Muslim Student’s Assn. of Concordia in Montreal busted for being, well, islamic really.

The MSA’s are in fact among the more problematic of the countless muslim brotherhood front groups. For anyone curious about them, the video below of their pledge of allegiance as said at all meetings should tip off most to it’s values.

Now it is Terrebonne’s turn to ban a mosque

An original Translation by Carolus

From Journal de Montreal

[translator’s note: Terrebonne is a suburb of 100,000 inhabitants, north of Montreal]

A place in the city’s industrial estate is however used for activities and prayers by the Muslim community since 2010

TERREBONNE | After a zoning change to ban a mosque in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve [a Montreal neighborhood], and then the refusal of the city of Shawinigan [a small city of 50,000 inhabitants between Montreal and Quebec] to allow a mosque to be established in the industrial estate, a third mosque is the object of a judicial dispute, threatening to disallow its establishment in the industrial estate.

Terrebonne directed its lawyers to obtain an injunction forcing the eviction of the mosque located in the city’s industrial estate, on Pascal-Gagnon Street, last Friday.

Muslims who patronize the mosque do not find the controversy amusing. “No neighbours complained about us, and we have added fire extinguishers and smoke detectors as per the fire by-laws, ” pleads Karim Sibous, a spokesperson for Estime Rive-Nord and the manager of the mosque.

The hesitations and bungling on the part of the city of Terrebonne seem to prove him right.

The case started December 2010. The mosque had opened without official notice to the city, in 2000 sq. ft. premises located on two floors, in the city’s industrial estate.

Two more years

– It was only two years later, in October 2012, that the city recognized its mistake of having permitted the establishment of a mosque in its industrial estate. The chief inspector, who originally gave the okay, later ordered the mosque to leave its premises within 90 days, but the mosque never left.

– On June 17, 2013, the city’s executive committee refused to change the zoning for the premises to allow the establishment of a house of worship.

– Last January 26, the city issued a legal notice of non-conformity, with an order to evacuate the premises “with the briefest possible delay”.

That refusal to change the zoning and the two legal notices of non-conformity have been up to now ignored by the mosque’s management, and they have not received any further sanction from the city’s authorities.

– It was only last Thursday that the city tasked the Deveau law office to bring to a halt that illegal utilization of an industrial area for worship purposes.

The mosque still has hope

Today, the mosque is patronized mostly on Friday evenings and during weekends. About thirty worshippers were on the premises for the final prayer and some cultural activities last Friday.

Saturday the Muslim association management refused, after consulting its members, to send us, as was agreed, the original written documents allowing the mosque to occupy its present premises for the past five years, in spite of the zoning regulations.

In an e-mail that he sent last Saturday, Karim Sibous writes: “We have the firm conviction that we will be able to negotiate in full confidence with the city’s authorities and find a solution to our problem.”

Senate questions Muslim leader, Shahina Siddiqui, over alleged ties to radicals

Here is the whole session with Shahina Siddiqui. Hold on to your air sick bags for her initial few minutes and one senator in particular who can only think of one question for this clandestine CAIR speaker. How much do you want and how can we make sure we get you everything you need fast enough.

Here is an article at the Toronto Sun on this session. its worth the read as are the comments. Below, is a short segment of the whole thing from above where at least one Senator actually was hip to her nonsense and called her on it to the extent she could in a venue like that.

Notice the classic methods of dissimulation used. She condemns the loss of all “innocent” life. This of course means muslims because to a muslim religious enough to wear a garment proving your religiosity  on the head, innocent means muslims as the sharia explains it. Many of these kinds of devices are in every idea she forms.

Please check out Blazing Cat Fur on her claim that CAIR-CAN and CAIR USA are not connected nor have they ever been.

Police press meeting for the ‘Toronto Peace Tunnel’

I like where the police spokesman says something like, ‘it isn’t a crime to dig a hole’.

In Toronto it probably costs $15,000.00 and takes 14 months to get a permit to build a back deck for your BBQ. and that would be on your own fully owned private land. So building a concrete reenforced tunnel with heating and gas generators with no permits etc. etc. in a public park or whatever that is, I am pretty sure would cause the municipality to wrap its collective heads around parking meters trying to get a compile list of laws and regulations broken. Unless of course they are muslims. Then it was a public service project no doubt.

I mean if that concrete heated gas powered tunnel with lights etc. is “digging a hole” then you Toronto people can easily build a granny suite over your garage and just call it piling up some sticks.

Mystery tunnel found near Pan Am Games venue

Toronto Canada

From CBC

National security officials have been notified that an underground tunnel was discovered near a venue for this summer’s Pan Am Games in Toronto, CBC News has learned.

The tunnel was dug in the woods near Toronto’s Rexall Centre and York University’s Keele campus. It was large enough for a person to stand in, at around 2½ metres in height, and was about seven metres long. The tunnel had lights inside, powered by a generator, and the walls and ceiling were reinforced.

