Curse the judge, shout fanatics as the Muslim girl who knifed MP smiles as she gets life

A judge was subjected to a tirade of abuse in his own courtroom yesterday as he jailed an Al Qaeda-inspired Muslim woman for attempting to assassinate an MP.

Islamist protesters harangued Mr Justice Cooke from the public gallery at the Old Bailey, shouting ‘Allahu akbar’ (‘God is great’), ‘British go to hell’ and ‘Curse the judge’.

The outbursts came as Roshonara Choudhry, 21, was sentenced to life imprisonment for stabbing former minister Stephen Timms. Choudhry smiled broadly as the judge told her: ‘You said you ruined the rest of your life. You said it was worth it. You said you wanted to be a martyr.’

Outside, a second group demonstrated as the judge told the high-flying student – who stabbed the politician twice in the stomach as ‘punishment’ for voting for the Iraq invasion – that she must serve at least 15 years behind bars.

The chaotic scenes unfolded as Home Secretary Theresa May dramatically revealed that the Al Qaeda gang behind last week’s ‘Lockerbie-style’ cargo plane bomb plot are already working in the UK.

In court the judge pointedly contrasted Mr Timms’ Christian beliefs with the ‘distorted thinking’ of his attacker, who refused to recognise the court and appeared by videolink for her sentencing.

Catholics stoned during mass in the heart of France.

I will try and get this fully translated today. This is a story about how Muslims throw stones at Catholics in the heart of France during a mass. Try and imagine what would happen if Christians or Jews did this to Muslims at Mecca. Or even anywhere in the Western world. We, as a people, have become so suicidal we will not tolerate any act of self defence.

France: Stones thrown at church parishioners

Sixty parishioners who attended a memorial service for the departed (All Souls’ Day) on Tuesday afternoon in a church in a ghetto neighborhood of Carcassonne, were the victims of two teenagers who, after entering the building, started throwing stones. One person was hit, and the status of the Virgin Mary, targeted by the two, was badly damaged.

Two parishioners who left the service to evict the two youth, unsuccessfully pursued them. They disappeared after insulting their pursuers.

A complaint was lodged by the police, which is taking the case very seriously. The desecration of the Saint-Jacques church and the stoning of the parishioners during a public service, is a first in this ghetto and caused a big stir in the Christian community.

The Crown prosecutor of Carcassonne Francis Battut has ordered an investigation to identify the teenagers “we take this very seriously” he said.

The facts date from Tuesday, but were not divulged until Thursday. “We ignore the motivation from these youths” said Abdallah Zekri who is representative of the French Council of the Muslim faith, and has condemned this as “a truant attitude”. The profanity of the Church St. Jacques and the stoning of the believers in the middle of mass, a first in a difficult neighbourhood, has triggered a great deal of emotion within the Christian community.

Afghanistan and Iranian funding.

A few days ago, Stratfor reported that the Iranian government had been funneling money into the Karzai government through Karzai’s Chief of Staff, Umar Daudzai. In the early days of the story, both Harmid and Umar denied the funding and the Iranians denied giving it. That was October 24th.

On October 25th, the Iranian Embassy in Kabul formally denied the report that Tehran sent cash payments to Umar, calling the report “ridiculous and insulting,” Later the same day, US State Department spokesman Philip Crowley released a statement that they (the administration, presumably), were skeptical of Tehran’s intentions……..????

On October 26th the Iranian government acknowledged (of course) sending regular installments to Kabul also stating that the payments were for Afghanistan’s infrastructure so that the foreign [devils] would no longer have a reason to stay in Afghanistan.

Apparently Tehran didn’t get the same memo the Obama administration apparently missed; the one stating that our intentions for being there were for reasons of US security and not Afghanistan’s need for a face lift to it’s infrastructure. I wonder what kind of ‘infrastructure changes you make to rocky goat paths through the mountains..?

Islamist insurgents in Iraq have warned of a new wave of attacks on Christians “wherever they can be reached”, threatening a new wave of sectarian violence.

“We will open upon them the doors of destruction and rivers of blood,” said a statement posted on a militant website by the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), an al-Qaeda front.

