Germany’s Jews urged not to wear kippahs after attacks

The leader of Germany’s Jewish community has advised Jews to avoid wearing traditional skullcaps (kippahs) following anti-Semitic attacks.

 

Josef Schuster, the president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, told Berlin public radio that Jews should exercise caution in big cities.

His comments come ahead of a “Berlin Wears Kippah” solidarity march in the German capital on Wednesday.

Last week, two young men wearing kippahs were assaulted in the city.

 

The attacker was filmed shouting anti-Semitic abuse.

Jewish organisations in Germany have expressed alarm over a number of recent anti-Semitic insults and threats in schools.

 

At the weekend, Chancellor Angela Merkel condemned what she described as “another form of anti-Semitism”.

She told Israel’s Channel 10 TV network that aside from anti-Semitism by right-wing groups, similar threats were coming from some Muslim refugees in the country.

Ok so to everyone’s surprise, Angela Merkel admits that this problem may be coming from “some muslims”. It shouldn’t really be a surprise though, as Merkel has always sold huge lies with a spoonful of truth when needed. Think of Mary Poppins but made in hell.

The BBC of course, immediately sets out to undo any damage Merkel might have done with that modicum of truth however…

So the article continues on to link antisemitism with “xenophobia”:

“This is not only about anti-Semitism – it goes along with racism, it goes along with xenophobia. You need a clear stop sign here.”

Suddenly the article has gone from talking about a real problem with geopolitical consequences to using the problem to create more of the same problem. Brilliant in that sinister kind of Johnnie Cochran way.

And then the coup de grace…

Separately, the head of Germany’s Central Council of Muslims condemned recent anti-Semitic attacks.

 

“Anti-Semitism, racism and hatred are great sins in Islam, therefore we will also never tolerate that,” Aiman Mazyek told Germany’s Rheinische Post newspaper.

Yep. Islam isn’t the reason for the renewed attacks on Jews throughout the world by muslims. Its the solution to the problem.

At this stage one has to admire the BBC. The massive amount of loathing and contempt they have is well and truly earned.

There has to be six links leading to this video in the comments.

I do not think there is an innocent explanation for it, even though I have no solid personal opinion as to why the US formed a coalition to attack specific targets in Syria. I would need to know what the US military knows about those targets to have an idea of why they were attacked in any meaningful way.

But I do not believe this was was cut off for a reason of simple scheduling.

The New York Times, again painting Nazis as the good guys and victims

The New York Times spin on the Hungarian election is nothing short of Kafkaesque.

They claim a massive victory for democracy itself is a move towards Soviet style autocracy and claim the out and out Nazi party, Jobic, are the good guys.

“BUDAPEST, Hungary — Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary, who has set about transforming this former Soviet bloc member from a vibrant democracy into a semi-autocratic state under one political party’s control, appeared to have won a sweeping victory in national elections on Sunday, with 93 percent of the vote counted.

By securing two-thirds of the seats in Parliament, Mr. Orban’s Fidesz party — along with its ally, the Christian Democrats —— now has the power to change the Constitution and further bend the nation to his will.

“Hungary won a big victory,” Mr. Orban said in his victory speech to a crowd of supporters gathered on the bank of the Danube just before midnight. He added that there was still “a big fight ahead” but that the parliamentary majority would allow him to continue to protect Hungary.

Gabor Vona, the leader of Jobbik, the largest opposition party, conceded defeat while lamenting the tenor of the election, which he called “the hate campaign.”

“It was not easy to campaign with so many lies and attacks,” Mr. Vona said. “We failed,” he added. “Fidesz will keep ruling the country.”

Jobic recently accepted help from another Nazi, George Soros, and of course has moved towards allying with the Muslims as reported on this site, making overtures in totalitarian Turkey to try and use that alliance to gain power at home. This has to be why the Times suddenly is ok with an openly Nazi party.

The New York Times cannot be that naive as to spin it as they did out of stupidity or ignorance. Its in fact perfectly consistent with the Times’ history. Just read up on Walter Durante sometime who knowingly pretended the Ukraine was doing great under communism while he drank champagne at the Kremlin while watching millions die of induced starvation by the Russians.

Readers of this site know Viktor Orban and know the forces he is fighting are the farthest thing on Earth from democratic. In fact he is fighting an alliance of open communists and those who wish to impose a 7th century theocracy based on Islam upon us all.

I look forward to comments from Americans or those more familiar with TV to tell me who and what the people and organizations here are, and any deeper meanings of this.

Sadly, well joyfully in truth, I gave up “TV” many years ago except what streams on demand, so I don’t know who these people are or the meaning of this beyond that some stations clearly have a script its anchors follow.

PEGIDA Founder Lutz Bachmann Banned from UK After Officials Find Speakers’ Corner Speech in Baggage

PEGIDA founder Lutz Bachmann has been prevented from entering Britain to deliver a speech at Speakers’ Corner, partly on the grounds that he “knows” identitarian activist Martin Sellner.

Bachmann had planned on delivering a speech written by the Generation Identity leader, who was recently detained along with YouTube political pundit Brittany Pettibone and then ejected from the country, partly on the grounds that GI is “viewed in the UK as a right wing organization” and partly on the grounds that Pettibone intended to “interview Tommy Robinson — a far right leader whose materials and speeches incite racial hatred”, according to seemingly official documents.

 

Bachmann also shared a picture of a document which he claims is from the officials who stopped him, which asserts that PEGIDA is “involved in the promotion and incitement of racial hatred and division of communities” and notes that “[by] your own admission during interview you have known [Sellner] well for some years” as grounds for denying his Free Movement rights.
