on the square in front of a music festival, 15 people were injured.

The office of the federal prosecutor announced a release on the state of the investigations in the afternoon.

According to the report, their members were involved in „several massacres of captive civilians and Syrian army“. Currently, there are investigations ongoing against 25 former fighters of the unit.

Authorities think that at least 30 more fighters of the group are residing in Germany. But many of them have not yet been identified with absolute certainty or traced down. According to information obtained by „Spiegel“, the Office For Protection Of The Constitution formed a task group on this issue.

Their goal: to reduce the numbers of African migrants ont heir way to Europe by establishing refuge centers (hotspots) in the Maghreb states.
The new numbers of the familiy reunification (available exclusively to Bild) of “entitled”* refugees show just how important this is.
Fact: the amount of “Visas for Family Reunification” issued by Germany is notably rising. 230,000 applications for family reunification were granted between January 2015 and end of June 2017 world-wide via the Visa procedure.
According to intelligence sources, about 70,000 of these applications were granted in 2015; 100,000 in 2016; and 60,000 in the first half of 2017.
The large part of the visas went to Syrians and Iraqis – they received about 102,000 of the entry permits since January 2015. In 2015, it was 24,000 visas; in 2016 it was 48,000, in the first half year of 2017 it was 30,000. The prognosis for the whole year of 2017: 72,000 – a triplication!
Increase expected: The Federal Government expects a strong increase of applications for family reunification especially by Syrians. An internal document (exclusively available to Bild) says: the asylum decisions from 2015 and 2016 mean “potentially 267,500 Syrians who are eligible to fetch their families.”
But: ”From March 2018 on, this potential will increase by currently 120,000 cases.”
This means: in 2018 alone, approximately 390,000 Syrians can bring their families to us!
The fact that the number of currently 230,000 visas for family reunification is still so low, according to the paper, is due to the “flood of applications for family reunification” and the “long waiting times” at the German consulates for an appointment for a visa application of currently “up to 16 months”.
Germans are skeptical about the family reunification: according to a recent INSA-survey commissioned by Bild, 58.3 percent oppose the influx as provided for by statute, only 41.7 percent agree.

The total population of Germany is 82.67 million as of 2017.

A Syrian, who is married to two wives, can still become a German national. The city of Karlsruhe cannot revoke his naturalization, the administative court says.

Karlsruhe – if you contract a second marriage abroad, you can still be a good and loyal citizen. This is the gist of a verdict of the administrative court (VGH) in Mannheim. The highest administrative law judges of the country repealed a contrarian decision by the administrative court Karlsruhe. The city of Karlsruhe had revoked German citizenship from a native of Syria, after it surfaced that he had married a second wife in his old homeland.
The 36 year old Kurd came to Germany in 1999, studied and became a construction engineer in 2008. He married a German that same year, and applied for German citizenship shortly thereafter. At the naturalization test, he scored 33 out of 33 possible points. He received his naturalization certificate in October 2010.

In 2010, 2013 and 2015, three children were born. But then the man recognized fatherhood for another child born in Damascus in 2012. What surfaced now led to the city of Karlsruhe revoking the naturalization. The man allegedly had married another woman in Syria, already in June 2008, only seven weeks after his marriage in Germany. The charge is that he had given incomplete information in his application.
In the verdict, the administrative court leaves open the question if the plaintiff gained naturalization by willful deceit. It is true that the application form only asked for “previous marriages” and not “additional marriages”. Still, the judges of the previous instance were not wrong to say that a second marriage should have been stated “all the more”. But at the same time, the senate does not share the administrative court’s opinion that the principle of singular marriage was part of the constitution.

Marriage saved woman from ostracism
The city of Karlsruhe had argued that polygamy violated the dignity of man as guaranteed in article 1 [of the German constitution – translator] – in the judges’ opinion “an absolutely unique legal opinion”. They pointed to a decision by the administrative court Regensburg: Who violates the principle of single marriage, is not necessary an “enemy of the constitution”, it said “boldly and correctly”.
In the case at hand, the court also acknowledged the special circumstances. The plaintiff said that he had married the woman, his cousin, because their affair from the year 2006, was busted. Only this way he were able to save her from social ostracism in Syria. His Muslim belief allowed a multiple marriage. At the same time, he admitted, he could not imagine to be one of several husbands.

Case of fundamental importance
After detours over Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Sweden, the wife now lives in Karlsruhe, too, but in an apartment of her own. His first wife always knew of her, allegedly. There would be no marital contact. The city of Karlsruhe already lodged an appeal against the verdict. The administrative court allowed the revision at the Federal Administrative Court. „We deem the clarification of this legal matter of fundamental importance for generality and consistency”, a townsspeaker said.

Russia to treat US jets in Syria as ‘targets’ after America guns down first regime warplane

Russia has said it will treat US warplanes operating in parts of Syria where its air forces are present as “targets” amid a diplomatic row caused by the downing of a Syrian jet.

The country’s defence ministry said the change in position would apply to all aircraft, including those operating as part of the US-backed coalition.

The missing Bulgarian video on the US influence on Islamic terrorists fighting in Syria

It was a very frustrating experience for all of us. But the last one was really interesting and got pulled down from LiveLeak, Youtube, Vid.me and all with vague or no explanations and usually within minutes. Even minds.com which has a whole thing about not pulling things down, pulled this one down in a matter of an hour or three. No explanation.

This video is a 20 minute analysis of the American influence on the Syrian war and explains an awful lot about the way Barack Husain Obama acted, or failed to act, during his time as president concerning the Islamic State and related actors. French news busts Syria “charity” as just another jihadi group

Black Pigeon speaks on the odd US retaliation for a chemical weapons attack of unknown origin

Many have possibly forgotten this video from several years ago, of nascent Islamic State people, at that time just called “rebels”, backed by the US against Al Assad, testing their home made chemical weapons on a rabbit.

Susan Rice, as Secretary of State, said that they had gotten rid of all chemical weapons in Syrian state possession.

So the math doesn’t look good for that strike to be from Assad, In fact it would be quite a clumsy move for an experienced statesman to do something like that instead of conventional ordnance or just have soldiers go shoot the “rebels” from the various foreign US backed Sunni militias.

 

 

Nash Montana: “My Two Cents on Launch of 52 Tomahawk Missiles”

(This is an opinion piece by our German language translator, Nash Montana on the launch of some cruise missiles against Syria last night. While other explanations and views are certainly possible, we felt this was worth reading.)

it’s a safe and symbolic air strike with great output. Sometime it’s important to show strength to China, NK, ISIS, Syria, NATO, EU and world.

It makes it easier to negotiate the not just foreign policy but trade deals with strength and Chinese leaders are in US now.

I am hoping RINO, neocons, senate and congress would stay in line and know who is big daddy here.

This air strike also killed the Russian collusion that the MSM is selling from last 3 months.

Time to lead with strength.

Now, with all that being said, I just have to assume that the U.S. military intelligence correctly assessed the path of the chemical attack, for which it now retaliates.

But, could they verify who ordered it and who exactly carried out the attack? It is possible that ISIS or Syrian “rebels” infiltrated the air base.

Lastly, if any people thought they could use chemical attacks or fake chemical attacks as a reason to come live in our country, Trump just said he’ll make sure you don’t have to worry about that.

Either way, strikes like these are about optics. Presidents use them for establishing authority and resetting the narrative. Syria got the attack because Assad has few friends and makes a safe target.
