Senate Probe Finds Obama Admin Signed Off on Grant of Taxpayer Funds to Al-Qaeda Affiliate

Non-profit humanitarian agency World Vision United States improperly transacted with the Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA) in 2014 with approval from the Obama administration, sending government funds to an organization that had been sanctioned over its ties to terrorism, according to a new report.

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) recently released a report detailing the findings of an investigation his staff began in February 2019 into the relationship between World Vision and ISRA.

The probe found that World Vision was not aware that ISRA had been sanctioned by the U.S. since 2004 after funneling roughly $5 million to Maktab al-Khidamat, the predecessor to Al-Qaeda controlled by Osama Bid Laden.

However, that ignorance was born from insufficient vetting practices, the report said.

“World Vision works to help people in need across the world, and that work is admirable,” Grassley said in a statement. “Though it may not have known that ISRA was on the sanctions list or that it was listed because of its affiliation with terrorism, it should have. Ignorance can’t suffice as an excuse. World Vision’s changes in vetting practices are a good first step, and I look forward to its continued progress.”

Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

Islamic orthodoxy on Christmas and its greetings

Here are three of countless examples of Muslims explaining to their faithful how to view Christians and Christianity. More importantly, how to treat the heartfelt friendly Christmas greetings, and how to feel about those expressions of neighbourly good will.

On this site we have documented many since we started this effort over 12 years ago. The temptation is to write these off as minority or extremist opinion within the religion. Just to channel Sam Harris for a moment, if these people represent the extreme of a religion, doesn’t that make the fundamentals of the religion the problem? Extremist Buddhists filter their water so as not to kill a microorganism that may live in it. This is an extreme version of Buddhist concepts of not causing suffering to living things.

Quoting Harris directly: “The problem with Islamic fundamentalism is the fundamentals of Islam”.

Think of these three examples of authoritative clerics as representing those fundamentals. One of whom, is in British Columbia.

(It must be noted that neither he, nor any other imam or Muslim preacher in Canada has ever been taken before the Human Rights Commission, despite the fact that they would be a bullseye for what the commission is alleged to be doing.)

1. Recordings between the State Department and Julian Assange in 2011

Nash Montana adds the following:

James O’Keefe Today Posted a Conversation Between Julian Assange and the Hillary State Department In the new Project Veritas video, O’Keefe published a conversation between Julian Assange and the Hillary State Department.

He says that he has intelligence that one of his employers, Daniel Domscheidt-Berg, aka Daniel Schmitt, extracted 250,000 State Department Database Archive, diplomatic cables, including classified cables (Cable = Communications), and is possibly threatening to release it.

Assange goes on to say that he can do possible damage control by redacting the info being released. The documents, originally obtained by Assange and Wikileaks, were to be redacted before any release, but were stolen from Wikileaks.

Assange then assures the Hillary State Department that he and Wikileaks would not be the one to release these cables when the State Department asks ‘who’ would be releasing the cables.

He then goes on to say that the person who is threatening to release the cables is a previous employee by the name of Daniel Domscheidt-Berg.

Assange confirms to the State Department that indeed Domscheidt-Berg still has access to everything on Wikileaks, classified as well as unclassified. And with everything that he took, he now has the ability themselves without Assange’s control or authorization to make the information available as he wants.

Assange warns the State Department that Domscheidt-Berg has made no effort in redaction or harm minimization, and that he believes there will be a great danger to U.S. agents and interests with the publication of these un-redacted documents. He says that individuals who haven’t been warned, should be warned.

Assange then goes on to say that somewhere on the internet, there is an encrypted version of the materials, that Wikileaks does not control: “One doesn’t actually need to convey the material itself, one only needs to convey the location of the material and its encryption key.”

He thinks that the U.S. may have been able to block or slow down the publication by eliminating some of the files covertly. He confirms that he knows the location of some of the materials, and that it shouldn’t be too hard to locate the others.

When the State Department asks him to provide them with the location of these files, Assange said that “I can encourage other people to do so.”

He then goes on to say that “this is really more your problem than it is ours, even though we have been calling and calling the State Department and the Embassy for over a day trying to explain the urgency, and other for right now, no one has ever called us back.”

