Great article from Jihad Watch:

Here is the first bit but click over. It is a wonderfully put summary of what most of us largely know, but it is good to see it laid out like this. As much a work of cartography as an essay perhaps and a very useful one.

From Jihad Watch

Since 1948, almost 10 million Muslims have died at the hands of fellow Muslims

Where is the outrage over that? Double standards abound. As the Israeli envoy Dan Gillerman said in 2008: “When Christians kill Muslims, it’s the Crusades. When Jews kill Muslims it’s murder, and when Muslims kill Muslims, it’s like talking about the weather. Nobody really cares about it.”

And as the late Samuel P. Huntington observed: “Wherever one looks along the perimeter of Islam, Muslims have problems living peaceably with their neighbors. The question naturally rises as to whether this pattern of the late 20th century conflict between Muslim and non-Muslim groups is equally true of relations between groups from other civilizations. In fact, it is not. Muslims make up 1/5 of the world’s population but in the 1990s they have been far more involved in intergroup violence than the people of any other civilization….Islam’s borders are bloody, and so are its innards.”

Note also the Ahmadinejadesque (to coin a new term) rhetoric from Turkey’s Erdogan. “Why Golda Meir was right,” by Burak Bekdil for the Hurriyet Daily News, August 23 (thanks to Joshua):

It has been more than two and a half years since Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdo?an told to Israeli President Shimon Peres’s face, “You (Jews) know well how to kill.” Prime Minister Erdo?an has also declared more than a few times that the main obstacle to peace in this part of the world is Israel, once calling the Jewish state “a festering boil in the Middle East that spreads hate and enmity.” In this holy month of Ramadan full of blood on Muslim territories, let’s try to identify who are the ones who know well how to kill.

From Haaretz

By DPA Tags: Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Iran was determined to eradicate Israel, ISNA news agency reported Thursday.

“Iran believes that whoever is for humanity should also be for eradicating the Zionist regime (Israel) as symbol of suppression and discrimination,” Ahmadinejad said in an interview with a Lebanese television network, carried by ISNA.

“Iran follows this issue (the eradication of Israel) with determination and decisiveness and will never ever withdraw from this standpoint and policy,” the Iranian president added in the interview with the Al-Manar network.

The remarks by Ahmadinejad came one day before the annual anti-Israeli rallies named Qods (Jerusalem) Day, which are held nationwide in Iran on the last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan. Continue Reading →

Paul Donnachie was found to have acted in a racially aggravated manner when he defiled an Israeli flag in a supposed political protestPaul Donnachie was found to have acted in a racially aggravated manner when he defiled an Israeli flag in a supposed political protest

A judge has ruled that a St Andrews University student who defiled an Israeli flag in a supposed political protest was acting in a racially aggravated manner.

Paul Donnachie, 19, put his hands down his trousers and touched the flag belonging to Jewish exchange student Chanan Reitblat in what he claimed was a ‘political statement’.

Donnachie’s co-accused Samuel Colchester, 20, was found not proven by Sheriff Charles Macnair following a two-day trial at Cupar Sheriff Court.

Donnachie, who will lose his place at St Andrews with immediate effect, said he was ‘devastated’ by the decision.

He said he would appeal the conviction and added: ‘I’m depressed. I have fought racism all my life.’ Continue Reading →

Islamic scholar: Every Muslim has right to kill Zionists

From YNET News

Islamic scholar Dr. Salah Sultan issued a religious decree according to which it is permissible to kill “any Israeli on Egyptian land, in response to the killing of Egyptian soldiers near the border with Israel,” Egyptian Al-Shuruq newspaper reported on Tuesday.

Sultan is a lecturer of Muslim jurisprudence at the Cairo University. In the decree, he ruled that “every Muslim who meets a Zionist is entitled to kill him, after Israel killed ‘Camp David’. The Egyptian people do not distinguish between Egyptian and Palestinian blood,” he ruled. (Roee Nahmias)

BURAK BEKD?L

It has been more than two and a half years since Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdo?an told to Israeli President Shimon Peres’s face, “You (Jews) know well how to kill.” Prime Minister Erdo?an has also declared more than a few times that the main obstacle to peace in this part of the world is Israel, once calling the Jewish state “a festering boil in the Middle East that spreads hate and enmity.” In this holy month of Ramadan full of blood on Muslim territories, let’s try to identify who are the ones who know well how to kill.

