Bloody deed in refugee accommodation: Stabber should have been deported in 2012
After the bloody deed in Arnschwang in Upper Palatinate, in which a child (5) died and its mother was severely injured, more details about the perpetrator surface: the man was to be deported for a felony years ago.
Arnschwang – the man who stabbed a five-year-old child to death in a refugee accomodation in Arnschwang in Upper Palatinate was a convicted felon and wore an ankle monitor, as the Prosecution Regensburg and the Police Headquarters Upper Palatinate announced in a joint press conference yesterday. According to our information obtained by our newspaper, Mostafa K. Was to be deported for a particularly grave arson in 2012.
The exact background of the bloody deed remains unclear.
In the evening, the man had captured the five year old boy and lethally injured him with knife stabbings. During the ensuinig police action, an officer fired a total of 8 shots at the 41-year-old, who was hit fatally.
The Prosecution regards the shots, emergency aid. The state office of criminal investigation is investigating into the firearm action. They are always consulted when officers on duty use a firearm.
Mother of the child severely injured
The 47-year-old mother of the child suffered severe, but not life threatening, injuries int he fight with the man. She is still in hospital treatment and currently not fit to be questioned.
The six year old brother of the killed child had to watch the scene and suffered a severe shock. More people – amont them one of the police officers – suffered a shock, too.
The woman and her two children are asylum seekers from Russia. It is yet unclear which relation the woman had to the 41-year-old, and why there was a confrontation.
The 41-year-old Afghan Mostafa K. was registered as a “tolerated asylum seeker“ (translator: asylum seekers who are allowed to stay for humanitarian reasons, even though their asylum application has been rejected).
He had been sentenced in 2009 by the District Court Munich I for particularly grave arson to a prison term of five years, which he completely served until January 2015. After that, he resided in the asylum seeker accomodation in Arnschwang. At the arson, he had set his apartment in a Munich apartment complex with 64 tenants on fire, planning to put the blame on his cousin with whom he had a fight before.
Mostafa K was under supervision of conduct
Because of his conviction, Mostafa K. was under so-called supervision of conduct. The court ordered him – also to protect his family – to stay on the premises of the asylum seeker accomodation. To control this, he had to wear an electronic ankle monitor. His former wife, with whom Mostafa K. has got an 8 year old daughter, said that while in jail he had threatened to kill her if she should get a divorce.
As the Bayerischer Rundfunk reports, referring to Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU), in 2014, after examining his asylum application, against the rejection of which he was taking legal action, the administrative court together with the Federal Agency of Migration and Refugees issued a deportation ban.
As he had converted to Christianity, the man’s life would have been in danger in his home country. Herrmann is skeptical about this decision. He said to BR: „In cases where countries indeed do impose death sanction this is understadable. But in this concrete case it does not seem plausible to me.“

Shamsuddin, who has claimed state benefits since he was 18, has also called for Sharia law in the UK and made chilling warnings about a ‘backlash’ by British Muslims.
He was also pictured with Abu Haleema, who was accused of radicalising a British schoolboy who was convicted over a plot to behead police officers during an Anzac Day parade in Australia.

May 31 2017: Oldenburg – shocking bloody deed in the shopping street in Oldenburg in Lower Saxony.
A man was stabbed to death in public. He died from his injuries on the scene. The victim and the perpetrators got into a loud argument on Achternstrase around 6:00 PM. The perpetrators fled after the deed.
Officers from the homicide division secured traces at the crime scene in the shopping street.
A police helicopter was circling over the city. A large division hunted for the perpetrators.
Officers have arrested two persons who are being interrogated at the moment and investigations are ongoing.

Berlin — After it was alleged that files in the Amri case had been manipulated, the apartments and places of work of multiple police officers of the State Office of Criminal Investigation in Berlin were raided.
The immediate environment of one accused officer was thoroughly examined, says the spokesman for the Berlin district attorney, Martin Steltner. This resulted in the searches of multiple other colleagues, but those are — according to the prosecution — seen as witnesses. Cell phones, laptops and various storage media were confiscated.
Berlin’s interior senator Andreas Geisel (SPD) has filed the criminal complaint after it became known that investigative reports about Amri were retroactively manipulated — they were trimmed and softened — after the terrorist attack in Berlin’s Christmas Market at the Gedächtniskirche. The reason for this was possibly to cover up the idleness and inaction of authorities before the terrorist attack. The question is whether the devastating attack could possibly have been prevented if Amri had been arrested for other criminal activities before he carried it out.
According to the state prosecutor, after the interior senator filed the criminal complaint, criminal investigative proceedings were initiated for official obstruction of justice and falsification of documents. The suspicion is mostly directed towards one officer in particular, the spokesman for the prosecutor’s office said.
During the previous week the board of enquiry established by the Berlin government fractions SPD, Left and Green Party had determined that there may have been mistakes made by authorities in the Amri case. The board wants the investigation to begin before the parliamentary summer vacation.
Initially the special investigator for the Berlin Senate, the former Federal Public Prosecutor Bruno Jost, will present an interim report by July 3rd. Jost has probably found manipulated reports concerning Amri. The board of enquiry explained that Jost’s investigations had uncovered grave blunders by the security authorities. The investigation is also expected to show structural questions regarding federal and local cooperation, and the entire architecture of security in the country.
On Monday the SPD, Left and Green Party demanded increased preventive work against radicalization as well as a joint-mutual anti-terror training center from Berlin, Brandenburg and the federal government. Together with the operation of “critical infrastructure” the security authorities should furthermore establish a situation room. Victims will be looked after better, and for family, relatives and survivors of terror attacks, a central point of contact must be established. Multiple Berlin media reported about this on Monday.

A British police officer was moved to activate her panic button after taking offence at a parody song making fun of former Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden being played at a garden party, bringing in serious re-enforcements to a small English village.
The officer pressed the panic button on her body-mounted camera after being dispatched to a garden party in a picturesque Cambridgeshire village at around 10pm on Thursday and overhearing a song being played that mocked Osama Bin Laden. Responding to the call for help, the local force dispatched another ten officers and a police helicopter, Cambridge News reports.
