Note the increasingly hysterical and extreme language of pro-Palestinians: the woman shouting says, among an avalanche of classic anti-Semitic invective, that “Israel is worse than Auschwitz and a giant extermination camp for Palestinians.” Those gathered were there at the instigation of Amir Khadir who just earlier that same day called Israeli Jews “racist terrorists who invented ethnic cleansing” and asked them to make Montreal free of Israeli products. Montreal is pretty scary but a month ago in Ottawa I was asked at my grocery store not to buy “apartheid hummus”, i.e. hummus made in Israel, by some smelly hobo. I wasn’t there to buy hummus but I told him to fuck off and bought 2 packages.

PALM BAY, Fla. — A 21-year-year-old woman faces hate-crime charges after she repeatedly spit at a Walmart customer who told her she entered the wrong door and later proclaimed that “Americans are pushing us around,” according to police.Nuha Mohammed Al-Doaifi, a Saudi Arabian national, faces a charge of battery with a hate-crime enhancement after Palm Bay police were called about 1 p.m. Sunday to the Walmart at 1040 Malabar Road to investigate reports of a disturbance.The hate-crime enhancement means that the battery charge could be elevated to a felony.Police said the incident started when Al-Doaifi attempted to roll a shopping cart into the store and struck the exit door.

Miami (CNN) — Two South Florida imams and a third family member were arrested Saturday on charges of providing support to the Pakistani Taliban, the Justice Department said.

In addition, three others in Pakistan were also indicted on the same charges.

Last night, Geert Wilders spoke to a packed house in Ottawa Canada where he was greeted, I am proud to say, with a standing ovation as he walked into the room.

James Cohen who works extensively with the Free Thinking Film Society and with the International Free Press Society was able to get an interview with Geert yesterday afternoon at the club where the private reception for Geert took place. I am editing the video of the speeches from the National Arts Centre yesterday evening of Geert, Ezra Levant and Rabbi Jonathan Housman and hope to have those up sometime tomorrow. All were excellent. Meanwhile, here is the interview with Geert.Thanks again to IFPS-Canada as well as Fred Litwin’s Free Thinking Film Society for putting on this event.

Is this what Muslims mean when they talk about walking down the isle?  I guess the guy needed to take a bad shahada as he apparently thought the cockpit was the bathroom and screamed Alahu Ackbar, (Arabic for, ‘where is the bathroom please) and pounded on the cockpit door. Please see the T shirt we presented to Geert yesterday. I guess this guy needs one of those.

Feds investigating Ga. mosque decision

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — The Justice Department said it is investigating whether the city of Alpharetta violated federal law last year when it denied a zoning request last year from a mosque that is seeking to expand.

A Justice Department spokesman said Friday the agency is investigating whether the north Atlanta suburb violated a 2000 law designed to protect religious groups involved in land disputes when it rejected a request by the Islamic Center of North Georgia to expand its facility.

The city officials declined to comment on Friday.

The Alpharetta City Council voted 6-0 in May 2010 to reject plans by the center to tear down its worship house and construct two new buildings. The decision has prompted legal complaints from the Islamic Center and its supporters.

US pilot refused to fly with conspicuous Muslims on board.

…and the pilot was correct. The pilot is law aboard an aircraft and he has the right, including and right up to shooting someone on board who threatens the safety of the aircraft, to deal as he sees fit with all on board. In this case, he rightly assumed that other passengers would be uncomfortable with conspicuously religious Muslims and it might make for a less safe and serene flight. We all know this pilot is correct. This can’t even be racism according to the bizarre and absurd new-left definition of it that includes Muslims as he didn’t throw off people who believed in Islam so much as people who wore the costume of those who tend to blow up aircraft for Islam.

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Two Muslim religious leaders say they were asked to leave a commercial airliner in Memphis on Friday and were told it was because the pilot refused to fly with them aboard.

