Austria: 16 year old muslima stabs woman in park

From this Austrian news source:

Because she was offended, a student stabbed a woman with her knife

As just now has been made public, a Vienna woman (23) was walking through the Josef-Strauss-Park on April 5th nearing 2:00 PM when she came upon the Chechnian girl. The muslim girl was apparently provocatively asking “what are you looking at”?

The 23 year old snapped back and said “I can look at anything I want to!”, and then supposedly muttered under her breath “effing muslima”.

Pierced Lung

This apparently was enough for the veiled teenager to charge at the woman. Armed with a small kitchen knife she stabbed the woman three times in her upper body. One stab pierced her lung and injured the 23 year old seriously.

In shock, the injured woman ran out of the park and towards a person who dialed 911. When the ambulance arrived, the woman was able to speak and she was immediately brought to the hospital. Nothing further is known about her condition as of now. After the attack, the 16 year old muslim girl – she is to be considered innocent until proven guilty – went to her school, where she was arrested by the police after a call to the school principal.

Jail

The girl has been charged for causing serious bodily harm. The Chechnian girl is now in detention. Whether the girl and the woman knew each other is not known, interrogations have not been made so far. It is entirely feasible that the Prosecutor will seek to charge the girl with attempted murder.

Attackers pushed a man on the train tracks in Dresden-Zschachwitz, while the S-Bahn [train] enters

After a nasty attack on a 40-year-old, who was pushed on the tracks at the Dresden-Zschachwitz stop on early Friday morning, the federal police investigated witnesses. The two suspects have allegedly kicked their victim’s head on the track, while the next S-Bahn already entered.

Article published: Friday, 03.17.2017 2:53 pm

Dresden. After a nasty attack on a 40-year-old, who was pushed no the tracks at the Dresden-Zschachwitz stop on early Friday morning, the federal police are looking for witnesses. The victim had disembarked from an S-Bahn with his bicycle at around 4.45 am and was approached by two men who demanded a light for their cigarettes. The man refused and tried to hurry from the platform to his workplace. The two young men attacked him, a 23-year-old Moroccan and a 27-year-old Libyan.

They tore the bicycle from the Dresden resident and threw it against him, so that he and the two-wheeled vehicle fell on the tracks one meter lower. Afterwards, they prevented the 40-year-old with stamping feet from getting back to the platform – even as the S-Bahn rolled into the direction of station. It is only thanks to the driver’s alert mind that nothing worse happened. He braked fully and stopped the train a few meters before the 40-year-old. The victim got away with the fear and a hand injury. The two attackers escaped.

The train commander alerted the police, who were able to arrest the two suspects in a subsequent suburban train. Both perpetrators were under the influence of alcohol and already known to the police. In addition, near the Libyan they found four pieces of about five centimeters of pieces of hashish. Both also used the S-Bahn without having bought a ticket.

Thank to witnesses, the police now know that there were other travelers on the platform at the time of the crime. They and the passengers of the S-Bahn from line 1 with the number 31701 from Meissen to Schöna are urgently requested by the Federal Police to call the telephone number 0351/81 50 20 and to communicate their observations.

[Once again we see a much more accurate and important model of meet ups with muslims on German trains than the patronizing, racist and insulting ones the German government produces to belittle its own citizens.]

“Extremely violent rape” in Swiss court

An original translation with much thanks to Ava Lon for this article

From this French News site:

The trial started Thursday morning at the District Court of Lausanne.

February 9 2017

A Moroccan tried for the rape of a teen in a regional train

Justice. Faced with the Lausanne Court on Thursday, the accused claimed that the student consented. But the evidence for an extremely violent crime is important.

He starts by multiplying the versions about his date of birth and even his name. He promises, he swears, that he is innocent of the rape of which he is accused. Still he admitted to being a thief of wallets and telephones, because the money paid to him by the state as an asylum seeker is not enough to eat and buy his daily dose of cannabis. The picture is not brilliant, but it does not yet make this young illiterate, brilliantly mastering the whimpering look, a rapist. At the Tribunal, prejudice must be swept aside to leave room for the facts.

And on Thursday, the facts for which this Moroccan of 19 years, 20 years or 22 years, was sent before the District Court of Lausanne, were very serious. So much so that the court decided to convene a criminal court of five judges in the event of a sentence that would exceed six years in prison. Rare for rape.

