Classic antisemitism spread (probably) by Shiia Muslims on the streets of Toronto

Blazing sent me this one.

Check the quote at 2:44 its pretty much right out of the ol, Goebbels handbook.

Some of the things said are just Nazi. And I am someone who, since I was a teenager, have disliked that comparison. But when it quacks like a duck…

Police (shtazi more like) arrest a woman in Iran for improper dress and a man who supported her during the arrest.

This video appears to have been secretly taken. Shabnam, who was kind enough to translate this video and give it context, tells me that this is common practice and especially during Ramadan, where people are often flogged for eating during the daytime as well as woman for improper dress. The arresting officer is called a ‘Penguin’ by most Persians as they wear the classic black cloth bag.

“secular fundamentalism.”?

The Muslim invasion of Toronto and unabashed attacks on Canadian laws and values escalates logarithmically. Canada, Ontario, Western liberal and secular democracy, when do we fight back please?

The debate over Muslim prayers at a Toronto school wove its way into Eid al-Fitr celebrations on Tuesday.

Speaking to a crowd of more than 10,000 gathered at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Jamal Badawi, a prominent author on Islam, called attempts to stop the Friday prayers at Valley Park Middle School a form of “secular fundamentalism.”

Critics, including several religious groups, have condemned the school for allowing an imam to conduct prayer services for Muslim students in the cafeteria.

“We strongly support the freedom of faith . . . and prayer in schools. Yes, in schools,” Badawi said to some cheers.

His sermon marked a serious moment in a largely celebratory event marking the end of Ramadan, a month-long fast.

The festival, which includes carnival rides and a bazaar, has been organized by the Muslim Association of Canada for 26 years.

Ahmed Hammam had just immigrated to Canada and was looking for a way to meet other Muslims when he first attended the event two years ago. This year, the Egyptian doctor volunteered as an usher.

“I feel it’s a good deed for me,” Hammam said as he directed worshippers to the prayer area.

Many stopped to wish him “Eid Mubarak,” an Arabic greeting for the holiday. “We treat everyone like a brother and sister here,” he said.

Premier Dalton McGuinty made a brief appearance, thanking the attendees for their contributions to the province’s economy and culture.

“Thank you for opening the eyes of all Ontarians to the beautiful, peaceful, loving faith that is Islam,” he said to loud cheers, adding that the province “thrives on diversity.” Continue Reading →

Welcome to Tower Hamlets

From The New English Review:

H/T Snaphanen

by Esmerelda Weatherwax (September 2011)

Why I am going to Tower Hamlets on Saturday.

I am of an old East End family. We define the East End as the three old boroughs of Bethnal Green, Stepney and Poplar which since 1965 make up the current London Borough of Tower Hamlets, plus that area of Shoreditch around Shoreditch Church which since 1965 is part of the London Borough of Hackney. Although my mother was born in Hoxton (which is adjacent to, but not part of, the East End) where my grandfather had a market stall, her parents were born in Bethnal Green as were all of my father’s family. My cousins and I have traced many lines of our families back to the 18thcentury. We span 4 centuries and 10 generations in the area, at least. Welcome to my ancestoral homeland.

The East End encompassed London docks which meant that people have always arrived from all over the world and many settled nearby. Just in the relatively small circle of my own family history, through blood, marriage, kinship or family friendship I know of Irish, Welsh, Italian, Scottish, Jewish, Polish and Russian, French Huguenot, Indian, West Indian and Yorkshire. Every group that came to the East End brought their own customs. The Huguenot influence can be seen in our love of bright colours of clothing and the flowers of our little gardens, even if the only garden available was a yard or a veranda. The Jewish influence is famous and goes far beyond the food and the delicatessens (and bread). Limehouse was Chinatown for many years although it is now in Gerrard Street W1. They integrated while giving us the best of their culture. Until recent years.

Sylheti speaking seamen from the nation now called Bangladesh came through the docks even before the Second World War. During the war a mosque opened along Whitechapel Road for their use and that of other Muslims. From the late 1960s onwards more came and brought their families. But they didn’t integrate. The East London Mosque now covers the whole block between Plumbers Row and the Whitechapel Bell Foundry to the east, New Street to the west, Whitechapel Road to the north and Fieldgate Street to the south, other than the small and valiant Great Fieldgate Street Synagogue which the mosque covets but cannot have.

It isn’t the size of the Mosque complex (they are now building upwards, nine floors and counting) which is cause for concern, however, but the nature of their speakers and preachers, the malign influence of the Islamic Forum of Europe, the corruption of local politics and the imposition of Sharia law. The Telegraph Journalist Andrew Gilligan chronicles this regularly.

The following are a few the reasons why the English Defence League will be rallying in Tower Hamlets next week. The Home Secretary Theresa May, at the request of the Metropolitan Police, acting under the orders of the notorious Lutfur Rahman, the Mayor (for elected mayor, read Islamic dictator) has banned any march for a month through 5 London boroughs, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney and Islington. So the demonstration will be a static one, which is our democratic right from which we cannot be banned.

