Gary McHale complete presentation on Caledonia

Earlier in the week I posted a few clips from the Free Thinking Film Societies night on Caledonia. This is the complete presentation by the second speaker, Gary Mchale. I did a separate interview with him earlier that day which I will post when I get a chance to edit it. Also I have a couple more speakers from that night to post I hope to be able to finish within a week or so. I welcome your comments on this one in the meantime.

CNN preview for show on Islam in the US

This looks like its going to be a pro-Islam, anti American wash to me, but it could be good. Stranger things have happened and who knows, maybe even CNN has noticed its Muslims in the name of Islam killing everyone all over the place. In any case we will know tomorrow.

FBI Launches investigation of Gulen and his movement

CANADA FREE PRESS

Fethullah Gulen, dubbed “the most dangerous Islamist on planet earth,” is now under investigation by the F.B.I. for his network of charter schools throughout the country.

The 140-plus charter schools, according to a newly released federal document, may serve as madrassahs where students are “brain-washed” to serve as proponents of the New Islamic World Order that Gulen purportedly seeks to create.

The Gulen schools, which have been established in nearly every state in the union, bear such innocuous names as the Magnolia Science Academy, the Sweetwater Branch Academy, the Science Academy of Chicago, the Pioneer Charter School, the Horizon Science Academy, the Noble Academy, the Dove Science Academy, the Bluebonnet Learning Center, and the Beehive Science and Technology Academy.

Gulen, who fled his native Turkey in 1998 upon being charged with seeking to overthrow the secular Turkish government, presently resides within a mountain fortress in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

Court records show that Gulen has amassed assets in excess of $25 billion. Continue Reading →

Far leftists, unions and Islamic terror group supporters work with organized crime in Caledonia.

Last night I had the opportunity to interview one of the principle people, as well as attend a lecture and set of videos by many of the residents of the besieged town of Caledonia where I learned a great many disturbing things, just two of which are,

1. The government seems to treat what should be a law enforcement issue, as a “peacekeeping” one. This has disturbing implications.

2. Out of over 3000 bands of aboriginal people, all of whom live in peace with the general population of Canada and with varying degrees of success ,only the ‘Six Nations people’ or Mohawk have allied themselves with international terrorists and use their special status to run organized crime with impunity from the police and state, even, on occasion, with their assistance.

Over the course of the coming week, I will publish as much as I can of the video I shot along with their various materials. For the moment, here is a short segment of last night’s ‘Free Thinking Film Society’ presentation with, among many other people, Gary McHale.

Mark Vandermaas (featured speaker)
Caledonia Victims Project
Mark Vandermaas is a former Canadian soldier and UN peacekeeper. After his arrest on Dec 16, 2006 with Gary McHale while attempting to raise a Canadian flag, Mark put his career as a real estate broker on hold to work as a full time ’rule of law’ activist.
He was the leader of the 2007 Ipperwash Papers project, and has written more than 400 Caledonia-related articles for his blog VoiceofCanada.ca.
In 2010 Mark started the Caledonia Victims Project to begin organizing the key evidence and background information which will be needed by post-Helpless policy researchers.  He and Gary are co-founders of the HelplessByBlatchford project – a resource created to educate Canadians about the many important issues raised by the Caledonia crisis.
Mark has consistently spoken out on behalf of the unintended aboriginal victims of OPP racial policing practices as well as for non-aboriginal residents as he did at the 2010 New Directions in Aboriginal Policy forum at Mount Royal University where he presented, Listening to Victims: A Fresh Approach to Healing and Reconciliation upon which his presentation tonight is based.

Below is the video that was presented before the speakers began. It is quite interesting and gives a pretty good idea of what this is all about. Warning: Some sections of this may make you angry. Especially if you are Canadian.

CBN on Muslim Students Associations

Once again CBN eclipses the main stream news with real news of actual importance. Ok for the most part its all Erick Stakelbeck but still his reporting on Islamic terrorist and infiltration activities is the best anywhere. For those able to do so, please consider sending a few dollars to them. CBN really does what our tax dollars are supposed to do, not to mention the major news orgs.

WASHINGTON – The Muslim Students Association, or MSA, is one of the largest Islamic organizations in America, with chapters on hundreds of college campuses. It’s alumni include doctors, lawyers and engineers.

But the group has another track record that it doesn’t advertise: several of its leaders have been convicted of terrorism, prompting some terror experts to call the MSA a recruiting tool for jihad.

Although many Muslim and liberal groups complained about recent congressional hearings on homegrown Islamic radicalism, American-born Muslims are behind a growing number of terror plots — a trend that Attorney General Eric Holder has said keeps him “up at night.”

Many of these homegrown jihadists once belonged to the MSA, which has thousands of members on college campuses throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Man feels recovery program violated his religious beliefs

Thank you Blazing Cat Fur for sending me this.

From Kamloops News:

March 16, 2011

By JASON HEWLETT
Daily News Staff Reporter

A Muslim believes his human rights were violated when staff at the New Life Mission told him he had to end an alcohol session in Christian prayer.

Adding to Jamal Al-jannati’s outrage is he was told he had to stand and end the Narcotics Anonymous/Alcoholic Anonymous session in a prayer circle and could not kneel and pray according to his spiritual beliefs.

“I think they were trying to convert me,” Al-jannati, 50, said Wednesday.

However, staff at The New Life Mission was simply following the guidelines of the AA/NA program, which requires each session to begin and end in prayer, said executive director Kelly Row.

Row said it doesn’t matter if participants pray to Allah or Jesus Christ, but they do have to pray.

“You don’t have to believe in what we believe in,” he said. “It’s the God of your understanding.”

But Al-jannati said Aberra Asress, program director of the men’s recovering program, told him he wouldn’t have to take part in the prayer because he is Muslim.

Recently released from Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre, Al-jannati went to the mission on Monday to enroll in the AA/NA program.

He expressed his concerns about the short prayer at the beginning of each session and the serenity prayer circle at the end, saying neither takes into account his spiritual beliefs, he said. Continue Reading →

Phyllis Chesler: Turning a blind eye to Islam’s brutal treatment of women

National Post, March 12, 2011 – 7:03 AM ET/Last Updated: March 12, 2011 5:10 AM ET

My feminist generation believed in universal human rights — one standard for all. I still do. Therefore, I have taken a strong stand against the persecution of immigrant women and dissidents. I now submit affidavits on behalf of women who have fled the threat of such killings and who are seeking asylum in the United States.

Those of us who condemn the plight of such women, who are mainly Muslims and ex-Muslims, have been demonized in activist circles as “Islamophobes” and racists because we do not, in the same breath, blame America, the West or Israel for their suffering. Many Western academic feminists are so afraid of being condemned as “racists” that this fear trumps their concern for women’s rights in the Arab and Muslim world.

Islamic gender apartheid, which has penetrated the West, is characterized by normalized daughter- and wife-battering, forced veiling, female genital mutilation, polygamy, purdah (the segregation or sequestration of women), arranged marriage, child marriage and first-cousin marriage. Girls and women often are honour-murdered if they resist such practices, if they wish to divorce a dangerously abusive husband, or if they are viewed as too independent, too modern.

Today, at its most extreme, Islamic gender apartheid is characterized by acid attacks, public stonings, hangings, and beheading of women in Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia and Saudi Arabia — countries in which female rape victims are jailed, tortured and executed.

Feminists should be crying out from the rooftops against these practices. Some are. I am. Yet, many Muslims, as well as many intellectually “progressive” Western infidels, are not. They are welcoming the imposition of Islamic religious law, Sharia law, not only in the Middle East but also in the West. Continue Reading →
