This is the top of a very slippery slope, it is straight out of many distopian SF novels and short stories, if you follow this through to the logical conclusion you end up with the world of “1984”. Modern technology has to be giving he wanna be dictators in the Western World orgasms at the thought of the total control it can give them. This has to be stopped and stopped now, if they start doing this with one small selected group of people within 20 years everyone will be chipped and tracked 24 hours a day.
