Andrew Bolt: Singapore’s presiding genius, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, on the failure of Muslim integration: In the book, Mr Lee, when asked to assess the progress of multiracialism in Singapore, said: “I have to speak candidly to be of value, but I do not wish to offend the Muslim community. “I think we were progressing very nicely until the surge of Islam came, and if you asked me for my observations, the other communities have easier integration – friends, intermarriages and so on, Indians with Chinese, Chinese with Indians – than Muslims. That’s the result of the surge from the Arab states.” He added: ”I would say today, we can integrate all religions and races except Islam.” He also said: “I think the Muslims socially do not cause any trouble, but they are distinct and separate.” Not endorsing, not rejecting. Obviously, many of their actions as well as the rhetoric and the slogans used in this antisemitic campaign were clearly taken over from Nazi Germany. The Brotherhood, however, included Islamic roots of hatred against Jews as well. They used and disseminated a quotation from the Koran that Jews are to be considered ‘the worst enemy of the believers.’ In addition, they evoked old stories of the early history of Islam by pointing to the example set by Mohammed who, as legend has it, succeeded not only in expelling two Jewish tribes from Medina during the 7th century, but killed the entire male population of the third tribe and sold all the women and children into slavery. And they stressed (and still consider) Palestine as an Islamic territory (‘‘Dar al-Islam“) where Jews should never be allowed to govern a single village let alone an entire state.

Campaign Posters For True Finns Candidate Falsely warn of Mosque Construction

HS: Helsinki, passers-by have been drawn attention to construction site signs, who claim that the building site is for a mosque. In reality, it is not for Mosque.

For example, Niittaajankatu 12 on the banks of Herttoniemim Skanska is building residential apartments, even though a sign on the construction site state its a Herttoniemi mosque. Signs have appeared over the weekend in different parts of Helsinki. HS’s data suggests that similar signs have been erected, at least in Kamppi and Lauttasaari.

Panels are erected without asked permission of the landowner.

Signs look legitimate site from the table, as they include the architects’ office and name of electrical contractor. For example, the mosque’s architect names LCC Engineering Ltd.. The client’s name is in Arabic text.

The construction site promises more information on the internet at helsinki2020.fi, which takes you to the election page of parliamentary election candidate, masters in engineering, Juhani Mönkkösen, 30. Mönkkönen, says that immigration can not be undone, therefore the consequences have to thought of in advance.

The site also includes the Helsinki metro map, which stops the names are written in Arabic. In the same style, a placard that appears on apartment building stairwells has the names of ”Korhonen and Johansson”, however, the names are in Arabic. The name placards have been made into posters have been disseminated, at least in Vuosaari, including to the outside doors of apartment buildings.

Mönkkönen is a candidate for Helsinki.

NOTE: The Tundra Tabloids will cut Juhani Mönkkönen some slack, for now, concerning his statement that he has nothing against the Islamic religion. There is of course everything wrong with that destructive ideology, and that it has no place within our society, as is. But first things first.

FINNISH HEAVY METAL GIG ‘CRUSHING THE BALLS OF MUHAMMAD’ SCENE OF MUSLIM THREATS AND KORAN DESECRATION

The Tundra Tabloids reported a couple of weeks ago on the Finnish heavy metal gig called Crushing the Balls of Muhammad” that took place this Friday, and it seems that the event led to not only threats from ‘offended’ Muslims, but also the police were called in to investigate the claim that a Koran was desecrated on stage by one of the bands playing at the event.

The Tundra Tabloids came across the following series of comments by one of the organizers of the event, Jari-Petri Heino, who mentions the following in a post and in the comment thread, about what took place. KGS

Finland is a Muslim heaven

The heavy-metal event organized by Muutos2011rp created an emotional outburst by “the offended” even before the actual event began, and even fear of a possible future terrorist attack. The event itself got moving in large numbers by mainly young people interested in music, but, as it tends to be in Finnish contemporary society, offending Islam took on tragicomic features.

Already in advance the rental agencies for the gig were threatened that if the Islamic sacred values were violated, the place would have its electricity cut off.

Personally, I had to leave the place for technical reasons already by 23:00, but then apparently something began to happen. The police arrived and police-TV (reality program), because obviously the last band defiled the Koran in some way. Muslims were not spotted in the area.

