Most of us are keenly aware of how Geert Wilders, the leader of the Dutch opposition party, the PVV, and would be the hands down winner of a federal election if it were to happen now, was convicted of a hate crime for suggesting that immigration should be adjusted away From the current European policies which reflect the axioms of International Socialism, AKA communism.
He suggested to a friendly audience that if he were Prime Minister, there would be less Moroccans immigrating to the Netherlands, as they are the most criminal and antisocial group of people in the Netherlands.
This is fact that is well known to pretty much everyone in the Netherlands.
It is the actual job description of an opposition party in a democracy, to oppose government policies that are ineffective, against the national interests, and or born by corruption, and implement when possible other policies which will be in the national interest and to use science and reason, Greek thought, in order to determine which is which. So The Rt. Hon, member of the Dutch Parliament, Geert Wilders, was convicted for doing exactly what his job is, because his policy is a deterrent to the ultimate goal of the destruction of the nation-state and the transformation to a communist West. And probably world.
And now we have what happened to British Home Secretary,Amber Rudd. Not as dramatic, but every bit the same in application of principles of cultural Marxism over reason and rule of law.
And now a mayor of Weert, a Dutch city, may face criminal charges for trying to implement a curfew for illegal migrants on New Years Eve in the Netherlands.
He may face criminal charges, for suggesting on one night, where it is well known that muslim illegal migrants commit organized mass crimes against European women in many countries and many cities, people who should not be in Europe in the first place, who are criminal merely for being where they are, should not have free run of the streets on one night, and the night where massive amounts of crimes by illegal migrants are known to be taking place.
Jos Heijmans, the Mayor of Weert, a city in the South of the Netherlands, issued the emergency decree forcing all asylum seekers to stay inside the compound of the local asylum centre as he feared a group of 26 North Africans would run amok during New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Now a union that represents people convicted of crimes has filed a criminal complaint against the mayor.
The Union of Lawbreakers’ secretary Christiaan Bekema said: “We are talking about an illegal restraint order.”
He said that if the judge agreed with the measure being disproportionate, the asylum-seekers could seek compensation.
The Centre for Public Order and Safety, a research institute of the University of Groningen in north-eastern Holland, deemed the restraining order illegal and stated that only a judge could issue it, not city authorities.
In fact the lesson here is twofold. Clearly Marxism is being used to bring down the temple of classical civilization. And it is using its favourite tool, selective enforcement.
The way it works is, rule of law is used selectively to advantage Muslims and Marxists, and where rule of law goes against those interests, they use Marxist base logic to allow and enforce that.
But the other lesson, while related, is at least as important.
And that is the idea that using a law and order solution to what is a military problem is a formula for the loss of everything we have.
If you hold that idea as a kind of template through which to view much of the news, it will become clear how that works.

The Guardian, a great example of “fake news”
Check out the headline on Fake news purveyor, The Guardian concerning the Geert Wilders verdict:
Did a court find Geert guilty on a criminal charge? Yes.
But the whole thing adds up to a Soviet style approach to reality.
The real headline should read, “Dutch Courts criminalize non-Marxist opposition views on immigration”.
Geert did not say anything that the leader of an opposition party is not obligated to say by his job description. If the vast majority of your antisocial behaviour problems are coming from Muslim illegals from Morocco, or even legal ones, the smart thing to do is bring in less of them. And that is exactly verbatim what he said.
And calling Geert Wilders far right to equate him the with National Socialist Workers Party of 1930s Germany, is a cheap rhetorical trick at best.
But really its outright dishonest. Even if you were to call him “far right wing” because like we at this site, believe in small government, maximum individual rights and responsibilities, and ending many of the institutions which are now state sponsored, like schools, it would still be wrong.
And they didn’t mean it that way anyway.
Geert Wilders believes homosexuals and Jewish people ought to be able to walk Dutch streets free of the current real danger of being attacked by Muslims, determined to turn Holland into a sharia compliant state.
That is the definition of a classical liberal. And in terms of state run institutions, he is pretty much far left, believing that the government should pay for most services from cradle to grave. Only he feels that this should apply to honest hard working people who have actually paid into the Dutch system via taxes or the truly disabled.
Not every thug that manages to trick their way into the country.
The Guardian uses a process that many who escaped from behind the Iron Curtain in then bad old days of the Soviet Union will remember from their fake news. Guilty of thought crimes. Telling truths that are not allowed.
And so now we have another data point for what is fake news.

