Stephen Coughlin in Ottawa: Part I

This is the first 11 minutes of his brief in Ottawa. It will take a lot of time to get the whole thing done and I think its important to get as much out there as I can, quickly, so I am going to publish it in sections, picking start point where the previous one ends and end points at whatever the logical end point is for the context of what is said. This means a section could be a few minutes or perhaps 25. But I will post as quickly as able. Tonight I may get part II done as well.

The thing is about this one, some things are put out there almost like throw away remarks but are of great importance. Sometimes you don’t get the full impact till the 3rd go around, or at least I didn’t. One example is where Maj. Coughlin mentions how some Somali diplomats are upset that the US has training camps for muslim terrorists who then go do damage in Somalia and which would warrant and receive a US launched drone event if those camps where in the Maghreb or the Middle East.

In any case, here is the first part. Enjoy.

A Richmond Hill teacher has been fired following a 10-week investigation into “racist” comments critical of Islam that he allegedly posted online.

Michael Marshall was dismissed following a meeting of the York Region District School Board (YRDSB) on Tuesday, said board spokesperson Licinio Miguelo.

Miguelo said no one at the school or the board would be available to comment further.

Marshall could not be reached on Tuesday or Wednesday for comment.

2. Second woman files human rights complaint in fight to have face covered during citizenship ceremony

(Clearly the one culture we are not allowed to have in Canada’s multicultural utopia is ours)

A second Muslim woman is challenging a government policy that prohibits people from covering their faces while swearing the oath of citizenship.

In a complaint filed with the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Maiia Mykolayivna Zaafrane says she was discriminated against on the basis of religion when she was not allowed to participate in a citizenship ceremony because she refused to remove her niqab, a garment that covers her head and face, except her eyes.

The niqab ban became a major political flashpoint this year after another Muslim woman, Zunera Ishaq, challenged the policy in Federal Court. A judge ruled in February that the policy was unlawful because it violated federal regulations requiring citizenship judges to allow would-be citizens the “greatest possible freedom in the religious solemnization or the solemn affirmation of the oath.”

In his new book “The Last Refuge”, Holocaust survivor and Nobel Prize for Literature Imre Kertész criticized the attempt to replace European culture with mass immigration: “Europe will soon go under because of its previous liberalism which has proven childish and suicidal. Europe produced Hitler, and after Hitler there stands a continent with no arguments: the doors are wide open for Islam; no longer does anyone dare talk about race and religion, while at the same time Islam only knows the language of hatred against all foreign races and religions”.

Kertész continues as follows: “I would talk about how Muslims are flooding, occupying, in no uncertain terms, destroying Europe; about how Europe relates to this, about the suicidal liberalism and the stupid democracy… It always ends the same way: civilization reaches a stage of maturation where it is not only unable to defend itself, but where it in a seemingly incomprehensible manner worships its own enemy”.

Influential muslim intimates veiled threats to Quebec if they do not pass Bill 59

As readers of this site will know, there has been a debate all week in the Quebec legislature about potential passage of a bill called, Bill 59.

There is so much wrong with it one doesn’t know where to begin. But begin we must for its the first flush of the principles of the enlightenment and Western Civilization and it will spread from Quebec across the Western world as people, most notably leftist and muslim groups, see this as a model of how to implement phase 1 of sharia blasphemy laws.

The clip below is a couple of short segments of a very influential muslim, Imam Salam Elmenyawi. in Montreal, who I am reliably informed is head of an organization what represents 70 islamic institutions including being the chaplain of McGill and Concordia University.

While an astute observer would be able to find quite a few flaws in this man’s ‘reasoning’ the one that concerns this website the most is the fact of selective enforcement. We can say with certainty that bill 59 will never be used to stop a muslim preacher from explaining to his congregation how all non-muslims are inferior and unworthy of the most basic of human dignities let alone rights, and that Jews are somehow apes and pigs etc. These notions, which compose a significant majority of the koran and hadiths, will be considered protected speech under their religious rights, while any attempt to point this out will be prosecuted under Bill 59.

