The prosecutor’s office in Paris on Wednesday ordered a fine of €5,000 against Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, the president of Debout La France, who was tried for calling for hatred or discrimination, for evoking a “migratory invasion”.

“The Population Replacement is now!”

On January 17, 2017, the MP for the Essonne, then a candidate for the presidential election, tweeted the following words: “In 2016 the socialists compensated for the decline in birth rate by the migratory invasion. “The [Great] Population Replacement is [happening] now!”

The prosecution began the process after a report by the International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism (Licra).

“Uninhibited racist speech”

Nicolas Dupont-Aignan was not present to face the 17th chamber of the Criminal Court. His lawyers have asserted his parliamentary immunity, which, according to the prosecution and Licra, cannot enable him to escape prosecution in this particular case.

“We have a leading politician, a declared candidate for the presidential election, who quietly repeats, publicly, of his own accord, a conspiracy and racist theory born in the bowels of the French far right at the beginning of the previous decade,” the thesis of the “great replacement” of Renaud Camus, denounced the prosecutor.

“Not condemning him would mean to permit opening wide the floodgates of the uninhibited racist speech,” “pointing out all those who don’t belong to the national community”, migrants and immigrants, continued the representative of the prosecution.

He requested a €5,000 suspended fine, against the MP, “a first and, I hope, last warning”.

“For once, when a politician tells the truth”

For their part, lawyers for Nicolas Dupont-Aignan pleaded for his release, arguing the “truth” of his remarks and insisting that the politician was targeting the Socialist Party rather than immigration.

This is a somewhat “nasty” parody of the slogan of former President François Hollande’s “Change is now,” said Philippe Prigent, and “the purpose of this tweet is to call people not to vote for the Socialist candidate, that’s all.” “For once” when a politician “is telling the truth, we might not want to punish him,” he pleaded.

The civil party, Licra, asked for €5,000 euros in damages. The case will be decided on June 6th.

Breaking: Terror in France, Three Killed, Moroccan Jihadi Finally Shot By Police

An original translation from Die Welt:

An alleged Islamist killed three people in Southern France.

 • First, he fired at police officers who were just working out. Then he took several hostages in a supermarket
 • After several hours, police forces shot the man dead

Alarm at Southern France police: on Friday, an alleged member of the Jihadi Militia Islamic State (IS) killed a total of three people in the Département Aude. After several hours, police forces managed to kill him in Trèbes.

The situation is still unclear. However, the perpetrator appears to be a notorious Islamist. As reported by the radio station France Info, the man was already known to the intelligence services, and in a data base to fight terrorism and radicalization. He reportedly was under surveillance. According to the newspaper „La Dépêche du Midi“, the man was a Moroccan aged between 30 and 40.

The first incident took place in the city of Carcassonne. As „Le Monde“ report, between 9:30 and 10 AM, an unknown person opened fire at four officers who were just returning from running. One of them was injured in the shoulder, but his condition is not critical.

Then, the man stole a car, killing the passenger and wounding the driver. Upon that, he drove to the nearby town of Trèbes. An eye-witness said that the perpetrator shouted “Allahu Akbar” (God is great) [translator’s note: this common translation is not quite correct, it means “Allah is greater” or “is greatest”) when he assaulted the local supermarket “Super U“ market at 11:15 AM. He was armed with knives, a shotgun and hand grenades.

According to police, the supermarket’s butcher was lethally shot. The identity of the third victim yet remains to be clarified. According to the Interior Ministry, three more people are wounded. Among them is one police officer, who was held as the sole hostage in the end.

In the afternoon, around 3 PM, a special Gendarmerie force stormed the supermarket and shot dead the hostage taker.

Macron calls it an act of terror

The anti terror unit of the Paris Prosecution took over investigations. The authority annoucnes that they opened an investigation for murder and attempted murder in connection with terrorism.

President Emmanuel Macron, who was participating in the EU summit in Brussels, said during the hostage situation that everything indicated it was an act of terrorism. Prime Minister Edouard Philippe made an according statement and spoke of a “serious situation“.

France has repeatedly been the target of Islamist attacks. Especially the attacks of Paris in 2015, and Nice in 2016, shook the country to the core. In Paris alone, 130 people were killed. Lately, two women were killed in an attack in Marseille on October 1.