The ISI claimed responsibility for an attack on a Roman Catholic church in Baghdad on Sunday evening which left 42 worshippers, at least six police and all nine assailants dead.

Al-Qaeda or other Sunni militants are also presumed to be responsible for a wave of bombings across Shia districts of the city that killed 76 people on Tuesday night.

The failure of the main political parties to form a government since March has meant no united face has been put against violence.

The political grouping backed by most Sunnis, Iraqiya, is also threatening to abandon talks and accept an opposition role, which could lead to more discontented followers being tempted to join militant groups.

While Iraqi Christians have been under siege since the fall of Saddam Hussein, the sudden public threats mark a new development. “All Christian centres, organisations and institutions, leaders and followers are legitimate targets for the muhajedeen [holy warriors] wherever they can reach them,” the ISI said.

It called the Pope, who issued a letter of condolence over the killings, “the hallucinating tyrant of the Vatican” and said Christians would be “extirpated and dispersed” from Iraq.

Half of all the 800,000 Christians who remained in Iraq by the time of the 2003 invasion have since fled the country after waves of bombings and shootings. The threat of more violence appeared to confirm fears in a Washington report that stability in Iraq might be “years away”.

Turkey has reinstated a ban on YouTube just days after lifting it, state agency Anatolian said, as a dispute continued over the video-sharing website’s refusal to remove content deemed illegal in the EU candidate country.

Access to YouTube, a unit of Google Inc, has been banned by the Turkish government for more than two years after users posted videos Turkey says are insulting to the republic’s founder, Mustafa Kamal Ataturk.

A court on Saturday lifted the ban, which has drawn widespread criticism of Ankara’s restrictive Internet laws, after a German-based firm at the request of Turkish authorities removed the videos by using an automated copyright system designed by Google to protect copyrighted material.

YouTube later said it had reinstated the videos, arguing such videos did not violate users’ copyright.

The national wave of discontent with the Democratic-controlled Congress swept through South Florida on Tuesday, costing Ron Klein his congressional seat and sending Republican Allen West to Congress, where he’s likely to get a quick place on the national stage.

In the end, it wasn’t even close. At 11 p.m., challenger West was well ahead of the Democratic incumbent. Just over 20 minutes later, West declared victory.

The outcome was obvious much earlier. By 9:45, the West campaign party was so packed that people spilled out into the hallways and lobby at the Boca Raton Marriott. The mood was glum at Klein’s party, where most of the crowd left early.

West was propelled by a charismatic speaking style, a promise to shatter the way Washington works, and a skillful ability to bridge the gap between the Republican Party establishment, whose leaders embraced him, and tea party activists, who revered him.

Klein was washed out of office by the same kind of political wave that sent him to Congress four years ago. In 2006, voters were disenchanted with the Republican Congress and then-President George W. Bush. In 2010, it’s the Democratic Congress and President Barack Obama.

It never ceases to stun me how the largest and most influential sectors of mass media abuse important concepts for rhetorical purposes and think, or perhaps do in fact, get away with it. I think it was Goebbels who said, ‘if you tell a lie tell a huge one and you will get away with it’ or perhaps it was Hitler but in any case, CNN has decided to take that strategy and run with it no matter what.

For CNN, middle aged working people who believe in the rule of law, in the US constitution as an important document which should dictate the bases of laws in the US, of limited government power and freedom of the individual, in other words of ordinary Americans from the time of the creation of the USA to now, are extremists while a government that spends trillions of dollars without records, who seal all facts concerning the President of the USA’s own background, where the list of unprecedented seemingly anti-American actions is too long to post in one go, is the middle ground.

Add to that that the British government who now openly admits to trying to destroy a traditional England with mass immigration from Muslim nations is mainstream to CNN while a bunch of very typical British people who merely want the rule of law where rational law was invented with Magna Carta to remain, who want a genuine tolerant society based on British culture to remain in force, and who want to stop the utter transformation of traditional England into a Sharia-Islamic state where British citizens would find themselves as second class citizens in their own country with nearly none of the rights that they themselves have given even to Illegal immigrants from Muslim nations.

CNN should be on that list for the next round of Nuremberg trials if indeed we manage to get back to sanity in the western world. Someone somewhere, take down some names.