The alleged victim is not present at the trial. “Too hard,” explains her mother, also devastated. Her daughter, this student described as brilliant, creative and funny, is now nothing more than the shadow of herself. She sank into depression, stopped her studies, isolated herself, and no longer eats. Because on June 22, 2016, she lost everything. Her innocence, her virginity too.

According to the prosecution, the accused would have spotted the girl at the station in Lausanne, just before 8 pm. He approaches her, she leaves, he follows her. On the platform he steals a kiss. The girl drank a few glasses. She doesn’t push him away. But she leaves. The regional train Lausanne-Vallorbe would then become the convoy of horror for the teenager. The defendant is accused of taking the girl to the toilet. He allegedly locked the door, pinned her to the ground before raping her savagely. Thirty-five minutes of hell where attempts of defense of the alleged victim would have been futile. A passenger who was knocking at the door, allegedly put an end to the ordeal.

Partial confession

Lies, said the accused Thursday morning. He did not have sex with this girl. The Chair reminded him of the evidence. DNA, bruises on teen’s knees, bruises, scratches, marks on both sides of the throat, and tears in several intimate parts of the girl. She had to do it herself, the defendant dares to claim. Faced with the evidence, he retracts: “It was she who wanted this relationship. She never showed me that it was against her will. “The accused burst into tears. Real ones, this time. The sign of a confession, the weight of remorse, shame? Not really. “It’s unfair to me, I’m innocent. But if she didn’t like it, I ask for forgiveness, “he explains.

Two versions for a story. As often in these cases. For the prosecution, the facts are clear and the evidence implacable. “He trapped her and imposed bestial sex on her,” prosecutor Donovan Tesaury said in his indictment. For a kiss, for him on the train platform, she explained it, she just didn’t react.

However, the defense sees there an invitation. Véronique Fontana Esq., pleading the acquittal, evokes shadowy areas. Why wouldn’t the victim shout when there were other passengers? There are also pictures of video surveillance of the train where they are seen coming out of the toilet and sitting side by side. He kisses her, she doesn’t move.

“The images show especially that when the accused leaves the train, the victim collapses”

The sign of a defense mechanism, support the prosecution and the lawyer of the victim, Coralie Devaud Esq.. “The images show especially that when the defendant leaves the train, the victim collapses,” recalls the prosecutor.

The next morning, the girl went to the CHUV [Universitary Hospital of the Vaud Canton] emergency room. Why would she have chosen to suffer from cumbersome auditions, gynecological examinations, preventive triple therapy? Why would a teenager want her first time to happen with a stranger in a violent and sordid way, only to sink into depression ever since?

Without a defense case, the prosecution requested a 6-year prison sentence. The Tribunal renders its verdict on Friday.

Vienna: Symphony musician beaten in subway (By Afghan migrants)

Vienna: Symphony musician beaten in subway
January 22, 2017

A symphony musician (48) must now tremble for his future as a professional musician.

On the way home after a tour, Michael Bachmann (strings) was in Vienna on Sunday night: “In the afternoon we played in Dortmund. We were brought to the concert hall. It was already midnight and I wanted to take the subway home.”

The symphony musician stood on the platform of the U4 station Karlsplatz in the direction of Hütteldorf when he smelled the typical cigarette smoke. “I saw three teenagers and pointed out that smoking in the subway area is not allowed.” Because the youths — probably Arabs or Afghans —claimed not to understand him, Bachmann repeated his request in English. Then the opponent who was smoking spat in his face.

At least four weeks of sick leave

Angry, the musician confronted the spitter, who then launched a karate kick against his hand. “At first I did not feel that something had happened. Several witnesses intervened; we rode together on the subway for two stations until the three got off at Pilgramgasse.” Only then did he notice that his left ring finger “stood out at an odd angle”. His son (a friend of La Hong) and the fashion designer took him to the ER. There they diagnosed a complex torsion fracture; the finger was realigned and will be in a cast for at least four weeks.

It is not yet possible to assess whether any consequential damage remains. On Sunday, the symphonist pressed charges against the smoker for serious bodily harm. After that the police are expected to take over the case.

Tania Groth, leader of For Freedom, attacked at demo by ANTIFA for defending women’s rights from Hizb-ut-Tahrir

As usual, Islam’s useful idiots, or communist’s violent edge, perhaps both, met up with a group of middle aged and genuinly liberal Danish people marching and speaking against the Islamo-fascist group, Hizb-ut-Tahrir in Copenhagen today.

I’ll let Tania describe what happened.
