As usual the media is keeping the public misinformed by only reporting part of the story. Although this next story is more of the same it does tease us with some of the facts. So I will let the reader make up their own mind. Mine was about 90% made up 2 weeks ago. Today it is 99.9%.

Police in Sydney, Australia, had to be called to Harris Park suburb on Monday night to quell an angry crowd, provoked by two new alleged attacks on Indians.

An Indian man in his 20s was allegedly set upon by a group of men of Middle Eastern appearance, and another Indian was injured in a separate attack. At least 200 Indian men then gathered, shouting demands for “justice”.

The latest incidents come after several attacks on Indians, which the government denies are racist.

A man with bikie-gang links has been charged after a raid on a Sydney unit uncovered military weapons, bulletproof vests and police uniforms, police say.

Detectives from NSW Police and the Australian Crime Commission (ACC) raided the unit in Belgrave Street at Kogarah at 7.30am (AEST) on Friday, acting on ACC intelligence about high levels of pseudoephedrine sales in Sydney.

Officers allegedly found a cache of weapons, including a Thompson submachine gun (commonly known as a Tommy gun), a fully automatic AK47 assault rifle, several handguns, Tasers and ammunition.

Ballistic vests, ballistic helmets, a ramming device, night vision goggles, police uniforms and a police badge were also allegedly discovered.

The bomb squad spent several hours at the southern Sydney unit late on Friday assessing a safe which contained ‘suspicious items’, police said.

Detectives from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad arrested a 20-year-old man at a cafe in Kent Street in the CBD following the raid. Continue Reading →

I’ve been considering a request from a post-graduate student who wants to do a thesis on Islamophobia in Australia. She writes: “I am researching the topic Islamophobia, and I am trying to prove whether Islamophobia is based on religion fear or cultural fear of Islam.”

What about proving that Islamophobia exists at all? That would be the logical, ethical and scholarly starting point. But it appears the outcome has already been decided. This would fit the prevailing orthodoxy in academia that the default position for Muslims in Australia is victim. The jargon, “Islamophobia” is part of this ideological construct. Literally, it means fear of Muslims.

I reflected on all this while on holiday in Malaysia and the Maldives last week. This was my twelfth visit to Muslim societies because I do not “fear” Muslims and do not “fear” Islam. Yes, there is ample evidence that Australians have become uneasy about Muslims in general and hostile in specific cases, but this is about cause and effect.

Consider the series of blows to the image of Muslims in just the past three weeks, where the everyday decency of the majority have been collaterally damaged by the antics of the few.

On March 8, the night of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, police say a group of about 100 young Muslim men, allegedly members of a loose gang called MBM – Muslim Brotherhood Movement – moved through the centre of the city intimidating, harassing and beating bystanders.

On March 15, Abdul Darwiche was murdered, shot to death in a shopping centre in the latest hyper-violence involving two warring Lebanese Muslim clans. Police later arrested Darwiche’s brother, Michael, for driving around with a loaded pistol. A third brother, Adnan, appeared in the NSW Supreme Court three years ago to be sentenced for a double murder. He and his fellow accused, Nasaem El-Zeyat and Ramzi Aouad, laughed and joked, going out of their way to express their contempt for Australian law. After the three men were all given life sentences they shouted “God is great!” This was the same Adnan Darwiche who purchased rocket launchers stolen from the Australian Army, which have never been recovered.

Hundreds of mourners attended Abdul Darwiche’s funeral at the Lakemba Mosque, where, within days, Sheik Taj el-Din al Hilaly was involved in yet another controversy. Channel Nine obtained a copy of a video surveillance tape which shows the former mufti of Australia kicking in a door, then returning soon after in the company of police. Apparently he called police over vandalism which he committed, blaming others who are engaged in a power struggle at the mosque. Sheik Hilaly has been embroiled repeatedly in controversy and provocation, making numerous inflammatory remarks about Australia and Australians.

A few days later, yet another rape sentence was handed down to one of the K brothers, three of whom, during their various trials for gang rape, claimed they were victims of an anti-Muslim conspiracy. Between them, four K brothers have been convicted of gang-raping five girls.

