Mr. Robinson was suspended from the social media platform for 7 days for stating the findings of the Quilliam Foundation think tank, whose founder worked as an adviser to Prime Minister David Cameron on issues around Islam.
“90% of grooming gang convictions are Muslims,” Mr. Robinson wrote in a tweet on February 25th, rounding up the number identified by the Quilliam research, which found that 84 per cent of convicted groomers were Muslim in December last year.
Its time those of us who have not signed up to Gab.ai do so. At some point Twitter is going to be the new, Myspace.
First, a Facebook post from Rabia Chaudry:
Today I referred a Muslim victim of Tariq Ramadan to a federal prosecutor in the US. I am guessing there will be more. I am sharing this so others don’t think they are alone.
This is not a vast international conspiracy. This is also not how people are wrongfully convicted. Wrongfully convicted people are not accused of multiple similar crimes in different countries. In fact they usually have completely clean records other than one accusation that ends up being false.
I don’t know much about the French legal system other than it seems to have a lower evidentiary threshold than the US. The standard is not beyond a reasonable doubt. The standard is an intimate conviction, ie jurors impressions based on the evidence. I also don’t know if that there is a plea process but if there is one it might be better for him than a trial in which the witnesses confront him and testify – imagine a jury reacting to that.
I know this is hard on our community, but it does not serve us to bury our heads in the sand. He will likely serve time in prison, and it will likely be a just result.
A French court on Thursday ordered a medical evaluation to determine if Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan can stay in prison after he was handed preliminary rape charges in cases alleged by women who sought his counsel.
Ramadan was placed under investigation on February 2 for an alleged rape resulting from a 2009 encounter and for the alleged rape of a vulnerable person in a 2012 case. Both women filed the complaints last year.
Ramadan, in custody since January 31, denies any wrongdoing.
Ramadan had sought to buy some time before the judge ordered him kept in detention, saying after being charged that he wanted to postpone the required “debate” before any decision on remaining in jail. The tactic apparently didn’t work.
Ramadan, 55, is on leave from Britain’s Oxford University, where he is a professor of contemporary Islamic studies. He travels frequently and has written numerous books on Islam and the integration of Muslims in Europe.
And this:
It has also come to my attention that around the point in time where all the grandson of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood’s troubles started, he had levelled some criticisms at Turkey’s dictatorial prime-minister and president, Erdogan.
Its possible, but by no means certain, that the Ikwan (Muslim Brotherhood) now that they have hitched their caboose to Turkey’s engine, may not take Kindly to Ramadan’s criticisms given how sensitive the Turkish Caliph is to criticism. It fits well, but we don’t know if that is why suddenly lots of Muslim women have come forward with these accusations for sure.

From Telegraph Journal:
Former New Brunswick resident Joshua Boyle, rescued along with his family in October after five years in captivity in Afghanistan, is now in an Ottawa jail on charges of sexual assault, forcible confinement and administering a noxious drug.
Boyle, 34, spent New Year’s Day at the Innes Road jail after Ottawa police arrested him for a series of disturbing, alleged crimes dating back to October.
Looks like he really did convert to Islam.

Frieburg: Surprising findings about the murder of student, Maria L.
The accused, Hussein K. Is obviously already 33 years old. It was his father who, according to Hussein, was dead for a long time, told the judge during the trial that was 33.
Hussein always pretended that he was 20 years old. Other than that, he claimed his father was dead.
This was all a lie.
The Judge, Katherin Schenk, spoke on the phone with the father still living in Iran. He told the court that Hussein’s birthday was January 29th, 1984.
Hussein K. Admitted he raped and strangled her until she passed out.
The young woman ended up drowning in the river Dreisam.
There is a renewed interest on the orders the Obama admin gave to soldiers in Afghanistan concerning the treatment of Afghan locals who raped and even murdered young kidnapped boys. These two video clips should give some clarity.

ZOOPHILIA CASE IN BERLIN
Man allegedly sexually assaulted pony in Görlitzer Park
A babysitter with a young child saw the scene, photographed the man and saw to his arrest
November 10., 2017

A young man allegedly sexually assaulted a pony of the “Children’s Farm” in Görlitzer Park. An employee of the institution confirms this to Berliner Morgenpost. The incident occurred on Friday of last week around 3 PM. Amanda F. (name changed by our editorial staff) described the incident to Berliner Morgenpost. “My babysitter took a walk with our son through Görlitzer Park. They had to witness the man sexually assaulting the pony.” Her babysitter told her about the incident, and also spoke to the so-called “park runners”. She did not want to comment on the incident. The scene was too traumatic.
The employee of the children’s farm tells Berliner Morgenpost that the babysitter quick-witted took a photo of the man as he was committing the deed, and immediately contacted employees of the children’s farm. They consulted the “park-runners” who are there to ensure safety in the Görlitzer Park*. The employee called the police. The young man realized that his deed did not go unnoticed, backed off of the animal, and disappeared in the park for the moment.
The man received a house ban and a police complaint
The “park runners” searched and found the man by the photo, and held him until the police arrived. Police then recorded the man’s personal particulars. “We banned him from the premises”, says the employee. “Should he return, we will report this. We have never had an incident like that before.” They filed charges at the police. The police confirmed the charges for violating the animals’ welfare law, and “causing public nuisance by sexual acts” against a 23-year-old native of Syria.
The children’s zoo is particularly popular with young children. They have two ponies, two donkeys, half a dozen sheep and goats, and ten chickens, ducks and rabbits each. “All around the year, we have such positive things happening here”, says the employee. “It is a pity that now, we are being associated with such an incident”.
The punishment for “causing a public nuisance” in Germany is, according to paragraph 183 a of the criminal code, imprisonment of up to a year, or a fine. Violating the animals’ protection law is punished with a prison sentence of up to three years, or a fine, if the animal was caused significant pain.
Translator’s note:
* “park runners”: after giving up all attempts to get the drug dealing in Görlitzer Park under control, the city of Berlin now employs Turkish and Arab street workers, who patrol the Görlitzer Park, to engage in dialogue on an equal footing with the 180-200 drug dealers (largely refugees from African countries) and encourage a friendlier atmosphere (Tagesspiegel: Auf Augenhöhe mit den Drogendealern).

Saturday afternoon then, a press release by the Police Headquarters Munich announces further details of the sex crime.
According to that, Friday evening around 8:19, police received several notices regarding a rape taking place in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.
Shortly before that, a 16-year old girl from Munich was standing among a large group of people in front of a refugee accommodation in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn. Subsequently, she and three men from the group walked towards the subway station.
In Haringstraße, the men attacked the young woman. Police announces the following regarding the sexual crime: „According to the current state of investigations, two of the male companions performed a violently enforced intercourse on the youth. These two men are a 27-year old and a 17-year old Afghan. Officers of the police station 31 (Unterhaching) and 24 (Perlach) were able to arrest the fleeing persons in the immediately ensuing manhunt, for which a large force and a police helicopter were deployed.
The suspects were taken into detention at the Police Headquarters Munich and will be presented to the committing magistrate sometime over the course of Saturday.

Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU) recently presented shock-numbers concerning the number of rapes in Bavaria. Jurists though said that this was to be expected – for statistical reasons.
