Although this link is meant for New Zealanders, the UK is obviously at the same point or worse and many many nations, Canada among them, are well on the way to this Orwellian dystopia.

Spokesman for the Yellow Vests in France, arrested by the state
This is a developing story and so far, the material I have on it is not super clear.
This, along with another highly dubious arrest in France, has taken a fair amount of time and discussions with three translators to make sense of it. It is a simple story and an important one, but not easy to get sense on what is out there so far. So please expect corrections and additions to this post as more information comes in, or more clarity is available.
The first issue, is the arrest of someone widely reported to be a spokesperson for the Yellow Vests in France. The presumption is that these are not licensed protests. You can see how people are reacting at what I think is the Police station, or possibly the home of the arrested, Eric Drouet.
There is an explanatory video I am hoping our translator can look at soon and perhaps we can bring a better explanation. The speaker is one of the top 2 or 3 counter-jihad citizen-journalists in France and highly authoritative on these issues. He himself is a target of the state for being critical of the past and present highly Marxist regimes.
The second arrest is of a man who was part of a crowd. There is video of what I am about too describe but there is, I am told by all three translators who looked at it, four actually, that there is no point in subtitling it.
You have a public official who is speaking to a crowd of YVPs (Yellow Vest Protestors) and he is obfuscating and stonewalling and generally pissing everyone off by failing to say anything of substance to the extent that all 4 translators say there is simply nothing there to translate.
At a certain point, one of the people in the crowd, who is as frustrated as the rest, can be heard clearly saying, “Guillotine!” for which he was arrested and faces up to 6 years in prison for this remark.
It is somewhat hard to know how this can be considered a threat as one would have to run home, build a guillotine, get it back there and get the guy into the thing before any real damage can be done. I suspect it would take some time to build as well. Nonetheless, six years in jail. They may as well have threatened him with dropping a piano on his head or a safe or an anvil. They would be equally difficult to set up to be effective, but yes, I get that France has a history with a guillotine.

He is not a sympathetic character, nor is he one of the people in any way at all.
In Hollywood they are reputed to say: “What you really need in this business is sincerity. Once you can fake that you have it made”.

Another disturbing arrest for non-crimes in the UK
Here is a video on the event, the analysis within which, I do not fully agree. But the arrests are Orwellian and I mean that both literally and as a best case scenario at this point.
It should be mentioned that Katie Hopkins claims she was told, that the fire started because migrants were illegally, (in the real sense, not the modern sense) preparing Ramadan feasts over actual fires in their apartments and the government covered that up with a story about an exploding refrigerator.
This makes the arrests far more sinister. Not only must we treat the fire as a sacred thing, but any attempt to view it differently…
It is time they officially changed the name of the place to Air Strip One.

Paul Weston asks some very important questions concerning the Govt. treatment of Tommy Robinson
No matter who Tommy is, and no matter what he has or has not done, his treatment by the state in terms of the procedure which jailed him recently, and his treatment in prison, violated the letter and spirit of democratic law, worldwide. Like Kevin Krehan before him, who it would appear the state had murdered in prison for the crime of littering near a mosque, the British government forced conditions on Tommy far worse than any murderer or terrorist within the penal system in the UK I would bet.
Also the state has been caught actually lying about it to try and cover up their mistreatment of Tommy R. Tommy has published video of the letter they sent him detailing the exact treatment they did to him, which they recently denied.
At this time there is no excuse for lack of solidarity behind Tommy Robinson. Leftist media would be chanting in the streets if an actual criminal had been treated this way. He would be a cause célèbre for sure.
Here is Vice Chairman of the Conservative party of Great Britain referring to Tommy Robinson as “vile” in a bullying session of an employee of Google’s Youtube, demanding he condemn videos he has not seen and was unaware of.
In the comments under this video, here and here, we were made aware of what this committee is, who the people are, and most importantly, the lie that Tommy’s videos “radicalized” a British man into a minor attack at the Finsbury Mosque, the mosque where the hook handed preacher, Abu Hamza made home.
In fact, what did anger this citizen into action against a seditious and hate spewing mosque which should not exist at all according to the EU and UK’s own “hate speech” laws, was a BBC drama-documentary called Three Girls.

PEGIDA Founder Lutz Bachmann Banned from UK After Officials Find Speakers’ Corner Speech in Baggage

PEGIDA founder Lutz Bachmann has been prevented from entering Britain to deliver a speech at Speakers’ Corner, partly on the grounds that he “knows” identitarian activist Martin Sellner.
Bachmann had planned on delivering a speech written by the Generation Identity leader, who was recently detained along with YouTube political pundit Brittany Pettibone and then ejected from the country, partly on the grounds that GI is “viewed in the UK as a right wing organization” and partly on the grounds that Pettibone intended to “interview Tommy Robinson — a far right leader whose materials and speeches incite racial hatred”, according to seemingly official documents.
Bachmann also shared a picture of a document which he claims is from the officials who stopped him, which asserts that PEGIDA is “involved in the promotion and incitement of racial hatred and division of communities” and notes that “[by] your own admission during interview you have known [Sellner] well for some years” as grounds for denying his Free Movement rights.

