attack on the Copenhagen temple

From Uriaposten:

Dear devotees,

On 6.12.,20.45 the temple in Copenhagen was attacked by a group of gundas with obviously Muslim background.First stones were thrown against the front of the residential temple building, then the window in the mathaji asrama got broken.[TK],the temple president, called police instantly.A single police officer arived, took notice of the dammage and left again.Half an hour later a bigger group of the same attackers arived, again throwing stones, entering the garden, braking this time windows in the Tulasi room, all the bottom windows facing the street.Finaly they tried to brake into the house, seeking direct physical conflict.

It didnt took long to find out the possible background of this attack.
(The temple was never exposed to such an incident before).

The same day two devotees, one of them living directly in the temple and the other outside, were biking closeby when they met on the street a car standing with open door. One passed, the other got blocked by the open door and complained.According to the statement of one of them he was directly attacked by the driver with a tool fetched from the car and as the other one came to his rescue,a fist fight started.Devotees sustained minor injuries.Finaly police arived at the scene and took record of the incident.

As the temple is located in a close Muslim neighbourhood, featuring a Muslim school, etc.,it is quite possible that these two incidents are related. The police didnt make sofar this connection, but its obvious. Continue Reading →

Simply BRILLIANT video from the Danish People’s Party (DPP)

“I AM DENMARK”

If ever European political parties stand a chance of halting Islamization by being able to challenge the media blockade of silence and condemnation that surrounds it: this will be the way.

Politically this is a superbly intelligent video that recognizes what a lot of European freedom parties do not: that voters largely do not vote for negatives. They instinctively vote “for” things, positive visions, more than they do “against” things. And if you are a native European, it might actually, just bring a little tear to your eye.

NO CHRISTMAS STORY FOR DANISH KINDERGARTEN THIS YEAR, STAFF DOESN’T WANT TO UPSET MUSLIMS

Grinch dhimmis strike again

A dear friend of the Tundra Tabloids mentioned the following concerning this story, in the FPN.DK. We were both aghast at the ease in which portions of society, in the willingness to be tolerant, would so brazenly discriminate against members of its own society. KGS

NOTE: Remember folks, rejection of Islam, just the saying no to it, is tantamount to charges of discriminationa and bigotry….islamophobia.

Chipping away at the host society’s foundation, one little piece at a time, until that society finally accepts that it has no right to be different to the immigrants to whom it has extended a helping hand out of sheer naivity and well-intentioned but ultimately self-destructive sincerity.

I just don’t get it. We’re Jewish – and Zionist – and proud of both. When our kids were at school and the autumn term came to an end, there was the traditional end of term celebration in the church. It is merely TRADITION, not forced conversion, for heaven’s sake. Our kids survived, and survived very well. They are still Jewish, very much so. We have chosen to live in a nominally Christian country, where people celebrate things like Easter, Christmas, Midsummer, even Crayfish Premiere. Jews don’t eat crayfish – should we insist that the nation change its tradition to accommodate us? Absurd beyond belief.

The staff has decided not to participate in the traditional Christmas service in Lillerød Church because a high proportion of children in the institution are Muslims.

“The reason is that we have several Muslim families who do not want their children to go to church. And so we decided to say “no thanks” because we also have our everyday work,” said Susan Lund Andersen, the headmaster of “Ørnevang” to Jyllands Posten.

The decision to drop the Christmas church service causes great annoyance at the vicar of Lillerød Church who believe that the Christmas worship service is an important part of the Danish Christmas tradition.

Would amend the program
“I was upset and annoyed that they cancelled. They called and asked if I could make the program so they could participate. I always end the ceremony with the bright blessing of the children, and they wanted me to refrain from that for the sake of the children’s religion,” says Carsten Mulnæs who is the vicar.

He believes that “Ørnevang” – the institution – has taken a wrong decision because now all the kids are unable to attend the Christmas service.

“I believe that children should have the opportunity, because it is a Danish tradition. I know that the institution has a large representation of Muslim children, but I know that not all families have a problem with going to church. I think a majority of the kids will be cheated, “says Carsten Mulnæs.

It affects integration

The organization Muslims in Dialogue is sorry that the neglect impacts the children who would like to go to church.

“I think it’s a shame if it goes beyond the children who actually wanted to go to church. But on the other hand, I do not think one should force anyone to participate, who do not want to, whatever religion they belong to, “says Vice President Nihad Hodzic.

