FINNS MP CONVICTED OF HATE SPEECH FOR TELLING TRUTH ON ISLAM IN FINLAND

Member of Parliament, James Hirvisaari fined for incitement against ethnic group

HS: What True Finns MP James Hirvisaari published in a blog post on 4 February 2010 at the UusiSuomi online newspaper service, has been given a verdict.

Kouvola Court of Appeal has convicted the True Finns MP, James Hirvisaari, with a fine for ethnic agitation. According to the court what he wrote in his blog was offensive to Muslims. The fine was equal to 1425 euros.

Päijät-Häme district court previously dismissed the indictment against Hirvisaari, because it didn’t deem the writings as disparaging. The district court’s view was that a politician has the right to criticize immigration policy.

The Court of Appeal decided the matter differently. According to it Hirvisaari’s web writings was sweeping and discriminatory, and specified a group of people as criminals.

The Court of Appeal took the view that the characterizing of an ethnic group as criminal isn’t within the limits of free speech as generalization and a provocation.

True Finns Party parliamentary group chairman, Pirkko Ruohonen-Lerner believes that they’ll take a position on the case, when the decision is final. Although this might still go to the Supreme Court.

BELGIAN POLICE FIND KALASHNIKOV ON MEMBER OF SHARIA4BELGIUM

“Israel’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Danny Ayalon explains the historical facts relating to the issue of refugees in the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The video explains the reason there are still refugees after more than six decades is because of Arab leaders’ recalcitrance to accept their brethren and the United Nations which created a separate agency with unique principles and criteria. The video also highlights the issue of the Jewish refugees who were forced out of their homes in the Arab world, and were subsequently absorbed by the State of Israel.”

This is, of course, completely true and completely at odds with all Islamic teaching. I’d say this is the strongest and most negative thing about Islam I’ve ever heard any official of the Israeli Government say. But you do have to know something about Islam to understand why.

He’s telling us two absolutely correct things that are completely and utterly denied, refuted and considered blasphemy by all significant schools of Islamic jurisprudence.

  1. Islam, carried by Arabs, conquered and occupied the previously non-Muslim and non-Arab middle east.
  2. Judaism’s claim on Israel is the strongest national claim still left in the whole of the middle east because Islam has erradicated by the force of its occupation, almost every other pre-Islamic national identity. Just try to visit independent Kurdistan or the national home of the Copts.

Radical Muslims Throw Eggs on Parliamentarian

Parliamentarian Tofik Dibi (Green Left) and author and Muslim activist Irshad Manji have complained to the police after the debate in which they participated in Amsterdam was disturbed by radical Muslims.

They threw eggs on them and spat at Manji. The special mobile unit of the police had to expel these Muslims which numbered between 20 and 30 out of the building. Two were arrested.

The group probably belonged to the Belgian organization Sharia4Belgium. The discussion focused on “a new generation of Muslims which inspire hope.”

Afghan shrine blasts kill 58 on Shiite holy day

KABUL — Twin blasts at Afghan shrines on the Shiite holy day of Ashura left at least 58 people dead on Tuesday, with one massive suicide attack in Kabul ripping through a crowd of worshippers including children.

The attack in the capital and another in the northern city of Mazar-i-Sharif came a day after an international meeting in Germany aimed at charting a course for Afghanistan, 10 years after US-led forces drove the Taliban from power.

The Kabul blast alone killed 54 people, in the deadliest strike on the capital in three years. The Taliban condemned the attacks as “inhumane” and instead blamed the bloodshed on the “invading enemy”.

The explosion erupted at the entrance to a riverside shrine in central Kabul, where hundreds of singing Shiite Muslims had gathered to mark Ashura, with men whipping their bare backs as part of the traditional mourning.

The Political Persecution of Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff

On February 15, 2011, the Austrian Counterjihad activist Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff was convicted of “hate speech” in a Vienna courtroom for what she said in a private seminar about Muhammad and Islam.

The original charge was “incitement to hatred”. On the second day of her trial, the judge at her own discretion added a second charge, “denigration of religious beliefs of a legally recognized religion.” Elisabeth was acquitted of the first charge, but convicted of the second. She was sentenced to pay a fine of €480. Her case is currently being appealed to Austria’s highest court. If the verdict is upheld, and she refuses to pay the fine, she will spend two months in jail.

How could this happen in a modern European democratic state which recognizes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and enshrines the right to free speech in its Constitution?