Masudur Rahman, who is also an adjunct instructor of Arabic at the University of Memphis, said by phone from the terminal at Memphis International Airport that he and another imam had already been allowed to board their Delta Connection flight to Charlotte, North Carolina before they were asked to get off the plane.

Transportation Security Administration spokesman Jon Allen in Atlanta confirmed the incident and said it was not initiated by that agency.

A Delta Air Lines spokeswoman said the flight was operated by Atlantic Southeast Airlines, which is also based in Atlanta.

“We take security and safety very seriously and the event is currently under investigation,” Atlantic Southeast spokesman Jarek Beem said Friday evening.

Both passengers are Memphis-area residents. Rahman said he was dressed in traditional Indian clothing and his traveling companion was dressed in Arab garb, including traditional headgear.

Rahman said he and Mohamed Zaghloul, of the Islamic Association of Greater Memphis, were cleared by security agents and boarded the plane for an 8:40 a.m. departure.

The aircraft pulled away from the gate, but the pilot then announced the plane must return, Rahman said. When it did, the imams were asked to go back to the boarding gate where Rahman said they were told the pilot was refusing to accept them because some other passengers could be uncomfortable.

Rahman said Delta officials talked with the pilot for more than a half-hour, but he still refused.

The men were taken to a lounge and booked on a later flight. Beem said they flew on to Charlotte later Friday.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused,” Beem said.

The men contacted the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group in Washington, D.C.

“It’s racism and bias because of our religion and appearance and because of misinformation about our religion.” Rahman said. “If they understood Islam, they wouldn’t do this.”

He said a Delta manager apologized for the pilot’s actions, but that he and Zaghloul never spoke directly with the pilot.

Ibrahim Hooper, of the American-Islamic organization, said the group will follow up with the airline and with the TSA to help ensure such incidents do not continue to occur.

Hooper said airline officials at Memphis tried to resolve the situation, but the pilot refused.

A man who was angry that his family would not go along with his conversion to Islam was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday in the slayings of his mother, pregnant wife, infant son and two nieces in a rampage last year on the South Side.

James A. Larry, 33, of Madison, Wis., pleaded guilty last month to multiple counts of murder, attempted murder and the intentional homicide of an unborn child.

The bald, bearded defendant issued a quiet apology in Judge James Linn’s courtroom, as several surviving members of the family stood at a podium and clutched one another.

“I’m sorry for what I did to my family,” Larry said, standing in a tan jail jumpsuit, his hands clasped behind his back. “I regret it every day, and I pray for them.”

Family members chose not to submit victim-impact statements for the judge to consider and declined to speak after the hearing, telling a court liaison they were simply relieved the case was over.

Prosecutors said Larry came to Chicago in April 2010 bent on slaughtering his relatives at the home in the Marquette Park neighborhood. He had converted to Islam while serving a prison sentence in Wisconsin for a weapons conviction.

“He was upset at his wife and their family — he felt disrespected that they would not join his religion,” Assistant State’s Attorney Jim McKay said. “It didn’t matter if they were young or old, pregnant or not. He wanted them dead.”

The massacre began in the early morning hours April 14, at the family home in the 7400 block of South Mozart Street. Larry first shot his mother, Leona Larry, 57, as she slept on a sofa in the living room. He then went systematically through three first-floor bedrooms, fatally shooting his wife, Twanda Thompson, 19; his 7-month-old son, Jihad; his 3-year-old niece, Keleasha Larry; and his 16-year-old niece, Keyshai Fields, who was pregnant. Interesting analysis of terrorist deaths in Europe and North America

This is the blog post that has taken me the longest to write. I went through every single terrorist attack in Europe and North America in the comprehensive RAND Database of Worldwide Terrorism Incidents for the last 10 years (close to 4000 incidents). Terrorists were divided between Muslims or non-Muslims. When RAND does not provide information on likely or confirmed perpetrators and we have no strong suspicions, I assume they were non-Muslim, to err on the side of caution.
