Augsburg: Syrian Wanted to Murder Judge and Prosecutor

In Augsburg, a Syrian-Palestinian ISIS terrorist is on trial for six attempted murders. During a trial in July 2017, he wanted to murder five judges and a public prosecutor.
There was a state of emergency this past Tuesday in the large conference room of the Augsburg Criminal Justice Centre. The defendant Haidar A., 26, screams loudly and spits while he squirms in the grip of the police officers. Since Haidar A., who “fled from violence” in his home town, tried to shoot the entire court including the jurors and public prosecutor 2 years ago, the Syrian is currently being tried in the Swabian metropolis behind bulletproof glass and under the highest security measures. The asylum seeker was already was standing trail before the Augsburg Regional Court two years ago and is sufficiently familiar with German jurisdiction.
The gift of Islamic terror
On 7 November 2016, the Syrian brutally rammed a knife into the neck of his roommate Omar A. in the refugee home in Hurlach (Landsberg district) and tried to slaughter him in a “halal” manner. The stab wound was 12 cm deep (4.72 inches). The victim survived only thanks to a quick emergency operation in the Landsberg hospital. On 25 July 2017, Judge Susanne Riedel-Mitterwieser, 62, sentenced the “person seeking protection” to twelve years and nine months imprisonment for attempted murder – but he completely lost his mind once he heard the sentence.
At first he spat towards the bench and shouted: “To hell with you and those who created you”. Then he took off his black prison shoe and threw it towards the public prosecutor Michael Nißl, 40. Then police superintendent Richard G., 55, threw himself at the Chancellor’s guest of honour to strap him down. That’s when Haidar A. reached into the bailiff’s holster. According to the indictment, Haidar tried to seize, release and shoot the eight-shot loaded service weapon Heckler & Koch P7. According to Public prosecutor Andreas Breitschaft, “He wanted to take the security personnel by surprise so that the targeted victims would be defenceless at the mercy of his deadly retaliatory action.” As a result, no less than four officials wrestled down the adherent of the religion of peace and prevented a further grasp at the service weapon.
Haidar under the hood – The ISIS-Look in German courts
But there wasn’t a sign of remorse or guilt in the Islamic gift of terror on Tuesday. As a precautionary measure, the presiding judge, Sandra Mayer, had already ordered the presence of six officiers in the courtroom, along with hand and foot cuffs and safety glass.
When Haidar A. entered the courtroom on Tuesday, he spat hatred out in the direction of the photographers. He also refused to stand up in front of the judge “for religious reasons”. Thereupon it came to “a wild scuffle”. When the situation calmed down again, the presiding judge ordered the defendant to wear a spittoon hood made of thin breathable fabric over his head during the trial. It is intended to prevent him from spitting around himself. Haidar A. now has to wear this attractive looking head gear during the trial until the judgement on 25 September.
The rabid Syrian, who say he’s now a Palestinian, confirmed all the accusations from the indictment and even went beyond them:
“It is true: If I had been given the gun, I would have shot the court and started with the prosecutor. No, I’m not sorry for my behavior. What the court and the prosecutor did to me was terror. I regret that the man I stabbed in the throat is still alive. He insulted my religion. I would not have been punished for it in Syria.”

According to the testimony of the bailiff, whose weapon Haidar A. wanted to seize, we learn how narrowly the Syrian’s targeted attempt at murder failed: “He was with his right hand on my belt. The cap of the pepper spray was already open, but the weapon did not come out of the holster.
Moreover, the defendant confirmed that “he had knowledge of weapons handling from the civil war” – and had been accommodated by the terrorist organisation ISIS during his escape. “They were always friendly to me,” Haidar A. explained during the police interrogation. As a Palestinian, he also sympathised with the Hamas organisation, which was classified as a terrorist group – similar to how ex-Communist Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Foreign Mini Heiko Maas indirectly support a terrorist organisation: “Germany is increasing financial aid for UN-Palestinian Relief Agency”.
Haidar A. spoke openly about his hatred of the German state
For the knife attack on his roommate in the Landsberg asylum, he defended himself through his taxpayer-financed lawyer Walter Rubach from the asylum industry. After all, the roommate had repeatedly insulted Islam. This was the only reason he attacked him and stabbed him with a knife. He doesn’t accept it if someone insults his religion, says Haidar A. “Then I get angry.” The presiding judge wants to know whether he will also become violent in the future if someone insults his religion. He only answers: “Not immediately.”
When asked if he was an “Islamist”, Haidar said: “I am proud to be a Muslim”. Through his taxpayer-financed interpreter, he also stressed that he did not hate German society, but the German police and judiciary. “He spoke calmly about his hatred of the German state,” reports the Augsburger Allgemeine. That’s a relief.
An Augsburg detective, who spoke to Haidar A. in prison for a long time, explained that “the situation during the interrogation was very unusual”. The accused had openly spoken about his hatred of the German state – and had shown no remorse. At the same time, however, he was friendly and courteous during the conversation. There doesn’t appear to be any gratitude toward Germany, the host country for his protection..
Haidar’s lawyer Walter Rubach emphasized in an adapted Taqiyya manner that he had doubts that the crime was an attempted murder. A. admitted to having reached in the direction of the service weapon. However, the first testimonies given in the trial, gave the impression that he hadn’t implemented his plan with the vigour required for an attempted murder. The trial will continue in about two weeks – by then maybe he’ll run out of spit.