Take the time to read Barry Rubin’s latest: When Romanticism Trumps Reason You Get Radical Chic Catastrophes

To put it in one sentence, what made the Middle East different from every other place in the world is that there the Nazi collaborators won. They weren’t just clients or students of the German national socialists but rather on an equal footing, with parallel ideas of their own. These included hatred of the West, desire to commit genocide against the Jews, belief that a repressive regime was best able to achieve progress, a willingness to fight for total victory rather than compromise, and similar characteristics.

What makes this evaluation incredibly timely is that the “Arab Spring’ is not changing this tradition but merely continuing it. The radicals defeated the moderates in the 1930s and early 1940s but were set back by their foolish alliance with the Axis. They then came back in the late 1940s and the 1950s to wipe out the moderates completely, seizing power in most of the Arab world and intellectual hegemony in all of it. The nationalist radicals also suppressed their old Islamist partners

There is nothing in the Middle East to be joyful about, other than Israel still existing as a Jewish state despite the odds. The Arabs/Muslims of the region are so deep in the hole, that even when they’re looking up, they’re still seeing down. The region is being set up for a major conflagration, and the near sighted, ignoramus West is in part to blame. KGS

(ANSAmed) – ROME – People must not be frightened by election results in Tunisia and Morocco, which have seen victories for Islamic parties like Ennadha and Justice and Development, but must watch closely to see what the parties are able to do. This, in short, is the message sent out yesterday at the end of a study day dedicated to the Arab Spring and the future of Euro-Mediterranean partnership, which was organised by the French embassy in Italy and by the Ecole Francaise de Rome.

“Slogans such as ‘Allah is the solution’ should not scare anyone,” said the director of the American Studies Centre, Karim Mezran, in his speech. “The solution now is no longer Allah. From now on they are the solution”. Once they have been democratically elected, Mezran said, “exponents of Islamic parties will have no more alibis. They will no longer be able to keep hiding behind a slogan but will instead need to answer to the people who have elected them”.

The best consequence that the Arab uprisings have so far produced is to “bring Islam out into the open”, he added. Now, Mezran believes, those elected must show what they can do and in which direction they intend to go. For this reason “we must not be afraid”. The issue now, if anything, is to understand what Europe and the West are able to achieve. So far, they have done almost nothing, according to the EU’s special representative for the southern Mediterranean region, Bernardino Leon.

“Europe and the West have been unable to respond swiftly to this political and social earthquake within the Arab world. Now Europe must act, providing economic help for countries going through a period of transition”. For this reason, Leon continued, “in the next two months new task forces will leave for Jordan, Morocco and Egypt, and perhaps even Libya”.

Iceland votes to recognize Palestinian state

Vote paves way for formal recognition; Iceland FM says his country is first Western European country to take this step.

REYKJAVIK – Iceland’s parliament voted on Tuesday in favor of recognizing the Palestinian territories as an independent state, the first Western European country to do so according Iceland’s foreign minister.

The vote paves the way for formal recognition by the small north Atlantic island, which led the way in recognizing the independence of the three Baltic states after the collapse of the former Soviet Union in 1991.

Anders Behring Breivik ‘not accountable for attacks’

Anders Behring Breivik ‘not accountable for attacks’ Psychiatrists have found that Anders Behring Breivik was insane at the time of the crime, the VG daily reported Tuesday on its website.

If confirmed, this would mean that the right wing extremist who killed 77 people four months ago cannot be sentenced to prison but must undergo psychiatric care.

“The court-appointed psychiatrists have concluded that Anders Behring Breivik was sick when he killed 77 people,” VG writes, without revealing its sources.

The two psychiatrists, Synne Serheim and Torgeir Husby, delivered their finding to the Oslo district court on Tuesday morning. A press conference is due at 1:00pm (1200 GMT).

Breivik, 32, was suffering from a “psychosis” – a mental state that could alter his judgment leading up to and at the time of the attacks, VG writes.

Their report still needs to be examined by a legal medical commission to ensure that it fulfils all the professional requirements.

A dear friend of the Tundra Tabloids mentioned the following concerning this story, in the FPN.DK. We were both aghast at the ease in which portions of society, in the willingness to be tolerant, would so brazenly discriminate against members of its own society. KGS

NOTE: Remember folks, rejection of Islam, just the saying no to it, is tantamount to charges of discriminationa and bigotry….islamophobia.

