The building, which hopefully will be ready in 2019, will accommodate approximately 250 employees.

The operational decision states that threats and vandalism are dangers during construction. It is noted that “security will be needed around the clock during the work.”

BREAKING NEWS: Police shoot ‘knife wielding man’ at parliament after car mows down five people on Westminster Bridge then crashes into railings

Armed Police have opened fire and shot an intruder inside the grounds of the Houses of Parliament amid reports a car drove into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge.

Several shots were fired at around 2.35pm moments after a loud bang was heard near the grounds of Parliament.

Three bodies were visible on the floor outside Parliament and the Palace was placed on an immediate lock down.

Others were seen lying in the road on Westminster Bridge, where reports suggest around six people were knocked down by a car.

Prime Minister Theresa May is said to have been bundled into a car by a plain-clothes police officer and driven quickly from the scene.

Dessau, Germany: Two Syrians attack German men with knives when they try to protect their women

After a knife attack in the pedestrian zone of Dessau-Rosslau, the police are now looking for witnesses. Two Syrians and two German couples crossed paths around 14:30 on Sunday afternoon at a mall.

Police spokesperson for Sachsen-Anhalt says that the women earlier in the day were victims of harassment by the Syrians.

Later the Germans and the Syrians had a verbal confrontation, the police further reports. During the verbal confrontation, the 17 year old Syrian pulled a knife and injured the two, 35 year old, German men on their thighs.

The Syrian’s 23 year old companion used pepper spray against the German men. After the Germans defended themselves, the Syrians fled. They were found and taken into custody.

The police are investigating for serious bodily injury.

The man refused and tried to hurry from the platform to his workplace. The two young men attacked him, a 23-year-old Moroccan and a 27-year-old Libyan.

They tore the bicycle from the Dresden resident and threw it against him, so that he and the two-wheeled vehicle fell on the tracks one meter lower. Afterwards, they prevented the 40-year-old with stamping feet from getting back to the platform – even as the S-Bahn rolled into the direction of station. It is only thanks to the driver’s alert mind that nothing worse happened. He braked fully and stopped the train a few meters before the 40-year-old. The victim got away with the fear and a hand injury. The two attackers escaped.

The train commander alerted the police, who were able to arrest the two suspects in a subsequent suburban train. Both perpetrators were under the influence of alcohol and already known to the police. After several women have been sexually harassed on January 29 in the metropolitan train Munich, a perpatrator has now been arrested. Police are now looking for victims.

Munich – Munich Police have arrested a suspect who allegedly sexually harassed several women in the metropolitan train on January 29.

Thanks to CCTV he could be identified. For about two hours he allegedly tried to grope several victims. In doing so, he followed the women through the waggons. Two victims filed a police report against the unknown man at the police in Herrsching.

Another man was present the whole time. He did not participate, but did nothing to prevent the situation.

Muhammad Riyad, the unaccompanied Afghan minor, had come seeking asylum. He concluded his stay in Germany by slashing and stabbing a family from Hong Kong. His motive was hotly debated.

Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann insisted that he wasn’t an ISIS Jihadist. He denied that ISIS had ordered the attack.  Then an ISIS flag was found in his room.

The Interior Minister vowed to follow every lead to determine his motive. To help him out, ISIS released a video of Muhammad brandishing a knife while vowing to “slaughter infidels”.

On Saturday night a young couple were attacked by up to five people of alien ethnic origin in Silkeborg (Denmark).

The attack took place on March 12th 6:07 in Nygade in Silkeborg at Eiffel Pizzeria, where the 24-year-old and her male acquaintance sat on a staircase eating pizza.

The perpetrator took one of her pieces of pizza and threw it on the ground. This turned into a scuffle, and soon afterwards a group of men, friends of the perpetrator, arrived at the scene and started kicking and punching her male acquaintance.

Midtjyllands Avis writes that the young couple were asked if there was pork on their pizza, to which they answered yes. It was apparently this that triggered the brawl.

“Suddenly a young man of different ethnic origin rushed out and struck the young girl gratuitously on the head and she subsequently lost her hearing in one ear. At the moment we do not know whether she has permanent hearing loss! He then takes a stranglehold on her and shouts that she sure as hell should not eat pork on her pizza!” Writes the mother of the young man in a post on Facebook. The newspaper has seen the post.

To BT Police Commissioner Bent Riber Nielsen has confirmed that the perpetrator enquired about the contents of the pizza. The Police Commissioner has no further comments to add.

He hopes that the above video can help to identify the as yet unidentified men.

Germans plant Crosses to protest mosque construction

The police went through early Tuesday morning with a big raid against the Salafist scene in Hildesheim. The reason for this was a prohibition by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Interior against the “German-speaking, Islamic Circle Hildesheim”

In the police action, which began around 6 am on Tuesday, 420 personnel were involved. The mosque rooms of the DIK [German acronym for Islamic Circle] as well as the apartments of eight leading members of the association in the city and district of Hildesheim were searched.

The Ministry of the Interior did not want to report whether there were any arrests. They didn’t want to share any information about the extent to which evidence has been ensured either.

Concerning the ban and dissolution of the association, Interior Minister Boris Pistorius (SPD) said: “With the ban on the organization, a hotspot of the radical salafist scene in Germany was destroyed.” Muslims were targeted for indoctrination there to mobilize them to leave for Syria and Iraq, according to Pistorius. They were incited in the mosque of the DIK [German Islamic Circle] to the IS and to commit the most serious crimes. “The ban is a hard and important blow against Islamists in Lower Saxony.”

“About 50 people belonged to the hard core of the forbidden Islamic circle in Hildesheim, including a few dangerous ones,” reported Lower Saxony’s country’s president Uwe Binias at the press conference after the raid.

The DIK was already the subject of a search action last year. The analysis of the evidence secured at that time had confirmed the suspicion that Muslims in DIK Hildesheim were targets of radicalization in a conspiratorial way, a ministry spokesman said. They were incited to travel to Syria and Iraq and join ISIS there.

The assassin of the Berlin Christmas market, Anis Amri, had also stayed there in February 2016.