As the Syrian death count clicks every day to come close to 2,000, the Turkish-Kurdish death count does not stop, already over 40,000 since 1984, both adding to the big pool of blood called the Middle East. Only during this Ramadan, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK’s, death toll has reached 50 in this Muslim Kurds vs. Muslim Turks war. This excludes the PKK casualties in Turkey and in northern Iraq due to Turkish military retaliation since they are seldom accurately reported.

Let’s speak of facts.

Sudan is not in the conventional Middle East, so let’s ignore the genocide there. Let’s ignore, also, the West Pakistani massacres in East Pakistan (Bangladesh) totaling 1.25 million in 1971. Or 200,000 deaths in Algeria in war between Islamists and the government in 1991-2006.

But a simple, strictly Middle East research will give you one million deaths in the all-Muslim Iran-Iraq war; 300,000 Muslim minorities killed by Saddam Hussein; 80,000 Iranians killed during the Islamic revolution; 25,000 deaths in 1970-71, the days of Black September, by the Jordanian government in its fight against the Palestinians; and 20,000 Islamists killed in 1982 by the elder al-Assad in Hama. The World Health Organization’s estimate of Osama bin Laden’s carnage in Iraq was already 150,000 a few years earlier.

In a 2007 research, Gunnar Heinsohn from the University of Bremen and Daniel Pipes, director of the Middle East Forum, found out that some 11 million Muslims have been violently killed since 1948, of which 35,000, (0.3 percent) died during the six years of Arab war against Israel, or one out of every 315 fatalities. In contrast, over 90 percent who perished were killed by fellow Muslims.

Anti-Israel bullies’ hard-centre bites in chocolate shop campaign

IN Brisbane next Saturday, a group of anti-Israeli protesters will march on a Jewish-owned chocolate shop as part of a radical national campaign that risks morphing into an ugly platform for anti-Semites.

The targeting of the Israeli-owned Max Brenner chocolate shop chain in Australia by a coalition of anti-Israeli groups is testing the limits of the law, ethics and tolerance. Nineteen protesters were arrested and three policemen injured early last month when a rally outside a Max Brenner shop in Melbourne, similar to the one planned for Brisbane, turned violent.

The spectacle of protesters breaking the law in an attempt to harm a legal Jewish business was all the more abhorrent because it invited obvious historical parallels to the anti-Semitic targeting of Jewish businesses in 1930s Nazi Germany. The violence was so damaging to the pro-Palestinian cause that even some Palestinian groups were critical of it.

Related Coverage

“People who were there told me it was really out of hand and pretty stupid the way they did it,” says Jim Barr, president of the country’s peak pro-Palestinian group, the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network. “We certainly don’t want to create public sympathy for Max Brenner, which is what we did. I support the Brenner campaign but it needs to be done well.”

What concerns many people about the Max Brenner campaign, apart from the shadow of history, is that it is directed against something that, although foreign owned, is a legitimate legal business in this country. That it is a chocolate shop only underlines the tenuous nature of claims that it bears some responsibility for Israel’s military and human rights policies in the occupied territories.

“In a democratic society anybody should be allowed to protest, but I find it really distasteful that a Jewish business is being targeted in this way,” Australian Workers Union national secretary Paul Howes says. “If people are upset about the handling of the Middle East process then fine, but why don’t they protest outside the Israeli embassy and direct their protest to the Israeli state rather than a Jewish business? If people do not like the policies of the Australian government, I wouldn’t expect there to be a protest outside the RM Williams store.”

But Samah Sabawi, spokeswoman for the advocacy group Australians for Palestine, defends the targeting of Max Brenner because it makes a greater impact than traditional protests.

“Standing outside an embassy is not always the most effective form of protest,” she says. “We live in a democratic society and we have a choice of different types of campaigns.”