This sentencing followed closely on the conviction of seven Sydney schoolboys for the aggravated sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in a toilet block in Yagoona in 2007. According to police, the ring-leader was on his phone speaking in Arabic during the assaults and most or all of the boys are of Muslim background.

If this is so, these latest convictions produce a morbid tally of more than 30 young Muslim men involved in serious proven sexual assaults of non-Muslim girls in Sydney, involving the Skaf brothers, the K brothers, the E-M cousins, the Yagoona schoolboys and various others. Because sexual assault is the least reported crime (about 15 per cent of incidents are reported to police) this particular phenomenon was certainly much broader.

Finally, there has been fatal violence between bikie gangs, accompanied by news that there has been an infusion of young Muslim men into the bikie culture. There is now warring between new gangs and traditional Anglo criminal gangs for control of the drug and protection markets. Gang leaders named Mahmoud and Hassan and Ismail have been prominent. Gangs like MBM, Notorious and Asesinoz have flaunted their ethnicity. Overtly racist videos have been posted on YouTube, such as the message that “Asesinoz is now targeting Aussies”, with an image of a vandalised Australian flag.

The events of the past week have been a variation on a theme police have been dealing with for years. It erupted spectacularly in 2005 when a self-styled “intifada” by armed Muslim men, travelling in convoys, staged numerous co-ordinated assaults across the eastern beach suburbs of Sydney. The attacks were in response to the most notorious case of anti-Muslim feeling in Australia, the Cronulla riot in December, 2005. The roots of this demonstration was the failure of the police, who for years had preferred to pretend the problem did not exist.

Given the abundant evidence of violent cause and fearful effect, involving a small percentage of antagonists, the general charge of Islamophobia is an ideological fabrication.

As for the criminal gangs, for more than 10 years I have argued that Australia needed anti-gang laws similar to the RICO laws (racketeering influenced corrupt organisations) used in the United States, which smashed the code of silence and solidarity by criminal gangs. Finally, the state Labor Government has begun to stir on this issue.

A mutation of our nation is in progress. It is growing, it is profound but uncontrolled. In all likelihood, the immense majority of Frenchmen are unaware of it.

Hundreds of thousands of Muslim families, from North Africa, the Middle East and black Africa – whose religion, aspirations and mores are radically different from ours – now live on our soil. Their birth rate is higher than that of European families. What is the consequence? Within 30 years the population of Islamist culture could be in the majority among those 40 years old or younger. “In France, we will have between 6 and 8 million Arabs by the years 2005 – 2010,” said Edgar Pisani, honorary president of the Arab World Institute. We have been duly warned: this is a radical transformation (political, economic, cultural and social) of our society.

This mutation is in progress at the very moment when, to use Toynbee’s expression, “an external proletariat” is forming on the southern and western shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This army of reservists came about as a result of the birth rate of these peoples, and the absence of an economic policy capable of guaranteeing them a decent life in their homeland. In front of them lie France, Italy, Spain and Germany, lands of mirage, highly developed, with guaranteed employment, free social protection and education. Who could resist the call of this “promised land”?

At the same time, all over the world, roused by immense hopes, Islam is enjoying an unprecedented revival. It is awakening after a long night. It has renewed vigor, pugnacity and ambitions. From Morocco to Indonesia, from the Muslim States of Central Asia to black Africa, more than one billion two hundred million men – young compared to the aging populations of Europe – constitute a “community” (Umma).

It is transnational, motivated by spiritual aspirations, material demands and political ambitions, and (here and there) financed by revenue from oil.

In France, the successive waves of Italians, Poles, central European Jews, Spaniards and Portuguese, had never posed comparable problems of integration. Why? Because they belonged to the European branch. Their religious traditions and their ambition to acquire more individual freedoms facilitated their assimilation. Finally – and this is far from the least important reason – these immigrants expressed a desire to share the destiny of the French nation. To meld into it. Integration cannot be decreed. In order for it to materialize it must be desired by two, this is obvious. And the two must converge. Today, the situation is different, radically different. An active and determined minority among the Islamists refuses integration. Deliberately.


