Norway:Christian converts from islam flee in fear from muslims at asylum reseption center

Muslims at the asylum center told him: “This is Jihad, holy war, and we are waiting for at fatwa (licence to kill) from the local imam at the mosque in Sandnes”
I had to escape and flee the asylum reception center in fear for my life, “Arsland” tells the news paper Dagen.
“Arsland” is from Afghanistan, converted to Christianity a while a go, and is now baptized as a Christian.
Arsland is friends with “Ali”, the Christian convert from islam who got attacked with boiling water and acid at the asylum reseption a few days ago.The young Afghan man is afraid to show his face and real name to the reporters, because he knows the muslims are out to get a hold of him.
Hostile attitude:
– Another Christian friend of mine also noticed the hostile attitude of Muslims at the reception. “We must escape, for I fear that they will kill us,” he said.
So I rode off at 1:30 Sunday morning, and went to the Bird Park at Nærbø. There, I tried to sleep on a bench while it was raining, says “Arsland”. Sunday he was taken care of by Christian friends who live in that area.
Over the weekend, “Ali” moved to another asylum seeker reception because of the lack of security at Hå asylum reception center. while three other Christian converts from Afghanistan also fled Hå reception center, and is scattered in Jæren among Christian supporters.

“Arsland” was an eyewitness to some of the harassment and violence “Ali” was exposed to last tuesday
I heard screaming and went out of the room to see what happened. I witnessed that “Ali” fell on to the floor after it was being poured boiling water over him. Muslims from Somalia turned loose on him and they shouted · «This is jihad (holy war), says” Arsland “.

Islamic scholar: Every Muslim has right to kill Zionists

Islamic scholar Dr. Salah Sultan issued a religious decree according to which it is permissible to kill “any Israeli on Egyptian land, in response to the killing of Egyptian soldiers near the border with Israel,” Egyptian Al-Shuruq newspaper reported on Tuesday.
Sultan is a lecturer of Muslim jurisprudence at the Cairo University. In the decree, he ruled that “every Muslim who meets a Zionist is entitled to kill him, after Israel killed ‘Camp David’. The Egyptian people do not distinguish between Egyptian and Palestinian blood,” he ruled. (Roee Nahmias)

The dust has not yet settled over the Libyan capital of Tripoli since rebels took control over the weekend. But already, a draft constitutional charter for the transitional state has appeared online (embedded below). It is just a draft, mind you, and gauging its authenticity at this point is difficult. There is also no way to know whether this draft or something similar will emerge as the final governing document for a new Libyan regime.
As both the Morning Bell and Washington in a Flash noted today, Heritage Fellow Jim Phillips recently pointed out that Islamist forces “appear to make up a small but not insignificant part of the opposition coalition,” and must be prevented “from hijacking Libya’s future.” Parts of the draft Constitution allay those fears, while others exacerbate them.
Much of the document describes political institutions that will sound familiar to citizens of Western liberal democracies, including rule of law, freedom of speech and religious practice, and a multi-party electoral system.
But despite the Lockean tenor of much of the constitution, the inescapable clause lies right in Part 1, Article 1: “Islam is the Religion of the State, and the principal source of legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence (Sharia).” Under this constitution, in other words, Islam is law. That makes other phrases such as “there shall be no crime or penalty except by virtue of the law” and “Judges shall be independent, subject to no other authority but law and conscience” a bit more ominous.

Mainstream American Muslim “Jurisprudence” on Dogs
Andrew Bostom wrote this piece which happens to fit into one of my two areas of special interest in terms of Islam and Western civilization. The arts, and dogs. The arts mostly because a huge segment, nearly all, of the left leaning arts community label those who oppose the influence of Islam as being “fascist”, “hateful”, “intolerant”, the list of ad hominem’s is both long and predictable. So I try and put a special emphasis on how artists are treated in nations where Islamic influence is in ascendence, like Bangladesh or England, both nations which are seeing more areas were music and representational art are being forcibly stopped.
Dogs, because I happen to really like dogs. I think Islam’s founder’s attitudes towards dogs, the fact that once he took the city of Yathrib he ordered his gang to kill all the dogs including service dogs etc. tells us really all we need to know about his attitudes and personality. After all, that a ‘prophet of god’ would seek the utter destruction of one of gods own creations creates quite a few conundrums I should think.

