Afghan who stabbed refugee aid worker to death in Germany is cleared after court hears it was self-defence

An Afghan who stabbed a refugee aid worker to death in Germany has walked free from court after judges ruled he had acted in self-defence. 

The 18-year-old defendant, named as Seyed M., was accused of manslaughter after 20-year-old Jose M. died in a park in Ochtrup, north-west Germany, last May in a row about a girl. 

 

Prosecutors at the court in Münster had demanded a three-year jail sentence but judges ruled Seyed had been defending himself, Bild reported. 

The court heard Jose had put the Afghan in a headlock and punched him in the face, and that Seyed had initially tried to defend himself more ‘mildly’ with a glass bottle.

Freiburg – The evening started with a techno party two weeks ago in a Freiburg disco. For a girl (18) the night ended in the nightmare: The Syrian Majd H. (21) raped her in front of the club in the bushes. After the deed, the refugee brought his friends, and at least seven other men (19-30 years) raped the defenceless woman (she was drugged) for over four hours. The seven perpetrators are Syrians, another suspect (25) has a German passport. Everyone is now in custody!

Unbelievable: According to BILD information, the main culprit, Majd H., was already being sought for another arrest warrant by the police before the gang rape. He should have been in custody at the time of the crime!

The unbelievable act:     On the night of October 14, the victim went to the disco with a friend. The girls met Majd H. and one of his friends there.
Majd H. is said to have sold an ecstasy tablet to the 18-year-old. After taking the pill, Majd H. gave her a drink. Whether there were K.-O.-drops in it, it to be clarified through the investigation by the police.
According to the latest findings, Majd H. led the girl out around midnight. What happened then, the police described on Friday as follows: “In a nearby shrubbery, it came to a sexual assault, according to the victim. After this, more perpetrators are said to have raped the incapacitated girl. ”

This photo, which shows Majd H. with a machine gun, he published two years ago on Facebook and wrote: “I am a Kurd and my heart is iron. I am from the city of Qamishli. “

The girl told the police that she was unable to move or call for help in the bushes. BILD learned: Investigators believe that up to 15 perpetrators have raped the 18-year-old!! It was not until four o’clock in the morning that the tormentors left her

She filed a complaint on the same day. The police could secure the DNA. Five days later, the DNA database of the Federal Criminal Police Office reported a match: On October 20, the police arrested the friend (19) of the chief perpetrator in an asylum center.
The police continued: “Further investigations, interrogations, forensic investigations as well as covert measures have led to the gradual arrest of further suspects last week. On October 25, the last one could be arrested. ”

Who are the rapists?

Interview with former Dutch PVV politician and convert to Islam, accused of orchestrating gang rape and beating

Here is an interesting video from the Netherlands, (thanks to C for translating) of an interview with a man who was a PVV (Geert Wilders party) and converted not just to islam, but to Wahhabi islam. The most obnoxious and supremacist form of Islam.

The fellow interviewing him, is another convert, but seems somehow to be trying to extract a confession of sorts. The confession being about his involvement in the alleged orchestrated rape and assault of a Dutch politician who subsequently committed suicide and left a suicide video, published here, where she accuses the interviewee.

Islamic terrorist murders Israeli while he is out shopping for food

It grieves me to add this twitter thread about how many are treating this act of murderous terrorism against a man in Israel shopping for food.

The only good thing about it, is how perfect an example it is of the current, smug, leftist antisemitism that has been made the new-normal thanks to the Islamic-leftist alliance at universities.

The big story yesterday, which was so large and important that it was not directly dealt with here, because it needed more time than was available, is the stabbings of people by migrants from the middle East who are almost certainly muslim, and the resultant protests by very ordinary and average Germans, which the media has been playing as far right Nazi like, islamophobic extremists. All of course, without admitting the killers are muslim.

Here are some videos dealing with the subject, some from yesterday and some today, and not in any particular order so check the date it was uploaded if you want a timeline.

The main purpose of this post is to draw your attention to the events. Not to present a thorough analysis of them, even though it richly deserves such an analysis.

DW, a government propaganda organ much like BBC or CBC, makes it into a full on Nazi protest against poor victims who’s only crime was murdering a few random germans.

This video, dated today, has Merkel saying one man was killed. Actually several were stabbed and a second man succumbed to his wounds yesterday making it two who are dead. The sense is that Merkel and the media is downplaying what actually happened.