A special warning to Geraldo Rivera. If they did this to her because she wanted to interview Tommy Robinson, imagine what they would do to you. You interviewed Charles Manson.
Near the beginning of the interview they ask her if she would interview a KKK member. The answer should have been, “Why? Do you know one I can interview?” That is what journalists do. Provide info so people can decide for themselves in the marketplace of ideas. Clearly the UK has abandoned that entirely for totalitarian information control.

By far the most evil and powerful tool in the arsenal of the tyrant is selective enforcement. The fact that muslims who preach genocide, slavery and systemic rape as a political tool can come and go from the UK, and Canada for that matter, uninhibited while people like these, and Michael Savage, Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer, Martin Sellner, and others have been prevented from entering the UK, and even deported, who had no criminal history whatsoever but merely objected to the transformation of Western nations into Islamic communist ones. By non-coincidence whatsoever, yesterday I happened to notice that when I went to buy Tommy Robinson and Peter McGloughlin, I noticed that Amazon is not selling the physical book in my country. Which is Canada.
One of our German translators, Egri Nok, discovered that a book she was interested in, which is in fact the #1 selling book in Germany today, is not for sale in Germany. At least not by Amazon.
Notice the lack of a BUY button.
She also said:
“It has been erased as if it didn’t exist from the bestseller list of Der Spiegel. Even though it is the most-sold book in Germany currently.”
Interestingly, Peter McGloughlin’s other book, Easy Meat, about the giant scale Muslim child-sex-slave gangs in the UK, is also not available to buy in Canada.
Are these isolated events? or policy as the title of the post implies.
Is this a function of economics, its not worth carrying the physical book, or does this much truth violate Canada’s sharia laws disguised as ‘hate speech’?
Please send in examples of what is, and is not available. Chances are that far left wing, anti-white or anti-Western or anti-Christian material is still widely available and probably subsidized.

Britain continues to ARREST people for RACISM for burning a BOOK because of objections to the contents
This is truly totalitarian. And worse as there are no clear laws on it. People are just supposed to know you can’t do this. If someone burned Mein Kampf one can be certain there would be no arrests. No trials, no jail.

Police have arrested two people on suspicion of racial hatred after a video appeared online showing a man burning a copy of the Koran.
The video, which MailOnline has chosen not to publish, shows a tattooed man standing in a kitchen complaining about being unable to start a fire.
Speaking into the camera, he says: ‘I’ve been trying to get my poxy fire started for half-hour wondering what s**t I can get it going with.’
Holding a paperback copy of the Koran up to the camera, he adds: ‘And then I found this.’
Two videos were posted on Facebook and YouTube on Tuesday and are still available today on various pages.
The second shows the man standing outside tearing pages from the holy book and throwing them on a bonfire.
He says to the camera: ‘And it worked, all I’ve got left is the poxy, sh***y cover and look, that’s on the fire as well.’
The Daily mail has decided not to publish the videos. They do publish videos of Muslims stabbing, shooting and blowing up people. But people burning the instruction book that tells believers to do these things, that is too much for the Daily Mail. Here they are:
South Park did a brave and creative attempt some years ago to solve problems like this. They put forth two ideas in a 1 episode series called, “Cartoon Wars” several years ago.
The two solutions were that people could all decide to draw Mohammad, the great taboo of that time, and then the thugs, bullies and muslim supremacists would know their tactics didn’t work and it would just go away. Or, everyone could bury their heads in the sand and hope the problem just kinda goes away on its own.
The people of South Park, just like the people of Canada and Great Britain, have decided on the bury the heads option.
This problem could be solved permanently and bloodlessly if a large fraction of the people of the UK filmed themselves burning Korans. Perhaps they could also burn a copy of some other book they find repugnant. Maybe a copy of one of Obama’s ‘autobiographies’. Or Rules for radicals. But the fact is, if enough people do it, they will have to make a law which is clear, and let people know they have lost their liberal democracy, or they will have to abandon the notion that the state can do forced mind control without bothering to tell people exactly what it is they are not allowed to say, think or do.
I was hoping to embed the South Park clip here, as it used to be on YT but there is nary a trace of it. Even the suggestion that people resits this totalitarian evolution is getting hard to find. But for those of you who know how to bit torrent, the 2 episode series of Cartoon wars, in fact all 4 or 5 banned episodes of South Park can be obtained. All of them I believe, deal with the child raping, mass murdering, slave raping Mohammad. Although they don’t mention that in South Park. They just deal with the concept of not being able to depict him, even if, and here quoting one of the characters in the show, Muslims are forbidden to draw him perhaps, but we, are not.