Because I was no longer present, I don’t exactly know. The Koran was desecrated in some way.
I myself am partly responsible for this horrible crime, because I saw in the band’s changing room, a pile of paper from the Koran that had Arabic writing, that had already been desecrated on numerous occasions. It seems that I should have called the police to the site back then.  =)

Attack on EDL man’s Luton home probed

BBC: Reports of an attack on the home of a leading English Defence League (EDL) member are being investigated by police in Bedfordshire.

Officers were called to Kevin Carroll’s home in Bolingbroke Road, Luton, late on Thursday after reports an object was thrown against the window of the house.

Mr Carroll said he went to investigate and saw a man who appeared to be holding a shotgun. No shots were fired.

Officers carried out a search of the area, but no offender was found.

Police said they were trying to establish what happened and wanted to talk to anyone who saw anything suspicious.

Man shoots dead alleged “sorcerer”

A Saudi man fired seven rounds of his pistol to kill an Arab expatriate in the Gulf Kingdom for practicing sorcery on his family, the Arabic language daily Alriyadh said on Thursday.

The 36-year-old Saudi fired the seven bullets at different parts of the man’s body in the southern town of Abha, killing him instantly.

“He then handed himself over to the police and told them he did so because the man was a sorcerer who tried to cast a magic spell on him and his wife,” the paper said.

Tuesday, United States Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice called on the UN to fire Richard Falk, a UN human rights official who has been harshly critical of Israel. The U.S. wants Falk fired over comments he made regarding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Falk wrote in a blog this month that there was an “apparent cover-up” by U.S. authorities of facts about the attacks.

Roadside bomb kills 9 civilians in restive southern Thailand; deadliest attack in a year

PATTANI, Thailand — Nine people have been killed by a roadside bomb in southern Thailand, where an Islamic separatist insurgency has entered its eighth year.

Police Col. Sawas Tiawirat says Tuesday’s bombing hit a car in Yala province. Sawas says another two people were wounded in the blast.

The bombing was the single deadliest attack in the region in more than a year.

Last week, four soldiers were killed in an attack on their outpost in neighbouring Narathiwat province.

The insurgency in Thailand’s three southernmost provinces has left more than 4,300 people dead since January 2004.

TRIPOLI – More than 500 people gathered on Monday in Lebanon’s northern city of Tripoli to denounce the impending appointment of Hezbollah-backed candidate Najib Mikati as prime minister.

Supporters of acting Prime Minister Saad Hariri, whose government collapsed earlier this month, gathered in a town square chanting “Out with Najib!” and “Hezbollah, party of the devil!” as gunshots were heard in the area.

The demonstrators vowed they would return in force on Tuesday at the urging of local Sunni Muslim sheikhs.

The billionaire Mikati, a native of Tripoli, was tipped to replace Saudi-backed Hariri after Hezbollah and its allies named him on Monday as their candidate for the premiership.

Hariri, a popular Sunni leader, has said he would not take part in a government headed by a candidate chosen by the Shiite militant group.

The French foreign minister has been mobbed by Palestinian protesters

A crowd of Palestinian protesters attacked the car of French Foreign Minister, Michele Alliot-Marie, with shoes and eggs as she toured through the Gaza Strip.

Dozens of protesters, relatives of Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, were waiting for French foreign minister Alliot-Marie as she crossed from Israel into Gaza through the Erez Crossing, jumping on her vehicle.

Palestinians were protesting because they mistakenly believed she had called the capture of an Israeli soldier Gilad Schalit a “war crime”.

The remark had actually been made by the soldier’s father, Noam Schalit, when he met Michele Alliot-Marie a day earlier.

Schalit, an Israeli-French dual national, was captured in a 2006 cross-border raid by militants with ties to Hamas. France has repeatedly called for his release.

At least 45 dead in twin Iraq car bombs

SydneyMorningHerald:Two suicide bombers detonated vehicles packed with explosives on the outskirts of the holy Shiite shrine city of Karbala on Thursday killing at least 45 people, a top official said.

At least 150 people were wounded in the twin attacks, which occurred about 20 minutes apart at the northern and the southern entrances to the city, 110 kilometres (70 miles) south of Baghdad, the head of Karbala provincial council Mohammed Hamid al-Mussawi said.