Chipping away at the host society’s foundation, one little piece at a time, until that society finally accepts that it has no right to be different to the immigrants to whom it has extended a helping hand out of sheer naivity and well-intentioned but ultimately self-destructive sincerity.

I just don’t get it. We’re Jewish – and Zionist – and proud of both. When our kids were at school and the autumn term came to an end, there was the traditional end of term celebration in the church. It is merely TRADITION, not forced conversion, for heaven’s sake. Our kids survived, and survived very well. They are still Jewish, very much so. We have chosen to live in a nominally Christian country, where people celebrate things like Easter, Christmas, Midsummer, even Crayfish Premiere. Jews don’t eat crayfish – should we insist that the nation change its tradition to accommodate us? Absurd beyond belief.

The staff has decided not to participate in the traditional Christmas service in Lillerød Church because a high proportion of children in the institution are Muslims.

“The reason is that we have several Muslim families who do not want their children to go to church. And so we decided to say “no thanks” because we also have our everyday work,” said Susan Lund Andersen, the headmaster of “Ørnevang” to Jyllands Posten.

The decision to drop the Christmas church service causes great annoyance at the vicar of Lillerød Church who believe that the Christmas worship service is an important part of the Danish Christmas tradition.

Would amend the program
“I was upset and annoyed that they cancelled. They called and asked if I could make the program so they could participate. I always end the ceremony with the bright blessing of the children, and they wanted me to refrain from that for the sake of the children’s religion,” says Carsten Mulnæs who is the vicar.

He believes that “Ørnevang” – the institution – has taken a wrong decision because now all the kids are unable to attend the Christmas service.

“I believe that children should have the opportunity, because it is a Danish tradition. I know that the institution has a large representation of Muslim children, but I know that not all families have a problem with going to church. I think a majority of the kids will be cheated, “says Carsten Mulnæs.

It affects integration

The organization Muslims in Dialogue is sorry that the neglect impacts the children who would like to go to church.

“I think it’s a shame if it goes beyond the children who actually wanted to go to church. But on the other hand, I do not think one should force anyone to participate, who do not want to, whatever religion they belong to, “says Vice President Nihad Hodzic.

The act made Carsten Mulnæs write a reader posts in today’s edition of Frederiksborg County newspaper, where he emphasizes the church’s role in integration.

“You can not integrate into nothing. But that is exactly what we risk as with that kindergarten: Nothing. It is not respect for Muslims, but disrespect for our own history.”

The service is not crucial
The argument that the Christmas worship service is important for integration has not the great impact among Muslims in Dialogue.

“I understand that the priest gets upset that the institution refuse to go to his church, but I do not believe that it actually works against integration. Personally I have never participated in a Christmas sermon, and I do not think that it is essential for integration, “said Nihad Hodzic.

Oslo policeman to victim of robbery who had a gun to his head

– I’ll be home in just two minutes, he told his girlfriend. That’s when the battery took place, by robbers who obviously were experienced in this kind of crime.

While the young Norwegian man was blinded by the blood running over his face, he was instructed by the supposedly Somali robbers to say that it was “whites” who did it, not blacks.

Aggressive demand by the two young robbers for both his wallet and his iPhone.

Sturla is blinded by blood from the deep cut in his forehead, but remembers, however, that he has 1500 in cash in his wallet. He hopes the robbers are satisfied with it, but the nightmare continues. They push him down a staircase, then through a pedestrian and bicycle tunnel under Fagerheim street, into Torshov Valley.

 Aftenposten follows him on the route the robbers followed. He remembers a man to pass a few tens of meters away, but it was unacceptable to give the alarm.

– You do not cry for help with a gun pressed against his back, says Sturla.

Several times, he is beaten by robbers. Sturla is hurt and confused. They are angry because he’s bent over and too slow.

– Life-

The two robbers target him. He thinks that it is not their first robbery. They lead him into the back of a football binge, then through a hole in a fence into a dense thicket. There, ordered him down on the ground – in the pitch dark.

– I’m lying there in the fetal position terrified, and with my hands over my head to protect me against them.

One of the robbers sits on top of Sturla, and presses the gun up under his chin.

– I feel the cold steel against my skin, remember Sturla with horror.

Murder threat

So begins an increasingly aggressive questioning. “Password, Password” repeat the robbers alternately in broken English and Norwegian. Sturla understands first that there is no PIN codes to his three credit cards they want. They become more threatening to shoot him in the foot. Sturla is unsure of the code of one of the cards. He fears the consequences of remembering incorrectly, when one of the robbers disappear to clear his accounts. But mostly he thinks of his girlfriend who have long expected him home.

