Populism on the rise in Canada as “unelectable” Pierre Poilievre sweeps Conservative leadership

Pierre Poilievre dispensed the naysayers in the Canadian Conservative leadership convention and swept the top job on the first ballot, something that hasn’t happened since Stephen Harper kicked off his political dynasty in 2004.

The Poilievre movement brought 300,000 new members into the Conservative Party (myself and my wife included), which resulted in 68% of votes. The Laurentian elite anointed (and media approved) candidate was Jean Charest,  who was clubbed like a baby seal, stitching together a mere 16% of the vote. This morning Charest announced his departure from politics.

I would like to offer a thought of my own about the victory of Pierre Poilievre to the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada.

The history of story telling has a theme that goes back thousands of years, and it’s a theme that could destroy us right here and right now.

That theme is one of a hero and saviour of mankind, who comes with something amazing and saves us all and then is usually destroyed, killed, or eternally punished for it, usually on a hill. This goes from before from Prometheus to after Neo of the Matrix.

This theme is profoundly destructive in this instance because it will allow our own complacency to destroy what is left of our freedoms.

Let me state clearly that is Pierre Poilievre is every last thing we think and hope he is, it means not one damn thing if we do not take this opportunity to fight for ourselves and our freedoms.

Stephen Harper also promised to defund the CBC when he was running for office. Was he lying? Did he not really want to do it? No we hasn’t and of course he did. CBC practiced critical theory against Harper at every turn. They called him a racist in nearly every sketch their alleged comedy people wrote on CBC radio and the “news” was worse. Canadians did nothing expecting that since he was the PM he could do all the work that needed by magic. Well he can’t. Even Trump couldn’t and Trump was massively accomplished.

But frankly, all that matters is we have someone who even makes claims to want to set Canada right in a position like his. Even if Poilievre is a fraud (and I do not think he is) it doesn’t matter if we take this opportunity to get it right. Pierre is the symbol we need to do the things we have to do. Go to protests. Make your voices heard at the office and social settings the way the left have, and normalize reality again.

OPPOSE all the communist measures that are now in place everywhere (and are the normal and only allowed positions) vocally and in every other way you can short of crime.

Pierre’s victory is not our victory. It is merely a door and a path to victory. WE have to walk it. There really isn’t much he can do, even if elected Prime Minister. We have to give him a mandate to act, and act ourselves. We have to put the communists and authoritarians in retreat. Military personnel can now react to the placement of Political Officers (Diversity Inclusion Equity etc) at the top of all command chains and go back to merit and purpose if they fight for it.

We have a symbol now we can rally behind. Start the wheels now. If he gets elected PM then double your efforts. But this ship won’t be steered away from the iceberg unless we all grab the wheel. Remember it is headed for one because the people commanding the ship actually want it to hit the iceberg. Just getting a captain we like does nothing except give us access to the engine room and equipment lockers.

Start demanding consideration for Christian, Orthodox Jewish, Greek, Byzantine values and classical liberal values instead of the negating destructive anti-reason of the communist left in all things now in Canadian culture and institutions.

Start this week. Saturday, large protests with speakers and so on are planned all over the place. Find out where the one closest to you, or where you can be the most effective and go. Many of us are afraid of what will happen if we are seen supporting the fight for basic liberties. But by now it should be obvious that hiding from the fight means you lose without even knowing you tried, and is a huge betrayal to the people who have indeed sacrificed everything to stand up to the totalitarians.

The doctors, the nurses, the family people, the truck drivers, the people who owned mom and pop businesses that got walloped for donating to them. Now is the time to join them because we have someone who at least pays lip service to the idea that we are right. And that person has given us a shot at winning back our liberal democracy and restoring truth and reality from this Trudopian, Neo-leninist goo we live in now.

We have to be the army behind Poilievre, and Maxime Bernier for that matter, that make the left know they are done. The leaders cannot do it alone no matter how much they want to. And Canadians are famously complacent. So it is a big, big ask.

FIND a way to support any movement that allows freedom of speech, and the injection of truth into the public forum. Make yourself heard. Put some of your resources into it. Support people who speak for you in one way or another and preferably in all ways. This, my dear Canadian friends, is for all the marbles. And the old way won’t work. We know how a few violent leftists managed to take over whole parts of cities in the US and declare them autonomous zones and they were called, “Mostly peaceful protests” by the media, while a few hundred unarmed middle class protestors at Capitol Hill…

This speaks to the reality of politics today. There won’t be a saviour in the literary sense. Only someone who opens the door. It is up to us to walk through it.

 

 

Hunter Biden’s laptop, the FBI and objecting to a closed source system for counting votes

The following essay was written on the day of Ontario’s last election where Doug Ford was elected by a wide margin, and the one actual conservative, The New Blue Party representative, Belinda Karahalios, lost her seat.