I photographed these in Ford Square and nearby Sidney Street.

The treatment of Women

The hijab is near universal. The niqab is imposed on women in greater numbers than in Bangladesh itself.

In April a pharmacy assistant, not a Muslim and married to a Christian was threatened, as was the chemist shop where she worked under Hindu management, if she did not adopt a veil and Islamic dress code. “If she keeps working here and continues to dress like that, then we will boycott you because this is a Muslim area,” the chemist’s owner was told.

Advertising posters for swimming costumes have had burkas painted on to them. The same young man responsible for some of the anti gay stickers we spotted in October last year, about which more later, has also been convicted of criminal damage to advertising hoardings. But he is not alone.

The niqab is imposed as compulsory school uniform on girls as young as 11 at the Madani Islamic girls school in Mrydle Street behind the East London Mosque. I witnessed a young girl tearing off the face covering as she turned the corner of the road when I was there last year. At the time I thought she was waiting until she was out of sight of the mosque; I now suspect she was hurrying out of sight of her school.

I photographed these women entering and leaving the pupil’s gate of the school before the summer holiday began in July. Inset top left, the school address.

I can only conclude that this arrangement below which I photographed in Poplar in July is designed to allow the women of this ground floor flat to reach the veils and other garments just visible on the washing line at the far left above the curtains without having to don a previously laundered niqab before venturing into the sunshine.

These incidents do not stand alone. Others can be found by searching my blog articles going back to 2006.

Treatment of gays.

The most obvious example is the declaration, some months prior to the Sharia Controlled Zone, that Tower Hamlets is a “Gay Free Zone” My daughter spotted this sticker left at the Aldgate end of Whitechapel in October, and right in Sidney Street in August.

Muslims stage (?) riot at amusement park

There is some speculation at this early stage about what this is all about. One thing is for sure, we will soon see this every day if we do not already.

Firstly, I made a video of a news story about this incident here below, but you can click over to see it in it’s original form at TheBlaze here.

Now below, some speculation about what may be the motive behind all this from The New English Review, some of which is below. But click through for the whole thing please. Continue Reading →

Witnessing History.

I get asked why I blog, why I talk to people and why I continually wade through the muck of modern decay.

I get asked why I put up with being called all sorts of names. After all, it can’t be pleasant, and it’s far from a delightful way to spend the day.

Why not let someone else make waves (not that I do much wavemaking – more like the occaional miniscule ripple).

Author attacked for being fabulous

From European Son

I’m using the word “fabulous” for a reason. In certain contexts it infers glamorous, frivolous, and a little campy. I think that may sum up author Paris Dipersico, 24, and his latest, self-published, book, Wake Up Call. Not everyone would agree, of course. Recently, Dipersico was attacked by two Muslim men who referred to him by another F-word: “faggot.”According to the Toronto Sun, Dipersico was ”dragged from his bicycle Aug. 17, tied up among trees, then beaten briefly unconscious” by them. No prizes for guessing that they were offended by Dipersico’s flamboyant book, in which he talks about drugs, sex, and, occasionally, Islam — in not an altogether flattering light.

A press release for the book, says,

He believes “Islam is a Religion of ‘peace’ and Muslims will kill you to… continue reading!

Fort Morgan meatpacking plant strives, struggles to accommodate Muslim workforce

From The Denver Post:

A Somali worker cuts and moves on the line as he trims beef in the manufacturing department at Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan. (THE DENVER POST | Joe Amon)

FORT MORGAN — One afternoon this summer, Asha Abuukar said, she approached her supervisor at the Cargill Meat Solutions plant and got permission to go on break.

She washed in accordance with Islamic principles and prayed in a “reflection room” Cargill has set aside where beef is boxed and sealed.

When she returned two minutes late, she said, her supervisor told her that if it happened again, she would be fired.

“I’m sorry,” Abuukar, 41, who also runs a Somali market in town, recalled replying. “I was only praying.”

Although Cargill’s Fort Morgan operation has escaped controversy over accommodating the religious needs of its Muslim workforce, an undercurrent of problems exists, according to current and former workers and Somali translators.

Company officials say they respect religious rights and follow the law but cannot undermine a plant that produces 4 million pounds of beef daily.

“We know that some of our employees would like a guaranteed prayer time every day,” said Cargill spokesman Michael Martin. “That is not the legal requirement, and it would be impractical to accommodate this without shutting down the production line.”

He said the company accommodates the vast majority of daily prayer requests.

Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, employers cannot deny a “reasonable” religious accommodation request as long as it does not pose an undue hardship, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Muslims pray five times a day at prescribed times that move depending on the sun’s position. That can pose challenges for plants with many Muslim workers. One-fourth of Cargill’s 2,000 workers are Somali, company officials say.