The person Assange is talking about, Daniel Domscheidt-Berg, is an interesting character. Daniel Domscheidt-Berg aka Daniel Schmitt, is a German computer scientist, and he is the husband of ANKE DOMSCHEIDT-BERG, a member of the far left party “Die Linke” (former SED in GDR), and she is a member of the GERMAN BUNDESTAG

Muslims in Austria must feel they have quite a bit of control if they not just to attacks against the unbeliever, but they actually feel justified in destroying any tribute to the victims of those attacks. This is every bit as appalling and important as the attacks themselves, at least symbolically as clearly not in terms of human suffering. But like the attacks themselves, the media is careful to hide or sanitize these events which is itself a terrorist attack, at least where terror is crime for political purposes. They hide them for one reason. To make sure there is no data to energise any resistance to Merkel and the EU/UN plan to eliminate all world cultures through mass migration, and then multiculturalist policies which protect all cultures but the host’s.

1. Pennsylvania Bombshell: Biden 99.4% vs. Trump 0.6%

There are landslides and then there are landslides. There are lopsided votes and then there are lopsided votes. There are egregious examples of vote manipulation and then there are really egregious examples of vote manipulation. What surfaced during hearings in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 25, 2020 may set the standard for electoral outrageousness. An expert testifying to the Pennsylvania Senate flagged a batch of ballots that recorded some 570,000 votes for Joe Biden and only 3,200 for Donald Trump.

Yes, you read that correctly. That would equate to Joe Biden bagging 99.4% of that enormous chunk of votes. That one batch alone would have flipped the state to Biden.

This bombshell was dropped last Wednesday at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg. The November 25 hearings, which began at 12:30 p.m. and ran for nearly four hours, were convened at the request of Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, and York counties). It was sponsored by the Senate Majority Policy Committee, chaired by Sen. David Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill). Mastriano has called what happened “unacceptable,” and has called for the resignation of Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar.

5. APNewsBreak: Georgia election server wiped after suit filed

A computer server crucial to a lawsuit against Georgia election officials was quietly wiped clean by its custodians just after the suit was filed, The Associated Press has learned.

The server’s data was destroyed July 7 by technicians at the Center for Elections Systems at Kennesaw State University, which runs the state’s election system. The data wipe was revealed in an email sent last week from an assistant state attorney general to plaintiffs in the case that was later obtained by the AP. More emails obtained in a public records request confirmed the wipe.

3. Syrian man who circumcised 9 boys with SOLDERING GUN in Sweden gets suspended sentence & fine

A Syrian man, who claimed to be a doctor and performed circumcisions on nine boys using a soldering gun has been given a suspended sentence, community service and a $10,000 fine.

A resident of the city of Gavle, he is said to be in his 30s, he was charged with assault, causing bodily harm and violating Sweden’s law on circumcision, local media reported. The court was told that some of the victims complained it was painful to walk after what was done to them. Prosecutors had asked for a two-year sentence.

But the court said on some counts the charges could not be proven because there was no established link between the procedures and the symptoms the boys experienced. If the court had opted for a prison term, the defendant could have faced up to eight months behind bars.

Instead, he received a suspended sentence and 180 hours of community service. He will also have to pay SEK 55,000 ($6,400) in damages, plus a SEK 33,000 ($3,800) fine.

All the nine circumcisions took place between April and May 2018 in Gavle and in neighboring Soderhamn. Guardians of the boys reportedly contacted the man, who is a Syrian citizen, through the Bilaal preschool for Muslims and paid him around $230 for his services.

Kidal resident Souleymane Ag Mohamed Ali said he heard more than 10 explosions coming from the direction of the camp for U.N. peacekeepers and soldiers for the French Operation Barkhane.

A U.N. official confirmed the attacks on three cities, saying rockets fell Monday morning on the camp in Kidal, and at the same time there were similar attacks in Gao and Menaka. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not permitted to speak to press on the matter.

There were not further details.

No group has claimed responsibility for the simultaneous attacks, but they bear the mark of jihadist groups linked to al-Qaida that carry out attacks in both northern and central Mali.