How can I know this? The website Point De Bascule already attempted to take a hate preacher to task under already existing hate crimes laws and the case was refused. And that was in 2008. This new tool will only sharpen the distinction and make the fines for criticism of islam that much easier to prosecute and the fines that much more painful.

In these two clips of his testimony, the totality of which can be seen here, we can see everything from careful wording to guarantee that ridicule of non-islamic world views will be perfectly OK, while islam will be uniquely protected, to what sure sounds like a threat at the end of the second clip.

ISNA school in Ontario wins sharia victory on the soccer pitch

Check out this video showing how a coach of a Catholic soccer team in Ontario submitted to sharia norms in the most repugnant way, making the girls on the team who had achieved their position by merit, leave the game at the request of muslims or see their team mates not be able to finish the game. Next it will be Jews. Then every other kind of person offensive to islam.

Additional thoughts. What if they had been playing against a KKK team from Alabama in the 30s or something and they said they wouldn’t play against black people and the coach had convinced the blacks to sit it out so the rest of the team could enjoy the game. Would people think about it differently then? Because they shouldn’t.

Lowell Green, one of Canada’s most courageous talk show hosts brought up the subject but so few called or wrote in on the matter that he had to bundle the subject with what is everyone’s favorite TV show. Even so there was some attention given. I extracted the few calls and emails from today’s show and stitched the together here

I hear from good authority that Heritage Canada is changing their story on the history of this event. I hope to post more on that shortly.

AM radio call from the organizer of the freedom of speech event at Parliament Hill scheduled for May 20, subsequently cancelled, along with limits to Danish event

Here are segments of tonight’s Late Night Counsell from AM radio CFRA after the show host was made aware of the Free Speech event planned for Parliament hill tonight. Emails and callers including the woman, Alexandra, who organized the event called in to discuss it. Show host John Counsell was very good on the issue.

Earlier today, Vlad Tepes posted an article about a gathering for irreverent religious drawings to take place in Bornholm Denmark. The mayor of that town has now said that no drawings of mohamed should be shown at this meeting as of 1:30 AM ET. So early morning in Denmark.

The peoples meeting must be held with words and arguments, not with deeply provocative drawings.

So says Mayor of Bornholm Regional Municipality, Winni Grosbøll (S), who flatly refuses to let the works from the recent “Draw the Prophet Mohammed” competition by American Islam critic Pamela Geller be exhibited at the political festival.

“The people’s meeting is about words and arguments. The drawings would completely short-circuit the debate. There is no reason to do that, and you can easily have discussions without doing it with pictures and drawings” she says, calling it an unnecessary provocation:

“They do not belong here. They will have to find a gallery or an art exhibition that will show that sort of stuff” she says.
It is the organizations “Stop the Islamisation of Denmark” (SIAD) and “Free Denmark”, who are organizing the political “Progress Party” tent at the public meeting who wanted to include the drawings. Anders Gravers Pedersen, the head of SIAD, explains that they had intended to exhibit the drawings from Islam critic Pamela Geller’s competition. The competition was the victim of an attack in early May.

Two armed assassins who were self-proclaimed Islamists, allegedly linked to the Islamic State, were shot and killed as they tried to penetrate the arrangement in Garland, Texas.
Pamela Geller is known as a very vocal critic of Islam. She has, amongst other things, fought against the building of an Islamic cultural center near Ground Zero in New York. She has also accused President Barack Obama of being a secret Muslim who wants to destroy the United States.

Exactly who makes the laws in Canada today?

Official notice was just sent out that tomorrow’s ‘Draw anything you want event’ at Parliament Hill in Ottawa Canada was officially cancelled. The email with what scant details are available is below.

The cancelation of this event however raises a very frightening question. Who exactly makes the laws in Canada, if an event can take place or not based on the preferences of one group acting illegally and with threat of deadly force at the federal capital buildings of Canada. This is a black day for national sovereignty in the free world and Canada especially indeed.

 

Draw Muhammed Day event cancelled at last minute

After having been given (last week) the go ahead with the Draw Muhammed Day on Parliament Hill for tomorrow, 20th of May, by the RCMP security people, I have just received a phone call (at 5:25 pm) from Canadian Heritage cancelling the event due to ‘security concerns’.