The number of federal workplace-discrimination complaints filed by Muslims shot up in 2009 and 2010, to almost 800 each year, the EEOC says. Those numbers eclipsed the decade’s previous high mark the year after 9/11. Continue Reading →

Muslims demand Sharia student loans because paying interest goes against Islamic law

Of course, in a free society, anyone can demand anything. The problem comes when they get it. The article is also inaccurate. Loans are not forbidden in sharia, but one has to pretend that one is not paying interest by paying an upfront fee which is tantamount to interest and some of that fee has to go to spreading Islam, which Muslims label as ‘charity’ but is actually for manifest destiny and terrorism. Also, if these ‘students’ are that determined to live under the sharia, why go to a Western University? All very odd really.

Muslim groups are calling for a separate student loan system because the interest due to be charged will conflict with rules of Sharia law.

The changes to tuition fees, which come into force next year, will see students charged higher rates of interest on the loans they take out to pay for university.

Until now they have paid the market rate of inflation but the reforms mean students who go on to earn more than £21,000 will have to pay interest of up to 3 per cent.

But in some interpretations of Sharia law, which is Islam’s legal system and governs every aspect of Muslim life, loans are forbidden.

Sharia: a law unto itself?

After being beaten repeatedly by her husband – who had also threatened to kill her – Jameela turned to her local Sharia council in a desperate bid for a way out of her marriage. Today she discovers the verdict. Playing nervously with her hands, the young mother-of-three listens as the panel of judges discuss whether they should grant her a divorce.

The council meets once a month at the Birmingham Central Mosque. Many of the cases relate to divorce and involve the husbands and wives entering the room separately to make their appeals.

In an airless room in the bowels of the mosque, Jameela is asked to explain why she wants a divorce. She replies that her husband spends most of his time with his second wife – Islamic law allows men to have up to four wives – but complains he is abusive whenever he returns to her home.

Across the desk, Dr Mohammed Naseem, chair of the mosque’s Sharia council, sits alongside Talha Bokhari, a white-robed imam, and Amra Bone, the only woman sitting on an Islamic court in this country.

While a husband is not required to go through official channels to gain a divorce – being able to achieve this merely by uttering the word “talaq” – Islamic law requires that the wife must persuade the judges to grant her a dissolution.

Although the judges appear sympathetic, they are concerned about the rights of the father, as Islamic law says he is still responsible for his children’s education. “For the sake of the children, you must keep up the façade of cordial relations,” says Dr Naseem. “The worst thing that can happen to a child is to see the father and mother quarrelling.” Continue Reading →

MEHMET KILLS IN BERLIN

Possible honor killing?

It reminds me of Kosovar Ibrahim Shkupolli, who murdered five in Helsinki a few years ago, he has the same blank stare. KGS

[…]

Police say they are investigating the circumstances of the shooting, while media reports suggested it may have been a family matter.

The shooting was particularly shocking as it happened in a busy district of the city in broad daylight and seemed to be carried out with precision. Witnesses described it as an outright execution.

Toronto. Where every Muslim gets to make up the law as they go along

This should be a concern for everyone, left right and center. Even Stalin would have been OK with taking a picture at a major tourist site.

Please click over to Blazing Cat Fur for all the details. But this video shows a terrifying trend of how the Toronto police now take orders from any random Muslim and allows them to create the truth even when there is video evidence showing the contrary and there are other non-Muslim Arabic speakers who heard what was said, and are willing to testify to the facts.

A commenter below, Ademir, has posted a link that I was actually planning to look up and add to this post myself later. Thank you for doing this Ademir.

It is crucial in order to understand the severity of the story in the video above to read what happened to Tarek Fatah, and how the police violated every proceedure Canada has to accomodate Muslims even though Tarek, a well known ‘moderate’ Muslim had death threats against him while he was in the hospital recovering from cancer treatment.

In the light of this article, the story in the video above shows how the Toronto authorities are not making a dunder-headed exception, but are clearly implementing a highly illiberal and anti-democratic set of, very likely secret, policies.

Mandatory veil and fasting as Indonesia is ‘Islamised’ during Ramadan

ASIA NEWS:

by Mathias Hariyadi
Pamekasan District chief imposes jilbab on female public servants. Restaurants are closed during the day for a whole month. Nightclubs shut down as Muslim fundamentalists go after those who break the rules. On Sumatra Island, civil servants are fired if they break the fast.

Jakarta (AsiaNews) – Wearing the veil for female public servants and fasting, including job loss if caught eating, are becoming compulsory in Indonesia. In some parts of the country, Ramadan has become a time of Islamisation with rules increasingly inspired by Sharia. For the authorities, fasting and praying have become compulsory, forcing Muslims to abstain from food and drink from dawn to dusk.

On Madura Island (East Java Province), Pamekasan District chief Kusairi issued a directive whereby all female employees must wear the jilbab, or headscarf. In order to promote conformity with Islamic principles, women street vendors have to conform to the obligation. For Kusairi, this will strengthen Muslim women’s faith. Continue Reading →