In close communion with Islam (its matrix), it is receptive to orders from abroad, to spiritual counsel, ideology and financial support. And much more. Not only does it intend to keep its identity, but to re-Islamize the non-practicing, if not convert the natives of the host country to the true faith. Islam has never conceived of itself as a minority in a secular State, but necessarily as the majority religion. (…) Exalted by its renewal, propelled both by its demography and its absence of economic development, infiltrating wherever there is no resistance, Islam is advancing like a wave.

The French people can measure its vitality by the number of mosques multiplying on their territory (sometimes with the help of Catholic and lay leaders), mosques run by imams 96% of whom are from foreign countries. Also by the prospect of seeing – in the second half of the 21st century – the fall of Catholicism in France to second rank, leaving first place to Islam.

Thus two dynamics are developing: one inside our borders (…); the other outside (…) Concomitant and convergent, these changes are determining factors for Europe and for the French nation where the demographic stagnation is alarming.

He is known internationally mostly for his comments about non Muslim women being the same as ‘uncovered meat’ and inviting rape but that is only one in a list of astonishing remarks and actions by this Ozzie Sheik. Hilali kicks door, blames vandals

AUSTRALIA’S most controversial sheik, Taj Din al-Hilali, has been caught on videotape kicking in a door at his own mosque before calling police to report an act of vandalism.

The head imam at the Lakemba mosque, who caused outrage in 2006 by comparing scantily clad women to uncovered meat, was shown on a CCTV security tape kicking open the door just minutes before reporting the incident.

The Nine Network’s A Current Affair last night broadcast the videotape from March 9, showing the incident, which Sheik Hilali initially denied.

“There is a trick in this camera. There is a trick in this film,” he told ACA.

But in a letter sent by Sheik Hilali’s lawyers to ACA yesterday, he admitted kicking the door, saying the damage had already been done to the door before he kicked it.

“What he did do was to kick open a door to the mosque that had already been damaged by others in order to gain entry to it,” the letter said.

Lebanese Muslim Association president Shawky Kassir said they had called the police “for a little problem, but we have fixed (it) and everything is under control”.

The footage shows four young men locking the door behind them at 10.28pm.

Nine minutes later, Sheik Hilali checks the lock and pushes on the top of the door, bending it on its hinges. After checking the corridor, he disappears from view before rushing towards it and kicking it open at 10.46pm.

It is understood the name of the suspected culprit was put forward to NSW police, but it is not known if he was interviewed by the authorities.

A NSW Police media spokesperson said they started to investigate the matter but three days later were told by a mosque official that he did not wish to take the matter any further.

“The matter remains under investigation. Further senior members of the local community will be consulted to discuss the incident.”

Australia, a stunning juxtaposition

Here is an article showing the gratitude and excellent values and citizenship of expat Vietnamese Australians with Islamic immigrants to Oz. The Vietnamese community felt they should give something back to Australia for taking them in and offering a second chance at life so they raised money to give to victims of the fires in Australia that where almost certainly set by Islamic immigrants as part of their endless jihad against anyone and everything not Islamic. I would even wager that the materials used to set these fires where purchased using various forms of social assistance.

Here is a video of an attack by some immigrants at a Subway station in Oz. The commentary by the police at the end says it all.

Two arrested over Sunshine attack

Detectives from the Transit Crime Investigation Unit have charged two men with recklessly cause injury, affray and robbery following the alleged assault and robbery of a 23-year- old man at Sunshine station about 12.10 am on Friday 24 February, 2009.

The victim suffered head injuries in the attack which took place in a subway at the station.

The man was assaulted and had his backpack taken.

Maluac KUR,19, of no fixed address and Ahmed Mohamed, 21, of Brooklyn appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court and were remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday March 2, 2009.

Police have arrested a third man in connection with the violent robbery of a man at the Sunshine railway station, in Melbourne’s west, last week.

A 21-year-old man will face court today over an attack on a 23-year-old man, who was beaten unconscious and had his backpack stolen.