The act made Carsten Mulnæs write a reader posts in today’s edition of Frederiksborg County newspaper, where he emphasizes the church’s role in integration.

“You can not integrate into nothing. But that is exactly what we risk as with that kindergarten: Nothing. It is not respect for Muslims, but disrespect for our own history.”

The service is not crucial
The argument that the Christmas worship service is important for integration has not the great impact among Muslims in Dialogue.

“I understand that the priest gets upset that the institution refuse to go to his church, but I do not believe that it actually works against integration. Personally I have never participated in a Christmas sermon, and I do not think that it is essential for integration, “said Nihad Hodzic.

Pigs, mosques and the rules of magic.

I wish I could remember all the times that the issue of stopping mosque construction has been discussed just to have someone or other interject that all that needs doing is burying parts of pigs or pig products and the ground has been desecrated and no mosque can be built there.

My position has always been that this must be patent nonsense. For one thing, one should never use the rules of the enemy when fighting them. Especially when they make those rules up as they go along. I mean surely if they can make up a rule, assuming of course that one such rule actually exists in the first place, they can make up a fix for it. Think of any video game that uses magic. ‘Your spell stops me from building a castle but my magic shield blocks your spell’ sort of thing. If these people believe in ‘Allah’ and Djinn and demons and devils and all sorts of magic and superstition then surely they can mumble a few words over the pig-soaked soil and start pouring a foundation.

That is of course, if any of that is even necessary at all. My guess would be they would just charge the guy with a hate crime and a health code infraction and build the damn thing.

Then an interesting thing happened. I saw a story about a proposed mosque in Switzerland where a person-or-persons-unknown went to town on the lot with 4 pig heads, a pig and I think, some pig blood as well. Clearly someone ate the gelatin on the idea that you could stop a mosque that way. One would imagine that the fact that they bought the land under false pretenses alone would be enough, but it seems someone wanted to go the ‘magic’ route instead and throw the old pig-skin around instead. (Which begs the question. Can Muslims play football?) I mean lets face it. If this works, then we could deal with Iran using the cheapest military campaign in human history. Overfly the holy city of Qom with a Hercules transport carrier filled with bacon bits and drop it like pink snow. That’l learn em.

On the other hand…

there is this:

It would appear that this was done in 2006 and the mosque was never built. Now of course, correlation is not causation. The owner may not have the money, there could be zoning issues, there could be any number of reasons why this mosque still has not been built. But it hasn’t.

Now we have this:

It will be most interesting to watch and see if this has any effect at all. I have my doubts personally. But it will be interesting to see.

Here is the same video as above but with German titles.

This I do know. If you really do want to stop a mosque, and are ready to do the work, talk to this guy.

Sharia Law Grows with Impunity in Denmark and elswhere in Europe

Islamic Topics - Little Burka Mermaid

A Muslim group in Denmark has launched a campaign to turn parts of Copenhagen and other Danish cities into “Sharia Law Zones” that would function as autonomous enclaves ruled by Islamic law. The Danish Islamist group Kaldet til Islam (Call to Islam) says the Tingbjerg suburb of Copenhagen will be the first part of Denmark to be subject to Sharia law, followed by the Nørrebro district of the capital and then other parts of the country, the center-right Jyllands-Posten newspaper reported on October 17.

Call to Islam says it will dispatch 24-hour Islamic ‘morals police’ to enforce Sharia law in those enclaves. The patrols will confront anyone caught drinking alcohol, gambling, going to discothèques or engaging in other activities the group views as running contrary to Islam.

Integration Minister Karen Haekkerup told Jyllands-Posten “I consider this to be very serious. Anything that attempts to undermine our democracy, we must crack down on it and consistently so.”

The Call to Islam group promotes Salafism, a fundamentalist sect within Sunni Islam that espouses a literalist reading of Islamic scriptures and adheres to a conservative and highly regulated puritan lifestyle.

Salafism also seeks the destruction of Western democracy, which is to be replaced by a Universal Islamic Caliphate, a worldwide Islamic theocracy regulated by Sharia law.

In a statement on its website, Call to Islam asks: “How can we [Muslims] claim to be followers of the Sunnah [principles established by the Islamic prophet Mohammed] and defend the best Deen [doctrines of Allah], when we prefer to live among the infidels, be subject to their laws, emulate them and fail to differentiate ourselves from their kufr [camp of unbelievers]? How can we claim to love Allah and His Messenger when we are embarrassed to call for Sharia? How can we be indifferent to the establishment of Allah’s rule on Earth, which is a duty for every Muslim?”