The Max Brenner campaign in Australia is part of the global campaign known as Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, which seeks in part to boycott Israeli businesses as a means of pressuring Israel to improve its human rights record. The campaign in Australia involves a loose alliance of the radical Left, including greens, unions, socialists and Marxists, in addition to at least 14 separate pro-Palestinian groups.

‘Netanyahu should prepare himself for the cage!’

Ayatollah Khamenei

Editor’s Note: The writer is the author of “A Time to Betray,” a book about his double life as a CIA agent in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

Iran is warning Israel that its citizens should flee the Middle East or face annihilation.

The chief commander of Iran’s Basiji forces, Brig. Gen. Mohammad-Reza Naghdi, recently stated that Iran has no option but to destroy Israel. Ratcheting up the war of words, Naghdi is now threatening Israelis in the “occupied lands” that they are surrounded by mujahedeen of Islam bent on their destruction.

“I quote our supreme leader, Imam Khamenei, who clearly stated during the recent gathering of the leadership’s elite that Zionists are now encircled by those who are willing to wage jihad for Islam, and that those concerned for their safety and well-being should quickly go back to the countries they left behind,” Naghdi told the Fars News agency, the media outlet for the Revolutionary Guards.

When asked by the Fars News reporter about what he called empty threats by the Zionist government against Muslims, Naghdi responded: “(Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and the Zionists don’t even have the capability to keep the Hamas mujahedeen in check, let alone take it upon themselves to devise plans and plots for Muslims elsewhere. Our response to all the threats is that the heads of the Zionist government and Mr. Netanyahu should prepare themselves for the cage (prison).” Continue Reading →

Jewish people should prepare to leave Norway and now.

I have certainly posted lots of material in the past few years that would point to that conclusion and even said it a few times myself. But the blog, ‘Israelycool’ has a rather excellent article, citing a few other articles as well, which provides some serious ammunition for the idea. If I were Jewish and living in Norway, I think I would be selling all the big stuff and packing all the small stuff about now. Click over and read it.

Toronto has reached that Magic 5% – Synagogue defaced with “Islam will rule”

Blazing Cat fur once again lays out the uncomfortable and inescapable truths that the regular media seem to try and anesthetize us away from. Here is the first bit. Click over for the story please.

Dear Friends,

I am saddened to report to you that our synagogue has been the victim of a pro-Islamic anti-Semitic vandal. Just about an hour ago, we discovered the attached spray-painted message across the southern wall of the Beth Tikvah/Robbins Hebrew Academy building. We have notified the police and they will draw up a report, and I also wanted to immediately notify our membership.

AWOL Pvt. Abdo’s anti-Semitic Da’wa Rants Evident During Training

Here is an article from the Iconoclast about a brutally antisemitic, Islamic piece of work who wanted to set several bombs and shoot all survivors of them at Fort Hood. Again. The camp where this already happened by another Muslim for Islamic reasons. There is a stunning silence in the standard media sources though, on the motives for his attempted crimes and the inspirations for it. Quite unlike the attention certain classical liberals are getting from the press over the monster of Oslo’s manifesto was poured over and selectively reproduced to make all conservatives look as if they had pulled the strings of the Anders Breivik marionette. All the while of course, ignoring Anders praise of Obama and other left wing icons.

From the Iconoclast:

PFC  Nasar Jason Abdo

AWOL 21 year old Pvt. Nasar Jason Abdo was arrested for his purchase of weapons and bomb making materials for an attempted Jihad attack at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. More has been revealed about Abdo’s aggressive proselytizing of his training unit mates and Islamic anti-Semitism directed at af Jewish soldier during training. Abdo should have been discharged by the US Army instead of being granted Conscientious Objector status for not willing to be deployed to fight fellow Muslims in Afghanistan. Clearly, someone screwed up at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, the home of the 101St Airborne-the screaming eagles. This is the latest disaster of the Army’s diversity first program. One wonders how many of the 12,000 serving Muslims harbor similar Jihadi views as Abdo. There have been several other Muslim soldier perpetrating murderous attacks on fellow soldiers in Kuwait and, most spectacularly Maj. Nidal Hasan, about to be tried for his Jihadi massacre at Fort Hood in November, 2009. Was Pvt. Abdo engaging in a sympathetic me too attack for his fellow Muslim in the ummah at his former home town of Killeen, Texas?

