To quote Baron Bodissey: “this is the first break in the cordon sanitaire I’ve seen.” Also the ‘journalist’ is clearly appalled by the announcement and tries to strafe his guest.

A driver of Northern African background drove onto the pedestrian walk at a main traffic road in Palma on Saturday morning. Five people who were waiting at a bus stop were injured, the Spanish sister newspaper of MM, Ultima Hora report on their webpage.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested. He is being charged with battery and endangering the safety of the traffic. Word is that according to police, the young driver of Moroccan nationality lost control over the car. The car came to a stop at the outer wall of a branch bank.
Panic broke out immediately after the accident at the scene of the accident at the Avenida Alejandro Rosselló near the central Plaza España. Police started a large scale operation to get the situation under control quickly. Initially, there is no information about the backgrounds of the accident which occurred around 10 AM CET.
According to Spanish Media reports, the police are now investigating if it is a simple traffic accident, or if other motives could lie behind the incident.
One of the victims suffered grave injuries. Ultima Hora tweets that the injured are four tourists from the Northwestern Spanish region Galicia, all of them old age pensioners, and one young person from Palma.

This may be a good time to point out that various religious Islamic groups have called for muslims world-wide to retaliate for our recent successful military expeditions to reduce the influence of Islam militarily in parts of South Asia and the Middle East, with these kinds of attacks. The government-media complex likely tries to use a dampening effect on them by not reporting them as they are. Agree or disagree with that strategy, if indeed it is in play, it still results in a totalitarian state when in peacetime, governments collude with media to misinform the public, either through misinformation or more often, omission.

Sebastian Gorka. the corporate media’s new bogey man
It seems that the CNN and other manufacturers of illusions designed to disenfranchise Donald Trump, have chosen Sebastian Gorka as their newest target, possibly to try and draw attention from Trump-Tap, which they are rapidly discovering was perhaps the largest scandal and abuse of power by a sitting president since maybe ever in the USA.
Pajamas Media seems to frame the issue here.
The most outrageous tissue of lies I have seen in my forty-five years as a journalist appeared yesterday on the website of The Forward, a once-great Jewish publication long since absorbed into the echo chamber of liberal propaganda.
The Forward trumpeted an exclusive: It claimed to have found a 2007 Hungarian television interview with Dr. Sebastian Gorka, now a national security adviser to President Trump, in which Gorka endorsed a militia then proposed by anti-Semitic political parties. Embedded in the “exclusive” story is a clip of Dr. Gorka speaking on Hungarian television full of jarring cuts and jumps, and ending strangely in mid-sentence. The Forward may style itself Jewish, but it learned its journalism from classic anti-Semitism.
In fact, as David Reaboi shows at RedState, the Forward’s clip edits out Gorka’s denunciation of the anti-Semitic parties for exploiting popular fears in order to advance their own agenda. Gorka explicitly says that it is the ultra-right parties that are behind the proposal, and that his party, the New Democratic Coalition, is not behind it.
Well. Lets have a look at that actual interview itself, which thanks to the efforts of many good and hard working people, CrossWare especially who did the actual translation and Gates of Vienna who did the edit and prepared the file for subtitling.
Catching Corporate media lying, fabricating evidence, and selectively editing to create a false impression of the truth is now so common it no longer carries the kind of horror and disgust that it rightly should. Much like Muslim migrants raping European Christian girls or beating up Jewish children also has lost its shock.
But all these cases are a sign of the moral slide that leftism and Islam have brought as their principle import to classical civilization. It does not mean that the effects of these actions are any less serious than we always knew they were.

TORONTO — University of Toronto psychology professor Dr. Jordan Peterson has had a federal research grant application denied for the first time in his long and distinguished academic career.
And he’s certain that the rejection from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, the government agency that supports post-secondary research, is linked to the controversy surrounding his stand on gender-neutral pronouns such as “zie” and “zher,” and the modern notion of gender as being fluid.
That his application was also rated so poorly is telling, he said, meaning that if the proposal had just missed the mark, it might have been a credible critique, but the proposal failed abysmally.
Julia Gualtieri, spokeswoman for the council, said in an email Monday that grants are awarded through a merit review process, and that “past funding is not a guarantee of further funding.” Names of the peer review committee members will be publicly posted once all applicants have been fully notified, she said. Well before Peterson erupted on to the public consciousness last fall with his YouTube videos questioning the current push for genderless pronouns and gender equity, he was recognized as a respected scientist.
He taught at Harvard University for six years.
His so-called “h-index,” for instance, is considered exceptional.
The h-index is the result of physicist Jorge Hirsch’s attempt to measure the quality of scientists, not just the number of times he or she was published.
In other words, both productivity and impact are measured.
According to Hirsch, after 20 years of research, an h-index of 20 is good, 40 outstanding; Peterson’s score is 49. His total citation count is almost 8,000.
For those not familiar with the brilliant Dr. Peterson, here is a video of a lecture he gave recently in Ottawa, which in today’s climate, thanks to the resurgent totalitarian left, is a brave position to have, but really really should’t be.
Can any reader of this site, find an example of leftist and even openly Marxist profs with 1/4 of the credentials but no problems getting grants?
