TSEC’s report on the Muslim Brotherhood in Canada

This report is making national news today and deservedly so.

The report was written by Tom Quiggin, a member of the Terrorism and Security Experts of Canada Network (TSEC). Concurrent research at the TSEC network includes a methodology project for intelligence analysts involved in the analysis of extremism. A Horizon Scanning project on the convergence of extremist ideologies is being readied for distribution in late 2014.

This project was funded internally by the TSEC network. There is no government, corporate, media or foreign money involved.

KEY JUDGEMENTS

  • Canada has a significant presence of Muslim Brotherhood adherent individuals and organizations. Their values and actions are frequently the antithesis of the Canadian Constitution, values and law. Despite statements to the contrary, the Muslim Brotherhood considers itself above local laws and national constitutions.
  • The Muslim Brotherhood’s use of settlement and the “process of civilization jihad” has proven effective. The long term aim is to globally impose a virulent form of political Islam to the exclusion of other faiths or systems.
  • Internationally, the Muslim Brotherhood is realigning under pressure as old alliances crumble and opportunities arise. An aggressive posture is re-emerging which has used extensive political violence in the past.
  • The policy and process of denial is deeply rooted in the Muslim Brotherhood.
  • Muslim Brotherhood adherent groups should not be given governmental accreditation, access to public grants nor should they have charity status.
  • Canada’s stance against Muslim Brotherhood adherent organizations in recent years has been more aggressive than the USA, especially in financial areas.

  1. Second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, we edge closer to the initial process of a robust program of selective deportation of the Muslim and its Islam from our midst.

    I could not be happier.

    Those lists Canadian organizations and individuals have been making will soon be of considerable use. Certainly the Muslim in the city of Calgary should start dusting off their Samsonites, especially those with thin skins who use tax-payers dollars to assuage their little bruised Muslim egos.

  2. No surprise here the ‘faithful and pious followers of the teachings of the prophet’ are in the process of building a fifth column movement worldwide. Some nations are taking heed and monitoring their activates while others have given way to being apologists, pandering, and groveling in sickening displays of Political Correctness.

  3. Most of this has a pleasant flavour, but readers might expect a gag reflex at the end of section 4 with its sneer about ‘Muslim bashing:’

    Most who engage in it ‘would not know a Salafist from a Sufi nor do they understand the difference between a Sunni and a Shia.’ ‘In many cases, by mindlessly repeating slogans fed to them, they are plugging an amplifier into the propaganda of those who would undermine them.’ I don’t even know what that means.

    ‘This report does look at a narrow, specific group of individuals who are attempting to politicize a virulent strain of Islam…. It does not suggest that Islam as a whole is the problem.’

    ‘TO BE CLEAR: The problem is the virulent ideological strains of those who politicize the faith.’

    Whatever. Canadians can be grateful for Tom Quiggin’s work here exposing the Muslim Brotherhood in Canada, but it doesn’t appear to have left him time to, say, read the Koran.

    The following 15 minutes are actually worse. He has a quote from the famous Chinese ‘Eye’ Ching though.

  9. At least they are partially awake to the dangers of Islam and possibly more then partially awake but having to pretend to follow the politically correct line so they can have credence with the low information voter types.