More is coming out about this product of an American Christian mother and a Jordanian father. His father Jamal was deported to Jordan after serving a term in a Texas prison for soliciting sex with an undercover agent in a sex-scam posing as a minor. Note this from a MyPet Jawa post:

Jamal Abdo was arrested in 2004, accused of soliciting sex from a Garland detective posing online as Molly, a 15-year-old girl, according to records[…]

Jamal Abdo unsuccessfully appealed his conviction. He was released from a Texas prison in December 2009 and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. He was deported to Jordan in February 2010. Jamal, a Muslim, lived in Killeen for 25 years, he was divorced from Abdo’s Christian mother.

Speaking from Jordan Jamal said the charges against his son were all lies from A to Z He also said the charges were trumped up because Abdo refused to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan.?My son loved people no matter who they are, whether Jews or Christians, ? Jamal Abdo said. ?Naser is not the kind of a person who harbors evil for the other people, he cannot kill anyone and he could not have done any bad thing.?POS just like his son.

This morning, Fox n Friends interviewed a Sgt Michael Payton who served in Abdo’s training company at Fort Benning, Georgia-the Army Infantry School. He said that Abdo was aggressively trying to proselytize his fellow soldiers. Moreover, according to Payton Abdo was engaged in bigoted anti-Semitic rhetoric and harassed a fellow Jewish member of his training unit. Sgt. Payton used the careworn term taqiyya or deception to describe what Pvt. Abdo was engaged in. Sgt. Payton couldn’t understand why Abdo joined the military during as he swore an oath to protect and defend this country and it’s Constitution. Abdo identified himself as a Palestinian Muslim first rather than a US citizen.

Having also been through the Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia as an officer back in the early 1960’s, I’m familiar with the training regimen and the objective of achieving unit combat readiness and esprit de corps in  this combat arm – what the military refers to as the Queen of Battle. Sgt. Payton in the Fox n’ Friends interview also referred to the Infantry as the tip of the spear in battle.

Watch this Fox n Friends interview with Sgt. Payton, here.

Three Clips of Michael Coren on SUN TV

I am very much looking forward to Mr. Coren’s own show on SUN TV. The station really is picking up. It is also refreshing to have at least one TV channel in Canada who has the courage to actually report the real news without sanitizing it for the left and politically correct.

Now if we can only privatize the CBC:

Here is Michael interviewing a person on the plight of Christians world wide and especially in the Islamic world. Pakistan and Egypt spring to mind especially.

Below, an East Coast Canadian newspaper editor published a cartoon which depicted Muslims, although not Mohamed, for which complaints were received.

Fred Litwin, who also runs the blog, Gay and Right, as well as started the very important, ‘Free Thinking Film Society’ who has brought in to speak people like Bat Ye’or, Sam Solomon, Geert Wilders and other people who otherwise would never have spoken in Canada, speaks here on how the gay pride parade incorporates many variables which have nothing to do with gay pride, or gay rights.

I agree with Fred here and would add, that homosexuals having achieved all rational goals and rights in Canada as they certainly should have, now want to force gay sex on to main street and then accuse anyone who objects to flagrant breaches of indecency laws as being ‘homophobic. It is worth noting that there is a difference between tolerance and embracing. One is requested, the other is your own business.

Who’s Afraid of the KKK?

Sergio Redegalli is someone we’ve met before.

His ‘Say No To Burkas’ mural provides endless cause for griping among the lefties where he lives, and he has had to repaint it dozens of times so far.

The definition of insanity is, of course, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

In Sergio’s case, those who object to his painting continue to deface it, and he – in defiance of them – simply repaints it.

They do the same thing, and get the same results.

With a few little changes now and then.

How about a black KKK outfit? Will that offend people? It shouldn’t. After all, it’s a complete body covering in black.

It’s the way someone may wish to present to the world, so who could possibly object?

I guess we’ll see on this one.

Stay tuned….
