Follow up to humiliating robbery of Swedish boy by illegal migrants

Remember the story of the muslim migrant gangs that would humiliate and rob Swedes in racist attacks where they would urinate on Swedish kids calling them “Svens” or other what they imputed to be derogatory names?

Lets have a look at what happened to one of the main offenders after he was caught and charged.

Humiliation/Robbers sentenced to Juvenile care- (One) refuses to take his sentence

In February, a 16-year-old was sentenced to juvenile care for three robberies, two cases of abuse, and one case of unlawful detention. One of the robberies received a lot of attention when the robbers urinated upon their victim, which was filmed and disseminated. But the 16-year-old refuses to accept his sentence. He has left the HVB home and refuses to return.

After a very attention (grabbing) humiliation-robbery, where the robbers urinated on their victim, a 16-year-old was sentenced to juvenile care.

But now, Aftonbladet reveals that the care placement isn’t working-since the 16-year-old refuses to accept his sentence. The 16-year-old has left the HVB home where he was placed, and refuses to return.

Prosecutor Mirna Lelic feels that the penalty doesn’t work and wants to see other actions. In (her) memo to the district court, she says that “social services has made several attempts to get him to return, among which, to contact him and buy him a train ticket. But that has not helped.

“Then I think that he misunderstands this so much that this punishment should be eliminated,” Mirna Lelic tells Aftonbladet.

The problem is that the sentence value for for the crimes the 16-year-old was convicted of, is too low for (lock-down) youth care to be in effect. Lock down youth care requires that the penalty is at least one year.

“And the district court ruled that the sentence is 8 months (in custody), so that doesn’t rise to the limit beyond which he could be sentenced to lock down youth care. So it’s a little tricky,” Lelic tells Aftonbladet.

Södertörn’s district court will request a new opinion from Social Services, after which the parties will be called to a meeting to express their views.

In February, Prosecutor Mirna Lelic told Aftonbladet that the sentence of the newly-convicted robbers didn’t mean loss of freedom.

“They are not locked up. It is not like a prison in that you cannot leave. It is not that,” said Lelic to Nyheter Idag.

More vial than the dishonest ambush of Aia Fog on Danish TV, is the removal of the bust of the methods of dishonesty used against her by Youtube, that Tommy Robinson did.

Its one thing to select what you can show on Youtube based on some kind of reasonable criteria. Its another thing to selectively enforce it based on an agenda. But to let dishonest busts of a citizen by Danish National TV to stay on Youtube and remove proof that it was dishonest, that is another thing again.

French teen gets her own police protection after short video with plain talk about Islam

Where to begin with this one.

Many men have gone to jail or faced court for saying less than this about islamic immigration or islam. But we have to be pleased that in this case, she is getting protection.

But then we have the problem that if the French state is going to offer protection to anyone who tells the truth about Islam, or more directly, speaks in a way about Islam which is not favourable, then France is clearly going to have to import millions of muslims and hire them to be guards for people who do not like Islam and say so. Because the obvious solution of using the rule of law, and ending the immigration of hundreds of thousands of people who adhere to a retrograde ideology which is antithetical to Western thought and culture, and I am being so kind in my language that it is effectively a lie of omission, will not be considered.

Marine Le Pen is France’s only hope of surviving as a French polity as is Salvini’s Italy’s.

Here is another example of a fellow who will not be arrested for a hate crime, banned from Twitter or Youtube and probably has quite a few followers on Facebook.

I would say that is court-worthy evidence of counselling murder of people for being part of an identifiable group.

Let’s compare that to the banning of Tommy Robinson from every social media site with exactly zero evidence that he broke any speech codes or laws concerning what may not be said.

Maybe its time for another look at how Marcuse set up the idea that through the use of repressive tolerance, a minority can control a majority:

Please pay special attention to this video. This brilliant woman could not be more aware of the nature of what is happening to her. It raises the question as to whether that means they will feel compelled to abandon this farce of a trial for “hate” or double down to set the example. Which is of course what communists always do.

I believe this is the same woman giving a speech describing her arrest and the treatment she received at the hands of an increasingly totalitarian state.

This might also be a good time to consider why the 2nd amendment in the US constitution was a stroke of genius and prescience as well.

When selective enforcement is always one direction, it needs a new name.

The best candidates I can think of is Marcuse’s “Repressive Tolerance”, or possibly, “aufheben der Kultur”. Although one may just be an expression of the other.

In any case, there will be no Human Rights Commissions against this guy for this, or I am told, for any of his numerous past ‘hate crimes’ speeches.

If this gets enough publicity, like the imam at the Toronto Masjid, they will fight it with BS in the Toronto Star, or hide the guy till it blows over. But if one of us was to use his language about Islam or muslims, and even with fourth worthy evidence that it was true, then we know what would happen to us.

And this little segment of a speech shows that our law and order society has indeed been successfully over ran by Marxist thought and methods.