I wrote this for another site that rejected it for various reasons but not accuracy. I had this checked by a Cyber-security expert on par with some of the best in the World.

I decided to post it today in part, because of the following video:

Today, the most developed and populous province of Canada, Ontario votes for a new government. The likely victor will be Doug Ford, leader of the ‘Conservative’ party of Ontario. Mr. Ford’s government differs from the far left, basically revolutionary parties, namely The Liberal Party, the New Democratic Party (the NDP) and the Green Party, only in that he pretends to be reluctant when enforcing the same emergency measures all of them wanted. Reluctant, but passed laws and regulations like: lockdowns, closing public facilities, mandating mRNA injections for Ontario civil servants, closing outdoor public parks, new laws criminalizing protests at government discretion and much much more.

But what caught the eye of some Ontario voters was the switch from counting the votes to Dominion Voting machines. Traditionally vote counting had always been done by people from each party, scrutineers, who look over the ballots and argue between them which ones are valid and which are spoiled. Many people witness each ballot, and there is very little chance for widespread cheating.

This time, the machines which generated a lot of controversy in the 2020 US presidential election, Dominion Voting machines from Toronto are being used.

Unfortunately, a lot of problematic, and probably Russian originating disinformation about the machines was circulated. Some influential people like Mike Lindell actually held open and expensive forums where code reveals where supposed to take place showing how the machines had been hacked. This effort was a failure based on many Cybersecurity experts. Even ones who seemed to be supporters of then President Trump.

But there are still questions remaining about these machines. For one thing, they are not open source. This means that no one can access the code by which these machines operate and examine it to see what exactly it does. Linux for example is an open source system, and a lot of security software is open source, allowing anyone who can read code to find any back doors or other code that may cause a machine to do other than is intended. Even Android is open source even if all the apps one may get, may or may not be.

Dominion did provide the code when asked. Not being one who reads or writes code, I have no idea of knowing if the copy of the code that was submitted is actually what is in the machines, or how in fact that all works.

But the real issue is that it is not a transparent system to the average voter. Even if these machines deliver perfect and accurate counts of each vote, the fact that most people cannot know how they work means there is not perfect trust in the system. And voting and elections are entirely about trust.

With scrutineers, you know that someone with your interests are overseeing the count. You know that the records are kept for each polling station with the paper ballots in a way that can be easily verified with a hand recount.

The fact that there was so much propaganda about the machines circulated in 2020, true or false, and even if we are content that the most publicized aspects of it are indeed false, it leads to less trust in a system that is built on trust. This means we should not use this system.

*Addendum:

In no way to I mean to impugn Mike Lindell or his efforts to verify the 2020 election. The suspicion is some of the people who organized his event were not solid computer people or cyber security experts. Mike Lindell does excellent work on a dozen fronts for the restoration of classical values and American law and constitutional rights in America.
As for the election, yeah it was obviously stolen. In the technical sense, watch 2000 Mules by Dinesh D’souza. But even without that, the banning of Trump from Twitter, the media pushing knowingly false narratives about Russian collusion, the FBI hiding Hunter Biden’s laptop, Jill and the Democrats hiding Joe Biden’s galloping dementia and Facebook blocking the Republicans from fundraising would all count as election rigging if the GOP did that to the Democrats, and we all know they would. Gore made the claim of election rigging with far far far less than that to go on.

 

More proof positive that the FBI rigged the 2020 US federal election

Deeply sorry to ask people to watch this. But when you do, please remember that the FBI had this hard drive before the election and made sure none of its contents could be leaked to the public.

Also ask yourself had the FBI had a similar video of Trump’s son, any of them, and hid it, would the Democrats or left claim the election was rigged on that basis alone?

Even if we forget about EVERY accusation against the integrity of that election, (except for 2000 Mules as that video was checked out by a cybersec expert I know and trust, and he was confident the data was legit and it was in fact stolen that way) and just look at the few scraps from Hunter’s laptop we know about, and add to that, Twitter kicked off President Trump before the election, suppressed his followers massively, and made his talking points bannable offences.

Facebook even would not allow Trump or the Republican Party to raise funds for the election.

That election was stolen way way before a single fake ballot was cast.

And the FBI increasingly look like the largest criminal organization on Earth.

The California recall vote is being stolen by 70%

Even if they do let this guy vote, and the 70% of people who’s vote was stolen, doesn’t that just at most cancel the stolen vote? How would they know who the thief voted for, even though we all know its for Newsom or a Democrat.

And this is how I know Trudeau will win his majority. There is no way an arrogant and hated spoiled Dauphin like Trudeau, would ever call an election early if he didn’t have it in the bag. Only he isn’t senile enough to openly state like Biden did, that they have the best election fraud machinery ever.