Authorities speak of a continued high terror risk. Interior Minister Collomb reported in late February that since New Year, two attacks on a sports venue, and on military, had been foiled.

Communists in Paris working hard ‘to make it a better place’

According to the article, Macron’s reforms which are being protested, are ideal from the stand point of a classical liberal. He wants pay raises to be based on merit. Which would make us think of a likely follow-up question, “what the hell are they based on now”?

ANGER has erupted against French President Emmanuel Macron’s nationwide reforms with tear gas being unleashed on protestors in angry scenes on the streets of Paris and Nantes. Thousands took part in a rallies across the country over the leader’s enforced changes this morning.

[…] Teachers, train conductors and airline controllers walked off the job across France on Thursday, disrupting transport and public services in a test of public anger with President Emmanuel Macron’s reform drive.

Unions said one in four primary schools were on strike, while electricity generation dropped by over three gigawatts (GW), the equivalent of three nuclear reactors, as gas and electricity sector workers joined the strike.

Some 150 protest marches are scheduled, including two rallies starting at around 1300 GMT in Paris.

Opinion polls show a paradox: a majority of voters back the strike but an even bigger majority back the reforms, including cutting the number of public sector workers and introducing merit-based pay.

Coming from a background of informal classical thought, I tend to subscribe to the theory that there are no paradoxes in nature.

Therefore the two opposing majorities cited are likely because of a very poorly done survey where people were likely to answer some questions in a way which others would answer the opposite. Like tying together a question on abortion rights on a survey on economic reforms. When you add up the numbers you can pretend you have a paradox.

Marine Le Pen now facing 3 year custodial sentence

Remember, the EU went to great lengths to remove special protections politicians have for exactly this reason,to give the latitude they need to speak alternate views, and are now applying this lack of protection RETROACTIVELY to destroy Le Pen.

This means that the new communist states, formerly republics and democracies once upon a time governed by rule of law, can now change laws designed for protection of individual rights and make actions we did in the past, illegal and grounds for imprisonment.

Oz-Rita, who follows the French political injustice scene very closely, adds this comment:

You have here a very typical case of malicious if discreet manipulation of news-reporting at minute 00:24.
“….she accused…..”
….says the news reporter – omitting the fact that Jean-Jacques Bourdin DID INDEED equate le FN with ISIS. The news anchor Bourdin is a very powerful tool for France’s deep state in that he pretends, sucessfully, to be “neutral”, asking the (pseudo)-hard questions and even pretending to be on the conservative side.
In the light of Marine Le Pen being hauled before the totally corrupt French Justice (*), this manipulative statement “…she accused…”, without adding that Bourdin had really said it, becomes a “false accusation” for the man in the street.
Shades of the Michael Stürzenberger case posting historical pictures of Mufties meeting with Nazi leaders and (Stürzenberger) being indicted for it.
(*) A couple of years ago, the Syndicat of French Magistrates had been found out having created in their offices “le Mur des Cons” (literally: the wall of c*nts). It was a large board – covering a big wall, on which they had deposed photos and names of people they considered “C*nts” and who had appeared before them in Court – including nearly every conservative politician who had ever opened the right side of his mouth, and critics of Islam such as Eric Zemmour, BUT ALSO: 2 fathers whose daughters had been raped and murdered by culture enrichers and who had been devastated by the killers-of-the-usual-background getting off lightly thanks to the so-called French Justice.
For those of you who read French, you might want to research “Mur des Cons”. The journalist who discovered the wall has even written a book about it. After the discovery the room with the “mur des cons” was locked for the time of “investigation”. When that “investigation” was supposed to start, the “very securely locked room” had somehow been penetrated, and the “mur des cons” panel had disappeared – to my knowledge it has never been found again and I dont know if the “case” was followed up…..I dont think so.

Camel

There is a lot to know about this film and its maker, but for the moment:

Film written and directed by French Filmmaker
Gérard Boyadjian
Free English translation of original title: CAMEL # Don’t conflate !

“Pas d’Amalgame” is the Pavlov’s Dog response barked by the French authorities each time there is a terror attack. It could be seen as the French version of “nothing to do with the euphemistically referred to ‘religion of peace’ “.

Regarding “Camel”: In French, “Chameau” is used to describe a nasty person, because – rightly or wrongly – Camels have the reputation of being nasty.