The Canadian Heritage representative said he was unable to give me further details regarding the last minute cancellation and said no appeal was possible.

Such is the state – or lack thereof – of free speech in Canada.

Thanks to all of you who helped spread the word about the planned event – please, let your contacts know that, at this late an hour, our freedom of speech has been cancelled.

Islam in Canadian prisons and testimony at the Senate hearing on National Security bill C-51

Here is an Ottawa Citizen article on islam in prisons in Canada that is quite good. I will excerpt a couple of bits but the whole article is well worth the time and effort. Below that, testimony that was given yesterday, May 4 – 2015, by a veteran psychologist on Mohamed Shafia, the man who murdered one of his wives and a few daughters with the assistance of one of his sons if memory serves, and his impact on a high security prison in Kingston On.

Kingston Penitentiary was already a very scary place the day Mohammad Shafia walked into the joint.

The Montrealer was convicted for the 2009 murders of his three daughters and first wife in a barbaric “honour killing” in which the women were incapacitated and dumped into the Rideau Canal near Kingston. In Shafia’s twisted interpretation of Islam, his daughters were too Western, had brought shame upon the family and therefore had to die.

It wasn’t long before he unleashed another reign of religious terror at the notorious slammer, a jailhouse insider revealed Monday.

(The Citizen claims Shafia has a “twisted interpretation of islam” but utterly neglects to say how exactly, it is twisted. Reliance of the Traveler specifically gives permission to muslims to murder children if they are not submissive to islamic rule)

One, a Christian, “felt so intimated by Shafia and some of his lieutenants that he chose to give up his relative freedom of movement on the range and in the general population for a much more restricted life on a social isolation range. He advised me that confinement was worth it to avoid the hassle of dealing with ‘the Muslims.’

Here he is talking about doing ‘dawa’ (Islamic proselytization) and using many of the common deceptions muslims use such as quoting ‘no compulsion in religion’ and not quoting “he who changes his islamic religion, kill him”

Here he is being praised for helping defeat ‘radicalization’ as opposed to funding and promoting it, which is what it looks like he may have actually been doing, from the Globe and Mail.

Quebec school uses sharia standards to threaten a man to remove Facebook opinion about islam

This is a very important story and has a rather interesting peripheral message as well.

A Quebec father is rightfully furious that his child’s elementary school forced him to take down his opinion of islam from his own Facebook page under threat of being charged with a “hate crime”.

His opinion of Islam was that it was a “shitty religion” (which I feel is a gross understatement) because the school was teaching his own young child about islam which the father found objectionable as they already have a family religion.

The surprise element here is that the teacher was making the kids draw mohamed and somehow this is suddenly OK.

This is rather excellent proof of what I consider the unspoken axiom of sharia law.

Essentially that goes, ‘anything is OK if it is for the advancement of Islam, including drinking at a strip joint so long as the next night you are flying kufr aircraft into buildings, and drawing mohamed is also OK so long as its for indoctrinating kids to feel favorable towards islam. Otherwise, these are death-penatly offenses.

More proof that islam is less a religion than it is a system for manifest destiny.

This would be one of those news items where it would be good, if you are anywhere in Canada, to write the media, your local MP, any constitutional lawyers you might know and start a push back to make sure that no school or other institution ever tries a stunt like this again to any Canadian ever.

Quebec Premier Couillard promises a plan of action and a law

The Quebec government will legislate on secularism by the summer to ban the wearing of the full Islamic veil for officials in contact with the population, as well as for citizens in public administration, an unprecedented measure in Canada.

The law on “state neutrality” should remind us of our “fundamental individual rights” that apply in this province, said Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard during a recent interview with AFP.

“It will be proposed that both the person providing a public service and receiving it must have their faces exposed for communication, safety and identification purposes.”

The Liberal leader, elected with a large majority last April, notes that this will apply to both public service and municipal government.

This enforcement action will prevent the wearing of the full veil (niqab or burqa) by employees or users of the administration.

“It’s the least the government could do. The expectation of citizens was high to ensure that the state decides on its relations with the religious,” considers Jocelyn Maclure, a philosophy professor at Laval University in Quebec City.

“It’s surprising that this has not yet been done.”