In follow-up to the wrenching story related yesterday about Wiley, a cruelly brutalized Afghan mutt—treated in accord with doctrinal and historical Islamic attitudes towards dogs—I discovered the fatwas (reproduced below) on dogs and dog ownership, from the mainstream American Muslim font of Islamic “jurisprudence,” the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA).
The AMJA mission statement maintains:
[The AMJA was] founded to provide guidance for Muslims living in North America. … AMJA is a religious organization that does not exploit religion to achieve any political ends, but instead provides practical solutions within the guidelines of Islam and the nation’s laws to the various challenges experienced by Muslim communities.
A report in The Muslim Observer published October 21, 2010, highlighting AMJA’s “seventh annual American conference of imams,” confirms the organization’s mainstream acceptance as by the American Muslim community. Thus AMJA and its recent “training” conference for American imams weredescribed in these banal terms:
The organization AMJA (Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America) has a list of scholars associated with it which stretches from Al-Azhar University to Virginia’s Open University, and back across the ocean to the professors at Saudi universities. Its website, amjaonline.com, provides fatawa on many issues and promises 24-hour access to scholars who can give legal opinions on the issues people face. AMJA focuses on providing fatwas to Americans, and believes it is able to provide culturally appropriate fatwas although many of their scholars are not American–because they have some American scholars and because of the technological ties that bind AMJA’s American scholars with those abroad. AMJA just had, in Houston, its seventh annual American conference of imams, and two local Michigan imams attended, namely Imam Musa of Bloomfield’s Muslim Unity Center, and Imam Ali of MCWS. Mr. Sadiqul Hassan of AMJA explained that “the event was the 7th annual imam workshop.” Mr. Hassan said that AMJA is “a fiqh council basically,” with “scholars who live abroad and inside the U.S.; we have experts in different fields to educate about life in the U.S. — fatwa are based on life in the U.S.”
AMJA’s recent fatwas regarding dog ownership reiterate two of the canonical hadith I mentioned in a previous blog, before reaching their inevitable conclusions at the end of the “rulings”: dogs are “impure,” and cannot be kept simply as loving pets within a household, even puppies. Fortunately, I found no ruling issued which sanctioned the wanton killing of “mere” pet dogs in North America (as per this canonical hadith: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 540: Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: ‘Allah’s Apostle ordered that the dogs should be killed.’)—yet.
It only remains to mention to you that the Prophet said: “Whoever keeps a dog that is not a dog for hunting, herding, livestock or farming, two qiraats will be deducted from his reward each day.” Thus, keeping dogs in houses for fun and company is not part of Islamic civilization but whoever needs them for protection or guarding a house or a farm or hunting then that is fine while being careful not to let the saliva of dogs touch you. As for the purity of dogs saliva then it is a matter of dispute; the Maliki scholars consider it pure because it was allowed for to us use them to hunt and still we were not commanded to wash the place of the dog’s bite while the majority of scholars view it that it is impure because of the hadeeth of the Prophet : “If the dog licks in your vessel then wash it seven times; one of which should be with soil.” And the view of the majority is the safest. And Allaah, most high, knows best.
Question: Why are Muslims not allowed to have dogs for pets when the Prophet (pbuh) was said to have a puppy? Also, he was said to have patted a dog on the head and made salah (prayed) near a dog. Also, my wife and I have a dog, and we had the dog before we became Muslim. What should we do?
Fatwa: It is not true that the Prophet had a puppy or that it has been recorded that he petted a dog as far as I know. On the contrary, when the Prophet found that his grandson Al-Hasan had brought a puppy into the Prophet’s house, the Prophet refused to enter the house until the puppy had been removed. Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both him and his father) reported: “Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said: ‘Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.’” [Reported in Sahih Muslim] Also, the Prophet said: “Whoever keeps a dog as a pet, except for the purpose of guarding cattle or hunting, will lose a qiraat (a huge portion of the reward from his good deeds) daily.” [Reported in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim] So, my advice to you, brother, is that, if you are keeping this dog to guard the house, you should actually keep it outside the house (in the backyard, for example). The imam is interesting. He follows disclaimers with fallacies. I’m not sure how it is even an argument that women have equal rights. In any case, this should be watched by all who are uncertain about the rights of women in Islam. Claims that modern Islam is better than pre-British colonization Hinduism practice of suttee is a stunningly bad argument for the case that Islam has better women’s rights than the west today, and that’s just the first few minutes. Hell for Spencer this should be like shooting manatees in a bathtub.
On second thought, had Spencer, after waiting and listening to the Imam’s opening remarks, turned to the camera and said:
“I rest my case. Let’s go for a beer.” I think he would have won as handily. Would have saved us listening to the unending sophistry of the Muslim apologist as well.

Do we have any standards anymore? Do we stand for anything at all? What happened to the rights of the child or are they also suspended when Islam is involved? After all we say nothing about Islam’s legalised child marriage and sex with little girls or its violence to women and children and we never mention the rapes, murder, persecution etc against non-Muslims? Western soldiers fighting in Afghanistan look the other way as young boys are sodomised by Muslim soldiers, interpreters and war lords and this is passed off as a ‘cultural difference.’ Such violence against boys is certainly not limited to Afghanistan but seems spread across the Islamic world and has reared its ugly head in Australian detention centres.