His iPhone rings. It is his girlfriend. Robber turn off the sound, sees her name, and scroll to the picture folder, he will find pictures of her, and says: “Very pretty.”

While Norwegian women get raped, the Norwegian men get robbed in the streets of Oslo. The policeman told the victim that the police only had two police cars on duty that Thursday night. They simply don’t have the capacity to keep the city safe for the inhabitants.

GEERT WILDERS’ PVV TAKES ON IRAN, KORTENOEVEN: THE NEED TO CUT RELATIONS WITH THE AYATOLLAHS

This party has clear cut morality and the backbone to go with it. Geert Wilders’ party the PVV are moral trail blazers, not only in sticking up for liberal democracy in the face of totalitarian Islam, ripping the mask off the corrupt  undemocratic EU, but also in calling a spade a spade where totalitarian regimes are concerned. Iran is a chief promoter of the destruction (read = genocide) of Israel, and needs to be relegated to rogue state status with all diplomatic contacts with it, terminated.

The PVV understands that, and with the voice of Wim Kortenoeven, -who provided his own personal experiences in confronting Iran at a recent meeting of the OSCE, in an exclusive here at the Tundra Tabloids– the Dutch are taking on the Iranian regime. Kudos to the Dutch PVV, hopefully your steadfast display of moral clarity in confronting evil, will cause the rest of Europe stand up and be counted. KGS

There the free West effectively turned its back on the Jews, making nice statements but offering nothing substantial to save them, and bluntly refusing to go to the hilt in stopping the Nazi menace.

The similarity is very disturbing and very real.”

‘The Iranian threat to annihilate 6 million Jews is an Auschwitz in the making,’ Party of Freedom official says.

BERLIN – A parliamentary resolution last week against Iran’s quest for nuclear weapons contributed to the Dutch Foreign Ministry embracing what appears to be the strongest European position toward ratcheting up the pressure on Tehran’s leaders.

Wim Kortenoeven, a deputy from the Party for Freedom, told The Jerusalem Post in a telephone interview from The Hague on Friday that his party had worked to pass a potent measure.

“Now for the practical execution of our resolution, which was unanimously supported in parliament. The foreign minister should be in the forefront of demanding the most forceful sanctions. And he is doing that. There is still a window of opportunity. There seems to be a willingness in Europe to go far in the sanctions and even to follow the initiatives of the US Congress.

But at the same time there seems to be a reluctance on the part of the US government where it concerns targeting the Iranian Central Bank. And boycotting that entity is probably the key for our success,” Kortenoeven said.

This afternoon a group of English Defence League leaders gathered at a venue in the West Midlands for an organizational meeting. Gaia was in attendance, and sends the following report:

The main topic of his talk was a future relationship between the EDL and the British Freedom Party, which recently elected Paul Weston as its chairman.

The atmosphere was definitely upbeat, and Tommy had the full attention of the assembled group during his talk. The crowd of 250-300 listened attentively and applauded from time to time. He explained that the EDL need to move up a notch — they cannot go on forever staging street demos. They are still widely perceived as a rabble, and as such cannot possibly obtain funding or be taken seriously by the political class.

He said that it has become imperative that the EDL gather political clout.

Paul WestonWith that end in mind, he proposed an association between the EDL and BF. He had nothing but praise for Paul Weston, “who has charisma, can speak well, and is a jolly good bloke!” He said they got on well with each other and could work together.

Tommy also mentioned Paul’s courage in putting his life on the line to front this party. He reminded the audience that the UK, unlike many other countries in Europe, do not have any party that takes a stance against Islamisation. He emphasised that Paul alone cannot galvanise the support of the large numbers of working-class people, and this is where the EDL can lend their weight.

Syria’s Assad: crackdown to continue

BEIRUT (al-AP) – Syria’s President Bashar Assad has vowed to continue with a security crackdown to crush ‘militants’ who he says are massacring Syrians on daily basis.

Assad said in an interview with Britain’s Sunday Times newspaper published Sunday that Syria will not bow and will continue to resist the pressures being imposed on it.

The embattled president said he feels “pain and sorrow” for the bloodshed in Syria but added the solution was to eliminate the militants he blames for much of the violence.

He said 800 Syrian officers and members of the security forces have been killed since the start of the revolt eight months ago.

The U.N. says some 3,500 have been killed in the unrest and the crackdown in Syria since mid-March.