Two men were remanded in custody over the robbery last week.

First, some good news. As readers here may know, we have had a continuing thread questioning the value of the Canadian support of the current government in Afghanistan. There have been so many incidents of Islamic sharia implemented under the new more ‘liberal’ government that one wonders if we aren’t just replacing one theocratic brutal regime with ‘Taliban Lite’. Here is a photo shoot and article about a peace march, for once actually wishing for peace as opposed to being for war but on the other side, from of all places, Toronto. Pashtun’s, one of the indigenous tribes of Pakistan and Afghanistan and actually one of the tribes for which the anagram name of Pakistan was forged, are trying to raise awareness of how the Taliban is in fact destroying all attempts to build civilization by the Pashtun, destroying all schools for girls and you can bet changing the curriculum for boys to limit it to Quran, Islamic studies and basic rocketry. This is encouraging. Where is the media? same place as always. Out for a drink and looking through their Rolodex for someone at the CIC or Canadian Arab federation to tell them what they are allowed to print. From Atlas Shrugs. The article itself seems a little hastily written but the facts are solid. The Swat Valley in Pakistan is now a Taliban stronghold so much so that the Taliban, now a solid partner of Al Queda is successfully making demands on Pakistan proper to implement sharia. At least this article makes an excellent counter position to ours at Vlad as to why we should be in Afghanistan. If for nothing else, for the Pashtun.

Im sorry to have to post this one. Obama’s administration is taking the US into Durban II, the anti western and anti Semitic hate fest this one based on the preparatory statements made, seem to show it as being far more virulent than Durban I was. I hope Anne Bayefsky, the author of this article is correct and it is nothing more insidious or opportunistic than merely a deluded sense of what he can accomplish for western liberal democracy by US attendance. Here is a depressing article but well backed up with facts and stats about the use of rape of women by Islamists as a weapon of jihad. The Sydney gang rapes, committed by groups of Muslim men upon Australian women, are still fresh in memory. The men taunted the women while raping them, saying that the women “deserved it” because they were not covered and staying at home as Islam commands women to do.

Now this phenomenon, already so pronounced with small muslim populations (The 2001 census showed the UK had 1.5 million muslims), evolves into something even more sinister as the muslim population rises. Women are kidnapped (they simply vanish in the vast network of “Islamic centers”), used to commit terrorist acts, and so on. Let us look at some such incidents in India in the past few months. First, a bit of historical and theological background.

The very first accounts of the muslim invasions of India, by Mohammed Bin Qasim in 712AD, talk in some detail about the women captured and sexually enslaved. Indeed, it is described as one of the major accomplishments of the subjugation of the Hindus…

Here is a series of links to events and essays which I feel are very worthwhile as well as worth the time to read. This being St. Valentine’s its noteworthy that this was a real man in ancient Rome, and he was canonized as a patron St. to lovers. So it suddenly seems quite logical why Islam loathes and despises Valentines day around the world and is acting out in the usual puerile fashion it so often does. Valentines day requires women to be people and have some actual right to their own romantic destiny which is what Valentine represented. Hence the photo below. From Atlas Shrugs:

Roses are red … and unwanted in Saudi Arabia as a Riyadh flower vendor shows how the vice squad crush red roses while enforcing a law banning Valentine’s Day celebrations in the conservative desert kingdom. Islamic law strictly segregates the sexes before marriage, so flowers, chocolates and romantic dinners shared by boyfriend and girlfriend are next to impossible.

Hence… jihad against flowers, chocolates, and romantic dinners.

Next, a rather excellent historical essay about Indias harsh and lengthy struggle to survive as a people and a culture under near constant Islamic destruction with numerous quotes by Islamic scholars of the day describing destruction and humiliation of the Hindu’s under various Islamic jihad’s. India knows Islam as an enemy better than anyone. The need for Europe Israel and the west overall to join with India in every way may be central to defeating this, the third Jihad. Remember, the accounts in the above link where written by the Muslim conquerors themselves. Like the Nazis they felt what they did was a great thing and documented it well.

