These links were left in a comment on another post (thank you Pope Urban II) and deserve attention. It is as interesting what is not written, as well as what is. Worth looking up the areas in question and determining the demographics. It becomes even more obvious who is doing what to whom and why.

One cabbie with 25 years’ experience, Derek Egerton, vowed he will never work around Salford Precinct again after witnessing the bus attack. He said a gang threw bricks through the windows of his cab just days earlier.

2. Terror for passengers as pack of youths attack bus in Salford

 

Passengers cowered in terror as yobs aged as young as 13 pelted a stranded bus with snowballs and a brick. A gang of between ten and 15 hooded youths surrounded the packed bus after it pulled into a stop in Salford. Police believe the yobs were all aged between 13 and 15-years-old. A large number of snowballs were hurled at the windows before the gang moved around to the back of the bus. They lifted the engine cover then pressed an emergency stop button, which meant that the bus was unable to drive away, before hurling a brick which smashed through a window. Passengers on board reported children screaming with fear.

Many people wonder why Muslims would attack a mosque and claim its proof that this is not a religious issue and the problem can’t lie with Islam.

They think this because they do not understand the fundamental fact of Islam that Muslims do understand and occasionally even tell us.

Mosques are political institutions and the places from which military campaigns and terrorist activities are planned and often the weapons are constructed and stored in them. Mosques are not churches. The president of Turkey made this quite clear in his recent statement about Mosques being barracks, minarets being bayonets and Muslims being soldiers. So it is only surprising that competing flavors of Islam do not blow up mosques more often than they actually do, as they suffer no illusions about mosques as places of peaceful worship.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – According to an Iraqi security forces, police arrested a Wahhabi woman in Sunni dominated region of Diali who has sent her 9 years old boy to suicide in a Shiite mosque.

The arrested terrorist woman, S.Alabidi, confessed that in year 2006, she and her husband have wrapped their boy, Kadhim, with explosive belt to blow up Shiite mosque in Diali province.

In the attack 9 Shia martyred and 8 others injured.

I have re-uploaded one of the videos that YT took special objection to, even though it was merely a subtitled compilation of two videos already on YT but by the original terrorist groups who posted them.

The first one is by a Dagestani leader who calls for all out war on the infidel and asks that women and children (with husbands or fathers permission of course) join the jihad and the second is a Dagestan women homicide bomber’s video she made right before slaughtering over a dozen uninvolved Russians at a Subway station in Russia.

I am reposting this video at this time because of the article a few posts down on Dagestan, and because the BBC will be airing a documentary today/tonight on how the entire region has become a chaotic violent jihad for the purpose of imposing sharia law on everyone and forcing Islamic hegemony and primacy through bombs and killing on all peoples of the area.

It is very important that those of us at more mild stages of the jihad, where it is about simpler rights and less intrusive violations of our own legal, moral and ethical systems pay close attention to what happens in areas where Islam grows in population and consequently influence. This is no joke and neither is it subtle.

Mum of nine-year-old suicide bomber arrested in Iraq

IRAQI security forces have arrested a woman whose boyfriend convinced her to send her little boy on a suicide mission and then failed to stop the attack after she had a change of heart.

Sunni widow Suad al-Obaidi, 47, was arrested on Friday along with her allegedly al-Qaeda boyfriend, a Diyala police officer said.

She was arrested in Diyala province, while the boyfriend, Hamid Alwan, 53, was detained in Baghdad.

According to the officer, Alwan convinced Obaidi to send nine-year-old Murtada Latif Kadhem to bomb a Shi’ite mosque in Khales, north of Baghdad, several years ago.

Alwan “took her son with her … by car to the Shi’ite mosque but, on the way there, she started to cry about her son,” the officer said.

“He put her out of the car, and took the son, who was wearing an explosive belt, to the mosque, where he blew himself up.”

Security officials said the December 29, 2006 attack killed at least nine people, including the imam of the mosque, and wounded at least eight.

Graduate denies 30 counts in ‘priming for terrorism’ trial

A UNIVERSITY graduate distributed extremist books and DVDs with the aim of “priming people for terrorism”, a trial jury has heard.

 

Ahmed Faraz is accused of possessing and disseminating material that ended up in the hands of terrorists including Mohammed Sidique Khan, the leader of the July 7 bomb plot.

Faraz, 32, is charged with 30 counts linked to the Maktabah publisher and bookshop which he ran in Birmingham.

He was not, however, connected to any specific terrorist plot, a jury at Kingston Crown Court, south west London, was told yesterday.

