The EC Knows. Why Doesn’t the FBI?

Most of the research for the following article was conducted by our Minnesota correspondent Henrietta. I am deeply grateful for her assistance, without which the evidence described below would not be detailed here.
On New Year’s Day 2014 a powerful explosion and fire occurred at 514 Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis, in a predominantly Somali neighborhood of the city.
The building was gutted by the blaze. Two bodies were found in the rubble, and fourteen people were hospitalized, one of whom died later. Within 72 hours, the building had been pulled down into a heap of rubble by a backhoe.
Two days after the blast, before any real investigation occurred — which could never be conducted, anyway, with the potential crime scene destroyed — Greg Boosalis, the supervisory special agent with the FBI in Minneapolis, told the press that there was “no evidence of terrorist activity”.
Ever since that day I have been asking the question: How did the FBI know there was no terrorist activity without examining the scene of the explosion?
The question becomes even more urgent with the with the emergence of the latest wrinkle in the case. According to EUR-Lex , the repository of legal documents for the European Union, the European Commission issued the following regulation back in 2002:

The Al-Shabaab Connection

The day after last month’s explosion and fire at 514 Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis, an FBI agent named Greg Boosalis reassured Minnesotans that there was no evidence of terrorist activity in connection with the devastating explosion.
I wondered at the time — and still wonder — how the FBI could be so certain less than forty-eight hours after the blast that no terrorism was involved. The immediate neighborhood of the demolished building is a known hotbed of terrorist activity, and is especially notorious for the recruitment of mujahideen and funds for the jihad being waged by al-Shabaab in Somalia.
As it turns out, the FBI was absolutely derelict in ruling out a terrorist connection with 514 Cedar Avenue South. Our Minnesota correspondent Henrietta has examined property and business license records for the city of Minneapolis, and found a clear trail leading from the Dar al-Hijrah Mosque to the destroyed building, and from there to a pair of convicted money-launderers for al-Shabaab.

When CAIR-CAN became the National Council of Canadian Muslims, it presented itself as “a leading voice that enriches Canadian society through Muslim civic engagement and the promotion of human rights.”
This description is misleading given the fact that many of the leaders of the NCCM / CAIR-CAN (past and present) have collaborated with organizations in Canada and abroad whose track records are incompatible with human rights. Although the NCCM / CAIR-CAN Executive Director Ihsaan Gardee claimed in a CBC interview that his organization has never had any relationship with the Washington-based Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), documents issued by his own organization prove otherwise.
In the context of the NCCM’s recent allegations of defamation against the Prime Minister’s Office for having linked the NCCM to Hamas, discussing the relationship between Washington-based CAIR and the NCCM / CAIR-CAN is all the more relevant given the fact that in a 2009 American case, a federal judge concluded that “The [U.S.] government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA [and other organizations] with Hamas.”

Quebec is now hearing a landmark and critical lawsuit, which may have freedom-of-speech implications for us all.
First let me thank Susan Victoria for translating this article, as well as much material for us from the current hearings in Quebec on the secular values charter.
Below is a translation of an article on a lawsuit being brought against a man in Quebec who took a picture of a woman in a full islamic face covering. The man has already, as I understand it, fled Canada because of it.
This is a serious and important case and issue with consequences for us all. Should the case be decided against freedom of expression etc. it is a safe bet that this precedent will be used in other Western nations trying to come to terms with the same problem because of the same people.

Niqab in Québec city – The true intent of a lawsuit
The reporter of Les immigrants de la Capitale only wanted to capture the ‘culture clash’ and the public’s ‘bewilderment’ upon suddenly seeing a nikab.
(Québec City) A trivial matter. A veiled woman in a public area.
No incident occurred and no words were exchanged.
Had there not been a photo published along with a few lines,
there would not have been a story.
The monthly newspaper published a clean and factual account, devoid of hate, contempt and intolerance. At first glance, no harm is done.
However, publication of the photo resulted in a $150,000 lawsuit against Les immigrants de la Capitale. The case will be heard on June 5th.
The photo is the problem. A woman wearing a nikab accompanied by a bearded man in a T-Shirt and cap. Her spouse.
Except for close relatives, it would seem almost impossible to identify the couple. This issue will be decided by the Court.

Quebec charter under debate. The new, ‘Laicite’?
In Quebec now, the potential new charter asking for no public displays of religiosity is under hot debate in the Quebec legislature. Last night I posted one video with a link to a CBC article already and today I expect to post at least two more.
Below, is a rather blunt and almost illegally honest and direct opinion (by modern Marxist standards of course) of one man about the effects of Islam on Quebec.

They are uneducated people, simple people from the rural areas. They have been mocked so much, but somehow their unsophisticated views are slowly turning the public’s shame into appreciation for their testimony.
One phrase stands out: They went to Morocco for a visit and visited a mosque. They had to take off their shoes. They had never heard of this before but they did it. And then, they made them go down on hands and knees on a carpet !!!
Somehow, here in Québec, we are now doing the same thing, meaning going down on hands and knees for them…
They also spoke of a situation in the bazaar where they were hit on the right side and then, the left side, by people entirely covered in black… couldn’t tell what or who they were.
By the way, support for the Charter is increasing, up to 60% now. Should elections be held today, the P.Q. government would win with a majority !!! All because of the Charter.
Incredible the number of muslims testifying in favor of the Charter. It’s making the no-Charter people think twice.
Finally, there is one muslim woman elected to the Liberal party: Fatima Houda-Pépin. Liberal party is against the Charter. They want case by case decisions. Fatima quit the Liberal party yesterday. She is an elected member to the National Assembly under the Liberal party for at least 20 years. It’s a huge blow for the opposition.

Potential partial solution to one component of the ongoing jihad against the West.
A couple of days ago, we posted a story about a muslim who somehow accidentally got himself over a high fence and three layers of barbed wire in the middle of the night and then in the dead of a New Jersey winter, naked into a narrow drain in a security water treatment plant. The media as assured us all that he was likely just trying to get away from some bacon bits a racist left near a mosque door in a neighboring state and Mr. Mohamed is the real victim in all this. (Seriously the news really did say he was the victim!)
It has been noted that this past summer, 7 religious muslims all well schooled in biochemistry and related fields were also arrested for being in a secured area of Boston’s largest water supply reservoir. No further information has been released on these people, why they were there, what they were doing etc.
So Tundra Tabloids (Tundra T is his rapper name) has taken it upon himself to make at least a partial solution we all can use as needs be. Click read more for the TT option.

At 8:16am CT this morning, a large explosion shook a three-story building in Minneapolis. The structure was quickly engulfed by fire, and some of the apartment-dwellers on the upper floors were forced to jump from their windows into subzero temperatures to escape the blaze. The top floors of the building eventually collapsed into the first floor. Fourteen people were hospitalized, and six of them are listed in critical condition.
The explosion occurred at 514 Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis, in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood at the western edge of the campus of the University of Minnesota, just across the river from the main campus and adjacent to the Bohemian flats area.
