Muslims protest in France against new laws that prevent terror

This is a bit complex. Sassy, who translated the article and signs for us, explained it more or less this way:

France has passed new laws against hate preachers and what one might call, genocidal or incitement preaching with real consequences. Closing mosques, deportations etc. So naturally muslims are protesting their right to freedom of religion. And they have a case. If Islam is a religion, well thats pretty much what most of it is. Incitement and hatred for all others, and a total effort is demanded to take over the joint, wherever or whatever it happens to be.

But there is more. Something about demands for Islamic separatism in France. If that is what it is, speaking as an English Canadian I must enjoy the payback. Wasn’t it Charles de Gaulle who paraded through Quebec saying: “Vivre le Quebec Libre!” that started the entire Quebec separatist movement? And this time it was France who brought in all the muslims and gave them special status to spit on the foundational law of Laicite which was till then, a defining aspect of French law, and therefore culture.

This article in French (Google translate seems OK) explains the anti-separatist nature of France’s new law. So in effect, yes, the Muslims are indeed asking for a separate legal space for Islam in France.
The National Assembly examines the bill against “separatism” at first reading. The deputies adopted Saturday article 44 which establishes an administrative closure of two months for the places of worship “theaters of speech, ideas, theories, activities inciting to hatred or violence, or tending to encourage them”.

French deputies approved on Saturday an expansion of the grounds for closing places of worship, with mosques welcoming “hate preachers” in the crosshairs, as part of the examination of the bill on “separatism”. The first reading examination of this text “reinforcing respect for the principles of the Republic”, according to its official name, which notably wants to strengthen the arsenal against Islamism, must be concluded this Saturday. A solemn vote is then scheduled for Tuesday before his passage in the Senate.

This appears to be in the wake of the murder by decapitation of public school teacher, Samual Paty for stating a simple fact and showing a cartoon in a classroom that had muslims in it. Subsequent to that, many other teachers are now under constant guard. We are working on a video about that at this time.

He talks about sub-Saharans, and men of unspecified origin, he doesn’t explicitly mention north-africa at all. But it’s true, many are coming in from Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.

I doubt those people are so well looked after. One reason, they don’t want to be registered, they want to move on to the UK, Sweden, Germany, few want to stay in France. The ones who want to get into the UK move to camps like the one at Calais.

Islamic orthodoxy on Christmas and its greetings

Here are three of countless examples of Muslims explaining to their faithful how to view Christians and Christianity. More importantly, how to treat the heartfelt friendly Christmas greetings, and how to feel about those expressions of neighbourly good will.

On this site we have documented many since we started this effort over 12 years ago. The temptation is to write these off as minority or extremist opinion within the religion. Just to channel Sam Harris for a moment, if these people represent the extreme of a religion, doesn’t that make the fundamentals of the religion the problem? Extremist Buddhists filter their water so as not to kill a microorganism that may live in it. This is an extreme version of Buddhist concepts of not causing suffering to living things.

Quoting Harris directly: “The problem with Islamic fundamentalism is the fundamentals of Islam”.

Think of these three examples of authoritative clerics as representing those fundamentals. One of whom, is in British Columbia.

(It must be noted that neither he, nor any other imam or Muslim preacher in Canada has ever been taken before the Human Rights Commission, despite the fact that they would be a bullseye for what the commission is alleged to be doing.)

Muslims in Austria must feel they have quite a bit of control if they not just to attacks against the unbeliever, but they actually feel justified in destroying any tribute to the victims of those attacks. This is every bit as appalling and important as the attacks themselves, at least symbolically as clearly not in terms of human suffering. But like the attacks themselves, the media is careful to hide or sanitize these events which is itself a terrorist attack, at least where terror is crime for political purposes. They hide them for one reason. To make sure there is no data to energise any resistance to Merkel and the EU/UN plan to eliminate all world cultures through mass migration, and then multiculturalist policies which protect all cultures but the host’s.

Vienna jihadi had track record of Jihad activity, but released cause ‘deradicalized’ according to muslims

One minute of silence in Austria to onor the victims of the terrorist shooting spree in Vienna:

Details about the shooter, in German:

20 year old man with a North-Macedonian background (1/3 of that population is muslim, and of Turkish, Albanian or Romani ancestry). He was convicted on 25. April 2019 of trying to join IS in Syria, and sentenced to 22 months. He was released on probation on 5 december, due to his young age.

He was shot close to the Ruprecht Church.

Police are arresting the people he was in contact with, they’ve raided 15 houses.

During the attack, he was armed with an assault rifle, handgun, machete and fake bomb vest. He posted a photo of 2 of his weapons on Instagram before the attack.

According to his lawyer he was a nice boy from a good family, who fell in with the wrong crowd and was radicalized at a mosque.

He was treated by a de-radicalisation group called Derad. They declared he was no longer a threat, a condition for his release.

14 people have been arrested so far (other source).

17 of the victims are now in hospital, some with shotwounds, some with slash wounds.