Max Hill QC, prosecuting, said: “This case is about the distribution of books and DVDs and other material which we say represent steps along the road to radicalisation of Muslims to engage in violent terrorist attacks around the world, including the UK.

“This case is also about the ways and means by which to solidify that radicalisation and provide practical assistance for those who have been radicalised.

“To encapsulate it in a single phrase, this case is about priming people for terrorism.”

Those convicted of plotting to blow up planes over the Atlantic have also been found to be in possession of material published by Maktabah, the court heard. Continue Reading →

Would-be bomber tells Gaza children to be like her

GAZA CITY (Reuters) — A would-be suicide bomber freed by Israel in the prisoner swap told cheering schoolchildren in Gaza the day after her release Wednesday she hoped they would follow her example.

“I hope you will walk the same path we took and God willing, we will see some of you as martyrs,” Wafa al-Biss told dozens of children who came to her home in the northern Gaza Strip.

Biss was traveling to Beersheba’s Soroka hospital for medical treatment in 2005 when Israeli soldiers at the Erez border crossing noticed she was walking strangely. They found 10 kgs of explosives had been sewn into her underwear.

A member of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an armed group aligned with President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah party, Biss was sentenced to a 12-year term for planning to blow herself up.

After she spoke, the children cheered and waved Palestinian flags and chanted: “We will give souls and blood to redeem the prisoners. We will give souls and blood for you, Palestine.”

Biss said she had planned to blow herself up at the checkpoint but her detonator malfunctioned.

“Unfortunately, the button did not work at the last minute before I was to be martyred,” Biss told Reuters.

She said she had not yet adjusted to her freedom and arose early on Wednesday for prison roll call.

“This morning I woke up in my room, wore my scarf and stood up awaiting the line-up time before I realized I was home and not in jail,” she said.

Once she settles back to her routine, Biss said she plans to complete university psychology studies but added that she remained defiant in the face of Israeli warnings to act against those who return to fighting.

“We will pursue our struggle and (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Nentanyahu) knows that. Arrests will not deter us from our strong battles and confrontation in the face of Zionist arrogance in the land of Palestine,” she said.

Biss was one of 477 Palestinians freed by Israel on Tuesday in the first stage of an exchange with Hamas that ended Gilad Shalit’s five years of captivity.

Another 550 Palestinians will be freed in the second stage later this year.

Young radio contest winners in Somalia receive rifles, two bombs, religious books

An Islamist insurgent-run radio station in Somalia says it is awarding guns, bombs and books to three children in a Koran recital contest.

Andulus radio station is run by the al-Qaeda-linked al-Shabab militia.

The station announced Monday that the first prize winner in the contest received a rifle and $700, the second prize winner got a rifle and $500, and the third prize winner received two bombs.

All three children also received religious books.

Al-Shabab is battling Somalia’s weak, UN-backed government. The militants have recently been weakened by famine in territory they control.

Somalia has been plagued by violence and religious extremism, with a leader of the country’s Islamist insurgency threatening late last year to attack the United States.

“We tell the American President Barack Obama to embrace Islam before we come to his country,” said Fuad Mohamed “Shongole” Qalaf.

A former Taliban fighter who ran a market stall as a recruitment centre for extremists to wage war on British troops was jailed for  life yesterday.

Pakistani-born British citizen Munir Farooqi was at the centre of a plot to persuade vulnerable young men  to ‘fight, kill and die’ in a jihad, or holy war, in Afghanistan.

The 54-year-old used extremist literature and films to convert an estate agent, a former British soldier and members of a local criminal gang to Islam.

The 54-year-old used extremist literature and films to convert an estate agent, a former British soldier and members of a local criminal gang to Islam.

Farooqi and two other men were captured two years ago after a pair of undercover anti-terrorism police officers infiltrated his group. He bragged to them about fighting with the Taliban, and told them they could become ‘martyrs’.

Yesterday, Farooqi received four life sentences at Manchester Crown Court. He was told he must serve a minimum of nine years before he can be considered for parole.

Seven people were injured in south Tel Aviv early Monday morning, when a terrorist from the West Bank carjacked a taxi and rammed it into a police road block protecting a Tel Aviv nightclub, before going on a stabbing spree.

Police said the terrorist, a 20-year-old Nablus resident, entered a taxi near the beginning of Salameh Street, and carjacked the driver, stabbing him in the hand. He then drove for approximately a kilometer down Salameh Street towards the Haoman 17 nightclub, which was filled with high school children at an end-of-summer party. At the time of the attack, almost all of the teenagers were inside the club.