People like myself who have warned for some years now about the steady Islamisation of Britain receive a torrent of scorn and abuse from the so-called custodians of our culture. Terms such as ‘scare-mongering’, exaggeration’ or ‘alarmism’ tumble out alongside the inevitable ‘Islamophobia’.

Now we can see what these cultural kamikazes are helping bring about. In the east London borough of Tower Hamlets, a man with reported links to radical Islamism, Lutfur Rahman, has been elected Mayor of the borough, giving him control of a billion-pound budget and thus the apparent installation of a platform for the progressive intimidation and silencing of British Muslims who do not want to live under sharia law, let alone the non-Muslim majority in the area.

In order to know anything about this crucial development, you have to read the Telegraph’s Andrew Gilligan who has been closely following what’s been going on in Tower Hamlets during the past year. He writes on his blog:

This is interesting. Yet when one white guy like Bernard Goetz actually shoots genuine violent criminals in the act of committing a crime against him, and acted in genuine self defence at the moment, it means a lifetime of being in court, of having your life destroyed with infamy and on it goes. Meanwhile, gangs of Muslims in Sweden travel around in cars full of illegal weapons actually hunting a criminal for which they have no description and not a cop in sight.

OMAR KHADR HAS 40 YEAR SENTENCE REDUCED TO EIGHT YEARS

“Former Army Sgt. Layne Morris, who lost an eye in the firefight that captured Khadr, said he was concerned that an eight-year sentence put the Canadian “on frankly the fast-track to freedom” and “the prime of his life.”

Layne Morris is right, jihadi Khadr has been placed on the fast track to freedom and an eventual suicide-homicide run against the infidel. A numerous amount of former Gitmo jihadi inmates have returned to the fight and there is not one person who can reasonably assure us that this dirtbag won’t do the same. 40 years wasn’t enough, that it was reduced to 8, is a travesty of justice. GUANTANAMO BAY NAVY BASE, Cuba — A military jury on Sunday gave teen terrorist Omar Khadr a 40-year prison sentence for killing an American commando in Afghanistan, but the sentence was merely symbolic — the United States already had agreed to limit Khadr’s prison time to eight years, and Canada last week said it would allow Khadr to serve the bulk of his sentence there. 

Canada had been cagey in public about its agreement to the deal, under which Khadr pleaded guilty to war crimes. But the military judge at Khadr’s trial on Sunday released an exchange of diplomatic notes between the U.S. and Canadian governments that included Canada’s assertion that it “is inclined to favourably consider Mr. Khadr’s application to be transferred to Canada to serve the remainder of his sentence” or whichever portion Canada’s National Parole Board decides is required. 

The note was signed by the Canadian Embassy on Oct. 23, with no name attached.
That agreement will allow Khadr to be released from prison by age 32, if not earlier under Canadian parole provisions. 

Khadr, 24, looked straight ahead when the jury foreman announced the 40-year sentence. The widow of his victim, Tabitha Speer, 40, cheered “yes,” and then wept. 

“He will forever be a murderer my eyes,” Speer said. 

The 40-year sentence, even though it will never be enforced, provided a sense of finality, she said — along with assurances that Khadr would never be allowed to enter the United States or ride on an airplane. 

The seven-officer jury was unaware that Khadr’s sentence had already been set before they began deliberating Saturday. 

Jurors were told only that Guantánamo’s youngest captive had pleaded guilty to five war crimes, including hurling the grenade that mortally wounded Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Speer, 28, during a July 2002 assault on an al Qaeda compound. Khadr was 15. 

The prosecution sought a 25-year sentence. Defense lawyers recommended repatriation. 

In a rebuke, the jury said he should be imprisoned until age 64. 

The Toronto-born Khadr also admitted that, in the days ahead of his capture, he planted mines intended to maim or kill U.S. and allied forces. He was captured near dead, treated by U.S. forces and sent to Guantánamo soon after his 16th birthday. 

The Pentagon’s Chief War Crimes Prosecutor, Navy Capt. John F. Murphy, said he made the eight-year plea deal with Khadr to secure the certainty of a conviction for the victims of the so-called “child-soldier.”