How interesting. An Ethiopian national who was a refugee, murders a woman who looks just like the woman who broke the story about Ilhan Omar, establishing an adulterous relationship with a married man. She was in fact, the man’s wife and she filed for divorce. This has brought some grief too Rep. Omar no doubt. Was it handled in a classical Somali fashion?
We cannot say fair sure what happened here. But strictly playing the odds, it appears that in or near Washington, you have a better chance of surviving Ebola than you do if you share information that can damage a Democrat.

Telling police to suicide appears to be a thing now. My guess is these posters are made and distributed by ANTIFA and or BLM. Two faces of the same beast.
What are we missing here?

A 14-year-old Syrian hit his female teacher five to six times — he had received negative attention in the past

The youth from Möriken-Wildegg talked a lot about the Quran, and during recess instructed girls to dress more modestly.
The case caused shock: last week the Argauer Zeitungpublished the news, that in Möriken-Wildegg a student from the Chestenberg school broke the jaw of a teacher by punching her with his fist.
He did this when she wanted to find out if the Syrian secondary-school student was carrying a knife — as he had already done in the past.
This time the case was taken up by the Weltwochejournalist Alex Baur. According to his research it is about a 14-year-old “M”.
He allegedly comes from a Syrian family with numerous children, who came to Switzerland exactly five years previously and allegedly lives on welfare. His German is good, and he is described as “quite intelligent, self-confident and quick-witted.”
Still, for a while “M.” had often allegedly been talking about the Quran. He also requested — “in Allah’s name”— that the girls from the area dress and behave more modestly. In this context he allegedly played with a knife on the Hellmatt School recess court. This, according to Weltwoche, resulted in his having to empty his pockets every time before being allowed to enter the classroom.
Two days in custody
Obviously, during such a search the attack against the teacher took place. She is said not to have touched the student, but instead only told him to show her the contents of his pockets. At that the teen has attacked her, and, according to eyewitnesses, on whose testimonies theWeltwocheauthor bases his story, he hit the 62-year-old female teacher five to six times with a fist and the edge of his hand.
Additionally, while she was fleeing he allegedly kicked her. The mother of two adult sons was about to retire. As Weltwochefound out from her environment, she is still in shock.
The Syrian was arrested shortly after the act. The youth has been released after having to spend two days in custody. The juvenile prosecutor is investigating.
It is not clear what will happen to him. He will not be going back to the Chestenberg district school. According to Weltwoche, one of his friends, also a Syrian, “had been expelled a year earlier from the Chestenberg district school due to discipline problems, and was put in special setting outside of the Chestenberg district school.”
André Schärer, the school district deputy from the Chestenberg school district, has neither confirmed nor contradicted the question from the Aargauer Zeitungabout the research, based on anonymous sources, by Weltwoche. He could only confirm that the Syrian stood out from the beginning. So Schärer also heard that “M.” had allegedly told the girls on the recess court to dress more modestly:
“There are clearly certain signs that he doesn’t agree with the way we are cultivating our culture.”
In the media and in the village there’s a rumor that the wounded teacher had to spend a long time in the hospital. Schärer insists that this is not the case. “The Monday after the incident she was off. On Tuesday the incident was discussed in the class concerned with the school social worker. At that point the teacher was already present [in the school] for a couple of hours. From Wednesday to Friday she took care of the class.” Schärer did not want to be misunderstood, however: “I don’t want to downplay the incident; it is serious and should be most severely condemned.”
School district deputy: “We cannot give any more information.”
It took a week before the incident was made public. The school district deputy insists, however, that nobody wanted to sweep the case under the rug: “It happened on Friday June 28th. One day before the Youth Festival. Already that same evening we, with the [female] president of the school district, decided on a communication strategy; we decided to actively inform male and female students and the parents as much as possible.”
Of course, it was discussed during the Youth Festival, and the district had to listen to complaints that they wanted to hide something. “This isn’t correct. We wrote a letter to the parents during the week following the Youth Festival. Our hands are tied, because of the investigation by the juvenile prosecutor. Even if we wanted to give out more information, we are not allowed to.”

This new footage shows clearly that Antifa chased Patriots over FIVE city blocks, through shopping malls before finally cornering them at Toronto Eaton Centre. THEN, one Antifa who threw a punch and then got pummeled got ARRESTED .. You can see his mask got pulled off and his face is visible.

Listen to the tortured logic this woman uses to try and blame (essentially) president Trump, but more directly all non-leftists for the attack on a pair of lesbians by what, increasingly, we can surmise are muslims.
In this case, the lack of names or photos of the attackers might indicate that a lack of evidence in this case, given the Press rules on ‘minority’ reporting, is indeed evidence of who did it.

Mob with Hammers Descends on Minneapolis East Bank LRT Patrons
A mob of eight to 10 males wielding hammers descended upon bystanders at the East Bank Light Rail station on Friday night injuring several, according to recorded police dispatch audio.
The incident was apparently reported to 911 just before 10 p.m. on Friday according to the audio and other social media police scanner reports. A 9:48 p.m. Facebook post on 2nd Precinct Minneapolis Crime Watch page said that University of Minnesota (U of M) police were requesting assistance from Minneapolis police (MPD) and Metro Transit police for “a group of 8-10 males chasing people with hammers” and that some people were injured. A Facebook post a minute later on Minneapolis Scanner page said that the three police departments were responding to “multiple [911] calls” about “10-12 Somali teen males armed with hammers chasing people,” also with “several injuries reported.” Both Facebook pages regularly post summaries of police scanner audio.