Islamists seek to introduce ‘Sharia zones’

The Copenhagen Post:

A majority of Danish Muslims distance themselves from small group of extremists

Most Muslims in Denmark rejected the Salafists’ call for Sharia Law

A fundamentalist Islamic group wants to set up zones in Copenhagen where Islamic Sharia Law should be upheld.

The group, ‘The Call to Islam’, belongs to a branch of Islam called Salafism, whose followers in the UK attempted to introduce similar Sharia zones in London earlier this summer.

According to Jyllands-Posten newspaper, the group is led by the imam Abu Ahmed, who has taught several people subsequently linked to terrorist activities.

The Call to Islam intends to start patrolling the Copenhagen neighbourhood of Tingbjerg before extending into Nørrebro and eventually the whole of Denmark. Muslims found to be drinking and gambling would be reprimanded for breaking Islamic code. Continue Reading →

Copenhagen: Jewish woman attacked by boy who’s been told to ‘kill all Jews’

Frankly, I would call this a threat and not an attack. It is barely worth noting normally. But in this case, I would call it a’ future-history dress rehearsal.’

From Islam in Europe:

(The Jewish Cemetery in Copenhagen)

The report doesn’t state the religion of the attackers, but Danish authorities have been concerned for a long time about the effects of antisemitic Arab satellite TV on Muslim-Danish kids.

Via Danish Police (h/t Uriasposten):

A 21-year old Jewish woman was overseeing the Jewish cemetery in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen this past Sunday when two young boys of foreign origin, about 13 years old, approached and asked what the place was.

She answered it was a Jewish cemetery. One of the boys asked whether she was Jewish, to which she answered in the affirmative. At this point he pulled out a corkscrew and threatened her, saying he’d been told he should kill all Jews.

The other boy told him to stop. Both boys then ran off.

Danish Mega-Mosque Funded by Iran

The city council of Copenhagen has given its final approval for the construction of the first official “Grand Mosque” in the Danish capital. The mega-mosque will have a massive blue dome as well as two towering minarets and is architecturally designed to stand out on Copenhagen’s low-rise skyline.

Unlike most mosques in Europe, which cater to Sunni Muslims, the mosque in Copenhagen pertains to Shia Islam. The mosque is being financed by the Islamic Republic of Iran; critics say that theocrats in Tehran intend to use the mosque to establish a recruiting center for the militant Shia Muslim group, Hezbollah in Europe.

Critics of the Shia mosque have warned local politicians that the building will be owned by the Iranian regime for use as a propaganda center as well as a platform from which to recruit impressionable Muslim immigrant youths for service to Hezbollah. But the Copenhagen city council states that who pays for building the mosque is none of its concern.

The Copenhagen mosque is, in fact, being built by Ahlul Beit Foundation, a radical Shia Muslim proselytizing and political lobbying group run by the Iranian government. Ahlul Beit already runs around 70 Islamic centers around the world, and has, as its primary goal, the promoting of the religious and political views of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

My Experiences with a Danish Sharia-Zone

From Gates of Vienna:

Below is an article published last Sunday by a former Danish leftist, who writes about sharia-controlled zones in his old neighborhood in Århus.

Many thanks to Steen for the tip, and to Nemo for the translation.

Cultural enrichment in Gellerupparken

My Experiences with a Danish Sharia-Zone
by Dan Ritto

On the front page of today’s edition of [Danish newspaper] Ekstra-Bladet you can see the headline ‘Here, sharia law applies’, and a map of the areas of the country where the imams and so-called cultural societies have established an alternative judicial system based on sharia law.

One of these areas is Gellerupparken, where I used to live and participate in what I thought was an effort to integrate immigrants into society. A feature article in the newspaper says that according to experts, these areas will, in the course of 10-15 years, be anti-democratic. I’ll stipulate that depending on what you mean by “democratic”, Gellerup has already turned that corner.

Unfortunately, the criticisms coming from Islam-sceptics like myself are almost always swept off the table with the remark that we are stupid and ignorant. Therefore in the following I will present my credentials and background for talking about conditions in Gellerup, so that the readers themselves can judge whether I am ignorant or not.

When I returned home from seminary in London in 2004, I had no possessions except for some boxes with my books in them — and the clothes on my back. I had no money and no place to live. A couple of months later I got my apartment — in Gellerupparken, because back then as now it was very quick and easy to get an apartment there. On top of that the apartments were actually surprisingly lovely, in spite of the reputation the area had.