The deputy head of MS blocking nationalists on Facebook: In Poland there is no consensus on censorship
In Poland, we don’t accept censorship; we will analyze in legal terms, what we can do about Facebook blocking profiles associated with the national movements – announced on Wednesday, Deputy Minister of Justice Patryk Jaki. It’s outrageous – he believes.
National-movement-activists reported on Twitter that in recent days some profiles disappeared from Facebook, among others, the March of Independence, the National Movement, the National Radical Camp and All-Polish Youth. Administrators also blocked profiles of activists.
Nationalists, who are blaming, primarily employees of the Polish branch of Facebook for the removal , planned for a November 5th protest against the Warsaw seat of the social networking site.
Patryk Jaki, Deputy Minister stressed on Wednesday in “Signals day” in the radio Jedynka that Poland is “the cradle of democracy and freedom.” “We don’t accept censorship” – he said.
Asked whether the prosecution should look into blocking of the patriotic pages and and pages with a related content among others” the Independence March, the deputy head of the Ministry of Justice replied: “We will analyze in legal terms, what we can do, because actually what happens on Facebook, but also on Twitter, is outrageous.”
Asked whether the prosecution can do anything against a company, that is outside the Polish jurisdiction, he said: “Today we’re wondering if we can do something. Probably, the possibilities we have, are limited, but even the ones that we have, I think we should use them “.
“There are allowed (on Facebook) pages, that offend the Catholic Church, vulgar ones, others- referring to the communist ideology, but not allowed are Polish patriotic slogans? Something here is not right and it absolutely can not be accepted,” – he said.
According to him, “evidently patriotic Polish pages are often being harassed.” “Only one type of [FB] page in the political dispute is being harassed (…), and the others, even the most vulgar ones, act freely. Here, clearly something is wrong with freedom and democracy,” – said the deputy minister. In his view, blocking patriots “is a question of those people, who are responsible for these sites in Poland.”
Also digitization minister Anna Stre?y?ska, expressed her opinion and wrote Tuesday on Twitter: “Concerning FB problem, I act as I see fit and reasonable, within the law, and my competence; in order to solve the problem rather than inflame it.”
Polish League Against Defamation [non-government civil rights organization] on its website published a statement in which he states that “censorship used by Facebook,” is a violation of, among others, Art. 54 of the Constitution, which says that “everyone shall have the freedom to express opinions and to acquire and disseminate information, and preventive censorship means of social communication and the licensing of the press shall be prohibited.” “Because FB operates on Polish territory is obliged to adhere to the Polish legal order” – emphasized Polish League Against Defamation.
The organization also announced that it filed two notices of a possible crime by the administration of Facebook regarding the violation of article. 196 CC, which reads: “Whoever disrespects the religious feelings of others, by desecrating publicly an object of religious worship or a place for the public performance of religious rites, is subject to a fine, imprisonment or imprisonment for up to 2 years.”

1. Protesters break windows, start fires in Oakland in response to Trump victory
That didn’t take long… On Wednesday, KTVU reported that protesters took to the streets hours after Republican Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election, starting fires and breaking windows.
According to KTVU:
Up to 100 people were said to have gathered in downtown Oakland to protest the results. Many spectators had gathered on Telegraph Avenue and continue to march. BART has shut down the 12th street station in downtown Oakland as a result.
We are hearing reports of broken windows and cars on fire.
In this next one, Portland leftists burn an American flag. What I don’t get is, how is this different behaviour than if Hillary had won?
I like the guy’s sign. There is zero evidence of Trump’s fascist tendencies, but a preponderance of proof that the Clintons are a crime family that sells US foreign policy for personal gain.