Concerning Australia’s deadly fires, we know four things. 1. There are rumors of jihadi sites suggesting that fires be set to destroy as much as possible as its relatively easy to do in the dry summer of parts of Australia and grandiose 911 style plans haven’t worked well as frankly they get caught. So while this isn’t a very glorious way to wage jihad on the people of Australia who where nice enough to let Muslims in from whatever shit hole nation they came from, it might be an effective one. This is not evidence, but its an interesting coincidence because 2. we do know that the fires are indeed arson. This was made clear. and we also know 3. That a wanted picture of a perp in connection with the fires has been published although no name. We can judge for ourselves what the motive may be and lastly and interestingly 4. we know that Muslims in Australia are gloating about the fires and enjoying the fact like Palestinians on 911 which makes the first three points unimportant. That is to say, even if the fires where not arson, where not set by Muslims as part of Jihad, they are acting as if it was and are gleeful about the misery destruction and death of their adopted countrymen. Repugnant? Doesn’t come close.

Lastly, Pakistan now admits the most recent horrors in Bombay/Mumbai where indeed planned in Pakistan.

Islamabad (AsiaNews/Agencies) – Pakistani interior minister Rehman Malik admitted today, for the first time, that “some part of the conspiracy related to the [November 26] Mumbai attacks was planned in Pakistan.” At least 6 people believed to be involved have been arrested, and 2 more are being sought, but the investigation is ongoing and further developments are not ruled out.

It is said that some of the conspirators could be members of the outlawed extremist group Lashkar-e-Taiba, including Zia-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and Zarrar Shah, who sent “an e-mail claiming responsibility for the attack.” Shah has been in jail since December.

Those under arrest also include Hamad Amin Sadiq, considered the “main architect” of the plot, who arranged the transfer of money used for the attacks, and Javed Iqbal, an expert in internet technology living in Barcelona. The money came from Spain and Italy, and SIM telephone cards from Austria and India were used. Also in jail is the person who sold the boat engine used by the attackers to reach Mumbai by sea.

First, a very sad email that was republished in the Huffington Post. Really hard to read as it’s so sad. The fact that the MSM is electing to ignore these issues speaks to the clear complicity at some level. Whether its fear of reprisal from violent groups or as likely, fear of accusations of some kind which would threaten the assets of the media companies themselves through ‘lawfare’ or most likely some combination of both. The fact remains. Jews are the canaries in the coal mine. It never never stops there.

Dear Brett,
I am sending you this e-mail regarding the situation in France concerning the Israeli offensive in the Gaza strip. I doubt I will tell you something that you already don’t know, but still, things look pretty grim right now. We already reached an all-time low in this country during the second intifada. The phenomenon which appeared during that time, especially in the high schools located in the Parisian suburbs, where the majority of the students are Muslim, has not disappeared.

To summarize in a few words a very complicated and painful situation, it is impossible for an individual, whether a student or a teacher, to say that he or she is a Jew. If you say so, you’ll end in a hospital. Don’t show any hostility to Al-Qaeda, or Hamas, you’ll be exposed to the same kind of violence. You can also talk to some of these kids, they’re open to discussion. Many of them dream to become a martyr and blow up themselves. It’s after all understandable, that’s what they hear in their mosque.

The situation right now is much worse. And it’s only the beginning. We had demonstrations every Saturday in every big city in France, and also smaller cities, against the Israeli bombings in Gaza. There’s nothing wrong with that per se. We live in a democracy after all. These demonstrations have a different flavour. The 20.000 people demonstrating in Paris were not in the streets to claim peace but to shout that Israel should be destroyed. Israeli flags were burned, the support was for Hamas, not Fatah (as you know, this organization has betrayed his own people), and you could see giant pictures of Nasrallah. One of the sentences you could hear, repeatedly, was “Death to the Jews and the Zionists”. This was going on in Paris among other places. Two weeks ago the demonstrators stopped Place de l’Opera, shouted Allah is great and prayed [to] Allah. This is a fact, not bad science-fiction. In Mulhouse, the demonstrators wanted to end the day at the synagogue, and destroy it. The police prevented it.