After some time I became an active member of the society called ‘Multikulturel Forening’ [Multicultural Society]. I even became its vice-president. But before then, very soon after moving in, actually, I had new neighbours. It was a very nice guy who moved in along with his family — among them a son in a wheelchair. No one in the family spoke any language other that Arabic, so I never got to talk to any of them. But they always greeted me with big smiles and a lot of warmth, and they as well as the master of the house made a fantastic impression. His name was Shaykh Raed Hlayhel. Shaykh Hlayhel was imam in the mosque on Grimshøjvej, but that interested me little back then. Later, when the whole cartoon crisis erupted, I learned with amazement that my good neighbour was one of the imams who travelled and spread lies about Denmark throughout the Middle East.

DENMARK: MUSLIM EXTREMISTS LOVE DANISH PEOPLE’S PARTY AND PIA KJAERSGAARD

The more back to basics a Muslim goes, the more extreme he or she becomes. So reforming Islam which means getting back to basics means producing more fundamustards like these two numbskulls. KGS

[There are estimated to be 30,000 Muslims, who abstain from voting for people on choice. Right now working on getting democratic Muslims to stay home from the polling stations.]

TV: I am a Muslim extremist – but love the words of Pia Kjærsgaard

Ektstrabladet: Up to 10,000 extreme Muslims refuse to vote in Denmark – ekstrabladet.dk’ve met two of them. Here’s why they love Kjaersgaard and hates democracy

– I love Pia Kjærgaard’s words. She said democracy and Islam can not go hand in hand. She’s right. She’s right. DF is right. It is totally the way it should be understood, says the energetic Adnan Avdic in an ekstrabladet.dk interview with his Muslim friend and companion of faith Ali Salim.

If you ask Adnan why he has more respect for Pia than the other candidates who are far more conciliatory towards the Muslim settlers, he explains:

– Because she is honest. Kjaersgaard is honest. Why? She says straight out, you are the enemies of Islam. She does not like Muslims. The others wrap it. We know where she stands.

Fear Allah

Pia should neither expect Adnan’s or Ali’s voices or extra help in distributing DF-brochures. For while they share, according to Adnan, a fundamental viewpoint, but that means to fight each other, not sharing.

– We are out in the streets to tell people that they should not vote. They should fear Allah, says Adnan.

So far we have managed the two salifister to 300 Muslims who voted at the last election into not voting this time. Additionally, they had 300 scheduled first-time voters to stay home on the couch, assesses Adnan and Ali.

MORE RAMADAMADINGDONG BOOM: MOSQUE IN DENMARK SCENE OF INTER-RIVALRY BETWEEN FUNDAMUSTARDS, ONE DEAD

Right now it’s still a bit unclear. There are witnesses who say shots were fired from a car that sped off, and others sre saying that shots came from the mosque itself (Muslim Culture Institute Amerikavej 19-21 København V). The Finnish report is the only one that the TT has seen mentioning that the police believe that the shooting is between two Muslim groups. KGS

UPDATE: 1 killed, 2 injured in shooting near Danish mosque:

A spokesman for the Muslim institute, who declined to give his name before hanging up the telephone, told The Associated Press that the incident took place on a parking lot next to the mosque as hundreds of people were leaving the 9 a.m. prayer service.

Kuran Qureshi, who attended the prayers, told Danish broadcaster TV2 in a live interview that he had witnessed two groups of “younger men having some kind of argument” on the parking lot just before the shooting started.

One dead after shooting near Copenhagen mosque

From: NewsCore August 30, 2011 7:46PM

DAILY TELEGRAPH: ONE person has died and another was wounded in a shooting near a Copenhagen mosque.

Muslim worshippers were celebrating Eid al Fitr to mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan when the shooting occurred, Danish newspaper BT reported.

“I can confirm that one [person] is killed, and another is wounded,” Copenhagen deputy police inspector Lau Thygesen said.

Witnesses told BT that gunfire broke out as worshippers left the mosque. Up to 20 shots were fired. Police cordoned off the scene of the shooting, and an investigation was underway.

Finnish media has it:

Religious Muslims busy tearing down campaign posters in Denmark

“I saw men with beards and long robes tearing them down” is the money quote there. The article is in Danish but I took screen caps of the google translation and posted them here. Anyone who speaks Danish please feel free to correct the translation and add context in the comments. What party is she running for as an example, and why are Muslims targeting them?