Montreal Region – Another Event with a Controversial Imam Cancelled

An original translation by CB Sashenka

From This Quebec news site

Feb 18 2015

By Pierre-Olivier Zappa | News Alerts

After the Academy of North American Sharia was forced to change its plans this past weekend, it was the turn of Islamic Relief Canada, a charity, to cancel itsevent with an imam who has a disturbing past.

A decision that comes after J.E. (TVA’s investigative reporting) report on religious radicals invited to preach in the Montreal area.

This time it was a conference that was supposed to be held on Saturday at the mosque in Brossard, to be led by a controversial imam from the United States, Siraj Wahhaj.

The organizers confirmed to TVA News that the event is cancelled, mainly because of J.E.’s findings.

We learned that this imam has a disturbing past: he is deemed by the FBI a co-conspirator of the first World Trade Center attack in 1993. However, he was never charged.

Many of his speeches and sermons are about the U.S. government, which he considers to be the real terrorist that must be fought.

He also believes that Muslims should refuse to integrate into the host society, and instead impose their own customs.

The imam was supposed to appear in Brossard by invitation of Islamic Relief Canada, a charity that has received a grant of $1.5 million from the federal government.

Exposing enemies of the West in Quebec. Salah Assawy and Omar Shahin

The Director of Point de Bascule was interviewed by Montreal’s LCN / TVA reporter and news anchor Michel Jean on Feb 15, 2015.

After the Montreal Outremont borough issued a press release Saturday morning saying it had made the decision that an event would not be held in the city’s cultural center following “disturbing information” broadcast on the TVA Nouvelles network Friday, the network’s investigative show J.E. said two fundamentalist imams — Salah Assawy and Omar Shahin —were leading an event organized by a Shariah Academy where diplomas in Islamic studies would be handed out in.

Following this event, LCN / TVA’s journalist Marie-Laure Delainey interviewed, after difficult negotiations, one of the two leaders behind the shariah academy graduation event, Omar Shahin. Following the excerpt between Delainey and Shahin, Michel Jean interviewed the director of Point de Bascule to expose Shahin’s disturbing links with Islamic radical organizations and individuals who were directly associated with Osama Ben Laden, the late Al-Qaeda leader.

The MTS [Montreal Transit Society] allocates a space for muslim prayers

Original Translation by Sassy

From Le Devoir

MONTREAL: Pursuant to the request of ONE MUSLIM EMPLOYEE,  the Montreal Transit Society [MTS] approved allocation of a prayer space in its Youville maintenance workshop Department.

Arnaud Stopa | Le Devoir | 2015-02-06

Since Wednesday, rumor has been spreading among the employees working in the subway repairs’ department, as confirmed by the STM Public Relations to Le Devoir newspaper.

Isabelle A. Tremblay – Corporate Advisor to the STM Public Affairs – stated in an email that regardless if the request was made by a religious Muslim, ” NO, this space is not dedicated to a specific religion”.

However, according to Luc St-Hilaire, President of the Montreal Transit Union, the public institution’s statement is contradictory.  “[The STM] says the space is open to everyone but should the request be made by a Québécois Catholic, it would first require an initial review.”

A request that would be granted?  “It’s a good question, but I was told that since no such request was made, they have no answer.”

In the same email, Mme Tremblay confirmed the STM position.  “The request would be studied according to the same criteria as those applied for requests already received.”

“For many years now, there have been individual requests for accommodations”, explains the Union representative, “and they’ve always been accepted.  But now, it is a new situation: there will be a dedicated space.”

The new space is located under a stairwell, 5′ wide by 25′ long, according to plans of the premises obtained by Le Devoir.  The space will accommodate ‘six people according to various times of the day’ and already has a basin for ritual cleansing.  Apparently “no additional costs were incurred by the STM except for the replacement of six neon tubes […] and the removal of a door lock”. media questions concerning one of his clients: the vice-president of the Front
National (Marine LePen’s party), Florian Philippot.

LE JOURNAL

MONAY 19 January 2015

A French lawyer and Professor, Gregoire Lafarge, created quite a commotion (in class and online) – this Friday, when he took on one of his students during a course of ethics.

Le Figaro (Respected French centre-right Daily) quotes one of the students who witnessed the scene: “Arriving in the lecture hall, the professor looked at the veiled young girl intensively. He approached her, probably to ask her to take of her veil, but other students prevented him from ending his sentence. He reacted badly and left the lecture hall immediately. Before returning, apparently in anger, “he undressed in taking off his scarf, his jacket, his shirt. He shouted “my religion is naturism”. (Nudism)

The collegues of the targetted student also reacted, as reported in Le Figaro.

The first video from Quebec press on the Montreal mosque and school penetration

Sassy has sent us the translation of this Quebec TV piece discussing the Journal de Montreal expose of Jan. 19 2015 concerning the mosques and schools, what they are preaching and teaching and who funds it. It may not be news to most who read this site but the fact that this kind of information is making the mainstream press means that policies may finally change. Policies like the destruction of Western civilization being funded in fact, by Western civilization.
